I recently visited a friend at Elle Apartments in DC, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. The building has a modern, upscale feel, with clean and beautifully maintained common areas that immediately set a welcoming tone. The amenities are amazing—everything from the gym to the lounge spaces felt thoughtfully designed and impeccably kept. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to see why residents love it here. The apartment itself was bright, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. High-quality finishes and smart layouts made the space feel both cozy and luxurious. Even as a guest, it was clear how well the building is managed and how much care goes into maintaining the property. Overall, my visit to Elle Apartments was fantastic. If the experience as a visitor is this impressive, I can only imagine how great it must be to live here. Highly recommended!

I really love living in this apartment!! The staff are so nice, and every single corner of the apartment is super clean!! All the amenities are wonderful, and the pool is also available during the summer. A heartfelt special thanks to George at the concierge, who always looks out for us and makes sure our evenings feel safe and comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference!! :)

I would like to share my thoughts and experience with ELLE's services manager. I have known Elías before the grand opening on July 2024. Elías is an excellent Services Manager , He is always kind, attentive and willing to help no matter the situation. His professionalism shows in the way he listens, responds quickly, and finds effective solutions for residents. His respectful attitude and warm communication make every interaction pleasant. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about everyone’s well-being and about keeping the property in the best condition. I truly appreciate his dedication and the high-quality service he provides every day. ELLE is very fortunate to have someone like Elías on their team.
