went by myself and was rudely turned away because there was an appointment happening, says nothing on the front door we can’t see any dresses, so disappointed because I’m already by myself and wanted to try dress shopping since my family and friends are busy, rude staff literally walked me to the door and closed the door on me, Il take my money elsewhere.
2nd response to the shops response
I appreciate your response, but I need to be honest about my experience. I was already feeling nervous and vulnerable going dress shopping alone—something that's supposed to be exciting. To have the door shut on me was incredibly disheartening and humiliating. I understand your policies, but nothing was visible or clearly posted on the front door at the time, and the door was open, which gave the impression that walk-ins might be welcome. A kind explanation or a softer tone would have made all the difference. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. I’m glad other brides have had a good experience, but sadly, I didn’t. I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere where compassion and communication are a priority.
