I’ve been living at the Elle since July, it’s a beautiful property. The staff is amazing and genuinely cares about the residents. Our concierge, Sylviane, made my move-in incredibly smooth, especially considering the movers I hired were horrible. The rest of the staff, from the leasing office to the maintenance team, are also fantastic and make you feel right at home. The amenities are incredible, and I love having a place where I can work comfortably. I highly recommend considering The Elle as your new home.

We've been living at Elle for almost six months now and highly recommend it! The amenities are brand new and always well-maintained, and the apartment itself is modern and comfortable, with minimal noise from neighbors or outside. The Elle team is incredibly responsive—any issues are typically resolved within just a few hours. A special thanks to Eston and the entire concierge and office staff, who are always welcoming and helpful, creating a great living environment.

**The Best Apartment I've Ever Lived In!** Living here has been an absolute delight. The staff truly cares about all the residents, making the experience extraordinary. The location, amenities, and events are exceptional. Just to name a few perks - new residents receive the cutest welcome package, there's free coffee every morning, maintenance is incredibly responsive, and there's a secure package room, study rooms, an updated gym, and an amazing pool—everything is spotless and cleaned regularly. The staff hosts fantastic events each month, such as professional headshot photos, food trucks parked in front of the building, pumpkin paint-and-sip session, and so much more. While the apartment itself is amazing, it's the staff that truly elevates the overall experience. They consistently go above and beyond for all the residents. Overall, the staff deserves a huge bonus for their dedication and hard work!

The building is stunning, with elegant finishes and top-tier amenities, but what stood out most was the amazing staff. Jasmine and Sylviane were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooftop pool and lounge areas are breathtaking, and everything is impeccably maintained. If this is the guest experience, I can only imagine how incredible it is to live there!

Best building ever! We moved in, in August of 2024. The move was seamless and every one of the staff - from concierge to the leasing office, to maintanence are all warm and inviting. The building is constantly maintained clean and inviting! The gym is state of the art and the study room has a great vibe to it, with individual study rooms. I would highly recommend this building!!!

With a stunning building and phenomenal staff to boot, Elle is a wonderful place top to bottom. Aside from it's incredible downtown location, I've never had a bad experience with any of its staff. In fact, whether its Jasmine, Sylviane, or Eston, I always have a friendly face to talk to and ask to fix any problems I might have with my apartment. This building always makes sure you feel welcome and that your successes and problems are always worth someone's ear. Keep it up.
