This has hands down been our favorite coffee tour! It ended up being about a 3hr tour but we were absolutely immersed in everything coffee! Our guide was insanely knowledgeable, from the history of coffee to the history of the Elida farm and their coffee processing. We walked through the whole property which was amazingly gorgeous then we walked through every building and learned about how they dried, fermented, roasted and packaged their own coffee! We also learned they they’ve won the award for best coffee internationally for their geisha beans! At the end we had a really informative cupping where we learned the scent, aroma and tasting of all their different beans and were so lucky to have met the owner! They also sold tea which was insanely delicious. Overall this tour and farm was incredibly impressive and cannot recommend enough coming for this tour!

The Plano tour was one of the highlights of our visit to all of Panama 🇵🇦 Being a fan of specialty coffee, it was really educational and informative, and gave me an appreciation for all the work that goes into creating some of the best coffee in the world. Would highlight recommend the tour to anyone visiting Boquete.

We had a great tour through the coffee plantation telling all the history of the company and explaining the production process from plant to table and closing with a tasting of the different types of coffee including the Geisha one which they have the most expensive one so far at $6,000 / lb.

We did the tour today and learned a lot, especially about Geisha coffee! We found it fantastic how much time was taken to show and explain everything to us. Thanks so much to our Guide 😍 The tasting of the different coffee varieties was a great experience. All the staff are really nice, cheerful, and above all, coffee experts from whom you can learn a lot ☺️ Our absolute highlight was that we even got to personally meet Mr. Lamastus! This day was truly one of the highlights of our entire Panama trip! 🇵🇦 ☕️

We did the 1h cupping tour. Guide was very good! He even gave us an short tour around and introduced the factory (usually not part of the tasting)! It helped better understand the differences of the coffes. I can really reccomend!

If you are looking for a truly exceptional, Panama Coffee Estate Experience, there is no where better to go in the Whole World. The Lamastas family lives, breathes, and drinks coffee, Literally. Their Estate is a mix of modern coffee practices and classic farming in the mountains of Boquette. Wilford Lamastas Sr., the 3rd generation head of the Estate, could talk about Panama Geisha and other coffee for a week if he had the time. He has decades of knowledge and experience that is still growing with every lot planted and cup of coffee brewed. The estate has regularly produced the best coffee in Panama, as well as being globally recognized. Tour range from seeing the basics of coffee drying and production, all the way to going around the estate to see the various lots of coffee. We cannot say enough good things about our experience here, sharing a cup (or many) of coffee, and hearing the amazing story of the estate along with plenty of of there amazing facts about Panama coffee. Come here for a truly unique and beautiful coffee enriching experience!

A must visit if you are a coffee enthusiast. The Geisha coffee produced here are exported to specialty coffee shops all over the world. You will be able to do a tasting of the water wash Geisha here for just $10 and you can learn about coffee from the barista. You can also email the estate if you are interested in a more formal farm tour (I was told the price starts from $50). I also heard that they plan to re-open the Bajareque Coffee House and Roastery in Casco Viejo, Panama City.

Quite an exceptional place. Sadly very little chance to park if you go all the away up to the coffee shop. Besides that little circumstance, the rest is amazing, the shop is one of the few clean, japanese minimal style places i have seen in Panama. The attention to detail is outstanding.
