Very relaxed atmosphere, caring and compassionate staff, professional and kind therapist. My ONLY complaint is I wish the rooms were more sound proof. Could hear others talking in the adjacent room and also heard the back door opening and closing while trying to relax during my massage. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

Had An awful interaction with Nicole and Sarah. They were both very discriminating towards me because I’m in a wheelchair, which didn’t make sense because I’ve already been there for a massage and everything was fine. Besides, they forced me to do a half hour instead of the hour that I wanted. Sarah straight out, said that they don’t work on people in wheelchairs and that it’s not something they are used to, when I’ve already been there before and don’t mind explaining my situation and showing them how to accommodate me. I called The Portsmouth location and they were so much more accommodating and had no problem with me being in a wheelchair, which honestly nobody should ever I can’t even believe people like this exist. Worst experience, don’t go here, go to the Portsmouth one and Get treated like an actual human! Edit: owner comment is not true I didn’t hang up at all that’s absolutely ridiculous you’re putting this back on me when i have been treated unfairly. Sarah specifically said they don’t work on people in wheelchairs and that it’s not a medical facility, you guys don’t have any experience working on people in wheelchairs. Those words came out of her mouth. As an owner I would think you would want to fix this as it’s a huge discrimination lawsuit. Thanks for trying to make it right though definitely shows what kind of place this is.

I wanna gatekeep this so bad, but you need to book with Tina! Had a 60min session with her today, and hands down best one yet! She did fantastic - especially if you love deep pressure massage. 10/10 recommend ☆☆☆☆☆:)

The massage was good, up until the last 5 minutes when I was given a long sales pitch about signing up for the loyalty program. I kept saying “I’ll talk to the front desk about it when the massage is over” but the hint was not picked up. It was disappointing to end on that note and to be pulled out of my zen state for a sales pitch instead of enjoying the last of the massage.

Zero stars! It's not worth the time, money and effort. Very poorly managed! People that work up front are rude and unprofessional. I'm canceling my membership and taking my business somewhere else.

Joseph did a great job! Applied pressure as needed and always checked to see if the pressure felt ok or was too much. The rooms are very clean and the music is relaxing. Highly recommend Joseph for anyone that is seeking a massage that prefers stronger pressure.

My friend Lindsey had commented a few days prior and the owner commented below her, her side. I just wanted to say if I can give zero stars I most certainly would. When my friend was trying to schedule her appointment for a massage, I was right there the entire time and I witnessed the whole conversation, the lady on the phone was very very rude to her said they don’t do massages in wheelchairs(but the owner commented saying they do them all the time?) and said they had to talk to management while having an attitude, she did not try to tell my friend about different massage therapist all she said was she needed to talk to management bc they aren’t a “medical” massage place which we understand obviously they aren’t then mentioned no one there is experienced/comfortable. Then later that day, she called the one in Portsmouth and they got her in no problem! They were very, very nice there and we even told the Portsmouth location what happened and they were confused on it as well. Don’t become a massage therapist if you are not comfortable with all skin/body and you’re not willing to get the experience!

I had a facial almost a week ago; My skin turned out so beautiful, all I need is to color correct and maybe a tiny concealer for my dark circles and my skin looks amazing! I hope I will be able to maintain this—and if I can’t, I’m getting another one, lol 😂

Yelp
The staff is so welcoming as soon as you come in. I don't always get the same person because of scheduling conflicts but I've always had a great experience!! I love the fact that I can go in the room & change the lighting, fan & volume of the music... the staff always checks in throughout the message to see if the pressure is ok.. I so look forward to going to get my relaxation on :)

Yelp
I was visiting the area and decided to treat myself to a massage. From the first point of contact to schedule, to arriving for my first visit, as well as the message therapist - I received excellent service. Each staff member that I had contact with was professional, informative and appeared to genuinely want me to have a great experience.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. When I began coming here about a year ago, I had never had a massage before. I've been going twice a month since. They are extremely welcoming to new people, and very accommodating. I have seen Ashley, Lee, and Rae here and I'm impressed with all three. They each provide a unique experience! Ashley's trigger point and sweet personality make for a pleasant massage. And Lee's deeper tissue work hurts in the best possible way! I always feel 3729x better after leaving my sessions with them. I've referred several people here and all of them have had awesome experiences.

Yelp
I received a membership as a present. Called a first time and was told that day and time was booked out. Fine. I called a second time and was told the time slot wanted was really busy and was booked out for weeks. Would I like to be on the wait-list and they'll give me a call. Yes please. Turns out I was never on the wait-list, never got a call. Cancelled the membership and now we are out more than $200 and received 0 massage! A little apology would have been appreciated instead of the different managers blaming us and even telling us I requested to NOT be on the wait-list. Not sure how that makes sense. I will never set foot there because of their way to run their business.

Yelp
I have been using them twice a month for a couple of years. Always pay in cash when my massage is over with a nice tip. I called the day of my appointment to confirm the correct time like I always do. I was told that my appointment was TAKEN away from me and given to someone else!!!!! This is after I received a confirmation email 2 days prior. What the fu*k!? Are you serious??? So very disrespectful and unprofessional. Do not waste your time here like I did......

Yelp
I have personally been coming to this studio for therapeutic massages since December of 2016. I still come here. This place is a-freakin-mazing! There are so many aspects of it that are wonderful that I don't even know where to begin. From the very first massage I ever received there, I not only felt welcomed and cared for, but I also was helped in physical ways. I have been able to avoid recommended surgery by receiving routine massages. It's important to note that not all massage places are the same. I have tried MANY in my lifetime and by far Elements in Somersworth is the absolute best. And I believe this for so many reasons. They are clean, respectful, and always always always professional. I usually don't like being massaged by male therapists since I'm a female, but I can confidently say that have been massaged by almost every therapist there (I like to try different ones out to see what types of specialties and techniques each one has) and have always felt safe and cared for in a professional way. In addition to that, I feel that each therapist, although slightly different in their techniques, offers unique benefits for me and others who I know come here. I have recommended many friends and family members and there has been that same consensus. I am also part of the Wellness Membership program. It's a great part of this business because it makes massage so affordable. The best part is that the massages are therapeutic so it's cheaper than constant medical visits to address different concerns and a lot more enjoyable! Each time I go, even though I go on a regular basis, I am treated as if it's my first time there, welcomed, and my needs are always met. They go above and beyond, offer me water, and chat with me. It's like they are getting to know me. The owners go out of their way to get to know clients and truly take care of them. The business is an amazing little gem in Somersworth and I would highly recommend that you give them a try. I am a tough critic (as you can see from other reviews), but I am also an honest critic. I believe in this company wholeheartedly in not only their business services, but their ethics and humanity-based approach to serving the community.

Yelp
I went to Elements Massage for obviously a massage. They asked me questions about what I expect to get from the massage - I really didn't know. So they dug further and I told them about my back and about my ear being blocked. Well - I have no idea if it's coincidental or not, but within an hour after my massage - my back felt much better, and my ear was unblocked. I have signed up for the monthly one hour massage at an amazing rate of just $69.00!! My massage therapist told me, and I do believe her, that with all the sitting and driving I do, my back was full of knots, and monthly massages will help keep them at bay so I won't be in pain. So grateful I found Elements Massage in Somersworth!!

Yelp
I normally like this facility and have gone several times. I had a scheduled appointment recently and called the morning of the appointment as soon as the therapy office opened to cancel due to increasing Covid levels and my discomfort surrounding this. I was told there was a $35 cancellation fee. I said I found this to be outrageous given the pandemic and I did not authorize any fee. Two days later my card was charged without my permission. They must have taken my card from a previous visit and charged it. This is not just wrong but illegal! What else are they doing with their customers private banking information?

Yelp
I had a horrific experience at Elements. One of the massage therapists asked why I was wearing glitter, and if I went to a Kesha concert. If I had known this person maybe it would have been funny but it was my first appointment and it came off incredibly unprofessional. The massage also wasn't very good. These therapists should take a class from those at Integrated Massage in Dover- they are light years ahead!

Yelp
Fantastic! I came into town and needed a massage after the long drive. They were able to fit me in with Jodi. She was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great pressure/technique too. I wish I lived in the area so I could come back on a regular basis! I recommend this location for the extremely friendly staff and the professionalism too.

Yelp
Called multiple times to book a massage since they are the only elements that doesn't use the mindbody app. No one answered on all five calls. I left a message and no one called back. If they run their business this poorly then I don't want to go there.
