Elite Boba

Had a craving for some boba and this was right across from where we had lunch. It's a place where you order from the kiosk which I feel is fine if you know exactly how you want your tea ordered. I was a bit confused when there was a sweetness question. I have never encountered that a felt too intimidated to ask the girl behind the counter. I regret that choice and wish I would have asked as I was a bit disappointed with my drink. I now know to go with full sweetness's as I felt my brown sugar milk tea was more bitter than I like. There was no greeting from the girl working, the only interaction was her calling my name to indicate my drink was ready. If this would have been my first experience with boba tea, I would never order again as I would not know how yummy this drink could be.

This place has great service. I am diabetic and mistakenly made an order that had too much sugar for me, but they replaced it right away. They're just starting to expand their menu, so if you like waffles keep your eyes open. Thanks guys for being so attentive. You made our evening!

I got a mango passion fruit green tea with popping boba. It had seeds in it that were like not chewable-think watermelon seed (they were the black dots in my drink). I'm not sure if they were supposed to be in the drink, but i kept spitting them out, and it really ruined my drinking experience as i had to chew my popping bubbles. If they are supposed to be in there, I would not get it again. I have also attached a picture of their straws. After ordering, it took 13 minutes to get my drink with 3 people ahead of me. 2 of the 3 employees weren't working for a bit. The employees would pinch the cup from the top to pick it up, putting their fingers WITHOUT GLOVES where the drink would be. At least 1 of the employees had nail polish as well. During my visit, someone came in and started talking to the employees about his haircut, and the employees stopped working to talk to this person about his haircut. Literally stopped pouring from the dispenser to turn around and talk. There were about 8 people behind me at this point. The 3 people ahead of me were also looking at me and each other during this time, and after they got their drink and were leaving, one of them told me "good luck"

Convenient bubble tea bar with straightforward self ordering kiosk. You can easily customize your sugar content %, ice content %, and topping preferences on the touch screen Recommend the smoothies, especially peach, which tastes like creamsicle. The brown sugar milk tea was also good. The baristas seemed busy most of the time but were very helpful with questions whenever you initiate conversation with them.

Went here for the second time, on my birthday 🎂! I love and always order, a Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea with Cheese foam. Mmmm. We ordered from the machine; you also have a choice of direct ordering. The colors re beautiful of yellow and white and green. Great place for homework or studying. Tables, and windows seats as well. Music playing.

Sadly, the cute picture I took was the best part of my drink - I ordered some kind of Taro-Matcha milk tea which I was excited to try. The tea itself was really watered down/lacked flavor and the drink had this weird sugar slush (not sure if it was used to separate the taro and matcha, or if it was some weird run off from the boba) which tasted so bad. I probably had two sips before I just threw the drink away. There might be better offerings on their menu, but it really discouraged me from trying again. I’m not a milk tea expert, but I’ve had enough good drinks to know what it’s supposed to taste like, and it’s not what I had here. The store is really cute and the workers were friendly, but I think a lot needs to be done to improve the quality of the drinks

Delicious! You can order on the touch screens, I usually bring down my sweetness to 50%, makes for a refreshing drink that is not too sweet. Loved my bubble tea, the tapioca was perfectly sweet and the right amount of chewy and soft. Very pleasant staff too, I will definitely be back.

Diners be ALERT! The cups were not sealed and the hot liquid burned my hand! I asked for a cup holder or a bag for two cups and the server gave one reluctantly which I found surprising. Then the best part is the cups and bag bursted and the drink splashed all over while I was stepping down in the library! There were kids running around and this store is liable for any incident. It’s the worst package and service I have ever received.

The boba here is hit or miss depending on what you get. I personally like the thicker taro or green tea smoothies with no sugar. The normal milk teas aren't my go to here. Quality- I like the customization options for the smoothies here. I can have thick savory taro smoothie with boba and jelly. It's much healthier than the default most places give with tons of sugar. Quantity- a standard amount comes out. Nothing crazy Atmosphere- I like the seating area to chill and drink with friends. Service- good staff here. No problems with service.

Awful. The order took 30 minutes and all the toppings were stale. Staff seems generally unfriendly.

I feel like I've been waiting literal ages for them to open a boba shop in downtown Naperville and this place HITS THE MARK! The inside of the store is super cute and they're very very efficient with the orders considering how busy it gets. I got the mango smoothie this time around and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Will definitely come again!

I seriously love this boba spot and I have to come back whenever I get back to Chicago. My favorite is the peach black tea w/ passion fruit boba - it is the best black tea I have had. I wish they carried it in the gallon to go bags because I would buy 2! I also tried the fruit green tea and it was okay. I will be back because it is a favorite.

If you're looking for the real deal, Elite Boba has you covered. Order at the two kiosks or with a friendly person at the counter. There's a good variety of flavors and options like milk tea and smoothies. They even have cheese foam top on some drinks which is an experience if you haven't tried it before. It's a life changer! Strawberry matcha has been my go to, but Elite Boba has some classics like milk tea with brown sugar. You can customize the amount of sugar in your drinks, which is nice. The interior is colorful and offers seating. This is my go to place for boba tea!

The staff was extremely nice and offered their suggestions on drinks. All questions were answered and the drinks came out pretty fast for the amount of people there. The drink of choice I had was the flamingo. It was refreshing with the right amount of sweetness. You can customize the drinks with toppings and sugar added.

Very clean, modern looking boba tea place. Loved the digital order screen. I didn't see many non dairy options though.

Hmmm... they were out of tapioca and I ordered 2 Brown Sugar Bubble Milks, but instead got 2 Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Teas. The place was pretty messy too. -all of tables needed to be wiped down and chairs and stools scattered everywhere. The place was very steadily busy though and the employees were productively working. Perhaps they aren't staffed well enough for someone to at least keep a casual eye on the seating area? I'll keep coming back though. I love these types of drinks and the only other place in DT Naper who makes them is a further walk from the Benton St parking garage. It may not be a great reason, but it is THE reason.

Checked in for the first time really, really excited to see a boba tea place in Downtown Naperville (across the street from Francesca's's, next door to Everdine's) but they were out of brown suga boba. How does that happen. Cute place, I love the green color looks like it seats about 12-15 people, standing about 20. Considering the lack of tapioca and the real brown sugar boba that was kind of a dud. Interested in coming back when they have the right product. ***UPDATE the strawberry mango with litchi was a hit! Check it out fellow boba lovers!

Our favorite milk tea from Chinatown has finally landed in Naperville! We ordered our usual - Signature classic milk with 30% sugar, little ice, and brown sugar boba. It's just the way we remember it and we can't wait to revisit. The ordering process is incredibly simple and straight-forward. There are two kiosks by the counter and you can easily select your drink with your preferred customizations. We visited on a slow Sunday and our drink was ready within minutes. The Chinatown location is much more established and typically has long lines. Drinks could easily take up to 20 minutes to be ready. On the contrary, this was a pleasant and welcoming experience to be in and out within minutes.

Waited 30 minutes for my drinks, drinks were watered down as they were rushing to make drinks for third party deliver orders and forgotten about our drinks

Might be the worst boba in the suburbs. Go elsewhere. If you're in Naperville, SpecialTea is much much better.

I ordered a litchi with mango and strawberry jelly and it was exceptional. The barista that made my incredible drink was Benjamin Dong and his appearance was inviting and very warm. My drink was perfectly made by Benjamin. Shout out to an amazing barista Benjamin!

This is an great boba place! The service is good and the drinks are great! The only suggestion I have is to get the drinks at less that normal sugar level!

Boba was mediocre. Service wasn't there at all. I got there at 4:50pm, ordered the drink, and got it at 5:16pm. One of the employees had a customer's drink in their hand and just starting eating with someone's drink in their hand ( No gloves either). Yes, they are short staffed, but it didn't seem like they were doing their job. We ordered from the register and a worker was giving attitude when my friend ordered her drink. Basically, almost making my friend feel guilty on ordering her drink. The employees were yapping on about what they got from the store and not making drinks.

The drinks are a hit or miss, they're either pretty decent or kinda meh. The bathroom is nice and clean though

They were out off Boba when we went on Thursday early evening. How can you be Elite Boba, when you have no Boba?

For starters the service was mid, they had big screen set in the front so you could place your order, but the screen were very hard to use and the wait time was too long, I suggest that a time limit pop out after u order so you know how long a wait, until your order is ready. Now the drink was absolutely amazing, I say it was well worth the wait , and so for that reason I give it a 4/5, the process could have been faster but food was worth the wait. Would definitely come again.

Boba is okay and service was a tad bit slow. We came on a Sunday afternoon & ordered on the kiosks. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for our drinks, despite it being not too crowded. It felt like it could've been a bit faster had the employees not been chatting with their friends. We ordered two drinks: the rose milk tea & the honey red bean milk tea -- both were ordered with no ice & 80% sugar. However, the rose milk tea was way too sweet, & also came out warm. I was confused since the red bean came out cool. Also, the menu didn't say that the rose would have a cheese foam on top, but it came with one. Probably not compelled to come back again, maybe to try one of their other drinks.

Refreshing! Elite may not be my favorite boba tea spot, but it is my favorite in downtown Naperville. They have a broad selection and seem to avoid powders. You can choose your level of ice and sweetness, and select from several toppings. It has a pleasant atmosphere, bright and colorful. If they keep up the good work, I may raise my review to a 5.

This place is incredible. The crew is awesome. Try one of their teas...sooo good. Go with the passion fruit. The "bobistas" are as good as their drinks and are quick to offer help in choosing just one.. A special shout out to Diana and Christopher. They both made my day much brighter. It was like I'd known them forever.

Service is a 0/10. A worker was literally eating while making our drinks. I understand they were short staffed but this was clearly an error on their part. They kept yapping but not making drinks. Drink was good but not worth the wait. We waited 20 minutes for 1 drink.

if I could give it zero stars I would but the service was okay one male worker was very rude to me after I asked him to remake my drink. he gave me a weird face and after I asked for some sweetener for my drink and a separate cup to mix it in he practically threw the cup at me and didn't apologize. I never leave reviews at all let alone bad but this service was different I suggest maybe getting a fruity drink because my brown sugar boba was just nasty. Or just don't go at all because my friend said her Taro milk tea was terrible too.

This was place was very cute, and the drink was great! I got a mango smoothie with popping boba (they were out of black tapioca pearls that day). I was very happy with it, and the drink looked so cool too. The crew looked busy and were constantly attending to something which was great to see. I would definitely come back again!

The smoothies at this place are never blended properly! There are always huge ice chunks and it's always liquidy. They are just so awful. Highly recommend Eli Tea in downtown Glen Ellyn over this location!
