ELIKSIR Restaurant & Cocktailbar

Was very delicious, we enjoyed our evening. If I would change anything it would be the last cocktail with dessert. All together it was too sweet. It felt enough with the tea but maybe would have been better if the last cocktail was more bitter or sour and then it would kind off balance out more the last dish. I love sweets and never thought I would say that for this type of restaurant but the dessert felt too big but still very delicious. And my favourite cocktail was the first one with dill, that was no question absolutely the best one!🌿💯 👏🏻😍

Amazing food and amazing staff. The experience was amazing but there was a pretty noicy crowd of 14-16 people that really took some points off. Its not the restaurants fault, but i think it is convenient that the staff remind people who disturb everyone else that its not a sportsbar, its something beyond that. Other then the lack of controlling the volume, it was great.

What an amazing place for a cocktail experience. Very tasty drinks served by a well educated and friendly team in a place that is fancy but also relaxing. We only had cocktails so cannot comment on food but I suspect the great experience would continue. I like they way they explain the drinks and the ingredients and if you are not sure what you want they can always make something for you base on what you would like. Highly recommended!

What an outstanding experience! We were welcomed by the host and got our table. The menu had local food. There was plenty of meat and vegetarian dishes. The tastes were mind blowing. The drinks as well were delicious. The starter was bread with smalec and burnt butter. We had started and main dish. We were satisfied by the amount of food. The service was kind and knowledgeable.

One of the best experiences. If you like food, like to taste new things with a traditional touch, this is your restaurant. The service is kind and precise. They explain you all the details of the dishes (origin, process of cooking, way of eating…) Choose the Cocktail pairing menu to enjoy the dinner even more.

We were visiting on Sunday evening for the full tasting menu with alcohol-free cocktail pairing. I don’t wanna spoil too much because i feel the best experience you’ll have if you don’t browse for very detailed reviews before going there yourself. The staff was very welcoming and professional. It wasn’t very busy when we were there and I liked the more légère atmosphere inside the dining room a lot. They played music which could have been my very own Spotify list, so i felt home right away. The starter course, made from many delicious components and homemade bread was setting the expectations for the next courses high. I also very much enjoyed the mushroom and the fish courses and as a sweet tooth of course the dessert, mhhhmm and that cocktail served with it was so yummy :) The quality of the handpicked local ingredients presented very unique flavour through the whole menu. But what really made it a distinctive event for me was having with the delicious food the cocktails which were so matching to the courses and they really surprised me how very tasty they managed to present the alcohol-free version. The performance from the bartender and the special result which was kind of a sorbet with horseradish blew my mind. Interesting and great concept. I also really love the fact that they have a very rare and strong sustainability concept. Even the table ware comes from a local shop and the glasses chosen for the cocktails present themself in individual and fun designs. If you are going to visit the place, you definitely have to enjoy it together with the cocktails. We had a misunderstanding in communication once during the evening and the way they handled their mishap was with such professionalism that I was absolutely stunned. Exceptional costumer service. Big thanks to the whole team for an unforgettable evening. We’ll be back for sure :)

We visited the restaurant for our anniversary. The atmosphere was very cozy and the staff was attentive and friendly. We were very interested in hearing information about local products. The extended testing menu was very delicious. We liked the veal and sturgeon the most. We didn't taste the beef in the Tartare because of the overdone pickles/caper, but the meat was very tender. The cake was delicious, but against the rest of the dishes we were expecting something more complicated, but that's just our expectations. We also really enjoyed the interactive puzzle and sorbet making with us. Mr. Bartosz was very polite and attentive to us and the details. The cocktail pairing was varied and amazing. We enjoyed it very much. Also Mr. Maciej (sorry if I didn't specify the name correctly) was very enthusiastic about his work and with a soul told us about each cocktail. We will definitely come here again!

Excellent restaurant. Not only is the food very good, but the cocktail pairing is a unique and creative addition. Above all, the service was impeccable. The restaurant want out of their way to accommodate my dairy allergy. They called me the day of my reservation to confirm they were able to provide the tasting menu dairy free. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Gdańsk.

I've eaten around the globe but this place not only gave me a great experience, craft drinks created by mixologists with a very keen pallet, but the food was beyond exceptional. The meat was cooked to the perfect temperature and both cuts came out at the same time and were ready to eat. The sides were timed perfectly so they were the ideal consistency and the seasoning was something I wish I could duplicate! If you want to impress a business colleague, a date, or just like hanging with some cool people you MUST find time for Eliksir when in Gdansk. Also, they have a scotch menu and Cuban cigars that you can smoke in the private cigar lounge. 5 out of 5!
