10 Hot Cocktails for Cold Denver Nights | Eater Denver

"At Elevated, drinkers can sit on the rooftop all winter. Huddling by the fireplaces or heaters, they can sip the Burning Angel, made with 1800 reposado, Centenario Rosangel reposado, chocolate, and cayenne." - Rebecca Treon

Absolutely lovely spot. Great vibes, and everyone is amazing. Special shout out to Bridgette- she was extra attentive, and made the experience that much more special.

Lovely place for after work drinks and apps. The staff is friendly and the seating is plentiful. The views are great but make sure you bring your sunnies.

We enjoy coming here and the froze is pretty stellar. Typically the ambiance is okay and you can find decent views off the rooftop. During COVID this is the first place we’ve been that’s very well staffed. However the service still is very very slow with staff socializing more than working. With that said, the staff is nice. I agree with other reviewers when charging $15-18 per drink, let’s find some actual glassware. Also it would be wise to invest in new cushions and clean up a bit.

This is one of my favorite places in Denver. Get the Froze - trust me. It will become your go to drink. The beet hummus is delicious. There isn't a great view of the mountains, but the atmosphere is still good. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, even when they are adequately staffed, but it's still a great scene and perfect place to bring out of town guests.

Disappointing overall. Charged $16 for a margarita that came in a plastic cup not even all the way full. Served another drink and the server said “this might not be good, we are still figuring out our syrups and ratios”. We saw the bartender trying it through a straw to see if it was severable...charged us full price for both drinks. Tables and scenery were dingy and looked like they weren’t ready to be open again for the season. There are way better drinks in restaurants through out cherry creek...do not go to this one.

Their cocktails are average. Views are great. Beetroot hummus is yummy. White wine sangria is very mediocre. Wines are good choice. Their champagne is very good. Best views, nice place to sit and hang out.

I give the marketing team props for making me visit. Unfortunately, this fell wayyyy short of the expectation. Lots of great ideas, but poor execution. Drinks - creatively named but not particularly special flavors. Touting a "craft" cocktail focus but lacking nuance...or flavor altogether. WEAK drinks (& I'm usually a 2 and done - I had 4 in 90 mins on a hot day and barely caught a buzz). Food - ceviche citrus was rancid, kabobs were cartoonishly large, melon salad appeared to be old/slimy pieces combined with freshly cut. Even still, that was the best thing we ate as long as we steered clear from the chunky/cheesy/crema sauce on the plate. Ambiance - They've invested a lot into the general aesthetic / furnishings. Nice greenery & comfortable seating. View leaves something to be desired, especially compared to the Rooftop @ the Jacquard within walking distance. Selfie wall seemed obligatory & tacky. Pool is small, but the cabanas are gorgeous. Staff - friendly, but not polished. Crowd - (Midsummer Friday @ 730ish) = virtually missing. Picked up a little closer to 9 PM but thought it would have been THE happening spot. Another example of "Tictok vs. Reality." Most tables and bar seats were empty. Thought maybe it just wasn't a night many were out, or a lull, but then we stopped by the Jacquard Hotel's Rooftop Bar and couldn't believe how packed it was. We proceeded to enjoy their rooftop, as it had the fun, upbeat Friday bar vibe / scene we were seeking from the beginning. And better drinks.

Took about 20min to get an overpriced drink that wasn't very good in a plastic cup. The view is nice though. I would recommend going to one of the nicer places downtown to get a cocktail that will blow your socks off for the same price.
