Elevate Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Elevate Apartments. The property is well kept, the community is quiet, and anytime something comes up, maintenance is on it fast. Huge shoutout to Mike and Juan — they are both incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely care about getting things fixed right the first time. You can tell they take pride in their work, which makes a big difference as a resident. And not to be biased… but Mike is also very easy on the eyes 😌🔥. Professional, efficient, and a bonus smile never hurts. Overall, Elevate Apartments has been a wonderful place to live, largely thanks to the amazing maintenance team. Highly recommend!

This place is always on point! The level of cleanliness, peace and quiet here goes above and beyond. The staff is super nice, attentive and always with a smile on their face! Always plenty of candy for anyone who walks into the office. Any work request gets answered and resolved extremely fast, usually on the same day! Great amenities like the 24/7 pool area with a grill, games to be borrowed from the office, free computers and printers in office available to residents during office hours, the 24/7 gym with plenty of equipments, multiple outside sitting areas with either grills or fire pits, lots of dog trash cans with poop baggies all over the place, plenty of trails for dogs, and an amazing dog park with fun training posts and a working dog washer tub. The apartments are very roomy and classy. Having a washer and dryer in them is very convenient. Although, for those that don’t have them, there’s also a laundry room right next to the office! Bathrooms have the touch screen lighting mirrors that contribute to that luxury feeling! The neighbors are friendly and respectful, yet everybody keeps to themselves! Overall, this is the perfect place to move into when you retire! We are extremely happy that we found it many years before retirement! So far, best place we’ve ever lived at!

The team at Elevate is incredibly helpful. The office staff is always friendly and ready to assist, and Mike and Juan on the maintenance team do an excellent job — they pay close attention to detail and complete work orders promptly. I never have to wait for my problems to be addressed when it comes to the maintenance team. Give them a raise because other properties do not function this smoothly.

My boyfriend and I toured Elevate Apartments last week, and we had a very positive experience. The leasing consultant was extremely helpful, professional, and enthusiastic about showing us the available options. She took the time to walk us through the community and answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-designed, with very appealing interiors. Ultimately, we decided to move forward with another apartment that was closer to my workplace, but our decision was purely based on location. Overall, Elevate Apartments left a great impression on us, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering the area.

Beautiful area with very friendly management. Just started my lease here and i’m so excited to get more familiar with the place. The tour was great and the application process was simple. I was able to reach out to management if I had any questions and even got approved the same day

We have only been here a month, so here it goes......we have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. It is spacious. The kitchen is good sized, lots of cupboards and cabinets. Seems quiet, but friendly. Mostly, it is right next to the high school, so my teens love it. I love being close to the park. Dollar general and Dollar tree are very close. Our family is happy with this move!!

The apartment maintenance team has been the very best and very reliable. They are very nice and accommodating even when in non emergency circumstances. They do amazing at keeping the building professional and clean making sure all areas of complex is looking good.

I had a few issues that needed maintenance, so I reached out to Sarah from the Off-site Resident Apartment Team. It was so easy to just send her a text and get maintenance aware of what services I needed worked on. Sending a text was easier than trying to figure out when someone was at the Apartment office and navigate a time to speak to a person. That's always a huge hassle, but really relieved that the process was so simple. Then Mike from the Apartment maintenance team gave me a call to set up a time to meet. On that day, Mike and his team came in and addressed all my concerns for what items needed maintenance. Even though, he did need to order one of the items the maintenance team was very professional, helpful and respectful of the window of time I had. The diagnostic was quick, and solutions more than helpful. I really do appreciate how quick the maintenance team was able to respond to my requests and solve the issues. Overall, of all the apartments I've lived at through the years. This is the place to be! I'm extremely satisfied to be apart of this community here at the Elevate Apartments. Thanks again. To Sarah and Mike for a wonderful experience! As an update to this first post: the part maintenance ordered to be fixed was never installed. Maintenance called me about a week after I spoke with them and let me know the part had come in and they wanted to set up a time to install it. So then I played phone tag for 2 months. I've both called the office and gone in person to speak to a representative about the part in question. I've given them times I would be available for the installation and now it's been 3 months with no word. I was satisfied with the service before needing this part ordered, but now I'm highly dissatisfied. Finally got the part I needed installed 4 months later with 3 months of that time awaiting for them to install it after I was told they had the part. A new maintenance guy came and took care of the work. Then a few weeks later I put in another work order and only 1 day later the new maintenance guy was fulfilling that request. Not sure what changed, but things are getting better. I appreciate that.
