"Don't be fooled by the lofty name or upscale location (tucked inside the Epicurean Hotel, just past the lobby). The ambience here is relaxed and the cooking is down-to-earth, though happily not mundane. Breakfast and lunch are served, but dinner is where the lion’s share of excitement lies, with a menu whose flavors confidently span the globe. Smoked barbecue chicken wings find themselves in good company with a wild mushroom chawanmushi; while za'atar and Madras curry might accent grass-fed bison or Florida grouper. Beyond the diversity of its culinary influences, the food shows a sense of balance, as in a hearty dish of chicken schnitzel matched with buttery spaetzle and finished with a mustard jus that provides that perfect bit of lightness and zest." - Michelin Inspector

Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar

This restaurant is located in the Epicurean Hotel. Reservations aren’t required. The decor is so lovely, they have a wine cellar with vintage wines inside. Anyways, the servers are pleasant, but they are a little slow even when it’s not busy. I ordered the brunch burger which was tasty, it had hollandaise, cheese, and eggs. And my friend ordered the biscuits and gravy, it had an overpowering bell pepper taste (not my fave ingredient). I tried the most curious drink… the seed lip garden cooler, which literally tasted like a salad lol. It was interesting to say the least. The most prominent flavors were basil & rosemary. I wouldn’t order it again tho. I would definitely come back here and try other things off of the menu.

Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is classy yet laid-back, the service top-notch, and every dish feels crafted with care. The real standout? The Bern’s Homage Sandwich — juicy, rich, and packed with flavor. If you’re in Tampa and want a dining experience that actually lives up to the hype, this is the spot.

Élevage in South Tampa has easily become one of my favorite brunch spots in the city. They truly have the best brunch — and hands down the best French toast I’ve ever had! The fruit was so fresh and perfectly paired with the dish, and every bite was delicious. On top of that, the service was professional and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for an amazing brunch spot in Tampa, do yourself a favor and try Élevage — you won’t be disappointed!

Nested inside the classy Epicurean hotel in Tampa, this is a perfect restaurant for a date night - roomy, quiet and sophisticated atmosphere, with attentive service and great food and drinks. I had a delicious Mediterranean Caesar Salad, followed by tasty and perfectly cooked-to-order Steak Frite, and Pistachio Creme Brulee for dessert.

Google
Mezze platter was outstanding, burger and truffle fries were great, eggs and potatoes also very good. The hangar steak was cooked perfectly and tender but just wasn't dressed in a manner that suited me. Overall a great brunch.

I just had absolutely one of the best meals of my life here tonight. Chef John and our server Frank took such good care of us. We are staying in the hotel and decided to dine at Elevage after hearing great things. The balance of flavors were beautiful and exciting. The manager Nick was really friendly and attentive. This place is the definition of true hospitality. Please do yourself the favor and dine here. This is how authentic hotel and restaurant management looks. As a former chef I can attest. Thank you Elevage and Epicurean for the pampering.

I've eaten here a few times now and I'm always impressed by the ambiance and the service. We've had a few hiccups with the food in the past but the restaurant has always done a great job of accommodating by replacing entrees or offering complimentary wine. I would come back any time. I especially love the Homage to Bern's steak sandwich. And for breakfast the cinnamon roll waffles!

We had lunch twice at Élevage SoHo Kitchen Bar during a two-day course over a weekend at the Epicurean Hotel. Overall, the food was delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly and diligent.

Yelp
Was staying at the Epicurean hotel and came down for breakfast. What an amazing meal -- with even better service. The entire staff was kind and helpful but our server Sean was absolutely amazing (and the reason I am writing this review!) He was so attentive and genuinely friendly. Also provided top tier service. Everything was good but the Sour Dough Pancakes and chicken sausage we got were delicious.

Yelp
Second visit this year. We had both dinner last night (Halloween) and brunch this morning. As with our first visit this was a delightful experience. My dinner began with a beet carpaccio with a pistachio foam and dressed arugula. One of the best starters ever! I followed up with the 8 oz. Filet which was perfectly prepared and presented. My wife opted for the scallops presented on a very interesting and delicious chestnut risotto. Again the scallops were perfectly cooked. Dessert was the autumn Cobbler with pecan brittle ice cream. Service (Beckett again) was flawless. My brunch was one of the best permutations of sausage gravy and biscuits I've ever eaten. My spouse's pancakes with strawberries and mascarpone were light and delicious. Nothing to disappoint in this experience!

Yelp
We've been here many times over the years. They are located in the cozy and beautiful first floor of the Epicurean. We love their interior bar as well. It's nicely screened from the street and always feels friendly, busy, but not too crowded. The food is great and the steaks, spirits, and wines are affiliated with Bern's I believe. The Bern's steak sandwich is probably the best thing we've ordered and the burger and fries is fantastic too. Recently we got the flourless brownie with peanut butter ice cream and it was deeply flavored and delicious, especially if you are a dark chocolate lover. The wines by the glass are reasonably-priced. In short, a lovely spot for a celebratory, business, or family dinner.

Yelp
I love the atmosphere here. Our server was quick to greet us and take drink orders. I was the only one that ordered coffee and it came quickly, but the drink orders took awhile. There were only a few tables of guests. The menu has a nice array of brunch choices. I love eggs benedict, but since it's made so badly most places I was hesitant to order it, but I finally made a decision to order it. Food came timely and was presented well. Mine looked delicious and it was. The muffin was toasted perfectly, the egg was poached perfectly and the hollandaise sauce was great. It also came with potatoes and salad that I didn't need, but appreciated. Service wasn't great which is why I dropped to 4 stars.

Yelp
Atmosphere - Great! The dining room area is small, but comfortable. Service - Very Good! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Food - Very Good. I ordered the Sourdough Pancakes and a side of bacon. The pancakes were grilled perfectly and tasted great. However, the bacon was very dry and warm at best. Overall Value - Very Good. The portion size was large and prices are reasonable.

Yelp
Great entrées. Service wasn't the best albeit the food was delicious. Would I come back? Yes! Because of the food. Nice atmosphere. Great selection on the menu. Great selection of wines. They have GF if asked. Great Hotel! Thank you!

Yelp
Elevage is located inside of the Epicurean Hotel. We did a staycation over the weekend loved the food at Elevage. The highlight would be the homage to Bern's. Hands down the best steak sandwich ever. It had shaved beef tenderloin, caramelized onions, alpine cheese and served on the most delicious bread. The onion jus sets of the flavor explosion! We ordered it for dinner Friday and then again for lunch by the pool Sunday. The filet was also delicious the blue cheese sauce was amazing. Brunch was 10/10 too. The sourdough pancake stack is a must try.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place but I landed at "Meh". The food was "pretty" but the taste fell short of the presentation. Our server was friendly and followed up well so I bumped to a 4th star. The Homage to Bern's really missed the mark for me. Given their relationship to the namesake across the street I figured this would be an outstanding steak sandwich and it just wasn't. The chicken wings were really not good at all. Pro Tip - Given their relationship with Bern's you can have dessert next door and the host staff will call over for you to make that reservation in the Dessert Room.

Yelp
Went to this restaurant for dinner and totally enjoyed the drinks and food This pumpkin soup was so delish...perfect blend Our server was very nice and has a great personality. We enjoyed ourselves

Yelp
5/5 on service, tasty happy hour cocktail and small bites selection, and vibes!! Located inside the Epicurean Hotel, we visited before our Bern's reservation. The menu updates seasonally and is crafted well with great flavors! My husband and I were fighting over the last bite of the chickpea based spread that we ordered.

Yelp
Okay, everything about Élevage is great vibes! I can't wait for my next trip out there! Do yourself a favor and get down there before I do because I'm gonna eat everything! It's part of the hotel and valet is complimentary until 7pm, what a steal! That's a first green flag! We entered and were seated promptly and the inside decor was so cute and felt so aesthetic. Menu was short and simple so it was easy to find what we wanted to eat. Michelle was our wonderful server and very tentative! Élevage Smash: 5/5, so good! I can see how you can get "smashed" after a few of these! Steak and Eggs: 5/5! It came with a salad and breakfast potatoes which were huge! Steak tips weren't too bad. Salad that came with it was so refreshing! Biscuits and Gravy: 3/5, it was a bit salty but overall good. Farmer's Omelette: 5/5, this thing was huge!!! Came with chicken maple sausage that was very cute! Açaí bowl: 5/5, perfecto! Avocado toast: 5/5, probably the best avocado toast anyone has ever had. Milk chocolate ice-cream: 100/100!!! Omg, this was to die for. Everyone finished their meal with NO leftovers so I'll let that speak for itself. Everything seems to be homemade which set this place apart from many places in SoHo. It was very affordable and my word, I will be going back!!! What an experience!

Yelp
From greeting at the hostess station to the attentiveness of our server all was great. The fixed thanksgiving menu was plentiful and the food was fine exceptionally well. It's a very nice high end restaurant with great decor and worth another visit.
google avatar

Yelp
Food is ok and the drinks are under whelming. It feels like a hotel bar and not an elevated eatery. I have been disappointed with everything I have tried.

Yelp
Elevage is a fantastic place to go if you're in the spirit of having an ample sized breakfast- because if you're anything like myself, roBUSTING is your goal!! They serve New/Classic American food (duck, oysters, ribeyes, & octopus) etc. but on a contemporary level. Located inside the (1st. level past the art gallery ) of The Epicurean Hotel. This paired with the wine casings/tasting upon entry is what gave the restaurant a more opulent feel. A reticent brunch for two if you will. With the expansion of the hotel (across the street) I'm unsure if the menu has been revamped. Upon my last visit things were well & unchanged. Everything else as far as the service, the pricing, and decor was fine also. The dinner menu consists of items such as burgers, grilled salmon, White Bean Casserole to pickled beets, & Buffalo Mozzarella Salad. I was visiting for brunch. My only qualm is that last time my pancakes were a bit dry. Other than that they have a fine breakfast menu dedicated servers and valet service along with a Tesla charging station. Get into it! *see photos

Yelp
In a nice boutique hotel. Such a unique atmosphere. Food and service is what you'd expect. The area is beautiful too.

Yelp
I came here a race for brunch. I had an eggs Benedict that was cooked to perfection. I don't remember what my drink was, but it was delightful. And finally, the staff was incredibly nice!

Yelp
The menu at Elevage is inspired by the cooking tradition of the Bern Steak House across the street. When we arrived at 7pm on a Wednesday, the dining room was less than half full. But seating at the bar was full. We started with the Baked Oysters, which seemed to be really small portions. They featured a tangy bbq sauce. For entrees, my dining partner loved the Grass Fed Smoked Short Rib and I went with the signature Homage to Bern's, which is a decadent sandwich with shaved beef tenderloin, caramelized onion and alpine cheese. The onion rings were a hit as well. For sides, our server Michelle immediately recommended the Crispy Glazed Brussels Sprouts, which had already caught my attention. The Truffle Fries were excellent as well. I thought our table for two was a tad too small. Also, the dining room can get noisy. Michelle did a wonderful job serving us. I'd recommend her when you visit. I was shocked to see my Hendricks and tonic cost $20!

Yelp
Lowkey spot, they had some vegetarian options and I got a butternut squash dish that was delicious!

Yelp
I came here for brunch with my sister and her friends. We were in the area because of the Ed Sheeran concert the night before. Upon arrival it is a little difficult to find parking here, you either have to do street parking or you get valet. From what I remember, valet is complimentary so that was nice. It is like walking through a hotel with a lot of artwork that is being bought, you have to walk through to get to the restaurant. It was pretty spacious with a good amount of seating. We were greeted by our waiter and he was nice. The girls got their mimosas. My sister ordered the American Breakfast while I got the Chicken and Waffles. I was excited to try it because it came with a cheddar waffle! When I got it, I was underwhelmed. The chicken was nice and juicy but I should have asked for the sweet chili sauce on the side because it did overpower my dish. I couldn't quite taste the cheddar waffle. I would probably come back if I was in the area but I would choose something else.

Yelp
I was looking for a new happy hour location in Tampa, so I decided to try the SoHo neighborhood. Surprisingly, most places were closed for the 4th of July; but Elevage remained open. Parking is attached to the hotel that's above the restaurant. Valet is complimentary. No one was outside, so we just parked on the 4th floor (above the valet area). It was fairly empty. For the happy hour menu, I was was pleasantly surprised! The online menu says, rotating food options, with no items listed. However, they actually have several really good and reasonably priced selections (brisket quesadilla, wings, wines, spirits, etc). We sat at the bar for HH. The bartender was very kind and prompt with service. She made excellent and non-watered down drinks. We also ordered a strawberry Moscow mule off of the regular drinks menu; delicious. The BBQ brisket quesdilla was well cooked, crispy then tender in all the right places. The restaurant only had about 8-10 people dining, all in different areas. It gave a very romantic, chill vibe. Then we discovered that we could go to the rooftop bar upstairs and keep drinking! Looking forward to coming back here for many "chill" evenings for a drink and appetizer. It's also a great date night option for dinner.

Yelp
South Howard is known for quality eats and Élevage is no different. Hidden within the walls of the Epicurean, this place far exceeds your average hotel associated restaurant. Eclectic decorations adorn the walls and creative ingredients adorn the kitchen. They have a lovely private room in the back for my event. Service was on point with coordination of our drinks and dishes. We had two dedicated waitstaff who were briefed on our timeline and ideal flow prior to it was seamless. The highlight of the menu for me were the cocktails. Some of the best. I especially loved the Boulevard which was their take on the classic Boulevardier and also featured Aperol providing a nice sweet balance to the bitter Campari. My main dish of choice was the sea scallops. The scallops themselves were slightly overcooked, but they were served with a perfectly cooked spring pea risotto and a medley of fresh wild mushrooms. Land met sea in perfect harmony. SoHo is a competitive market but Élevage is definitely not one to sleep on. Save that for the rooms at the Epicurean.

Yelp
We were staying at the hotel on Easter Sunday and we were not sure what would be open for dinner and ended up here. So glad that we did. The staff was so attentive, food amazing, comfortable seating, huge variety of menu options. Best part of our dinner was the special dessert - upside down carrot cake!
google avatar

Jisoo B.

Yelp
We haven't been at Elevage in over...4 years but it was an unintentional absence. We are so glad we returned! Had a fabulous dinner in which we Sat by the windows and nurses our wines, set with our Charc board. Our service was excellent! Forgot his name but he was gracious, personable and all his recommendations were on point. We got the short ribs with mascarpone grits recommended by our server and let me tell you - this is the dish you will remember eating for a long time. I never knew mascarpone could taste in anything other than inside a tiramisu and it sure does!!

Yelp
My friend was in town, and I quickly met her for breakfast at Elevage. What a beautiful experience! The restaurant is located at the Epicurean hotel, and they offer complimentary valet parking. Everything from decor to staff to food was impeccable. We had the omelet, the French toast, and the acaí. Our server Christina was very attentive to our needs. I am not sure how I never knew about this place, but I need to come back again.
google avatar

Yelp
While the ambiance in this place is very nice and always peaceful, the service and the food need lots of love! I went with a friend and the server was incredibly rude, practically ignoring my existence, I'm assuming she liked my friend but damn you, I was a paying customer as well! Pardon my French LOL The food was not great. I ordered some turkey sausages that were burned and too salty, and a fruit cup, not really fresh. This place is not cheap, what makes them think we want a cheap service or food?!!! If your prices are going to be high end, please match it the quality of the overall experience! The espresso was great Elevage needs to "elevage" it all.

Yelp
Ordered the octopus capriccio, wasn't very good and the bread was soggy. Atmosphere was nice and so was our waiter.

Yelp
I've been dying to try this place and it did not disappoint! The decor and art alone get 5 stars. We made a reservation on OpenTable, which I recommend to do. The parking was decent. We were able to get first floor parking in the hotel garage. Our server was so sweet. We told him we were trying multiple dishes and he recommended the baked French toast. It was absolutely perfect. It wasn't overly sweet and had this perfect, gooey monkey bread inside. I ordered the huevos rancheros, and although it was very tasty, it was very hard to eat. The tostada underneath the eggs were crispy, but for some reason did not want to snap. It just kept bending, making it hard to cut into And eat with the eggs and all the other delicious toppings on top. It was a very sloppy dish and I wouldn't get it if I was on a cute date lol. My sister ordered the biscuits and gravy. Although it was absolutely delicious. It was a big heaping pile of meat gravy and for some reason the biscuit underneath was cold? I'm not sure how that happened. The best dish there was definitely the steak and eggs. The chimichurri sauce was so flavorful, and the steak was so juicy and cut into manageable pieces. I could've done without the salad on the side, but that was probably my fault. I should've ordered a different side. The drinks we ordered were strong and absolutely perfect. My passion margarita tasted fresh and had a good amount of spice, perfect summer drink. My sister got the peaches and berries which was also very good. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Made reservations at Élevage for my wife's birthday. Valet was popping when we pulled up. We were quickly attended to and made our way into the hotel to dine at Elevage. We were nicely greeted and shown to our seats. Everyone in our party remarked how much colder it was in the back dining area compared to the front of the restaurant. We bundled up and sat down. Our server came over and accommodated us by having the temperature adjusted (thank you) and taking my daughter's order and our appetizers. Due to the chill in the air, we picked the pumpkin soup (OMG AWESOME) and pork belly (delicious). Both appetizers were hot, nicely plated and had fresh ingredients. While the pork belly was good, the pumpkin soup is . We enjoyed the soup so much and highly recommend it. For our entrees we chose the Grass Fed Smoked Short Rib and Roasted Chilean Seabass. We waited a solid 30 minutes between finishing our appetizers and receiving our entrees (server reported later that they were short staffed (minus a star)). When our entrees finally arrived, they were both very, very good. The Chilean seabass had a wonderful exterior texture and was served with a fig, sunchoke, turnip and pearl onions. The smoked short rib was just as good--hot and well seasoned--and served over mascarpone grits with bacon collard greens. We will securely be back and will most likely dine in the bar area.

Yelp
Tried to schedule Christmas dinner for today. I had a question about the dinner during scheduling because open table had confusing/missing information and their website didn't help. They didn't answer the phone so I left a message and they took about 4 hours to return my call - by then I had reserved my table to hope for the best. It was a known problem to them they said when they finally called. On the way to Christmas dinner my tire blew out. So I called to cancel the reservation while stranded on the side of the road & told them why. The person I spoke with couldn't even be a human being. No words of sympathy or a Merry Christmas or anything. Just a thank you for letting them know. No interest in actually going there if this is the customer experience. It was going to be my first time.

Yelp
Everything at Elevage is outstanding. Had breakfast here twice during my stay at the Hotel Epicurean. Which the hotel is also beyond 5 star. My first breakfast I had a farmers omelet which was excellent. The funny thing was it came with a salad. But man was I surprised that salad was really good at 7am. Fresh spring mix with pickled onions and different colored tomatoes. What made it superb was the dressing. Coffee was excellent service was above and beyond both times. 2nd day I had salmon toast with salad and Baked French toast. The French Toast was definitely original and amazing not overpowering but just right for breakfast. The other impressive thing I noticed " being a dude" I don't pay attention too much to this. Was the presentation of the food. I even took pictures. The waiter Damian was excellent both days. This hotel is #1 and most unique in Tampa. In a class by itself. Talking from experience here with over 1700 nights over the last 17 years with Marriott. This is a Marriott property. Great staff great location.

Yelp
First off, this is a hotel restaurant so Its hard to compare to a stand alone restaurant... But they came close. Appetizers are large and not too expensive. The cocktail shrimp were large... The oysters were full and flavorful... The charcuterie board didn't have a lot of cheese or meats but it was loaded with a good selection of fruits and nuts as well. For dinner my wife ordered the filet. It was too undercooked for her preference. She had them send out another steak and it was less than 1 inch thick and under cooked as well... Her side of truffle fries were not fresh or hot as well. This is a red flag. Rushing out a re-cook and messing up that order is not a good look. The second steak was horrible. The server eventually had it taken off the bill. My flat iron steak was excellent. The lighting and ambiance did not feel like a hotel restaurant. The service was more than adequate and vibe felt more like a trendy place to start your night. Good prices on wine... Cocktails are expensive though. All in all is a good value, not too pricey. A good date night.

Yelp
We have been here a few times always great but this experience has exceeded our expectations . Derek was a amazing bar tender if you want a perfect cosmo he executes it with elegance and expertise . Jorge was our serve the day before at the pool and was attentive and provided excellent customer service for us . Though we have been here many times before this experience was elevated .

Yelp
I would've given this place five stars but I was disappointed at the service I received. I came here for the bend, bubbles, and brunch that they offer on Sunday's. You pay $25 and get poolside Yoga, complimentary glass of Champagne at the end of class, and all day pool access with 15% off for brunch at Élevage. The employees working outside didn't want to take my order by the pool since I wasn't staying there although I showed them my pool pass from the yoga class. Both servers made me go inside and place my order at the bar. They didn't even want to give me napkins. However, the food tasted really good. The steak had a great flavor. The potatoes were soft and the salad was fresh with the right amount of dressing.

Yelp
I will say for bar food that was darn good the octopus had a pistachio hummus with red peppers wow delicious and the chicken wings were outstanding not spicy but the smoky flavor really elevated the flavors would had order more but service was terrible had to ask the hostess if we where going to take our order , not sure maybe they were understaffed only saw 2 servers and 2 bartenders small space most guest were just having drinks . Went upstairs to the edge but sorry tampa Cali girls can't do that heat

Yelp
There are times that a meal is so epic, grandiose and euphoric that the memory stays with you forever. I had one such meal at Elevage during last years Tampa Bay Restaurant Week. This year I returned for more but the 2023 prix fixe was not nearly as amazing. The product and effort in this years selection was more basic in comparison. By all standards this is a 5 star restaraunt nestled in the Epicurean Hotel a short ways from Bern's. They have ties to Bern's, such as the wine store near the lobby that houses many fine wines from the Bern's renowned cellars. They also have a culinary area for cooking classes and visits from guest chefs. This year they had a Peach Salad w/ Lemon Vinaigrette, Crawfish Carbonara w/ Bucatini Noodles and a stunning dessert of Chocolate Mousse Popsicle. The Carbonara was a clever mix of Cajun/Creole and Italian. However the "trendy" bucatini noddles did not pair well in the dish. The dessert was the star! Located on the ground floor of the hotel, access is easiest from the valet parking garage. It's a beautiful place with casual, fine and romantic dining. A small bar area precedes the dining area. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Last years stellar meal started with a cold Potato Vichyssoise with Potato Chips and Caviar. The next course, Scallops in a divine Burre Blanc Sauce w/ Smoked Trout Eggs and Sorrel. Then came the Aged Rohan Duck w/ Duck Jus and Apple that evoked layers of duck sapor. This inspired creation was like a fairy tale enchantment, it slowed me down to savor and marvel at the flavor, symmetry and complexity of the blissful ingredients melding to bewitch the palate. Perfection plated. Add this place to your bucket list for a relaxed lunch or a romantic dinner.

Yelp
We loved this place!!!! The food was incredible. Get the smoked chicken wings and get extra Alabama sauce. The halibut! The truffle fries! The caulini is so good don't substitute it. Beautiful restaurant with really delicious food.

Yelp
Nice location on the first floor of the hotel, very sizable and pleasant inside. Definitely good for a big group and for a romantic dinner. We had some moctails which were ok, not very special. Definitely we have had better in the past. Appetizer we had mushroom bisque soup and Brussels sprouts. Both were pretty good. We really wanted to have some baked oysters but they said they cannot make it without pork. We were disappointed because we don't eat pork. Many people culturally/religiously or for health reasons don't consume pork so not being able to remove it from seafood fish was a disappointment. I had squash for my entry and husband had fish. Both dishes were delicious. I thought squash was too expensive even for this type of restaurant. $30 for half head of squash was kind of excessive. It was cooked to perfection, no issue with that. Service was pretty good and attentive. I definitely enjoyed this place and would come back again. Parking is valet and we had to pay, which is ok. What we were not happy is the number of completely wasted people picking up their cars. I was scared to drive back. I know it's not a restaurant fault, but if you are not a fun of super wasted people driving their expensive cars, I would park somewhere else. I believe there is a bar in the hotel and bunch of people go there. People in the restaurant were all respectful and not obnoxious.

Yelp
The is the spot with the best sandwich in Tampa. The homage to Berns is truly amazing. It's Bern's on a sandwich and everyone should have a chance to try this master piece. It is also a very cool spot in the epicurean hotel in south Tampa. The sandwich along is worth 5 stars.

Yelp
The siblings and I made reservations at Elevage on a Friday night to entertain a new fiancé, and were pleased by the ambiance, the elevated menu theme, and the wine selection. If you're looking for a nice dinner you can dress up for, you have come to the right place! The service was a bit lagging but the food did not disappoint. Specifically, I would recommend the beet salad and burrata salad, as well as the truffle fries. The especially cool part about Elevage is the ability to head to the upstairs rooftop and grab a night cap, or even across the street to the Harry Waugh dessert room at Bern's Steakhouse.

Yelp
I've visited this place a handful of times in the past year or so, and have always been impressed by the variety and quality of their menu items. The seafood dishes (especially the scallops) are always excellent, and they offer unique and delicious coursed tastings for many holidays. Definitely worth a visit, and definitely don't skip dessert here!

Yelp
Amazing flavors from one of Tampa's top chefs. We started with great cocktails. They have about 4 different kinds of old fashioned. And my wife had lavender lemony drink with champagne that she enjoyed very much. For starters the Octopus carpaccio was amazing, unusual and a piece of art for the eyes and a treat for the palate, with large pieces of what looked like a cold cut but was an array of tentacles thinly shaved and with Spaniard flavors on top with capers, olives and who knows what other secret ingredients. My main dish was the Chilean sea bass over an eggplant and veggetable medley over a tame creamy pesto. It all worked wonderfully with the fish which had a nice crispy color on top. I loved it. It also came with an arugula salad with a hint of lime dressing that i could eat by the pound. Me wife had the filet mignon cooked to a perfect medium. The wife was happy and then came dessert! The kumquat creme brulee was fantastic. I admit I love kumquats and i liked that the flavor was very mild but served with kumquats jam to increase the flavor as needed. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the culinary experience. The atmosphere was cozy, the chairs very comfy and the service was great. Check out the classes offered by the website! you get to learn and eat, and meet the chefs!

Yelp
Sooo Elevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar has been a repeat hit for me! I have gone twice and enjoyed the bar area. The service has always been on point along with the food. I enjoy sitting at the bar with my new favorite bartender Jared (I hope I got that right). He made me a yummy Rosé cocktail that was very refreshing and great service. The restaurant vibes are very chill and there is plenty of artwork to keep you looking around. Very beautiful inside. Good for all occasions. What was ordered: Rosé cocktail, Crispy Brussels, Smoked Chicken Wings Rosé cocktail = Yums & another one! Crispy Brussels = Nice crunch & enough to share Smoked Chicken Wings = I've repeatedly ordered these soo good. COVID check: Staff had their mask on and the restaurant is very spaced out.

Yelp
We really enjoyed the Thanksgiving menu. All of our dishes were tasty, and the wait staff was amazing. My only complaint really was the price, especially when we weren't given the option to opt out of desert. Other than that, no complaints!!

Yelp
Went for brunch and I cannot wait to come back! It seemed like a very quiet Sunday for this location. Our drinks came out quickly and tasted great. Food came soon after, I had the biscuits and gravy. The only downside of the dish was that the biscuit was very dry but the gravy and eggs made it a solid dish. Steak and eggs were phenomenal! My all time favorite was the Baked French Toast. It came out nice and warm, baked like money bread and the bourbon in it was the bite it needed. I highly recommend ordering the Baked French Toast as a dessert! Overall, a great experience, great service and great food!
