Elevate Apartments

This place is always on point! The level of cleanliness, peace and quiet here goes above and beyond. The staff is super nice, attentive and always with a smile on their face! Always plenty of candy for anyone who walks into the office. Any work request gets answered and resolved extremely fast, usually on the same day! Great amenities like the 24/7 pool area with a grill, games to be borrowed from the office, free computers and printers in office available to residents during office hours, the 24/7 gym with plenty of equipments, multiple outside sitting areas with either grills or fire pits, lots of dog trash cans with poop baggies all over the place, plenty of trails for dogs, and an amazing dog park with fun training posts and a working dog washer tub. The apartments are very roomy and classy. Having a washer and dryer in them is very convenient. Although, for those that don’t have them, there’s also a laundry room right next to the office! Bathrooms have the touch screen lighting mirrors that contribute to that luxury feeling! The neighbors are friendly and respectful, yet everybody keeps to themselves! Overall, this is the perfect place to move into when you retire! We are extremely happy that we found it many years before retirement! So far, best place we’ve ever lived at!

I’ve lived here 2 years, the office is great, when there was a leak in the apartment next to me, and they needed to remove my wall so I wouldn’t get mold, they were very professional and fair and worked with me through the whole thing. That’s the only issue with my living space in 2 years and it was dealt with quickly and with much appreciation to the office staff. Which brings me to the maintenance crew, they are excellent and always have everything done almost immediately and are very communicative. The other day I needed a handle switched out in my commode, and they were there almost before I pressed send! Great place to live. Quiet and clean. Not a place for loud and disrespectful tenants. I definitely recommend.

Martín was absolutely phonomenal! He made sure my move in experience was seamless and stress free. The style in which he executed everything made me feel valued! By far the best move in I have ever received. So grateful to have found him! Ty!

So much to share that I don’t know quite where to begin. This apartment community itself boast itself with tons of green space, grilling stations, and an amazing dog park w/ dog wash station. The staff are kind, respectful, and open hearted individuals and it truly shows from the most grand to the most minute interactions. It is not just the tenants who are treated like family even my dogs and cats get acknowledgment, usually in the form of treats which we don’t mind. Quality apartments, quality folks, and you don’t come across that too often. RPM, stunning job with takeover and rebrand; proud to call Elevate apartments home!

I’m extremely frustrated with the management here at Elevate Apartments. I submitted a maintenance request at least a month ago because the HVAC unit in the ceiling above the guest bathroom tub continues to leak dirty drainage water (condensation) into the tub every time the air conditioner is turned off. This has been a problem for months & they keep telling me that “a part needs to be ordered.” Then, a week ago, my kitchen sink overflowed with dirty drainage water from the kitchen sink of the second floor unit directly above mine. The drainage water backed up & got all over my clean dishes in the dish rack & flooded my kitchen floor. Supposedly a plumber came out & fixed it (dislodged the clot) while I was at work the next day. Much to my surprise, this same exact thing happened again tonight! (See attached photos & video.) I ran upstairs & banged on the front doors of the second & third floor units above mine & asked those residents to (AGAIN!) immediately stop using their kitchen sinks & dishwashers because their drainage water was backing up & flooding my kitchen on the first floor. I, again, manually scooped out as much of the drainage water as I could & tossed it outside. No one from the leasing office reached out to me after this disaster happened last week. To ask if any of my belongings were destroyed or if any damage was done by the kitchen sink overflowing everywhere. And now, here I am again tonight, dealing with the same mess all over again. I’m so frustrated right now with the management here. I’m sure that if I stopped paying rent all of a sudden, my maintenance requests would finally be taken seriously. Like most people, I hate the hassle of moving. But I feel like I have no choice now.

Appliances are old and don’t necessarily work wellor if you can get them to replace them they are low quality. The squeaky wheel gets the oil you have to really bug them or They will totally forget about you and one more thing there’s dog crap everywhere you walk, don’t walk in the grass at night. You’ll be sorry. The model apartment they show you is really nice, but your apartment is not so nice and they don’t let you see it until after you’ve paid all your money then they give you the key and let you go in. The neighbors that I’ve met are not happy with being here either Regret signing the lease. To add to it, the paint on my front door is peeling off and looks awful and the stairwells are filthy dirty.

One of the worst apartment complexes I’ve lived at. Thankful it was a short lease! We had problem after problem living here. The office is lazy and was always trying to charge us for things that were easily disproved. The apartment was painted poorly, one of the bathroom doors did not close and had a huge hole in it. It was dirty when we moved in. And that’s among many many other issues with the apartment itself. Our dryer didn’t dry the clothes. The exercise room and pool was always closed. We also never received our security deposit back after being told it was “in the mail” multiple times. Avoid this place if you can!!

The maintenance team is super good and fast. When I used to live there and my apartment needs something they respond the same day I request it. Good job
