Elio's Osteria e Pizzeria

We found this place using google Maps and wanted something highly rated with lots of raters. Perfect! Little did we know just how perfect—until we tried it. We never have expected pizza this good in this small town and close to Camp Fimfo. To our surprise, there are a few bonus items not on the menu. For an appetizer, we got the Burrata and ordered bread to go with it. The bread by itself would have been enough because it’s so delicious. There were four of us and got three different pizzas. I shared the Margharita with a friend and added Kalamatta olives and pepperoni. That pizza is easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Texas. It rivals the famous, authentic Neapolitano pizzeria in San Antonio—with more affordable pricing! We all individually scanned the dessert refrigerator and regretted not ordering, but we had birthday cake awaiting us at home. We will return and save room for it next time! The service was great—friendly, attentive, and quick. Thank you so much for a delightful surprise! Because we forgot to take photos while we were there, I’ve included one of my leftovers—so yummy!

delicious delicious pizza. absolutely wonderful service! great decor. the minute you walk in the restaurant your nose in immediately welcomed by the smell of freshly baked bread. we came here for lunch after visiting Camp Fimfo and we will definitely visit again in a heart beat.

While visiting Canyon Lake, my wife was craving pizza. We came across Elio's and were very impressed. Stacy, our waitress was spot on and super friendly. We started off with Calamari and it was phenomenal. Our next choice was the Supreme pizza. My wife and had to mention to Stacy that this was one of the best pizzas we ever had. We will definitely make another trip from San Antonio to Elio's just for the pizza. I totally recommend Elio's.

After a long day of floating on the river we worked up one heck of an appetite and someone recommended Elios we ordered two pizzas a margarita and a genovese (chicken) hand tossed got it to go to get back to the cabin and upon opening it was amazed at what we saw especially for the price that initial slice being pulled away from the pizza left one amazing cheese pull! I highly recommend if you're in the area go check it out

I had the pork special and it was absolutely amazing! It was super tender and tasty. The pasta was fine as well. The service was great and our server was super friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the Old Fashion drink was! I requested a Buffalo Trace bourbon for the Old Fashion. It was so good o ordered another one. I enjoyed the pizza and the restaurant was very busy being a Friday night. Our server was super nice and very attentive. My wife and I will return!

A very spacious and lively restaurant that we visited on a Friday evening. They were kind enough to accommodate us on a short notice. The waitress was a little weird - she had a smiling face but was a little strict however she took excellent care of us. We ordered different things and all of them were good. There are inside and outside seating areas. There was also a local country band performing live and we loved it. They serve awesome desserts and also have a mini bar inside the restaurant. There is also a lot of partying spots outside the restaurant for free parking. Overall, a nice red to hang out with friends.
