I recently visited a friend at Elle Apartments in DC, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. The building has a modern, upscale feel, with clean and beautifully maintained common areas that immediately set a welcoming tone. The amenities are amazing—everything from the gym to the lounge spaces felt thoughtfully designed and impeccably kept. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to see why residents love it here. The apartment itself was bright, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. High-quality finishes and smart layouts made the space feel both cozy and luxurious. Even as a guest, it was clear how well the building is managed and how much care goes into maintaining the property. Overall, my visit to Elle Apartments was fantastic. If the experience as a visitor is this impressive, I can only imagine how great it must be to live here. Highly recommended!

I would like to share my thoughts and experience with ELLE's services manager. I have known Elías before the grand opening on July 2024. Elías is an excellent Services Manager , He is always kind, attentive and willing to help no matter the situation. His professionalism shows in the way he listens, responds quickly, and finds effective solutions for residents. His respectful attitude and warm communication make every interaction pleasant. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about everyone’s well-being and about keeping the property in the best condition. I truly appreciate his dedication and the high-quality service he provides every day. ELLE is very fortunate to have someone like Elías on their team.

I had a great experience moving into Elle, thanks to Alana. She showed me around during my tour and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and easy, and I’m really happy with my new place. Highly recommend working with her!

I want to give a huge thank you to Dominique for her outstanding support and professionalism. She has been absolutely amazing to work with especially in helping me secure two successful catering events at our previous Bozzuto property. From communication to coordination, she made everything seamless, and I truly appreciate how hands-on and reliable she’s been throughout both experiences. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her and can’t wait to see what the upcoming holiday event brings. Dominique is an asset to Bozzuto, and I’m grateful for every opportunity she’s helped create.

The Elle is the best! Sylvianne, George, and Jeff go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Also shoutout to Phillip and Elias who make the whole place run so smoothly!

Sylviane at Elle truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help make every interaction a pleasure. I always leave feeling valued and appreciated. She's the epitome of excellent service!

Great place to live. They frequently host all kinds of events like today there was a pool party with champagne and popsicles - Alana was such a good host! It was fun! Other things include massages, ice cream, game nights, etc. great way to meet the neighbors. All the people who work here remember the residents by name. It’s so nice!

While building the Moxie’s Restaurant in the Elle Building I had the pleasure of working with Elias and Phillip. They were great teammates that helped the project be completed successfully and on time!
