I’ve always believed good quality meat should be able to stand on its own and not be smothered with some type of sauce. We’ve been searching the area for a really straightforward cheeseburger and Elevation Burger nailed our criteria. Fresh organic beef, a generous slice of cheese, and the usual fixings; this burger had it all and was topped off by great beef flavor. Being our first time in the restaurant we went for the original; two patties, cheese, lettuce tomato, etc. It was so good we didn’t need to add ketchup or mustard - just enjoyed the flavor of the meat. Sharing a serving of fries was more than enough for the two of us and they were great.
The person working the counter was courteous and very helpful. The food arrived at the table quickly but it took long enough to know they were cooked fresh. Tables were relatively clean for a fast food place, and most important, the restrooms were clean!
Next time we need a burger fix, we plan to try the veggie burger to see if it has equally good flavor. And I would suggest going for the single patty to make room for a shake.
