"With just over a hundred private villas, Elements of Byron Resort & Spa is a modern take on the resort concept. There’s the requisite spa, of course, and a range of dining venues, the massive infinity pool, the indoor-outdoor cocktail bar. But the architecture is sleek and contemporary, low-impact and single-story, the curving lines inspired by organic forms — the striking central pavilion is modeled after the look of a windswept sand dune." - Mark Fedeli

We had a the most fabulous stay at Elements. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome each day, which really added to the overall experience. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless and well-maintained, which gave us great peace of mind—especially traveling with a bub. Each day, our room was refreshed, restocked, and thoroughly cleaned. It was such a treat to return to a tidy, calm space—especially with a little one who can turn a room upside down in no time! It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you to the wonderful team at Elements. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Resort - spent alot of time trying to find the perfect place to stay and this was definitely "the place". Very unique, a wonderful resort. Honestly wished we could have stayed longer and had enough time just to stay at the resort. The rooms were very spacious, bright with wonderful windows and lovely views, rooms had high-tech amenities, the beds totally comfortable. The rooms were super clean (like you didn't mind spending time in your room clean!) The bathrooms large, clean with luxurious towels and amenities. Loved how private each space was. ||The resort restaurant, reception, golf cart and beach service top knotch! Can't rave enough about how friendly and helpful every single person on staff was - these people actually seemed to enjoy thier jobs. (Something not rarely found). The food honestly wasn't Michelin star - but was tasty and good. Enjoyed the walking trails, the beach and the location of the resort. Will definitely return.

Amazing place to stay. My husband and I had a magnificent 4 night stay in a deluxe villa. It was everything and more that we had wished for. The service was impeccable. The room cleanliness, facilities, room decor and food was 5 star. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Cannot fault our long weekend. Everything was perfect…big group of us and booking staff put us all close as requested. From the booking process to check in to every meal and interaction, the staff were awesome to deal with. If anything, 3 nights was not enough to enjoy everything on offer. This resort is the ultimate escape.

My Partner and I recently spent four unforgettable days at Elements of Byron, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely swept away by the beauty, serenity, and effortless luxury of this coastal paradise. Our villa was the perfect blend of comfort and elegance—spacious, thoughtfully designed, and nestled in lush greenery that made us feel like we had our own private sanctuary. Every morning, we woke to the soothing sounds of nature, sunlight streaming through the trees, and the gentle rhythm of the ocean not far beyond.

Simply incredible! We stayed here for a kids-free anniversary celebration and were blown away. Elements offer two large pools - one that is family friendly and another for adults only with a swim up bar. Despite it being busy we found it easy to find lounge chairs to sit back and relax around the pool areas. It was great to be able to offer cocktails and food using online ordering. Loved being able to order takeaway coffees too. The grounds are well kept and nice to walk around. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to move around. The buffet breakfast offering was incredible - lots of variety that made it hard to choose. A quick drive away from Byron though we found we didn’t want to leave!

We had a fantastic experience at Elements of Byron Bay — a truly exceptional resort that blends natural beauty with thoughtful design and outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the surroundings were tranquil, and the amenities were world-class. A special mention goes to Justin, the bartender, whose attention to detail, warm personality, and great beer recommendations really elevated our stay. He not only served quality drinks but also took the time to personalize each interaction — a true professional who clearly enjoys what he does. Whether you're here to unwind by the pool, explore Byron, or enjoy a luxury escape, Elements delivers on every level. Highly recommended — and definitely ask Justin for one of his top beer picks!

Google
What a beautiful resort! There's a massive general pool and an adults only pool. It's about a 9 min drive from the main strip on Byron but we really enjoyed the location. The rooms are so comfortable and even though it's set in the heart of trees and nature, there was not a single bug in our rooms. Rooms are very secure. Sunrise yoga is an amazing way to start the day. All staff were wonderful. Highly recommend this place is you're looking for quality

Yelp
Excellent eco-conscious resort, amazing room layout only surpassed by the pool and grill area!

Yelp
I'm surprised to read the other reviews on this place as our stay was amazing. To start with I had booked us the wrong room- I had misread the floor plan and thought we would have a full one bedroom. We were travelling with our toddler and needed the separate sleeping area. I called to the front desk and had us changed within 30 mins. We upgraded to a two bedroom villa which was stunning and more than enough space for the three of us. The property itself is gorgeous. Very lush. Every morning our walk to breakfast was relaxing and gorgeous. The breakfast was fantastic and one of my favourite parts of the stay. They also have two pools- one is a quiet pool and the other more of a family pool. I appreciate this as then I don't need to worry about my kid making too much noise. All in all a fantastic two night stay.

Yelp
I really enjoyed staying here! It was really nice and clean. The rooms are wonderful and the bar / restaurant is fabulous. They have. A great pool and spa. The grounds are kept well and the staff are very friendly. The resort is very new and was quite quiet when I was there. I would give it 5 stars but the fact that the live music is only from 5-7 is pretty disappointing. I mean are you kidding? Did you not want to have your guests stay out late and spend money at the bar? They have specials from time to time and we luckily had oysters that were fantastic. Again, the service is really good with an international crew working this part of the hotel. The beach begins the resort is beautiful. You can walk for miles and miles and only run into a handful of people. Solid spot but they need to figure out the live music / entertainment part or this place won't last.

Yelp
This hotel provides a nice location, large bungalows and a great pool area, but that is the extent of the positive portion of this review. While the hotel touts itself as upscale, it has a long way to go to achieve this status. The service was poor, at best, due to the inexperience of the wait staff. On two occasions, our food came out prior to our drinks and we did not have silverware. The rooms were large but the housekeeping services were subpar. Even though we requested housekeeping, our sheets were not changed and new towels were not provided the entirety of our stay. In addition, our room was not serviced until 530pm one of the days. Until the staff is properly trained, I would choose to stay at another hotel in this cute little beach town.
