Elevation 5003 Distillery

I'm glad I tried this place! There was a really good selection of cocktails to choose from with unique options. I was really pleased with what we ordered and happy to see some intriguing mocktails on the menu too. Update: we've kept coming here to celebrate special occasions and it's always great. The menu is constantly changing (in a good way) and there're always so many options to choose from. You can't go wrong. Everything we've tried has been lovely.

I loved the creativity of the drinks that we had. Their smores cocktail was great, and so was the espresso martini. One of the specials was an apple pie -type drink, which wasn't great... more like milky apple juice. There was very limited seating, and the chairs they have are some of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. It doesn't make a person want to stay for another round. Bartenders were very friendly.

We received a drink basket at Christmas. Just put old fashions together today. FANTASTIC RYE WHISKEY!!! My daughter and son in law live in FOCO and give us a bottle for Christmas every year. This is really a treat. Thank you for putting all the ingredients together!! Lauren Adler

Love how often their menu changes. Great stop for unique, seasonal, cocktails. Flavor combos are always on point. Limited seating but also has an outdoor patio when the weather is right. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here. Small space but good music and vibe. Mixologists are nice and do a great job. Tried the Espresso Martini Flight -was really really good. I recommend sharing. Fav: Wht Choc Rasp. and Brown Sugar Cinn. 😛

One of our favorite places to stop for a top notch cocktail. Seating can be tricky if you have more than a few in your party. The bartenders are great! I've never had a drink I didn't like here. Every drink is garnished to perfection and is beatiful to look at, and usually tastes better than it looks. The Mexican Crocodile is something special. Trying new seasonal drinks are a must!

Really awesome local place with some amazing cocktails! Aspen and Taylor were so friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience so enjoyable! Everything we tried was so good, definitely will be coming back!

Steven and Ella were great! They are very friendly and made amazing drinks. Also worth mentioning the owner makes her own whiskey and vodka, and they taste amazing!

Love this place! Unique & delicious drinks. Love the Chai liqueur. Bar stoools are a little high.

Nothing but great things to say about Elevation 5003! I've been twice recently - once just to buy a Christmas gift for my kiddo. Today we four enjoyed a proper visit with ample time to relax and enjoy some of the featured cocktail creations. On both visits the customer service was outstanding and welcoming. I believe our bartender/server was Alex. She was awesome. So helpful with suggestions and questions we had about the menu and our personal tastes. The actual tasting room is small. Mostly seating at the bar with one small seating section by the door. We chose to sit at the bar. Outdoor seating is also available for those that prefer that option. Alas, we are still in COVID times - staff wore masks and there was a section of the bar that had protective barrier, if that's important to you. We sat there for the corner spot so our group could talk easier. I haven't even mentioned the drinks yet. All the cocktails we ordered were fantastic! Favorites include the Fall Nights, the Pumpkin Spice White Russian, and the Baby You're Driving (sub gin).

My son and I went here for some drinks because we both have enjoyed their whiskey. The space is small, with a few bar seats and a table in the corner. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in until we left, just before the doors closed. The little spot was packed the entire time we were there and I'm not sure how common that is. The drink menu was great and we tried a couple different drinks and then a flight of different spirits. The seasonal options were fun and enjoyable. For a night out with another person this is a great spot, but if you have a group you might have some trouble fitting everyone inside. I enjoyed the flavors and I would definitely come back here for another cocktail. I might also get a bottle of the rye whiskey, which was really tasty.

This is our new go-to spot for cocktails. We tried the Jungle Cruise, Black Manhattan, Summit Sipper, and Brazilian Lemonade. Our favorite was the Summit Sipper, but each drink was crazy delicious and unique. We VERY happily drank all of them and were looking through the menu at all of the other drinks we want to try on our next trip! Our waitress (maybe the owner?) was friendly and attentive and provided great service. All around it was an A+ experience and we'll be back for sure. Only downside, I wish they had snacks or appetizers. After two strong cocktails I was feeling it and could have used a little food to go along with the tasty drinks.

By far my favorite place for drinks in Fort Collins. I take everyone here. The drinks are amazing but on top of that the bartenders are awesome. In a college town, having a safe, peaceful place to grab a drink is amazing.

During this uncertain times - Elevation 5003 made life a little easier. They started offering their mixed cocktails to go!!! Living in Northglenn, boozing it up after an hour drive IS NOT SOMETHING I WILL DO - so I never was able to partake of their cocktails - I just shopped for their alcohol and brought it home. WELL, let me tell you. Not sure when they started this, but OMG, I'm so glad they did. Names are catchy, and the menu is VERY descriptive. They change up the menu and offerings, so get it while you can.. We make the trip out there - stock up for the weekend and enjoy!! Each drink comes labeled, with instructions, and also includes the garnish! NO BRAINER!! Honestly, THE BEST COCKTAILS WE HAVE HAD IN OUR LIVES.. Now, without sounding like I have a problem - we used to frequent The Avery in Chicago. THIS IS BETTER!! And you can get your drinks easier, plus enjoy at home. Can't wait to go back!

Very cool spot for some amazing cocktails. Went there for a work get together and loved the vibe, every drink is like a work of art. Highly recommend!

I love everything about this place. The drinks are fantastic, the staff is friendly and sometimes quirky but that adds to the uniqueness and style of this place. The drinks are beyond amazing, so different and delicious. It is an adult space but kids are allowed, there's not really much for them to do, so find a sitter . But, well behaved dogs are welcome! If you like a cocktail this spot is a must.

Elevation 5003 Distillery is a family owned distillery in the heart of Fort Collins. They are using a 100 gallon pot-column still to make a very tasty vodka and corn whiskey. They have come up with a number of cocktails that showcase these spirits, not hide their beauty. Stop by and check them out; you won't be disappointed!!

I love coming here every time I'm in the area. It is by far one of my favorite distilleries in town. Their cocktails are top notch and the service is always friendly! I like the cocktails a bit more than the spirits themselves but they are made so well it's impossible not to love! Their spicy Paloma is INSANE!!! There isn't one drink I don't enjoy and it is very convenient that they are located next to a yummy bistro next door (which you can order as take out and eat at 5003). The only downside I've seen so far after visiting quite a few times, is there are often kids there? Maybe that is a personal pet peeve of mine but it seems so odd that kids are allowed not only in the bar (yes, it really is a bar so why is that kid friendly?) but they sit AT the bar. There is something about that, that just seems oddly out of sorts. If they served food and were more of a restaurant that would be one thing, but there are a lot of other distilleries that would never allow kids, let alone eating McDs at the bar. With that, it sure won't stop me from returning because their drinks are too darn good to let a kiddo eating fries to stop me.

Delicious, smooth, cocktails in a bright and intimate space. Between the four of us we tried most of the cocktails on the menu, all of them made with house-distilled and infused spirits. The drinks are by turns bright (Notorious F.I.G. and Grapefruit Twist), and refreshing (Watermelon mojito) as befits the summer season. All of them, with the deliberate exception of a delectable chai-spiced confection, were sweetened with a very light hand, the better to show off the flavors and smooth character of the spirits. One of the owners, Morgan, was tending bar. She gave her full attention to each customer and their drink in turn, making for a personalized and friendly experience. Come with friends or make some at the bar. Play some Jenga. You'll have a splendid time. I'm so excited to have this place in the neighborhood!

I have not actually been to this distillery yet. I received a bottle of Franklin Coffee Liqueur and I have to say it is amazing! Sadly, I've run out and stores here in a Cheyenne cannot order any. Looks like I'll be making a trip soon.

Colorado Sling. Corn Whiskey and Blackberry shrub. A pink blend of spenderness. It is quite here, but nice service. Dogs are allowed.

And Cheers to you 5003!! A couple of friends and I went distillery hopping. Yea it's a thing. And we found 5003 Distillery. You walk into their snug tasting bar and warmly greeted as you come in. The decor is inviting, bright and happy. :) We ended up tasting everything, and taking one of everything home. It's ALL teasingly delicious. My fav- Falernum (not sure how to pronounce) This place is husband and wife operated and you can tell their products were made with love. These guys definitely have a bright future ahead. You can only find these liquids here at the distillery. So make sure and stop by this great destination and take something home.

This was our fourth stop of the day following the Fort Collins locations on the Colorado spirits trail , the location almost seems odd for a distillery in the middle of a little shopping plaza. However stop on it and enjoy some really great spirits and mixed drinks, if you get hungry there is a great little bistro next door and all in all it is truly a fun and delicious place to visit. My only complaint and I dont think there was really anything they could do about it since the arrival of customers is very hard to predict but with only one person working at a time and after us having a lot of others pour in it took a very long time to get our drinks and then check out. That being said we were very happy to have visited and had some great drinks

Everything made here is wonderful. No trickery, added colors, etc. I especially love the rye whiskey. Absolutely worth a visit.

We stopped in for a quick drink last night on our way to another function. What a fantastic spot. We enjoyed learning about the craft distillery from the lovely staff behind the bar, and can't wait to stop back in when we have more time to sit and really enjoy some of the amazing looking cocktails on the menu. Will definitely be back soon!

I've had two experiences here and neither were very good. First the positive, the drinks are imaginative and decent and the menu changes often. Unfortunately, there's got to be more to draw people in this market of multiple options. It is usually service and environment that make a place stand out and that's where Elevation 5003 comes up short. There is limited seating and the service is SLOW and inattentive. Our latest example was an order of two drinks from the end of the bar because all stools were full. We expected to get them and step out of the way, but we didn't expect to get one drink, then wait 10 minutes for the second one (while watching another patron get a second drink, server talk to a few people, look like she forgot what she was doing and then offer no excuse for her lack of attention). I'd rather drink their product somewhere else with better service than return here.

What an experience! Such a cute place with friendly staff, and amazingly crafted drinks. Pricing is fair too! I would go back again and again!

I've been in twice now and have noticed a couple of things both times. First off, the drinks are amazing. Everything we tried was spot on, and the bartender (we had the same one both times) clearly knows their stuff. However, I can't say the same thing about the service. Very, very slow, and like the other reviewer said, they spent a lot of time just idly chatting with other customers, making drinks out of order, and just generally not being very attentive or quick. We waited a long time to order, waited a long time for our drinks, and sat with empty glasses for a long time after. It's a very small place, so I understand not wanting to have too many cooks in the kitchen (so to speak), but this particular person needs some assistance. For now, I can't recommend coming here unless you're happy with sitting and chatting without drinks for long periods of time.

This is an awesome place to visit if you want a break from all the breweries in Fort Collins. Super friendly and knowledgable staff. Cocktails are great, plus you can do a flight to sample 4 cocktails!

A great local place for fabulous & creative cocktails! It's nestled in a growing area of mid-town Fort Collins (in the Sprouts shopping center) & well placed with nothing like it in that area. It's seriously great & a new fav, especially if you're just not up for the Old Town vibe. Plus, it's got the cutest of patios & will be a chill hangout in the warmer months - the decor is spot on & unique:)

This distillery is our favorite spot for cocktails in town and our best kept secret! Not only is everyone who works there the most wonderful (shout out to Mack and Kirby and the distiller Lauren!) but the drinks are simply works of art! Menu changes seasonally and every season we find a new favorite. Also, we love that this spot is both family-friendly and dog-friendly-- we love the welcoming vibe and enjoy coming here for family date nights!

Amazing service. The owner and the bartender were so friendly and attentive, and the drinks were delicious. A few minutes after closing, our group was the only one left and as they were cleaning up the bartender came over and asked if we had a chance to try their new whiskey. When we said no, she poured us a couple small tasters for free so that we could try it - delicious and what a nice surprise!
