Electric Umbrella Tattoo

I had a great experience from the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by Jayce at the front desk. She was kind and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long for the artist, Will Hunter, to come talk with me. He was down to earth and kind. He listened to my description of what I wanted for my tattoo. Within minutes he showed me a picture of exactly what I described, then tattooed it on me. He’s professional, yet genuinely friendly. I will definitely have him tattoo me in the future. I’ve been to this studio before and it’s always been an enjoyable time. Jason Adkins has done some amazing work on me and makes my visions into amazing and beautiful artwork. The studio and the artist’s work station was also very clean, I would highly recommend electric umbrella tattoo.

Jason is an amazing artist! I gave him an idea of what I wanted and the work has been exactly what I wanted. Will has done some awesome work for someone special to me. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great shop that treats everyone like family. I'll definitely recommend and will keep coming back.

Jay is the best person to go to he did a cover up Over a a very sentimental tattoo for me There’s healed and fresh photos of the tattoo and he also did my thigh tattoo when I’ve been trying to get it done for Months and he was the only one able to do it which is also a fresh pic of it! I am 100% going back to him after my wedding for more tattoos

Electric Umbrella is the ONLY shop I will ever go to for any tattoo work! Dylan is an amazing artist and great person. Will make sure you are comfortable and feeling good the whole time. He always brings a smile to everyone’s face and laughter to the whole building. Pudge was a guest spotter for the week and was also great to interact with! Overall great experience and will highly recommend to any people wanting a new addition to their body. I’ve also gotten work from Jason and his artwork is like no other! Overall 11/10 experience.

Dylan plaza always does such an amazing job every time he tattoos me, it was such a great experience with him and everyone else in the shop. Ali also did fantastic on my lil skull berry. The whole shop just has a great vibe and everyone working here is so welcoming and friendly. I recommend electric umbrella to everyone I know:)

I have been getting work done by Brian Stringer for almost 2 years now. The shop and artists are very clean and professional. And SO talented!

The front staff (Chelsea) was extremely sweet & talkative! Dylan gave us good laughs! Trey did an amazing job! He was so personable & kind. My husband & I went in for walk ins & it wasn't too long before we got started! I loved the color he used for my 7's. We ran into a hiccup on my husband's tattoo but Trey kept his cool & easily made my husband's original design work! We'll definitely come here again 😁

The facility is clean. They take walk-ins. The staff members are pleasant. However, as any walk-ins, if you don't do your research on the artists you are risking potentially receiving what you don't really want. My husband and I wanted ring finger tattoos on our anniversary. All my favorite artists were booked out for a year. On the week of our anniversary all my favorite places were full and not taking walk-ins. I found this place with fairly good ratings. My husband and I waited for hours. The artist took forever to prep because he had to go smoke a cigarette in between clients. We did not like what we got so we ended up waiting on an artist we admired from another shop to finish our ring finger tattoos. I believe every artist has their own speciality that they should stick to. Artists should be honest when they don't think they can achieve a client's vision.

Worst tattoo parlor I've ever been to in my entire life. Swore at us! Not military friendly at all! Rips off customers and treats them terribly! Go literally anywhere else in VB, do not go here!

The person who is supposed to do my husband's tattoo is fully booked till next year. So I decided I have mine done. The place is clean and they do the standard as should be. They will work on the drawing that you like to put on.

Me and my husband just got couples tattoos here by Jay and we are blown away by the work he did. My husband reached out to him with our ideas and we set up an appointment. Upon arriving to the shop the receptionist was super friendly and sweet as she check us in. I thought the shop was very inviting and clean. I really liked the pieces hung on the walls and thought they brightened up the place. Once Jay got in he showed us the design he had in mind. We adjusted a minor detail then we were good to go. We allowed him creative freedom with the watercolor aspect of the tattoo and he really did an amazing job incorporating what we wanted into it. From start to finish the process was smooth and we were as comfortable as we could be while getting tattooed. I will definitely be sending referrals your way Jay!

Jason Adkins brought my tattoo to life! He is very talented. This watercolor looks fabulous. From the first email, i was treated kindly. Studio is very clean. Jason made this experience a great one and I will recommend him to everyone!

I was looking for a solid tattoo artist in VA beach and saw Jason's work. I booked an appointment with him and was amazed at how great his artistic skills are as a tattooist. We're currently working on a second piece and I am just as impressed with this piece as I was with the first one. He recently opened up his own shop here at Alliance Tattoo. Clean atmosphere, cool dude, and amazing art. Definitely my go to for any future work here in VA Beach.

Got my second ever tattoo done by Rama today and I gotta admit he did an amazing job more than I was hoping for... def plan on returning and getting more tattoos done by this place and artist. Very clean and Sanitary as well looks very modern and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful, respectful and professional. This is also my first rating to ever put on Yelp and I honestly think it was just worth it.
