"This modern restaurant is located in the basement of a former silo on the Löwenbräu brewery site. The open kitchen, which is practically integrated into the dining area, delivers creative dishes with a focus on sustainability and seasonality, often using ingredients sourced from the immediate vicinity. A set menu of five or seven courses is proposed – this can be vegetarian or include meat/fish. To accompany your meal, there is an interesting selection of wines, or you could sample the house-made juices – the charming, laid-back staff will gladly talk you through your options. The closest thing to perfection for my partner and I. Each element of the dinner was carefully thought about and the attention to detail was incredible. Every course left us speechless trying to understand how the tastes could be so fresh, delicious and powerful all at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was great, wine pairings perfect and the food simply exceptional. Also it was the first time we’ve had the choice between either alcoholic or non-alcoholic pairings for each course, which is unique and very thoughtful. Even the small birthday desert was beautifully presented and delicious. 10 out of 5 and we will definitely be back again!

Everything was top notch. Wonderful food beautifully served accompanied by excellent wine or interesting non alcoholic juice options. We got the 7 course set menu which was many more as there were 3 pre course dishes and two dessert dishes. Chefs brought the dishes to the table and told us about each one. The edible butterflies and Swiss Wagu beef were standouts. Perfect evening. Dress was fancy casual. It is in the lower level of the building and design is minimalistic. Focus on the excellent food, not decor.

It was just amazing. The art of food. The atmosphere was like home. Well educated waiter. With this restaurant, you will immerse yourself in all the taste sensations of your receptors and enjoy the smell as well. All the employees are experienced in what they do, cheerful, friendly and really sincere. We will definitely come back again.

One of a kind Fine Dining Experience! 💯 This restaurant redefines the term "fine dining". The creative serving of the 7 courses by the chefs themselves, the individual wine or non-alcoholic juice accompaniment (great colour + very yummy), the delicious courses with the option to choose a plant-based version - every little detail was perfectly coordinated. What I appreciated the most was the exchange with the chefs as well as with the sommelier, who told us the background story about each wine and juice accompaniment. I will never forget this extraordinary evening. Highly recommended! 👌🏼
