The city keeps it pretty clean. The trees have had to be removed over the years, there are a lot less big trees than there used to be. Sand volley ball courts and concrete volley ball courts are pretty popular. Playground is in good condition, and fenced in pretty nicely. Usually a few homeless, sometimes none, none of them have ever spoken to me, I go there a few days a week to exercise, so they're not disruptive. It's summer time and the water fountains aren't on still, I've never tried opening the bathroom. Overall, you can safely take your kids there, or go there yourself. There's a dog park, and a pretty cool place for elderly to exercise. No splash pad. Sidewalks are in pretty good shape. Plenty of tables, seats, bench swings, and shade.

On Sunday evenings they have dinner in the park so the homeless and less fortunate and anyone else who would like to attend can get a hot meal, prayer, toiletries etc...

Loved it. Beautiful 74 degree morning the day after a storm. Heaven. Nice paths and an outdoor gym. Doesn’t want for more, just more pups in the area to play with.

Yelp
This is a nice little town park. I don't see a playground for children but there's plenty of room to run around and I do see a tennis court or two. There are public restrooms, plenty of trash cans, both paved and gravel walkways for people who want to walk or jog or bike, occasional benches to sit on if you get tired and it's probably very pretty in summer. When I took my pictures it was February so it was pretty barren. The park is a decent-size taking up a whole city block.
