I can’t say enough amazing things about Breyanna and Ella Grace Bridal. The whole experience was incredible from start to finding the perfect dress! The shop itself is so beautiful and Breyanna made me feel so welcomed. She was so great at talking with me first about different aspects of the dresses that I either liked/didn’t like before hearing everyone else’s thoughts. We had so much fun during the whole appointment and I feel so lucky to have had such an amazing dress shopping experience thanks to Ella Grace!!

I have no words to describe my experience at Ella Grace Bridal. Breyanna is so amazing and was so flexible and easy to work with. She is extremely passionate about her business and does an amazing job making every woman who walks through her doors feel beautiful inside and out. She helped me find my dream wedding dress for my wedding in November. Throughout the process, she was attentive and always checked in throughout my appointment to make sure I was doing good. I cannot recommend Breyanna and her business more. If you are getting married and looking for your wedding dress, Ella Grace Bridal is the by far the best place in Central Valley!!!! If I could give her a 10/5 star rating on here I would!!

! I walked into this appointment not really knowing what to expect and feeling a bit nervous. I didn’t have a specific style in mind, and honestly, I wasn’t sure the dresses would even fit well enough for me to really picture them. But I was so wrong! Breanna was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. She was never judgmental and never made me feel self-conscious about my body. If a dress didn’t fit, we simply moved on without any awkwardness. And in the end—I found the dress! I couldn’t be more excited, both about the dress and the entire experience with her.

went by myself and was rudely turned away because there was an appointment happening, says nothing on the front door we can’t see any dresses, so disappointed because I’m already by myself and wanted to try dress shopping since my family and friends are busy, rude staff literally walked me to the door and closed the door on me, Il take my money elsewhere. 2nd response to the shops response I appreciate your response, but I need to be honest about my experience. I was already feeling nervous and vulnerable going dress shopping alone—something that's supposed to be exciting. To have the door shut on me was incredibly disheartening and humiliating. I understand your policies, but nothing was visible or clearly posted on the front door at the time, and the door was open, which gave the impression that walk-ins might be welcome. A kind explanation or a softer tone would have made all the difference. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. I’m glad other brides have had a good experience, but sadly, I didn’t. I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere where compassion and communication are a priority.

I didn’t think it was possible to find THE PERFECT dress on the first try, BUT I DID 🤍 Breyanna was so welcoming, accommodating and made the experience very special and fun! The shop is so clean and modern. The dresses are all STUNNING and one of a kind! I purchased my Dress, Lace Sleeves and embroidered Veil from Ella Grace. They have it all!! Breyanna has been in the industry for years and I would 100% recommend Ella Grace to all the ladies out there that want to find their Dream Dress! Cheers! 🥂

I cancelled an appointment due to finding a beautiful dress elsewhere. What I didn’t like was that you have to submit your card information for a nonrefundable fee of $40 to book an appointment. AFTER booking there’s another $100 fee you don’t see until later - yet she says it’s stated on her glitchy website (which is not). Unfortunately I lost $140 after she stated on the phone I’ll lose only $100 for cancelling same day. Kind of annoying that she didn’t disclose the $100 fee anywhere til AFTER you put your card info. Guess she’s gotta steal your money somehow. Bigger boutiques don’t require any deposits and offer free snacks and beverages. Very misleading. She didn’t seem sorry either. EDIT UPDATE 10/21/23 - I understand that you have to get staff to prep for appointments but I did call multiple times well in advance before the appointment time to let you know of the cancel and you didn’t answer… you decided to call back 30 mins prior to my appt start time. My time is also valuable when I’m having to call while I’m at work with patients in the hospital. The whole point of my review is for you to be TRANSPARENT with your “policies” BEFORE customers can book an appointment. You’re only assuming I got my dress from a bigger boutique. I’m just saying they don’t cheat you out of customers money like you have. I got it from Love in Bloom which is also small with a big heart! Upfront with their policies! Thanks!

Breyanna was AMAZING. I got the wedding dress of my dreams from her shop! She was seriously so supportive of me and helped me find the dress that I envisioned in my head. This was the first and only wedding dress shop I needed to go to! Only takes appointments and puts 100% of her time/effort/ attention on the bride to be. No one else was in the shop except me and my family which I loved. Had an amazing variety of dresses and definitely reasonably priced. She is amazing and so is her store!!

I went with my sister in law to look at wedding dresses and Breyanna was a top tier wedding dress shop owner. She listened to what the bride was into and not into and brought out dresses better than the last based on listening to the bride's feedback. The selection was vast and we just had the best time. Breyanna was not only knowledgeable, but made the whole experience a really memorable one that was also very efficient to the task at hand. 10/10 shop!
