"An all-day Mediterranean and Levantine restaurant on the hotel's fourth floor that opened July 12, it channels a coastal seaside vibe with pool-adjacent seating and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Executive chef Jonathan McDowell draws on Lebanese and Egyptian family influences as well as time in Spain, prioritizing simplicity, freshness, and local sourcing — branzino arrives two days out of the Mediterranean and the merguez is sourced from a family-owned artisan sausage maker in Lilburn. The menu features seasonal mezze with warm pita, lamb kofta with sumac onions, salmon with dill labneh, mussels in a white wine–fennel sauce (with spiced merguez), Spanish-influenced octopus, prawn and steak dishes, and a yogurt panna cotta with lavender gel for dessert; breakfast offerings include shakshuka, olive oil pancakes, Turkish eggs, and pastries. The drinks program pairs inventive cocktails and two zero-proof options with a Mediterranean-focused wine list (options from Lebanon, Italy, Greece, and Armenia), with the Yacoubian-Hobbs white recommended alongside fried cauliflower or octopus." - Henna Bakshi
