Eli's Blazin Wings and Pizza

Absolutely stellar experience. It’s difficult to recommend one thing because all of it so delicious. Definitely get the Nashville hot chicken on the homemade biscuit. The pizza and garlic cheese bread are excellent too. Any time you’re in the Whitmore Lake area, Eli’s is the place to eat.

Eli's place kept getting high reviews so I decided to take the drive and try the food. The cashier is a sweet, soft-spoken young lady who has a bright smile. Great for when you're ready to place an order (5⭐). I ordered wings (lemon-pepper, BBQ and Nashville Hot, lemon-pepper fish, Nashville chicken sandwich and their chocolate-chip pizza.... And all I have to say is WHY ARE YOU READING THIS REVIEW... GO SEE HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS.... LoL. Thank you Eli for amazing food and amazing service (5⭐). Everything was great!

Bummed. This was our first time ordering from Eli's. The wings and mac and cheese were pretty good. One pizza was fried, and the other was just a little burnt but had a pool of grease on top. I ordered enough to have dinner for 3 people and then be able to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. $55 + service charge + tax and tip, which put it at roughly $69...and the pizza is all going to waste. Just bummed.

Edit to add: I m updating from one star to three since the response was so professional on this review and did not try to sent it. That takes courage. I appreciate Mistakes happen, so I was not upset when they substituted and gave an extra Mac to make up for one of my ordered items being unavailable. I actually thought that was decent but then when I took a few bites of sandwich it was off and I picked it apart and as you see it's raw and that's dangerous. Lady answered phone was lovely but because I ordered through a delivery service I had to start there. The delivery service said 2.95 off and a future free sandwich from owner (I was visiting area do not live there) for a 9.95 raw sandwich. Delivery service eventually gave the sandwich discount fully. It automatically should have been comped for the sandwich at minimal.

This is the second time my husband and I have ordered dinner from here and we can’t say enough good things about this place! The first time we ordered we couldn’t decide because everything sounded delicious. We ended up getting the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich (on that amazing brown sugar biscuit), the old pepperoni pizza, boneless wings with parm garlic sauce, side Mac and cheese, and the rosemary fries (so yum!) After indulging in all of that we knew we would definitely be coming back again. Tonight was our second time and we ordered their special which was a large 2 topping pizza, 5 wings, and garlic bread for $20.99. We also added on a Greek salad and that was one of the better Greek salads I’ve ever had. When my husband arrived to pick up the order he had to wait an extra 15 minutes past his pick up time because they forgot the garlic bread. Which in all honesty wasn’t a big deal for him to wait the extra 15 minutes and he told them it wasn’t a problem. But the owners were so apologetic for his wait that they gave him an order of biscuits, Mac and cheese, and more boneless wings on the house! How generous was that! If you want a place to get fresh, delicious comfort food and owners who know how to take care of their customers then Eli’s is where it’s at. We will be back again!

This place is without question the best food you can get in Whitmore Lake. I've had the wings, tenders, biscuits and some of the sides all of which are amazing. The homemade sauces are very good. I can't get enough of the Nashville hot. The loaded fries with the white cheese sauce and rib pieces are to die for. You can't go wrong with the homemade ranch or the homemade blue cheese dressing which come is pretty decent sized portions which is great for me in comparison to everywhere else that gives you half full tiny cups. The food is consistent and had always been good. Any time fried chicken comes up in conversation this is the first place I recommend. The staff is always friendly and helpful My only gripe would be that they are closed on Sundays and Mondays which is my two consistent days off of work. But I cant be mad about that, everyone needs some days off. I no longer live in the area but I drive out from Howell just to get it whenever I have the chance. Keep up the good work.

Amazing Mac and cheese, the loaded cheese fries with white sauce was one of the best I have ever had. The pizza was good as well.

This is kind of a split review. I have tried the wings with multiple sauces and the lemon pepper rub and they were excellent. The lemon pepper fries and the rosemary garlic fries were very good, and the biscuits were good as well. Now for the pizza, I ordered a large pepperoni, bacon, and sweet cherry peppers with light cheese. While the toppings were very good it was undercooked and it was not light on the cheese, but the worst part it wasn't even sliced. I should have checked it before I got home and I am sure they would have corrected it. I look forward to trying the ribs and deserts and will definitely go back and give them a second chance on the pizza.
