This was a nice spot with peaceful vibes and really nice staff. They have enticing breakfast options, including some great burritos. We got a smooth iced mocha with extra espresso, Iced matcha with dark chocolate sweetener, and a hot and dirty masala chai 😋 Super excited about these beans we got too!

Went for the first time on Memorial Day 2025 after a friend recommended the place. I wanted to pick up some beans. The darker skin toned man(forgot to ask for name!) helped me out with picking out what I would like based on my preferences. He got out from behind the cashier to help me out and that's what made the experience great for me. I also love that you guys had a Guatemalan coffee from Huehuetenango which is where my father in law was born. I was surprised to find out I got a free cup of coffee with a purchase as well, thats awesome! Atmosphere was cool too, with outdoor seating, there were a lot of people but not too many! Can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you.

Pretty busy Sunday morning, but great drinks and friendly vibe. I got the orange blossom iced latte - a unique syrup option that was really good! Not overly sweet.

A little pricey but the food was good. I wish they had non-gluten free pastry options. I tried to enjoy the chocolate cookie. It was not just the taste, it was the smallest cookie I've ever bought for $2.50. Coffee was good. Tables and chairs were not comfortable at all. The bathroom was very clean. Overall it was good.

Place is a fun, MCM vibe. Food was delicious and well balanced and the tea I had was SPECTACULAR. This plum and cinnamon needed NOTHING in addition. My only issues is the bench seating is a little dirty and make it apparent some unlevel flooring - a bit rough to sit at if you're tall or thick, as I am both. But everyone was nice, service was prompt. Such a cute vibe and the plants and books!

Overall this is a hip little coffee shop that is a little on the pricey side. In more detail: I got an Americano and it wasn't as hot as I like it. My husband got an oat milk latte and thought the same thing. He also got the breakfast Sammie and said there was too much arugula on it. I got the breakfast tacos which were good. We also got a side of fruit which was awesome.

Google
Great coffee stop that offers a good menu for light breakfast/lunch as well. I’d love to see them offer more options for dark chocolate- this is always a lovely pairing w coffee and many of the best coffee shops Ive visited while traveling put an emphasis on quality dark chocolate. Anyways, the coffee was really good, I personally like the Americano being served in a smaller cup (6oz I believe, might be 8) so that you can really taste the quality. Service was great, ambience was relaxing. Looks like some outdoor seating in the non winter seasons. Worth a stop! One note- I googled this spot to see if they were organic. It says they serve organic coffee on google but I did not see explicit evidence of this at the shop. If it’s true, I’d love for them to advertise it. That’s a major reason to go here vs anywhere non organic.

Google
This place was really hyped up for me and honestly it was pretty yuck. I ordered the egg sandwich and the chicken on it was disgusting and honestly ruined the sandwich. I picked it off and the sandwich was pretty okay, but not worth the $14. I ordered an small ice coffee with caramel syrup and they pumped artificial flavoring into it which pooled into the bottom of the coffee, making it taste like the last sip of a McDonald’s $1 ice coffee. They made me a new one after without the syrup and it was pretty good but nothing special. There wasn’t any sugar or honey to add either. The chocolate chip cookie was fine, but nothing special. Don’t waste your time here, I’m sure there’s plenty of other places with better food and coffee.

Yelp
Phenomenal coffee spot in OKC. Great brews, good food options, and friendly staff. Glad that it's here.

Yelp
Nice ambiance. The first thing I noticed was the generally low noise level of elemental. The volume of customers, tools and added noise from music was all low making this a great study spot. I've heard things about the masala chai here and as a person who drinks too much chai I had to try it. To accompany I got a ginger molasses cookie. The chai itself mostly tasted like warm milk with a hint of cinammon. Not really a masala chai or a strong chai in general. Personally I wouldn't come back and order this beverage. I'll have to try the coffee if I'm in the area again. The cookie was a tad stale which was surprising considering they sell shirts that boast thier cookies. Overall I'm giving them 3 stars for now. I'd rather a place not serve chai than make it poorly and a stale cookie always fails to leave me impressed. But I'm keeping an open mind to coming back. I see a lot of potiental as this is a quiet shop in a busy area and the service was good.

Yelp
Unique coffees every time drive through this area will have to stop for a coffee the staff is so friendly and coffees are always the same no matter who makes it I can count on it to be delicious.

Yelp
I reluctantly stand by the belief that they have the best coffee beans in the city. This also means most any coffee drink you could order from them is guaranteed to be great. They have a really nice seasonal specials menu. I do love the reusable jars for to go drinks. However... I've become horribly picky about the ambiance at my local coffee shops, and Elemental stresses me OUT whenever I visit. It's always busy and feels very regulars/cool kids-centered, and I always feel like a weird outsider. It does serve as a great place to do homework, but I don't think the chairs are comfy for hanging out. The bench seats are cool though, and sitting outside can be peaceful and beautiful on a good day. Maybe this is a place that's much better at an off peak time when it's less bustling. The food menu is quite good, and I should try more of it. The seasonal specials menu is usually posted on Facebook/Instagram, but it can be hard to find sometimes. I've accepted that I need to just walk in for beans (they are helpful and kind when giving advice on the beans when requested) and get out. I have friends who are devoted to Elemental, and they have made themselves regulars who sit at the bar which I could see becoming a great experience.

Yelp
Loved the food and ambiance and the coffee. The staff was very nice and the food was freshly prepared. The lox sandwich was delicious and weirdly the eggs were a good addition and kept me real full all day until dinner. The espresso was served as a sidecar and that was a pleasant surprise. I would have loved it if it was open earlier as I had to wait in car until 7am but would absolutely return again!

Yelp
Y'all, the drinks here are sooo yummersville USA but the prices are not it :/. My gf and I went and got 2 matchas (one 12oz and one 16oz) with oatmilk and vanilla in both and it was over $16 (not including tip and duh we're gonna tip). Please make the matchas cheaper if you can hear me gods of elemental coffee people are always nice and the store is always clean tho!

Yelp
Elemental has all of the right ingredients for an incredible coffee shop, but the service was not friendly, sadly. Their coffee is delicious, food is good, and interior beautiful, but the baristas are standoffish and give off a pretentious vibe. We've visited third wave coffee shops all over the country, and the best ones have an incredible product paired with friendliness. Elemental, you don't have to act too cool for your shop to be good. It already is! You're cool and yummy. Be confident in that!

Yelp
The coffee was quite bitter in my opinion, but my husband definitely enjoyed his latte. I just wish there were more specialty flavors to choose from. But the best part- the latte art! Both of our drinks had beautiful latte art that we aren't able to find anywhere around where we live (out of state). In a culture of grab-and-go, it was really nice to just sit down and enjoy a beautiful coffee in a mug and not a to-go cup. The staff was very friendly and it was nice that there was a little parking lot just for their customers. Wish I could come back soon!

Yelp
This place is going to be a favorite! Love the atmosphere, small, quaint and quiet! Unique menu items and they all looked so good. I had the avocado toast, radish, cilantro, smoked salt, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, sesame seeds on multi-grain. It was so tasty! My friend had the cheesy egg toast which had scrambled eggs & gruyere, ham, parmesan on sourdough. Also quite tasty. The service was great! They were very helpful and patient with a couple of newbies! Will be back!

Yelp
The best part was the breakfast burritos and salsa today. This is my first time eating here. I will say that I am definitely coming back. Everyone was so courteous and the atmosphere was amazing. Keep it up.

Yelp
Man, i wish i could remember the actual date of my life change. I used to be an avid coffee avoider. I hated it. The constant stops at chains or gas stations or the folders my aunt burned daily totally threw me into the anti-coffee life. I swore I'd never find one that would change my mind. I had some family in from Ohio and they were the opposite. They always did an intimidating amount of research on local shops and roasters and then picked their pick for the day. They basically forced me to attend the outing. The first thing i noticed was how many people obviously loved this place. It had so much life in it. It was quaint yet seemed large. They had some food options and lots of teas and of course espresso and coffee options. I was dead set on water. My family wouldn't allow it. They told them i was a newb and just needed a smooth latte and asked for simple syrup. They brought it out to me and i was like why is this even happening. I decided before i added any more sugar or anything I'd try it. The pressure was on. I took a sip from the beautiful latte art topped drink. It hit different. Man. It was delish. I was hooked. Since that day i now love trying all the places we pass or that open. I look for places out of town with the best taste. OKC is incredibly blessed to have this amazing spot here for us. They have the most incredible tasting beans and we love to stop in when we can! Be careful. You may just find a new addiction as i did.

Yelp
Hot cocoa was good. My friends' coffee drinks also tasty. Nice space & excellent service.

Yelp
Came in to work. Ordered a cascara tea. Staff wasn't friendly but not unfriendly either. There is no handicap parking anywhere near the building. Prices are reasonable-ish, music is good, food looked pretty appetizing (I didn't eat but could see others plates). Liked working in the outside tables albeit the patio was covered in cigarette butts, which was gross. Don't recommend if you are handicapped. Navigating this place with a cane was pretty difficult. Would like to see more sustainable packaging for food and drinks. Will come back and try the food for sure.

Yelp
I have been trying new places and found Elemental. I must say the latte was very good. I also had the avocado toast. It was also good but the size of the one piece of toast was much smaller than what I have had at other restaurants. I definitely needed something else to accompany it.
google avatar

Yelp
Great coffee and service. Especially like the cortado to get most of the espresso flavor with just a dash of milk. Food is decent. And the WiFi is great!

Yelp
I have been here a dozen or so times now. I tell everyone I know about the breakfast tacos. It's always delicious, the staff is so kind- always coming back .

Yelp
I do not usually wake up early in the morning on Saturday. The reason for the exception this Saturday is Hatch Early Mood Food. This place does not have enough parking so I couldn't get in. I wasn't thinking clearly and for some reason thought Elemental is a breakfast diner. From the name, one can infer that it's a coffee place. I don't regret coming in as an early cup of coffee is all I needed. One thing I don't like if you want to get it to go you have to pay $2 extra. The muffin is amazing though, so moist. Quick service. Good meeting place. Very casual and relaxed atmosphere.

Yelp
I visit this place often...usually foe their pre-made breakfast burrito in the morning. I went here for lunch during the 10 Buck Lunch Week in August and got their special. The quiche was velvety and filling. The salad was the perfect balance and was refreshing and flavorful. You can never go wrong with a homemade cookie either. I love the vibe of this place. I have tried their breakfast tacos, teas, lattes, and sandwiches and they have always been phenomenal. The service is always friendly and great too.

Yelp
Great food and lattes! Highly recommend the Where in the world is caramel sandiego latte

Yelp
Iced latte wasn't my favorite. The service was good. I liked the ambiance and rustic look.

Yelp
I had the special coffee of the day and it was so good! I came here to study and eventually wanted to eat something as well. There are quite a few seats inside and there are outlets for you to use to charge your electronic devices. If I come here again I definitely would come back to get coffee, but probably not anything to eat. Although the sandwich I ordered was very tasty I feel like it was overpriced for what I got. I do understand that this place is a little hip coffee joint and the prices are not going to be super affordable, but I do feel like my sandwich should have come with a side possibly. But that really is a minor thing and I only took off one star because of this. There are only two bathrooms in this place, so sometimes you do have to wait for one to be cleared to use it. The employees seemed nice and happy to be there. All the employees were also wearing a mask. And the inside was very clean and there were no dirty tables.

Yelp
My husband and I were trying to find something in the midtown area because we had reservations at Packard's and he mapped this place and realized that we could just walk with our coffee. We got helped right away and everyone was very nice. I got a vanilla latte and my husband got a drip coffee. Both were very good but at almost $12 for both of them it was just a little pricey. I'm sure that's what is normal but still. And my big complaint about mine was that the second they handed it to me it was drinking temperature. Like on the getting colder side. So I had to basically chug It quickly to enjoy it while it was still hot. That was a little disappointing. But not a big deal. I will definitely go here again!

Tracy W.

Yelp
Excellent ambiance followed by outstanding customer service capped off with perfect coffee and breakfast.

Yelp
Wonderful coffee shop in Oklahoma City. Great drinks and a tasty variety of pastries (better than your typical coffee shop variety -- cool things like almond flour options). Great study environment, too. While the wi-fi was a little bit slow, I still give it 5 stars for having great food/drinks and having a great study environment.

Yelp
I have been to Elemental two times now and I have left a satisfied customer each time. For my first visit, I tried one of the many Ethiopian beans they had in its purest form: a pour over. The coffee was quite nuanced in its flavors and was a good starter for my 4 hour drive that day. My only regret for my first visit was that I could not sit down and enjoy my hot beverage while soaking in the sun through their massive windows. It is for that very reason I came back the weekend after with a laptop and some headphones for a Yelp review writing session (this very review was actually produced right here in Elemental). For this particular visit, I went with a sparkling cold brew and some local vanilla soda to complement the warmer weather. Both were refreshing and piped me right up to GET. S**T. DONE. The natural lighting here is phenomenal so snap away!

Flavorful S.

Yelp
A visit to "Elemental Coffee" surely piques one's interest with its stylishly minimalist ambiance. Regrettably, the experience doesn't quite live up to the inviting aesthetics. The coffee, while meticulously brewed, is disappointingly overpriced. When paying premium rates, one anticipates a flavor or experience that elevates the ordinary. However, the offerings at Elemental Coffee didn't surpass the quality found at more reasonably priced locales, leaving a feeling of lost value. The greater disappointment lies in the customer service. Instead of the congenial and welcoming atmosphere that one hopes to find in a local coffee shop, interactions with the staff were unfortunately rather curt and uninviting. There was a noticeable lack of warmth in the service, which was a dampener. In conclusion, while "Elemental Coffee" might draw you in with its sleek design and promise of artisanal brews, the unjustifiably steep prices and subpar service sadly took away from what could have been an enjoyable coffee experience. Here's hoping they revisit their customer service training and pricing strategy. As it stands, this Flavorful Soul recommends exploring the city's other coffee havens.

Yelp
Recommended this cafe by a local and it did not disappoint. I went both of the days I was in town to experience their cold options. The coffee sangria is especially unique and wasn't too sweet like the usual sangria (which I hate). Their sparkling cold brew is good. I wanted to try hot options but I am not of the southern mold anymore and it's waaaay too hot for hot coffee right now. Maybe I'll be back in the wintertime. Most likely not, but this is a special coffee place and y'all are lucky it exists.

Trent R.

Yelp
Probably one of the best coffee shops in the city. Always great drip coffee. Also a phenomenal coffee roaster.
google avatar

Teaira J.

Yelp
Second time here and I'm still a fan! The menu is kinda small but still has some good regular and vegan options. I'm not a coffee person but they clearly know what they're doing here and locals love it.
google avatar

Michelle P.

Yelp
This place isn't the friendliest coffee shop (which is shocking for Oklahoma City), but it's definitely one of my favorite places to grab coffee and breakfast. I wouldn't recommend the matcha. The two times I had it, it lacked in flavor and chunks of powder. I ended up tossing it. However, their coffee is AMAZING! They have seasonal drinks (pumpkin for fall, pecan for winter, etc.) and MANY gluten-free and vegan options!! My fav are the breakfast tacos, super spicy, yummy, and filling! The cafe usually has space to sit and ample street/parking lot parking.
google avatar

Sydney H.

Yelp
Elemental Coffee truly lives up to the hype, with great food, atmosphere, and coffee. I love that many of their ingredients (bread, tea) are sourced locally. Plus, their outdoor patio has a great view of downtown!

C. G.

Yelp
I was in OKC for work and stumbled into elemental coffee and was incredibly happy with the result. Great coffee, great food (and so many vegan options), great service. Certainly one of the best coffee shops I've been to in OK!

Melanie D.

Yelp
Love this local coffee shop and so excited to see them in the will rogers airport terminal. They're a must stop on your way in or out of town. Check them out down by terminal 5!

Yelp
I love they have growler of coffee Togo! The food was fresh and delicious I liked the art on the walls. Friendly atmosphere and good service !

Yelp
Again, love this place! My vanilla latte and puff pastry (not pictured because I ate it so fast) was delicious. The ham and Brie sandwich my boyfriend got was tasty (his words), but his chai tea latte was bleh. First time trying something here and not liking it. Maybe just a bad day, but we will be back:)

Mattie A.

Yelp
I was a little disappointed that whipped cream or Cold foam wasn't an option. However the coffee was good, presentation was awesome.

Yelp
Great coffee and atmosphere. You can tell these folks aren't in it for the money - it's a community. Excellent food , too.

Yelp
The beans you can purchase here are phenomenal. They have complex scents and flavors, and they have different selections all the time. My pour-over connoisseur friends are never disappointed. Plus, you get a free drink if you purchase a bag of beans. Call me simple, but I really enjoy the hot chocolate here. It is very rich cocoa and not like that sweet powdered stuff you get at a store. The frothy steamed milk on the top is awesome. It is much better to enjoy the drinks at the shop rather than getting them to go. The to go cup hurts the flavor. This place also has a great selection of coffee merchandise and locally made cards. They have a kitchen, and there are great sweets and eats to be had here. My favorite treat is the chocolate peanut butter no bake cookie. I have never ordered any of their breakfast and lunch, but the selection looks creative and wholesome. Update: I just had the "Sweet Jesus". It was the perfect size for a light lunch or snack, and I would argue that it was fourth-dimensional. The fennel of the rye bread warmed into existence, followed by the sweetness of the sweet potato and cauliflower. Then the fennel faded, and a light spice began. The last thing to enter was the chewy, savory gruyere. Even though the cheese is on top of the bread, its flavor is last! My date had the salmon toast, so I tried it. It was a very awakening set of flavors! I'm glad this is a coffee shop that has a great variety of real food!

Yelp
I've been coming here for many years... you might say Elemental was my first coffee love. I didn't know coffee could taste like this, frankly. I remember the first time I went there, they were serving 228, which for me is the gold standard for espresso - I've yet to have an espresso that matched it. I had watched a documentary (trust me, I'm super smart now) and saw that a double espresso is the best way to determine if you have a good barista. Up to this point, I had never been to a serious coffee place - I was used to the barista pushing a button and espresso pouring out of a giant machine. That's not how they do it here. I watched the barista grind the beans, weigh off the perfect amount on a digital scale, delicately level and firmly tamp them down, then closely monitor the pour as it dripped into the demitasse. Such precision, such consistency and dedication to making every cup perfect. I saw scales being used to measure hot water for pour overs also - these people aren't messing around, and the result is a perfect product each time you go in. The espresso was so lively - not the burnt, bitter brew I was used to, but sweet, tart, acidic, fruity, bursting with aromas and sliding across your tongue like velvet. A very sensual experience that is the product of high-quality bean sourcing, on-site roasting, and well-trained baristas. A lot of people had to do a good job for the coffee to be so tasty, and I think that's the reason Elemental reigns supreme over OKC coffee.

Alix B.

Yelp
The coffee was great and I'd highly recommend that. The only downside and why I'm going with 4 rather than 5 was the cleanliness and there were a couple homeless people sleeping on the couches inside. No prob there, everyone needs a place to sleep, but felt a tad bit uncomfortable and ended up going to work on my computer at another shop.

Yelp
Something simple, made great: Elemental Coffee. Quality. Minimalist furnishings lightheartedly complemented with rotating locally supplied art. Always very happy with my choice of coffee (usually the Americano). Recently tried their ginger beer coffee cocktail - delightful! I have been at various times of the day for food. Their weekend menu is compressed and different than their weekday menu, but is not weak in quality!! Vegan biscuits and gravy - REALLY flavorful and a perfect serving size for a "heavy" food. I was still able to get some work done without needing a food coma nap! Waldorf salad - also vegan. Again, flavor department is on point!! Light, refreshing, filling. An interesting but no-regrets side option I chose with breakfast tacos. Cheech-a-rizo tacos!!! - 2 tacos that are juuust right. Toppings compliment the tofu&soyrizo body, instead of overwhelming it. Not dry at all. Exactly what you'd hope for! note: I am not vegan, fully omnivore! The vegan options here are awesome and inclusive of other lifestyles and did not leave me with a lingering desire for something "more".

Yelp
Excellent urban coffee shop. This place is top-notch on quality and expertise. They have a fabulous coffee selection and even loose-leaf masala chai. Big breakfast burritos, too! SIX STARS!

Yelp
Elemental is an exceptional coffee roaster in OKC. I have a well trained palette for pour over coffee and I find the selection at Elemental to be one of the best in the region. They usually have 2-3 Ethiopian bean selections to purchase as well as beans from Columbia and Nicaragua. I also think that Elemental has the best value in the city for buying freshly roasted whole beans. Price range is 14-19$ and you get a free drink when buy a bag. I have experienced pour overs and espresso drinks here and they are all expertly crafted. The foods offered at Elemental are amazing. The baked goods are to die for and the savory food items are hand made and taste great. My favorites are the smoked salmon toast and the peanut butter no-bake cookie. The salted chocolate chip cookie comes in at a close second... You should definitely give this place a try!!

Caroline C.

Yelp
Delicious pour overs! It was nice that they had a variety of roasts to choose from. Outdoor area is very cute! A little small inside, but we were able to get a seat. Would return!
