Alana was absolutely wonderful to work with during my apartment search. From the very first interaction, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the leasing process clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her responsiveness and attention to detail really stood out. Thanks to Alana, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. She’s a true asset to the building, and I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a new place to call home.

I had a great experience touring this apartment building, and Alana made it even better. The building itself is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities were impressive. Alana was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to throughout the tour. She took her time showing everything, answered all of my questions, and made the space feel welcoming without any pressure. Even though I didn’t end up leasing here, I truly appreciated how positive and informative the tour was.

I really love living in this apartment!! The staff are so nice, and every single corner of the apartment is super clean!! All the amenities are wonderful, and the pool is also available during the summer. A heartfelt special thanks to George at the concierge, who always looks out for us and makes sure our evenings feel safe and comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference!! :)

I would like to share my thoughts and experience with ELLE's services manager. I have known Elías before the grand opening on July 2024. Elías is an excellent Services Manager , He is always kind, attentive and willing to help no matter the situation. His professionalism shows in the way he listens, responds quickly, and finds effective solutions for residents. His respectful attitude and warm communication make every interaction pleasant. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about everyone’s well-being and about keeping the property in the best condition. I truly appreciate his dedication and the high-quality service he provides every day. ELLE is very fortunate to have someone like Elías on their team.

I truly love living at Elle. The community is wonderful, and the concierge and leasing team Sylviane (Sylvi), Alana, and George go above and beyond—they are consistently kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. It makes living here such a great experience.

She has been absolutely amazing to work with especially in helping me secure two successful catering events at our previous Bozzuto property. From communication to coordination, she made everything seamless, and I truly appreciate how hands-on and reliable she’s been throughout both experiences.
