Yelp
I know, "Vodka Atelier" is pretentious as f**k. But, do get past that, for the food is stellar, the staff is friendly to a fault, the (infused) vodkas are excellent, and did I mention the food is stellar?
The cuisine is modernized/re-interpreted versions of traditional polish cuisine, and is *stellar*
* sous-vide eggs w/ the beef tartar
* pork knuckles that have been de-constructed for you (and don't worry, there is still way more than you can consume)
* black-pudding in "spring roll" form
and so forth.
It may sound wonky (or, well, pretentious), but trust me, it is *extremely* well done.
And yes, the place is, technically, a "vodka bar", with a bajillion flavored (and not) vodkas available - each of the items on the menu has a suggested "pre" and "post" vodka shot, all of which actually pair well with the food.
And yes, it might be a "mini" shot, but, well, you'll still feel the effects. So, be careful!!!
