Very nice staff, but slow service even with no line. No dedicated barista, and both times I went the $5 cappuccino was espresso with a cup full of hot milk. No one knows how to make an espresso drink. They got rid of the Starbucks in the mall because of this "Citizens Market" (pricey food court), and though Starbucks is unpredictable, if you ask for a "dry" cappuccino most baristas will know what you mean, or in the worst shops you can just say "half full" and hope for some foam in addition to the milk.

I've visited this place 3 times since opening with high hopes of a positive experience due to location and connections with Nobu/Lifetime/Phipps etc. First time they only had drip coffee (espresso machine hadn't arrived), second time they'd run out of milk, this last time the coffee machine wasn't working. When I complained the staff said the coffee bar was actually closed even though it was only 3pm! (Google says its open till 6). The management/staff need to step up their act. So much for establishing a reputation befitting of its surroundings! Overall a poor experience and I won't bother visiting again.
