Elena’s is my new obsession! This Greek spot in Burbank is an absolute gem. I usually get the falafel plate, and it’s always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Before the meal, they bring out the most delicious hors d’oeuvres with warm pita, such a treat! The service is lovely, welcoming, and attentive. Everything about Elena’s feels fresh, tasty, and made with care. I can’t wait to keep coming back!

We recently hosted a graduation party at Elena's, and our overall experience was exceptional. The food is amazing, the service is excellent and the bar service is perfect (with all types of top notch alcohol). The owner, management and service staff are all wonderful who clearly care about you and your experience. They deliver on all their promises. The food is plentiful, it keeps coming and very delicious (prepared at gourmet level). The event coordinator, Nicole, was easy and wonderful to work with. She makes sure that your event runs smoothly and without any problems. She makes herself available 24/7 for any questions and concerns. And their prices are very fair and reasonable, especially for all that you're getting. The value for your money is excellent.

Very good food here, and usually when I come, it’s not busy at all, and is a friendly, upscale environment. The location is great, however not much parking. But the food here is extremely good. Love the lentil soup and chicken kabobs. Would definitely recommend for a nice Mediterranean restaurant in Burbank.

I have been telling my friends and family about what an amazing experience we had with this restaurant. We had a fairly large party after a special occasion and Nicole took VERY good care organizing before the event and was very attentive to us during the event. Her service really stood out. The service was timing, friendly and quick. Very very pleased. My large party complemented the food as well and spoke highly of it as they expect to return for the food again. Thank you for taking very good care of me and my family on such a special day for us.

Did a random search for Mediterranean food and stumbled across Elena’s. So happy that we decided to try something new. The decor and ambiance of Elena’s was very nice. Modern, clean and nice big space. We were greeted with a smile by the host and the wait staff was also very friendly. The food was very delicious…the sharable dip for two was amazing! Each item was delicious in its own way. Portion was very big so we ended up taking the leftover home. We also got the combination plate with filet and lamb. Meat was tender and juicy and that rice was amazing. Looking forward to going back to try their fish.

Best 2024 Dine LA Restaurant. Dined at the Glendale Elena’s for many years and decided to try their new upscale sister restaurant. Wife and I both had the $25 Diners LA Lunch #1. Usually you see sections on Dine LA menu and can only choose one item from each section…here you get it all! (See the menu pic). So much food to sample…you will know what to order for you next visit. Interior done well with large seats and tables. They also serve beer and cocktails. Well done!

Had a really lovely dinner here. My husband and I honeymooned in Greece and are always on the lookout for good Mediterranean food here in LA. Elena's didn't disappoint! Servers were friendly, food was delicious (the garlic lemon dip that comes with the complimentary pita bread was especially yummy), drinks were great. Really liked the interior of the restaurant too. Will definitely come back!

Everything about this place is amazing! The owner and staff are wonderful, the service is excellent with waiters who are timely and attentive, and the ambiance is beautiful. I ordered an appetizer this time, but having eaten at the Glendale location before, I can definitely vouch for their main dishes being fantastic! I’m looking forward to attending one of their events next time I visit ✨.

I ordered from Elena's Estiatorio for my lunch at work today via Postmates: they had a special for the chicken kebab plate, but one and get one free! It cost me $33 with fees and tip‼ I loved the juicy chicken chunks and I got mutabal and pilaf rice , with a grilled tomato. What a delight: it was so yeasty and fresh Loved it and will order again

This is my first time there. I made reservation for the Xmas set-dinner $49 plus tip plus tax. 1) Decor is cute middle eastern restaurant 2) The waitress and owner is super nice 3) Food are so good. 4) Chicken Kabab is so tender and perfect grilled. Cooked, but not chew. Almost the best chicken kebab, I ever eat. 5) beef koobideh 's spice marinate id perfect 6) Rice pilaf is also perfect. Definitely need to go back

I have ordered DoorDash from here multiple times and have had work order from here for lunch a few times. The food is DELICIOUS!! It reminds me of food made in my home which is fantastic. Chicken lule, kofte, boureg and garlic sauce is divine. The eech was on the lemony side, but still great. Can't wait to try an in person dinner!

First time at this small business owned restaurant. Did not know they have a location in Glendale. We dined at the Burbank location. Noah was our server. He was patience, polite and willing to assist. Now for the food, it was tasty and delicious. They had our favorite wine so that was bonus. Their corkage fee is $30-35. We will definitely be back.

Date of visit: May 5, 2024 Selections: Calamari Appetizer Elena's Combo - Beef Lula Kebab and Lamb Shish Kebab Experience: My dad wanted to eat here after eating at their sister location in Glendale. This location in Burbank apparently opened recently and was closer to home for us. When we got inside, there was only one couple eating amongst the many tables readily available. My dad asked if this was the location and received confirmation from the hostess. We were seated and asked if we wanted sparkling or still water and my dumb self said still without realizing that we were going to be charged for water (I did this twice when we asked for refills and my mom was saying they reused bottles, but we were highly mistaken). We were provided with complimentary pita bread along side a dish with pickled cabbage, garlic sauce, and olives before we placed our order. The calamari appetizer came out a few minutes after placing our order, but we waited for quite awhile to receive our main courses. I really liked the pickled cabbage mixed with the garlic sauce as I munched on pita bread. The calamari appetizer was too small for my liking, but had a great crunch and loved the sauce that came with it. Unfortunately, my meat was burnt on the outside a bit, but moist in the inside, which was also the case for my dad since he ordered the chicken lula kebab. I didn't say anything since I was hungry and like burnt food lolz However, my mom's pork chops and my husband's BBQ ribs were overcooked, burnt, and dry. So they requested theirs to get remade, which took quite a bit to get redone, but at least the second round came out better for them. My dad and I just waited for them to finish their meal as we left a portion of our own meals unfinished on the plate. Overall, I don't think we are going to come back to this location. Considering we ended up as their only customer for a long period of time after the other couple left, it took forever for not only our food to come out, but to also get the attention of the hostess for water refill and to bring attention to the overcookerJust going to visit the Glendale location since apparently my parents had a better experience over there, especially with how their meat was cooked.

Cravings satisfied at Elena's. We came to a late dinner Friday evening and were seated right away. Zz was our hostess and waitress. She was friendly and attentive. She made a few recommendations and we were very happy with it. The food was flavorful and delicious. Shareable portions. I have been at their Glendale location many times and always enjoyed the food. This new location is bigger and pretties and has a great ambiance. The perfect place to have a family dinner or a small celebration. Great location Great customer service Great food Great ambiance

I ordered take out. I ordered chicken lula by the pound and it was a feast. The tray came with a lot of meat, roasted vegetables, pita bread and spread. The tray was good for five servings so there was definitely leftovers. The meat was delicious and soft. Since I ordered for pick up the restaurant was beautifully decorated with a bar too!! I'll have to dine in next time!

Elena's Estiatorio is a welcome addition to Burbank's dining scene. It offers a unique and flavorful fusion of Armenian and Greek cuisine in a vibrant and entertaining setting. The modern decor with pops of warm colors creates an energetic ambiance, perfect for a fun night out with friends or family. They have a full bar with an extensive selection of wines, beers, and cocktails. I ordered food for pickup which included: - Chicken Kebab By The Pound $20.00 Choice of chicken thigh or breast kebab meat, marinated and grilled. Come with broiled tomatoes, peppers, onion-parsley mix, pita and pickled cabbage. - Rice Pilaf (2 orders) When I came to pickup, the friendly lady handed me a big bag of food. I was very surprised how much food was included in my order. See pics to see for yourself how much food I got. We really enjoyed everything that we ordered another set of same items for dinner that very same day. We can't wait to try other items in the menu.

It's always fun to try a new place and today I tried Elena's Estiatorio. My friend and I met there at 1:00 and we were the only people in the restaurant. I don't know why restaurants at that location never seem to be very crowded, but I hope business picks up for them. Their dining room is beautifully decorated. Elegant but still relaxed. I had the Lula kabob plate which was delicious. The highlight though, for both my friend and me, was the amazing garlic sauce. Warning: if you ask for water, be sure to specify that you want tap water. If you don't, they will bring an expensive bottle of still water. We made the mistake of ordering two of them. Lesson learned. Restaurants really should tell you when they're charging for these things.

Beyond disappointed. I grew up going to Elena's in Glendale and was excited to try out this location. The restaurant was empty. But sadly that didn't help with the food. All the food we ordered was cold, very cold for hot dishes. The famous soup was watered down and disgusting, the soda was flat and tasteless. Only good thing was the home made fries. Our waiter told us that the food comes from the main restaurant and they just heat it up there. No good.

Delicious is an understatement! Ordered lunch for coworkers and I today, Started off with the beoreg Appetizer: The yummy fried cheeesy goodness beoreg oh mmm geeee is soooo mouthwateringly good!!! Plates: chicken shawerma plate. Sooo tasty so good & juicy, chicken isn't dry the rice was delicious too and comes with bbqd tomato and pepper with a side of the freshly made Greek salad!! It was delicious!!! 2nd plate: chicken breast and chicken thigh kebab Garlic sauce was Devine the chicken wasn't dry the thigh was perfectly cooked. Chicken breast was perfect, dipped in the garlic sauce and devoured it!!! Try them out Elena's in Burbank so tasty, fresh and good and will be ordering often from here!! Thank you P.s. So we order Elena's to cater a party. We place the order hours in advance for a certain pickup time. I arrived exactly on time to pickup and was told it would take just a minute to pack the order. I stood around for 30 minutes thereafter to pickup the order that they were "just packing". I know the single front of house staff didn't mean to keep me waiting, but how can a business take an order for a prep time, and take 30 minutes to pack? After the 10 minute mark I figured the food wasn't ever nearly ready and they were likely cooking it now. The interiors of the place are nice. Finished are shiny and modern with earthy tones. The place could be dimmer for the ambiance but I didn't dine in so I can't speak to the atmosphere while eating. That being said, the food is good. The smell of the food permeating in the car was intoxicating and everyone ate to their hearts content. Good food, bad service.

I and my family are fans of elena's in glendale. This resturant , in burbank, did not let us down. The food had the same excellent quality and the taste was marvelous. The portions are huge so it doubled up as dinner. The chicken lula kabob was juicy and well spiced. Dare i say it surpassed the original locations kabob. However i was a but disappointed with thr shawrma. But the rest of side dishes and salads were all excellent and well made. Also the place is well lit, clean and i can see this place become a nice hangout spot.

Will cancel your reservation with no notice and give you options to sit outside or come back hours later even though confirmation emails had been received regarding reservation.

Ordered catering from Elena's in Burbank for Armenian Christmas and my husband's birthday. The food arrived fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the salads, garlic spread and all the meats that are so tender and delicately marinated! Consider them for your next event or a dinner for family! Had a great experience at Elena's. Wanted to support local businesses and decided to give them a try. Our party decided to opt for the Casablanca family package. It was the right amount of food for our party. Everything was delicious and flavorful! The appetizers were brought out first followed by the main dishes. Would definitely go back.

Food is awesome, they were kind enough to take my order right at closing time and honor the 15% discount. My gyro wrap was the meatiest wrap I have ever had. My wife loved her beef kabobs, their food is awesome. And I love that they give you option of smaller to large size appetizers. Will be back soon.

My family surprised me with a Father's Day lunch today at Elena's Estiatorio, Mediterranean food. We have never been there before, we only remember when it was other establishments at that location. When I walked in, the interior was remodeled beautifully. It was bright and warm. They had a Father's Day special, with about 15 plates of various food, including Hummus, Tabbouleh, Falafel, Batata Harra, and the pièce de résistance of Chicken Kebab, Beef Shish Kebab, Beef Lula Kebob. The food was fresh, aromatic, and very tasty... and there was a lot of it (we did take a lot home). Our waitress was on point, and charming. All four of us enjoyed it, so much that we called for the owner to come over and express how much we enjoyed the food and the experience. We will return soon to try out their dinner.

We came here in May and I keep thinking about this place and the amazing food. The staff is literally the sweetest, I haven't met nicer people than them. Food was all fresh and yummy! The waitress helping us was so kind, I asked her if they had a candle to put on our baklava for my husband's birthday and she did not disappoint! Everything was beautiful and well organized. My husband said that this was the BEST Middle Eastern food he has ever tried, and that's saying a lot considering how much he loves Middle Eastern food and how many different places we tried. I recommend this place to everyone that I know that's heading over to this area. I can't wait until our next visit! Thank you for the loving and caring hospitality!

Yesterday was the first time visiting this location (we've been repeat customers at their other location for many many years) but this time it was only for catering take out at the new location. Even though I only visited to pick up the food, I did get a peak inside, and it look incredible. They have truly put in a great effort to make the place a cozy restaurant to get together with friends/family to enjoy an evening dining out or celebrating a special occasion. As far as my catering order, it was ready for pick up exactly at the time I requested, and the food was delicious!

Food and drinks are excellent! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Ambiance was perfect for our family get together! Thank you very much!

The ambiance was good. You can tell they spent a lot of effort and money into the furniture and decor. It was tastefully done and beautiful. The lights could be a little more dim to be more romantic but it was a great dining experience all in all

I haven't actually been inside but I order delivery pretty frequently from here. I came here to give a little praise finally. I loveeeeee this place. Literally every single thing I've had is just delicious. The hummus is so delicious, the meats are all flavorful, they just recently changed the Kibbeh and I love it even more now, even the rice is yummy. I'm part middle eastern so I'm picky with this type of food and this place is just outstanding. I'm so happy to have found them! Delivery is always on time and the food is still warm so I know it wasn't sitting out. If it was up to me I'd eat here twice a week lol.

Great food and cozy atmosphere. Although the service was slow because they were understaffed that evening the friendly attentive presence of the lone waiter, servicing dining room solo was a feat! I had the veg sampler and the dips were fantastic. Beautiful evening spent with family in this lovely restaurant.

I really enjoy this Elena's much like the original! I come here a lot for take-out, have not been able to sit down, but will eventually as they are always very nice, and the ambiance looks great.

I found this restaurant on OpenTable and was excited to indulge in Mediterranean cuisine that I thought looked very appetizing from the reviews. I set my reservation for the Valentine's day special, which is an assortment of different appetizers followed by the main dishes and dessert. After arriving at 8pm, I could not help but notice that other tables were being served far faster and with far better service than our table. Alas, I gave our server patience and grace. This was the case for about 1 1/2 hours. By then, the tables were clearing out, the restaurant was about to close, and we had not even been served our first round of drinks, while others tables sat more than an hour after us were ordering dessert and paying their bills. I have never, ever complained or have said something about the service of a restaurant until now. My girlfriend and I's Valentine's day was ruined because we were simply never served the food that I was going to pay a premium for. The drinks were subpar for the price, and I bet the food was good. If I ever was given any. We had to walk out on our table because the 9:15 reservation that sat beside us two tables down were served before us, when we sat down at 8pm. What a flop for Valentine's day.

First off this place is so nice inside w the decor and vibe. I do believe it is a new restaurant so anyone saying it's empty inside, they kind of just opened. I went here with my friends we got the Mantee, filet kebab, calamari and cheese boreg. ( those were my choices ) I love their garlic sauce I can eat that w a spoon. We also took everything we didn't finish to go. Service was very nice and good. For sure going back. I'm upset I didn't take any pics of the food.

Once again, Elena's did not disappoint. It is hands down one of the best meals you can get in LA/Burbank. I've tried to find their rival for years and I have accepted that there is no such thing. It's nice inside with welcoming service. My go-to plate besides the chicken shish is getting the combo plate with beef shish and chicken or lule kabob and chicken. Hint: Mix the bites with the garlic sauce, green pepper, baked tomato and red onions using a spoon. The side dishes are to die for. Grape leaves, the cheese borg and lentil soup are a must. The price range is really fair as well. Props to Elena's! They know what they're doing.

Work next door to this restaurant and had a chance to try out some of the dishes and sandwiches. Food is great and the back patio seating area looks awesome with the bar. Make sure to try them out if are in the area. The service is great too ordered twice and was ready from the time I ordered and the time they said it would be ready for pick up.

This food is so yummy! I always love ordering in from this restaurant. I get the kabab plate and the wraps. The hummus is always a MUST! Deserts could be better IMO but the main plates are everything!

Chicken was undercooked and fries were soggy. Ambiance and people were friendly. It seems like it has potential but need help with food.

The food was good, and also had good-sized portions. Staff was very friendly. The only snag was that they had live entertainment the night we went- the d.j. was fine, but the band was unbearably loud. My friend and I had to scream to hear each other. Looking around, not one person was talking to their family/friends because they couldn't! We wanted to stay for another drink, but decided to go elsewhere. So, lesson learned: maybe go for lunch instead.

I love this restaurant and come regularly. It's delicious and has good pricing and great vegetarian options.

My parents used to take me to the Glendale location since I was a kid, nothing bad to say about it. Had this location in Burbank a few times and it's like day/night. A wonderful surprise in Burbank! Beautiful restaurant, delicious food and attentive service. I had a chicken kabob with salad and fries - omg, the fries were amazing. They give you a nice appetizer dish of pickled beets, onion and carrots with an assortment of olives and garlic spread with a basket of the most delicious thin pita bread.

Ordered Elena's delivery. Absolutely amazing food, my husband and I loved everything we got and already discussed ordering from here again as well as visiting for dinner in person soon. Had the plate with an added kebab, including: beef Lula, beef shish kebab and chicken breast kebab. Loved the herb hummus as well as all the items in the veggie plate. Got the cabbage salad and Greek salad as well, both excellent. Recommend it all!

I live within walking distance of this location. I ordered through Uber Eats and had my order at my house in less than 30 minutes. However, the falafel was cold and SO dry it literally felt like a cardboard puck and the meat was dessicated, rubbery, and burnt. It's very obvious that the food here is not fresh. It seems like it's prepped wayyy in advance, left to sit, and then reheated. When I live so close to this location, there's really no reason why the food wouldn't be just as fresh if I had ordered it directly at the restaurant.

We had a birthday luncheon here with family and were all so delighted with how tasty and fresh the food was. We picked the family style package and were left very satisfied. The service was also top notch. The lady who attended our table was sweet and attentive. We will be back.
