We had dinner here at around 5:30 on a Thursday. Service was really pleasant, the food came super fast, and everything tasted excellent. The pizza, of course, was the star of the show: a PERFECT chewy Neapolitan crust, generous toppings, and not overloaded with cheese. I would say it’s highly comparable to Spark Pizza in Redmond, which is among the best I’ve had in the US. For appetizers we got some salads and the roasted cauliflower, which provided a nice “light” contrast to our meal. I will be thinking about the pizza here for a long time to come, and will definitely make another visit.

Google
Tried the roasted cauliflower and one of their wood-fired pizzas - both were good.. The cauliflower was perfectly roasted with great seasoning, and the pizza had that amazing smoky flavor you only get from a wood-fired oven. Super fresh ingredients and a nice crisp crust. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, though the service could’ve been a bit quicker. Still, decent spot for a casual but quality meal. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

The food here is good my favorite pizza which is enough to share for two people would be the Margherita, and Quattro Formaggio, the meatball appetizer is good but sometimes need more seasoning, and the veggie sandwich is good. The one time we went the waiter did not write down our order and the sandwich he brought had way too much goat cheese (we asked for no cheese) he did not write down our order. When he asked how our food was, we said the sandwich had cheese and we asked for no cheese. He didn’t offer a comp and barely apologized. The dining room can be noisy with a lot of crying babies and mothers not paying attention. I would suggest this place but come early

Google
I paid $30 for this. Probably worth $15. Asked for well done (an option on their online ordering portal) but hardly any char. Crust missing the flavor and texture of good neapolitan pizza. Good sauce cheese toppings ratio. The Neapolitan Pizza place across the street is only a little better so if you're looking for this type of Pizza in this neighborhood you're out of luck.

Google
The truffle oil mushroom pizza is so yummy! The crust was really good and we also got wings when we dined in for the first time. The sauces for the wings were so yummy but kind of spicy so if you're not good with spices I would go easy on the sauce. They were pretty busy but understandably so! I can't wait to try the other items on their menu!

The service was excellant and the Pizzas were very good. We ordered The Margherita Pizza and the Pepperoni with Honey, in addition to the Stromboli and the freshly prepared lemonade which comes with an extra refill. We give the Margherita Pizza around 6.5/10 since it was a bit too basic with not that much of cheese and the dough was very thin it collapsed every time we tried to eat a slice. The Pepperoni Pizza was better and we give it 8/10, although the optional Honey was a bit strange for our taste. The Stromboli was tasty and enough for 3-4 people as an appetizer or for 1-2 as a main. I liked the freshly made Lemonade. One thing to note- the restrooms are the general U Village restrooms which are not that great.

Google
A solid pizza restaurant. A nice place with a good amount of table seating and a some bar seating. Attentive and friendly service. I just had a basic Margherita pizza and it was pretty tasty. There don’t seem to be any size options, only 12” pies available, but that’s a decent size that gives you some flexibility to order multiple pies depending on your needs. Preparation was pretty quick too. A good choice for a basic pizza meal.

Was really craving a fire wood baked pizza and it hit the spot just right. Very good pizza and very reasonable prices. Cheap and great quality

Yelp
Whenever my family is shopping in University Village, we stop for food at Elemental. We love that it's always easy to get seated and when we came in today the restaurant was clean and we were seated when we entered. A small caesar salad and a carnivorous pizza are our go-to orders here. We were disappointed by the croutons in our salad, most of them were soft with a stale flavour, but not all of them. The rest of the salad was delicious though and I love how much extra parmesan they add on top. The carnivorous pizza was also incredible. It is a little oily, but flavourful. I just wish they put more pepperoni on the pizza, it looks like it was only put on one half of the pizza with the other side pretty bare. My little sister ordered the rustic sandwich with potato and sausage soup. She loved both dishes, but thought the chunks of potato in the soup could have been in smaller pieces that were easier to eat. Our server was super friendly, but she didn't mention anything to us about the restaurant's happy hour which according to their website is everyday from 3-6. Hopefully the next time we come back they serve us fresh croutons because it definitely is noticeable when they are old.

Yelp
Elemental Pizza is a popular pizza shop in the bustling university village shopping center. Every time I stop by I saw lots of people dining in, so my boyfriend and I decided to finally give them a try. Since they're located inside Uvillage, they have a lot of parking spots available, but the plaza itself can get pretty crowded so be warned! Inside the restaurant gives off a classic yet modern aesthetic with both bar, booth, and table seating available. It's pretty spacious inside making it a good spot for group gatherings. Our server was very quick to take care of us and she even gave us lots of recommendations when it came to sizing and portion sizes for 2! We ended up getting the small Caesar salad and 1 green goddess pizza which was still a lot of food for 2 people! The pizza was so delicious and hearty and it was definitely super filling even for a non meat pizza! The Caesar salad was also the perfect take on a classic Caesar. Overall I would recommend checking out Elemental Pizza if you're in the mood for pizza after a day of shopping!

Yelp
The good: The food is decent, comes out quickly, the restaurant is clean. The hostess was very nice and greeted and sat us quickly. The mid: A little on the pricy side but not awful for a sit down restaurant experience in this area. The bad: The service needs to be improved here a lot. Our server would disappear for long stretches at a time. Was more concerned with chatting about UW at a table nearby than tending to the guests.

Yelp
Overall a nice restaurant. Multiple groups ranging from college students to families. All appear to be enjoying their food. Pizza was good. The lemonade was ok.

Yelp
Good portion, but lacked seasoning. Had to ask for salt and pepper. It was better after that. The pizza was soggy on the bottom. Also did not taste the truffle oil as stated on the menu.

Yelp
Modern casual pizza joint with wood-fired pizza. Clean booth and restroom. Short wait, service was straightforward and to the point. Nothing above and beyond but we weren't left waiting around either. Meatball & burrata pizza was good, a bit chewy but I don't mind at all. The hot peppers were a tasty addition. Caesar salad was heavy on the dressing but very edible. White bean & pesto was soup was super salty, but it's not exactly a soup place. Overall decent experience for a quick bite. Nothing super impressive but nothing much to complain about either.

Yelp
Honestly, I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. It's one of my go-to spots in University Village because it's not astronomically expensive and the food is consistently good quality. The only downside is the service--it's very hit or miss. Sometimes the waitstaff is super attentive, and other times they're not, but I've never had an issue with the food, even when the service isn't great. One thing to note is that the food can sometimes take a while to come out. I used to work in University Village for four years during college, and I'd often come here on my lunch break. There were times when I didn't have enough time to eat because it took so long for the food to arrive. If you're not in a rush, though, it's great. I've had their pasta, sandwiches, and salads, and I've never had any complaints about the food. The outdoor patio is fantastic during the summer, especially since you can bring your dog, which I really appreciate. I've been coming here since 2018, and it's still one of my favorites!

Yelp
Delicious and fast service! A little pricey for what was ordered, but food is pricey these days unfortunately ): I did really enjoy the pizzas though. The chicken curry one was surprisingly really good and probably one of my favorites! Seating was comfortable and 3 of us fit for each side of one booth.

Yelp
I wish I had read the yelp reviews before paying. It's TERRIBLE. I went based on the fact that there were lots of people inside so I assumed it was good food based on that. Nope!! The pizza dough is TERRIBLE, heavy and hard. I ordered the prosciutto-arugula pizza. It was drenched in salt (almost had to throw it out), and also way more arugula than necessary (it basically came out looking like a salad). The cheese was not stretchy but was crumbly. lol this whole thing was a joke.
google avatar

Madie D.

Yelp
Devastated that I forgot my pizza in my friend's fridge because this place is so fire. I feel like the pizzas are fairly reasonably priced given how filling they are, but you are paying over $20 for a personal pizza. Their crust is so tasty - nice and fluffy, but also crunchy. We had a large group and they were still able to seat us immediately, which was much appreciated!

Sionie S.

Yelp
The pizza was thin, like a tortilla, and the toppings were dry. They barely put any sauce either. Service was pretty fast as well. The ambiance was really chic and felt welcoming.
google avatar

Yelp
Friendly service that seated us quickly. A bit pricey, but good pasta and pizza. We enjoyed everything we got. Good place for a lunch during a busy shopping day.
google avatar

Vivien L.

Yelp
I visited on a Saturday night with a friend and we were able to be seated quickly. My friend ordered a pasta and I had the BYO Pizza. My pizza was fine, very thin, and wasn't the most visually appealing. I thought the red onion toppings looked sloppy and oddly chopped compared to other pizzas I've had. Service was very minimal. I wouldn't come back unless I am low on food options.
google avatar

Maggie H.

Yelp
Kate, our server was amazing. She was very welcoming and charismatic. She helped us pick out what we ordered and was super nice about splitting the bill! I love this location and the pizza was exquisite. I ordered a mushroom truffle pizza and a pepperoni hot honey pizza with my friend Claire and we both loved it. We will definitely be coming back, especially to see our favorite waitress Kate!

Yelp
I've never given a 1 star to a place where food was decent, but I had a horrible experience with the staff. Clearly most of the people who work here don't want to work here. They make no effort to be courteous. Our waiter at least tried, but the hostess did not have to roll her eyes at us or throw our menus on the table. Our pizza was served by another person who just slid it on the table without a word. The pizzas were ok; tough and dry, but tasted fine. Still, tough pizza is NOT good. But the difference between choosing to have a pizza at $20 each from here vs Zeek's, Little Caesar's, Tuta Bella's or anywhere else would be for the ambience. That test was clearly failed. Fast food pizza would've done a better job with their service and I can say with confidence that this is the last place I would choose to have pizza again.

Mike E.

Yelp
Didn't even try their food. Walked in and were greeted with " inside or outside?", no "hi", "welcome" or anything remotely welcoming. We said we wanted outside and the hostess led us to one of the tables in the small area out front. There was no one else there, and the table was in the glaring sun, so we asked if we could sit in the outside area in the back which was much nicer. The girl just rolled her eyes and said " fine", with a look and attitude that anyone who's had a 14yo daughter would know. She then turned around and walked us out back, threw the menus on the table, then walked off with a nasty look on her face and without saying another word. We sat down and took a quick look at the menu, but there was nothing that made us want to stay after our initial encounter so we got up and left. When the first few minutes are that bad it's hard to believe it's going to get much better.

Yelp
The Elemental Pizza location at the Columbia Tower is one of our favorite pizza places to make a stop at for lunch. We were thrilled to find a second location open later nearby in U district. However, we were really disappointed with the service and a couple of the dishes. Our meatballs came out bright pink, clearly undercooked and unsafe to eat. The pizzas tasted completely different from the other location. Margherita pizza had way too much sauce. The pepperoni with hot honey saved the meal for us. Our server Cassidy O was not the most attentive and did not check on us much during our meal. We were unable to bring the undercooked meatballs to her attention until the very end of our meal. She only became friendly when she brought over the bill (when we have to tip). As servers ourselves, it hurt to leave her less than 20% but service and food was such a miss today. None of the staff said thank you or anything when we walked out the door either. Staff could definitely be friendlier. I'd recommend going to the location at the Columbia Tower, they are amazing and the food is much better!

Yelp
Please just don't go here. The pizza is super mediocre, and the service sucks! My family of 6 and I went to Elemental for my birthday dinner, I was told someone else would call for a reservation. So I arrive and the hostess, manager, whoever... says "how many?" I tell her there's a reservation under my name or my mothers, and she says "we don't take reservations" and I said "oh, I was told I had one since someone else called..." and then she tells me "NO RESERVATIONS!" and I had to apologize since she seemed so bothered by it.. we should've left then but we had no other ideas of where to go. Our server was a nice guy but we ended up being at this restaurant for such a long time due to how slow our food came out, and the need to ask for napkins or drinks took forever because we had to literally catch our server in order to get anything. The pizza wasn't even great. Nobody in my family really liked it at all. Please don't waste your time coming here. From other reviews it seems that the front of house doesn't appreciate your service and it's not worth your time or money.

Yelp
Iced tea came from a dispenser, perfectly nasty . Pizza was mid, not enough fresh mozzarella on Marghartia pizza and way too much sauce. Burrata appetizer was delicious. Wedge salad was not a wedge salad and dressing was poured all over it and was bitter. Some of the iceberg lettuce was frozen. Huge portion, though could feed 4-6people. Server as okay, we were a group of 2 couples. Server did not ask how many to go boxes we needed . We had 2 diff pizzas, a pasta, leftover app, and salad. She brought 1 pizza box and one entree box . We left the salad and put appetizer in pizza box with slices.

Yelp
Just asked for a non-alcohol beer. Was told they don't have it and that I was the third person so far to ask for it. Get with the times and add a non-alcoholic beer! Service good-it's not her fault they don't have a non-alcoholic beer.

Yelp
The pizza was delicious, Stromboli was good too. Great service, easy to get a table. I'll definitely come back!
google avatar

MyAnne K.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere. Open kitchen. Nothing better than a wood fired oven. Their pizza is yummy. Crust is thin and crispy. The salad was a bit overdressed but good. I'll be back.

Yelp
I'm Gluten Free and the GF crust Marco recommended was the best I've ever had! The service was very attentive and welcoming. Love this place at University Village.
google avatar

Yelp
Great location Great service Good pizza but it Lacked flavor! The pizza crust was perfect though! Great wood fire pizza! But I've had better! Loved the burrata
google avatar

Yelp
Great staff fresh ingredients and the food is delicious something for everyone to enjoy

Yelp
We had a good experience, I would come back since their pizza was pretty good (slightly better than MOD imo). The pesto pasta wasn't really anything special despite its price, and it came with two really plain looking toast. The mushroom truffle pizza was really good, I would definitely get it again for the distinct flavor. The carnivorous pizza was average, though there could've been more meat as advertised. Overall atmosphere was nice with good service. Only complaint was that there were a lot of crumbs still left on the booths when we got seated so we had to clean it ourselves.
google avatar

Jim B.

Yelp
Had the pizza with house meatballs and burrata - it was really good. Though the big hit was the white bean soup - amazing flavor!!
google avatar

Mariah H.

Yelp
I waited several minutes to be seated without anyone acknowledging me. There were half a dozen staff members standing at the bar chatting. Another few behind the counter. I tried to get their attention, made eye contact, nothing. It wasn't busy. I left.
google avatar

Generous Y.

Yelp
The pizza here is similar to Mod - fairly small and thin that you can eat one yourself. Sharing's always great of course, so no pressure finishing it alone. My friend mentioned the pasta here was really good but because it's Elemental Pizza, I had to try the pizza on my first visit. The pasta menu is also quite limited (4 options) but smaller menus are always great. I opted for the Carnivorous and was satisfied. There was a nice cheese pull, relatively thin but there's not too much cheese on the thin crust so it was fair. With that point, I'd love if there was a thicker crust option to pile more cheese on. Also, more sizes would be nice as the pizzas only come in 12" at the moment.

R E.

Yelp
I loved my experience! The food, drinks, and service were amazing. My server's name is Nita and she is the sweetest. Very knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive. Cant wait to go back!
google avatar

Albert L.

Yelp
Feels like an elevated version of MOD, both in quality and price. I built my own personal (vegetarian) pizza: Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozz, Mama's Lil Peppers, Mushrooms, and Basil. Some pizza places struggle with keeping the pie crisp with toppings like mushrooms and peppers that release lots of moisture upon cooking. This is particularly prevalent with thin-crust places like MOD. With only 3 toppings, that wasn't a problem here - the pizza was crisp throughout, and the mushrooms were well-cooked as seen in the picture. The crust is delicious and has a great chew. It's a solid pie and could be a 5 if it weren't $20+ out the door for a pizza.
google avatar

Christopher R.

Yelp
Looking for a place to stop outside UW campus and found this gem. Great ambiance, friendly servers and really fast service. We ordered 5 pizzas for 6 people with wine. We had everything on our table within 10 mins. The best of what we ordered was the Hawaiian and the Green Goddess. These are 12" pizzas and average about $20 a pizza. Overall, great experience, great service and great food!!
google avatar

Varsh P.

Yelp
Amazing food always!! We ordered pesto casarecce and cheese pizza with pineapple and raspberry lemonade. Lemonade felt little tasteless but the food was awesome. Pineapple on the pizza was so sweet. Pesto taste was extremely delicious.service was very quick and staff were friendly. Went on a Sunday evening but not much wait. The restaurant was full though. Pizzas made right in front of our eyes which is quite entertaining to watch especially for kids.
google avatar

Marlee K.

Yelp
A really yummy salad on a beautiful day, a great combination!! Seating outdoors is nice and fun for people watching. Had the beet, arugula, walnut and blue cheese salad which was really really good. Light on the blue cheese, delicious side of bread, and stellar service from Kendra.
google avatar

Kati P.

Yelp
The pizza was sublime and I am the world's biggest pizza snob. From New Jersey so I'm super familiar with the real thing! The raspberry lemonade was amazing and the service was excellent.

Mai N.

Yelp
Ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese tonight and to say I was disappointed would be high marks. There was maybe 2oz of bolognese sauce and when I asked for more, I was told it would be an additional charge and this had been a common complaint of the dish. Um, excuse me but if this is a common complaint, why not fix it?! And of course, there was no offer to fix the situation. Overpriced and average food at best. Stick with the pizza but then again, there are better pizza places.
google avatar

Nari N.

Yelp
Really good wood fired pizza and nice salads + appetizers. Love the mushroom pizza personally. Great location in the middle of U Village!

Kyle P.

Yelp
Elemental Pizza is a favorite of ours! We go all the time and the food is always delicious. Such a welcoming staff and would recommend this spot to anyone.

Sophia R.

Yelp
We had a great experience at Elemental! Great food and awesome service, we will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Here we go, Bloody Mary people. I'm always looking for a Bloody Mary that makes you go, Mmm..... MARCO behind the bar like, "Yea I can make a Bloody Mary " ***All from SCRATCH!!!! A double is OFF THE HOOK!!!!
google avatar

Raz S.

Yelp
The food was delicious. Great combinations of pizza flavors. Good service and atmosphere at this restaurant. Great place to go out with family and friends.

Colton H.

Yelp
my food was soggy and gross, the service sucked. The managers seemed like they didn't care. And for $80 it was a big waste of money. I'm never going back.
google avatar

Ellie C.

Yelp
Came here for a later dinner as it was one of the few places open Thursday night at UVillage. We got the margarita and pepperoni pizza. They have gluten free pizza crust options! There is also a lot of seating. The pizza was good and similar to other wood fired pizzas I've had in the area but nothing crazy special (but we also got very basic pizzas) Loved how crispy it was!
google avatar

Mackenzie C.

Yelp
The pizza and burrata were pretty good, and they have quite a bit of outdoor seating which was nice. A little bit expensive for what you get in my opinion. My favorite of the three items ordered (green goddess pizza, quattro formaggi, and burrata) the burrata was the best. I wouldn't order the quattro formaggi again, although it wasn't bad. The green goddess pizza was lacking in sun-dried tomatoes. We also waited at our table for a waiter to come by for almost 30 minutes before we were able to flag someone down for a check. I think the waiter assigned to our table forgot about us, which was a little bit annoying because we were on a time crunch, but it happens. I'd probably grab takeout here if I planned to come back.
google avatar

Sanjali P.

Yelp
Loved the pizza here! Service was great and fast! I got takeout and enjoyed the Green Goddess pizza. Would love to come back and dine in!

Jim W.

Yelp
We ate there Yesterday, January 20. Late lunch and I had the Pasta with pesto and Paula had the pulled pork sandwich and it was as good as any restaurant meal we have had in several years. The pesto was excellent without being overly salty. Paula's sandwich was the same quality. We would definitely eat here again. Service was prompt and everyone was great.

Kyler O.

Yelp
Their food is amazing but when dinning in their outdoor area in the rain they said I had to keep my puppy on the outside of the gate surrounding the area. We were the only people there and it was pouring rain. The poor little guy was shivering and kept trying to get to us through the gate. We got the check and left, to go to a dog friendly place that ACTUALLY is dog friendly. For a Seattle restaurant you would think they would be more dog friendly.

Ostap L.

Yelp
Manager never put in my order. I called in an order for a single carnivorous pizza at 11:43am and was told by the manager that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I walked to the restaurant and arrived at the time it would be ready, and sat for an additional 20 minutes. At 12:10pm I asked where my order was, and the server told me that it was never put in. It's completely disrespectful to waste my time after I explicitly called early to have my order ready when I arrived.
google avatar

CJ G.

Yelp
I used to come here all the time, but unfortunately the quality has gone down. I expected higher quality food with the price range. But the quality is just not there. Starting off with the positives: the mushroom pizza had a good truffle flavor and the meat pizza came with a good amount of toppings. Our server was also very welcoming. However, the meat pizza was soggy -- the crust was soaked in oil and was soft. I feel like I was chewing the burnt crust most of the time. Personally I would not come back here and I don't think it's worth the price. Warning: do not get their pasta. The portion was small and it was pretty bland.
