This café is a gem! The vibe is warm and relaxing with great lighting and a stylish decor that feels both modern and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and quick to serve adding to the overall pleasant experience. I ordered a caramel latte and a pasta dish and both were exceptional the latte was creamy and aromatic, while the pasta was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The place is also very clean and well maintained which I really appreciated. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to study or a nice place to hang out with friends this café is the perfect choice. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars.

The environment of the café is excellent, and the coffee is really well made. I especially want to commend one of the female staff members who took my order—she was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I had an urgent meeting, and she not only brought the coffee directly to my table but also turned down the background music to help me concentrate. I’ll definitely be coming back. I hope the owner sees this review and recognizes her great service!

After visiting Covent Garden, I passed by this cafe and felt a bit hungry, so I decided to grab a coffee and some dessert. They had a limited selection of pastries, but I ordered a Flat White, a Pecan Tart, and a Dacquoise. Both the food and drinks were quite good. I hope that next time I visit, there will be more options available!

Part of the St. Martin's Hotel experience, this lovely little Cafe is connected and situated next door. The ambiance is relaxing and chill. There is a nice selection of coffees as well as a small selection of baked goods and sandwiches. The cappuccinos that I had during my stay were delicious! The best part of the experience were the staff. Alex and Tetiana were outstanding! Their commitment to excellence and professionalism were amazing. They were personable, helpful and just very nice people. They were the main reason that my group kept coming back. The level of service was top shelf. When I return to London, I will definitely make a point to stop by Ella's Mia!

Limited choice. No "sandwiches" because their not Italian? The staff member seemed to think it would be strange to sell them like that. Although the staff were very nice, informative,  patient and pleasant to speak to. The rolls and savory items were all pre prepared so no adjustments can be made. The ham and cheese ciabatta Was not tasty. No flavour because of an over powering red sauce? The ham was bland. Nothing with real flavour to enjoy. For the cost its ridiculous The ham and cheese croissant was toasted and very nice. Fresh pastry and it was a much nicer filling taste. The coffee was ok. Nothing special sadly. Enjoyed the bottled lemonade made in Devon. Desserts look beautiful. Pretty shop. Comfy pillows. Next to a lovely hotel. Off the main street. They do not take cash!! Yet again another shop joining the card brigade. I like to give new places a try but I wouldnt return to this one.

Came by after 5pm and the cafe closed at 6pm on Saturday. A bit rush to have my coffee and cake. The lady who made my coffee was super friendly and she is the only staff in the cafe. Oat milk Latte was a bit strong for me so I asked for more oat milk. New York style cheesecake was too soft but the taste was good though. While enjoying my tea I saw some people came in for takeaway many cakes.🧐

Ella Mia London is a very aesthetic small cafe near Covent Garden! We stopped by here to get a quick treat before heading to watch a musical in the area. It is a relatively tiny shop with some outdoor seating, but it’s very nicely decorated. There was a limited amount of desserts available and they were a tad over priced. Nonetheless, the raspberry brioche I had was very delicious!
