12 Gym-Adjacent Go-Tos for D.C.’s Workout Warriors | Eater DC

"While not immediately walkable from most of Arlington’s name-brand fitness studios and gyms, getting your post-workout protein at Elevation is worth the trip. The chain serves sustainable, organic, grass-fed, free-range burgers — plus fries and milkshakes."

Google
Quite possibly the worst burger and fries I have ever tasted (and subsequently threw out). People seem to like it here and the staff was very friendly, but my burger was tasteless and dry. The best way I can describe the fries is that they were hard and tasted earthy. Almost like eating a stick you would find in your backyard. I ordered a double hamburger with most of the condiments and it was still dry. The few bites I had choked me. What is really disappointing is that the egg on top was overcooked and rubbery. If you order a burger with loads of condiments and an egg you are expecting a juicy treat. Unfortunately I did not. The best part of the burger was the bun. The fries are cooked in olive oil so perhaps this is what some people like. Like I said, the fries were hard (which is different than crisp fries which I get), and had a very weird taste. Overall this place is not for me. The staff seemed nice which is always a positive in a burger joint. But just not good food.

Google
My visit to Elevation Burger left me thoroughly impressed. The standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel valued and welcomed. Their attentiveness and genuine friendliness created a positive and inviting atmosphere that enhanced my dining experience. The cleanliness of the environment was striking. The restaurant was immaculately maintained, reflecting their commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic space for their customers. It was clear that they prioritize cleanliness, which added to the overall appeal of the establishment. What truly stood out, though, was the quality of the food. Each bite of the burger I ordered showcased the use of fresh ingredients, and the flavors were outstanding. The attention to detail in crafting their menu items was evident and greatly appreciated. Another notable aspect was the cleanliness of the tables. It's often the small things that make a big difference, and the spotless tables certainly contributed to the overall enjoyable dining experience. In conclusion, Elevation Burger not only meets but exceeds expectations when it comes to customer service, cleanliness, and food quality. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent service with fresh and delicious food in a pristine environment, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Elevation Burger a try

Google
Got EB for the 1ˢᵗ time today. Staff were friendly and even let me try fiery sauce which is like a peppery salsa. I like. Got a fiery burger, normal elevation and a choc milk shake. Liked both burgers, greasy but not excessively so. Tasty and the rite amt of sauce in the fiery and got the EB sauce on the side to dip. The choc milk shake was nice consistency and not overly sweet. Will def be back.

Google
Grass fed beef, free range chicken, fries cooked in olive oil! What’s not to love? We carried out some burgers and ate them picnic style at Cherry Hill Park. The burgers were all double patty with real cheddar cheese. They were delicious and left me with a satisfying feeling, not a heavy feeling like many burgers. I’ll be back here next time I want a burger!

Google
Food was AWFUL, must be a new management, the place was empty the staff was not friendly or look that clean, uncooked fries out just sitting in a basket on a rack, NEVER go there! It needs to be shut down, was a great place once.

Ben Meade

Google
This place sucks. The workers stared at me for five minutes doing nothing before taking my order. I ordered the most simple thing on the menu, chicken tenders and fries. The fries were practically uncooked and the chicken tenders smelled weird and tasted funny. They barely look like chicken tenders. How do you mess chicken tenders up?! This place used to be good and has gone majorly downhill. I highly advise you to save your money instead of going here.

Google
This review is based on my experience I encountered with the manager Favi. Very unprofessional and lacked customer service. Placed an order through Uber eats and the driver picked but we never got the order. So we called the store and Favi the manager was not willing to help. Favi surely needs more training on customer service and handling situations..!

Google
The best burger and French Fries in the city of Falls Church! I really like the fries made with high quality olive oil!

Yelp
Elevation Burger is consistently great. The burgers, fries, and milk shakes are always delicious. And to top it off , they're a great community partner - generously hosting spirit nights for our school. We are lucky to have them in Falls Church !
google avatar

Jennifer N.

Yelp
Every time I get a burger from here and never disappoints. So delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

Ghaith A.

Yelp
Fast service and delicious food. Also, it was nice and clean inside and Ari was great! .

Yelp
We stopped in for a Dining for Dollars event for our school. The space was clean and comfortable and our order was pretty simple - burgers, fries, chicken tenders. The burger with lettuce bun was fresh and not greasy- think In n Out. Fries were good too, especially if you like shoestring style fries. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'll be in next time I'm in the mood for a burger!

Yelp
I'd forgotten about elevation burger and haven't visited in years as they closed the Tyson's location down. This had a promotion through a delivery app. I got the elevation burger and added mushrooms as well as a chocolate shake with chocolate chip cookie pieces and banana. Both were amazing. I'd forgotten how good their burgers truly were. I love that they're not overly greasy. It was a little strange the toppings were on the bottom but still, delicious nonetheless. The shake was also thick and decadent and included a ton of toppings. I'll definitely be getting this again in the future!

Julie H.

Yelp
So yummy! Ordered online, and our food and shakes were ready when I arrived on time. There was a slight mixup and they accidentally forgot to omit mayo from my burger but they made another one then and there, and offered to let me keep the original one with the mistake, so we ended up with a free burger. My husband was psyched because that meant he could take the extra burger for lunch the next day. My two young daughters devoured their dinners (a regular burger, and a chicken tenders kids meal) and we downed three milkshakes between the four of us. We didn't eat all the fries right away and the rest warmed up really nicely in the air fryer. I'm still stuffed the next day, but it was totally worth it. Plus this was all part of a fundraiser for my kids' elementary school. I will definitely return so I can support this business that supports their community so generously!

Charles M.

Yelp
They didn't give me the right order and then said I did it wrong. The worker was being really disrespectful to me and my friends and I did not like that.

Ali Y.

Yelp
Even though I have eaten at an elevation burger before and I personally do not eat Bacon and I substitute an egg for it, they still charged me an extra $2 when a substitute should not be of charge I didn't get both thing's which is why I gave it 2 stars the lady was nice to explain it but I believe this is elevation economics

Yelp
My veggie burgers were amazing! I love Elevation Burger and was saddened to see they closed their Potomac location, as that's where I first experienced them. I'm very pleased with today's lunch. Check them out.

Yelp
Tried this burger spot because I heard their meat is organic. The burger is not bad but for a fast food joint it is very standard to your other burger places. There is nothing special about the bread, sauce or way it is made. I also am not a fan of their fries. They are more on the soft soggy side and very thin. I tried the Fiery Burger and the Pineapple Burger. The pineapple is definitely unique and great tang to the whole thing. The fiery one is definitely hot with some peppers and jalapenos. It has a fried egg that is not too runny so wasn't difficult to eat. Overall I enjoyed the food but this would not be a go to for me based on the food and taste.

Mariam S.

Yelp
I've been coming here for years and the quality is always great!! Best food and the friendliest staff!
google avatar

David E.

Yelp
I'm surprised elevation burger isn't more successful than it is. The quality of the food is great, maybe it's the inconsistencies between locations that brings it down. They are similar to five guys but better quality food in my opinion.

Yelp
I have been to the Elevation Burger in Arlington on numerous occasions, but today I tried the Fall Church location. While the food itself was good, the service was terrible. It started with walking into the store at about 2:00 pm and not being greeted by anyone for over 5 minutes. The whole time I was waiting there was someone working on the grill in the back (not sure if cooking or cleaning), but no one came up front. There was one person in line ahead of me, and while they put in an order, the employee running the register was obviously having a discussion with another person on her cell phone speaker. When she finally got to me, I gave her my order which included a burger, onion rings and a vanilla milkshake. When I got my burger and no onion rings looked at my receipt and the rings were not included. I went to the counter and was told 'we are out of onion rings until tomorrow'. I ordered some fries and waited for my milkshake. When the shake was delivered to my table it was chocolate, not vanilla. Eventually they got me all of my food, but not a very good experience.

Yelp
This is a nice burger place for the most part. The burgers are very good, but my burger was not as tender or juicy as I would have liked it to be (still good either way, though). I believe they use organic meat in all or most of their burgers, I know mine was organic. The fries were very good as well, and they use olive oil to fry them (not sure if the olive oil is organic or not). On the downside, I also found my meal to be pricey for what it was. It would be great if there were some all-natural or even organic soda options. There were some organic juice, milk, and iced-tea options. Overall, this is a nice burger place.
google avatar

Robin B.

Yelp
Don't go. I'm so disappointed. I was a frequent customer of Elevation before the pandemic. I don't eat red meat often, and always chose Elevation because of its quality meat. The meat was tender and juicy. No more. This patty was definitely cheap, frozen and no flavor. It was tough and rubbery like cheap patties from a discount grocery. It was similar to a Burger King patty. The change is disappointing. Elevation definitely lost a customer in me.

Yelp
Just before 8:40pm on a Friday night (9/9) and they were locking the doors early and having people exit the restaurant . Our attempt to have them take our money failed miserably. Skip this place - it's not deserving of the local following it had years ago that I remember fondly.

Rachel C.

Yelp
This is zero stars but had to put one to post. This place is a joke! They charge an inflation fee which is more than state and local taxes combined. This charge is on top of the smallest impossible burger I've ever received- see pics. The impossible patty was more than halved- look how thin. Absolutely no scruples, sickening people imo.

Ted S.

Yelp
Yeah, not so much. I hadn't been there for a couple of years, and decided to order a quick weeknight meal online for my two kids and me. I was there for the pickup at the ten minute mark as estimated. The order was ready in a sealed bag. So far so good. Got home within another ten minutes. Food was cold. All of it. Called back to let them know that one of the burgers was missing the bacon and pickles as ordered and paid for. After some effort to get the employee to understand what was their mistake and on what order I was offered a $2 refund for the bacon charge. I can now understand why the restaurant was empty at 6:45 pm save for one couple.

Yelp
Tasty and juicy healthy burger. Even the chicken tenders are good. Price is justbright for it.

Yelp
Excited that I got a the mailer coupon for a free burger (including their vegetarian and vegan option). I went into redeem the offer and ordered their double vegetarian burger and also ordered fries because I like to support businesses when I get free stuff (but I could have done without the extra carbs). Anyway, I ordered it to go because I was I hurry and about to go into a work meeting so it wasn't until I got to my destination that I realized I was given regular beef burgers. Good thing I ordered fries because that was my only lunch for the day. ****** I'm updated it now that I was contacted by managed and invited to try their veggie burgers again with some friends. This time around they got the order right. Praise be! The veggie burger itself was ok, nothing to write home to about and the fries were a bit on the soggy side. My friends got the regular beef burger and I noticed theirs came with two patties. I guess the veggie only comes with one unless requested? I am happy at the quick notice from management working to turn this situation around and make my experience better. Thank you.

Scott F.

Yelp
I want to really like this chain because they care enough to use organic beef. Somehow the place just is not enjoyable though for me. It has an alarm that goes off when some particular cooking process is done. The kitchen is open and loud. And unfortunately the double patty I got was a bit hard to chew thoroughly. It's unlikely I'll be back soon.
google avatar

Yelp
Stay away from this place. Very poor service. Soggy fries. Veggies left large and inedible on burgers. I am from Oregon, is this how Virginians like their burgers?!?! Meat Patty tough and not seasoned. Way way way way overpriced poorly done fast food. The ONLY thing to like here and the reason I gave it two stars instead of one, is the veggie burger part of our order was okay. I truly don't know how Elevation burger stays in business!
google avatar

Lauren P.

Yelp
We were very disappointed when we tried to go to Elevation Burger in Falls Church at 8:37pm on a Friday night. We were met by a worker at the door who said "we are closed." And I pointed to the 9pm on the door and said your sign says 9pm and she responded with "I clean now." And would not let us in. They were also turning the lights out on customers who were in the restaurant eating and appeared to be forcing them out. There were at least 2 other potential customers trying to go and order as well. One would think you would stay open until 9pm on a Friday night to make $$ but apparently not. Very disappointed after loving Elevation for so long.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
The hamburger was fresh tasting and prepared well. The fries were very soggy and we didn't mind that they are cooked in olive oil. Just too soggy to enjoy. Service was fast and friendly
google avatar

Robert B.

Yelp
The only reason I rated this one star is because I can't rate it no stars for both the restaurant and the company that runs it. The food is okay but the service has gotten utterly abysmal since I first started patronizing this place years ago. I had placed an online order, but when I went to pick it up 20 minutes later, neither of the two people there said they had gotten an order and pretty much told to get out. They didn't bother starting it after I had shown them my receipt or even offer a refund. Nothing. When I disputed the service with my credit card, corporate told them I received my order in good condition when I didn't. Avoid this place and all their other restaurants now that it's overpriced and just seems to be staffed with people who can't even be bothered to give the bare minimum.
google avatar

Yelp
Really great fresh fast food! Casual atmosphere where the menu lists the calories for each burger. I ordered the Veggie with fries.. it looks like a chicken burger bc if it's color. Not nick texture but it was really tasty! Great bread and toppings and the shyest ring fries were perfection!!
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
Moved right next door so decided to give another try. Ordered the veggie burger on wheat bun. It was so mushy that we returned entire order uneaten. The bread had zero texture. The veggie patties had barely touched a grill. They were cold in the middle with zero char on them. The pepper relish was so watery that the bottom bun was soaked completely. The fries looked good but we returned because the place is dead and they still could not put effort into the food so we don't trust them now. They don't care, and it shows. Really bummed that my new neighborhood burger shop serves slop even when they have nothing else to do. The piece of onion on my burger was so thick that nobody could realistically eat it. No more chances from me! For what they charge, it should be quality or nothing.
google avatar

Daniel S.

Yelp
This ain't it. Swung in on my way to Target. Ordered a vegan burger, fries and drink, and it came out to over $14. The burger was small, and I wish I were exaggerating when I said the veggie patty itself was about as thick as a quarter. Not even a little bit filling. The whole thing was absolutely drenched in sauce too. I ordered a drink because they had a Coke Freestyle machine, but it was missing about 80% of the options -- couldn't even get a plain Diet Coke. No warning from the cashier on that when I bought it either. Fries were good at least. I feel like I shouldn't have to tell the owner of a burger joint to be less stingy with the food and not to charge sit-down restaurant prices for a fast-casual meal.

Yelp
This location has existed for a long time - long before other EB locations began springing up in the area. They have an overhead menu board for customers to make their selections and order and pay at the counter. They offer selections that vary based on the number and types of burger patties. They have beef, veggie, and vegan versions of burgers. Customers can choose to have their burgers in buns or lettuce wrap and can customize them with a large selection of toppings and sauces. Fries are very good - they are skinny. They claim their products are healthy - organic, grass fed beef; fries fried in olive oil. The beverages include soft drinks from one of the Coca-Cola machines that seems to offer any Coke soft drink. They have a few non-burger items but they are known and specialize in burgers. This a good place when looking for a good burger.
google avatar

Stringfellow H.

Yelp
Just not good. I was very disappointed by this burger. I was expecting more "umph!" Sadly this did not pack the punch I was hoping for. 5 Guys is the much better burger and less expensive.
google avatar

Javier K.

Yelp
Absolutely a disaster. The burger was no good but the soda machine was not working. The attendant told us to hit the machine to get water. The fries were totally crap. There was only few customers. First and last visit. Won't go again.
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
This place has grass fed burgers that are tasty, filling and pretty substantial. Their standard burger has two patties but if you aren't up for the challenge you can get a single. Their burgers are fresh and hot (as greasy as 5 Guys)with a good selection of toppings or you can order one of their recommended burgers. I just did my own and added a lot of toppings. Fries are fresh and seemed fresh cut too rather than frozen, worth a solid try. Side salad isn't bad either if you need a little bit of green to accompany your massive burger and fries. They have shakes too but I was too full, have to try those on another trip. I'll be back here since it's a legit burger and close to home.
google avatar

Aaron B.

Yelp
We came in right at 11 on a Saturday when the place opened and there was food on the floor and the place was pretty dirty. See the pictures. Staff had just "cleaned" because the floor was still wet from mopping. I mean--how can you miss big chunks of whatever on the floor and grime around the drink machine? And they messed up two out of three burger orders. My daughter ordered a double, they made a single. And I ordered and Impossible burger and they made a regular beef burger. Is it that hard to get burger orders correct? Where is the manager?
google avatar

Ger P.

Yelp
I can't believe I was served the worst chicken sandwich ever. It was burnt and tasted terrible and composed of two tiny pieces, a far cry from the advertised picture playing over the big screen. The staff didn't seem to care and seem surprised I complained (like there was something wrong with me). Extremely disappointed. I will never eat here again.
google avatar

Tamara Q.

Yelp
I have never been more disappointing than today! It's a long drive from my house, it's not cheap and on top of that, I finally get home and my meat is RAW! I will not order from here again. Do not recommend. It's ridiculous! They don't even answer their phones!!
google avatar

V H.

Yelp
Just had an elevation burger this afternoon...guys are friendly, they bring burger to your table, fries large serving but still so unsatisfyingly skinny! Meat not so tasty--maybe needs a pinch of salt or sprinkle of herbs? My bun totally fell to pieces and seemed to melt in my hands due to juice of tomato, mayo and such. They should scrap the egg yellow bun and go back to using the good old hamburger buns of yore that were made to hold the juicy burgers together and they did! I can not recommend this place again I am sorry to report. Must cost a small fortune to take a family out for a burger these days!

David H.

Yelp
Walked up to the counter at 8:50pm and stood there for a couple minutes before someone from the kitchen came up and told me they were "already closed". I'm sorry.. the hours are still 11am-9pm, no? 1st time I was going to check this place out, but I won't come back. Hours need to be updated if they're closing early now

Melody P.

Yelp
I usually don't leave bad reviews but this place gave me the worst food poisoning! I was so sick for two days after eating here

Yelp
I opened my mailbox and found a flyer for a free cheeseburger at Elevation Burger Falls Church. My first thought: What is the catch... No one just sends you a free cheeseburger. To my delight, there was no catch, just a free burger. Since I love burgers I made my way down to Elevation burger to feed my face. THE FIRST IMPRESSION: I walk in and the place is moderately busy around lunchtime, but there is no one waiting to order. There is music playing throughout the building giving the place an upbeat atmosphere. The counter guy is doing something in the corner and it takes a short time to acknowledge me. When he does he greets me so quietly that I do not even know what he said. I hand him my free cheeseburger flyer, tell him I want to add fries and a drink. He rings me up, gets my name, I pay, and he hands me the receipt without a word. CUSTOMER SERVICE: During this visit, my interaction with the staff was limited because the ordering process went so fast, but I would feel better if I was greeted in a clear manner when I approach the counter. I don't even think this is something I care about, but because it is done at so many other food establishments, It is just something I am accustomed to having, and notice when it does not happen. THE FOOD: Is there anything bad anyone can say about a FREE burger? I don't think so...well then again...there is always THAT GUY who can complain about anything. I am not him. The free "Elevation Burger" was a double patty, double cheeseburger to which I added Lettuce, pickles, tomato, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. The bun was fresh and had a buttery flavor and tasted great. 1 downside on the bun for me was that the bottom half was a tad soggy when took a bite into the burger. Overall the "Elevation burger" was the exact type of burger I enjoy. Great beef flavor, complemented by the condiments and cheese. Next on the list is the "Olive Oil Fries" they taste like fresh cut fries similar to In and Out burger. I am neutral on the fries. They are not bad, but they are not over the top great to rave about. Just simple fries and that is what I like. At $2.95 for the fries, I am happy since I paid $4.95 for a side of fries at Red Apron Butcher last week. Lastly, The cherry vanilla coke. I feel that a cheeseburger has to always be accompanied by some form of coke. Today I chose the cherry vanilla variety which was dispensed by one of the cool touch screen soda machines that have a variety of drinks and flavors to add to anything you choose. THE RESTROOM: I have decided to add a rundown of the restroom to all of my reviews because I feel a clean restroom is important. The restroom at elevation burger was ok, not excellent. On the floor, I saw what I hope was water drops, some pee in the toilet, and on the toilet. Lucky for me I was only washing my hands since the toilet did not look welcoming covered and filled with the pee of another person. THE WRAP UP: Great tasting simple burger and fries in an upbeat environment with the option to sit outdoors.

Yelp
Burger just didn't do it for me I understand this is healthier eating but it just wasn't good. Food is overpriced also

Violet Z.

Yelp
The food is good however, after eating, a few hours later i get the worst stomach aches ever. This place may seem good at first but you will feel insanely ill afterwards. my symptoms are, diarrhea, stomach aches, head aches. etc. please dont eat this food!
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered on Grubhub. Got to Elevation Burger at 6:15 that was the pickup time and checked in. Was told food was not ready. Half hour later I checked again after multiply people got food ordered after I checked in. Come to find out that my food was ready and was the same bag that had been sitting on the counter when I walked in. One of the hispanic ladies working made a comment that I should have ordered in the store. Really! Asked for a manager at that point. Manager was not even there. Of course I get home and the food is cold. Time for the microwave.

Yelp
Behold! The original Elevation Burger! This place has been a Falls Church City standby for many, many years now, and I've been a fan since the beginning. This location -- and the chain itself -- definitely has its pros and cons. The cons mostly have to do with the cleanliness and just upkeep of the tables and whatnot. This is a really popular joint with families in particular, so tables and chairs always seem like they've been pushed out of position, and things can get a little insane around peak mealtimes. The pros all have to do with the food. The burgers are still tasty AF. Just a really, really good burger, and I love their thin fries. They offer vegetarian options, as well as a paleo burger right on the menu for those of us who are currently living in the deep circle of hell known as limiting carbs (::cry::). They've really expanded their menu since their early days, to now include premium toppings and chicken sandwiches, among other things. I personally don't care for all of that, but I guess it helps them appeal to folks who are not necessarily as into a good ol' beef burger as I am. I'm sure Elevation Burger will long remain in my rotation when it comes down to those delicious burger cravings. They could do with a bit more oversight when it comes to the way this location looks, but as long as they keep grilling up tasty patties and fresh toppings, I'll always be comin' back for more.

Junella T.

Yelp
Hot and tasty burger. Perfect size for lunch along with their yummy fries. I liked that the fries were the skinny along and not thick cut so they were extra crispy. Their beef is also grass fed so the prices are going to be steeper than other chains. Elevation burger also has a rewards program so if you get a stamp for every burger you buy and after ten or so the next ones free.
google avatar

Sandy S.

Yelp
Waste of time and money. We got a chicken burger and a hamburger and ordered ahead for pickup. I went in and there were two women making items and one guy up front looking busy but not really doing anything. Nobody said hello to me and I was just ignored for 5 minutes. The food was nothing to write home about. I liked the sauce, but it didn't make up for the dry chicken and dry burger. The fries tasted like they made them yesterday and reheated them in oil. They tasted freezer-burnt. Just not good. So expensive for sub-par service and blah food. Don't waste your $$.

Paul H.

Yelp
Not the elevation burger that won best burger in 2011. First the good: service was faster than usual, probably because no one was in there. The service was good. Now the bad. The patty is not what it once was. Mine tasted and had the consistency of frozen, food service grade fare. Fries were edible but tired For the price I expect more.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
Increasingly disappointed with Elevation, as it's turned from our "go to" burger joint to one we usually avoid. Tonight was another reinforcement of that trend. Burger was good, but bacon was pitiful, bun was stone cold, cheese was unmelted. Fries were good. I'll go to Shake Shack or Burger 7 next time

Yelp
Ok update. Just finished a pick up order from here. Got one of the burgers wrong and fries were very soggy. This is now going to be a miss for me. If you can't order in store or online and get the right food we have a problem. Went on a Saturday at about 12:30. Store was very quiet and still the order was wrong. It's not until I got home I realized they had made a mistake. I would recommend going elsewhere. $25 for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Soggy fries and 1 burger wrong I'm not sure what I'm paying for. Bad form. This is a solid 4 stars for me. We came at lug tin won a hot Saturday and we waited about 20 mins for food. So it's quick food not fast food. We shared 2 burgers and one fries. The spicy jalapeño burger was delicious just enough heat to make it interesting. The guacamole ranch was creamy and delicious. The buns do fall apart so it's a messy eat but still a good one. The beef itself is not anything special. It's not bad, it's just not the main reason to come here. The toppings make it interesting. So this place might be a miss if you're a plain cheeseburger kind of person. The fries are thin and I would order my own basket of fries because I am a piggy and not great at sharing. Service is a little flustered. It's basically all kids working here. It's not bad you just have to be explicit and patient.

Yelp
If I can give zero stars, that's what this place deserves with the treatment we just received on 7/12/2020 at 2pm. Order pickup, employee named Kevin passes cup and puts his finger inside cup. Asked nicely for another, then repeats by putting his finger again! Asked for a manager, he said he's the manager! then find out he lied about being manager. He then left me waiting for 2 minutes while he was preparing another order. Finally, gives me another cup and manager comes from back, Kevin tells manager not to talk to me! This is unacceptable behavior and treatment to customers no matter what current situation we are experiencing. I will not be returning to this establishment again!!
