Amazing food and experience . We went on “Wine Down Wednesday “ ! The bottles were 50% of regular price . All of the food was rated above average . Personally , I enjoyed the catch of the day with seasonal veggies and sweet potato fries . The service was spectacular and we had no issues during our dinner . We were a party of 7 and they accommodated us easily . I loved the overall aesthetic of the restaurant. I appreciated the on street free parking available.

I’ve been here so many times, a Houston staple for me. I love their brunch, it’s a gorgeous ambiance and there’s so many great things to try. Their eggs Benedict is amazing, and we love their lychee martinis. I’ve brought so many friends here and they’ve all loved it. Their chicken and waffles are also fantastic.

While on a work trip in Houston, I was looking for something that wasn’t a chain restaurant and, despite there being several options near the hotel, Eloise had a weekend happy hour and a menu that looked very interesting. I was not disappointed. I sat at the bar and the service was impeccable. I ordered four dishes off the happy hour menu and three margaritas and spent less than $60. I had the burger, the zucchini chips, the calamari, and the deviled eggs. My only complaint would be how much breading was on the calamari, but it was still delicious. it’s in a really cool neighborhood with a lot to do, a lot of shopping, dogs, and kids, and a very good energy. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm, peaceful, yet alive.

Yum! Super cute spot, one of the best brunches we’ve had in Houston. Excellent service from Cassidy today, great food, delish coffee & lovely space, including parking. Highest recommendation!

Will be back! Came from out of town and was treated great by the staff. It was pretty empty on a Saturday evening, we were 1 of 2 parties. I say that, I loved it, to show what the vibes are. Very comfort and classic. You gotta get the joes hot chicken and pickles! Old fashioned was solid too!

Awesome southern food! Delicious shrimp and grits. Chicken sandwich was good - but not the best - could be more crispy. Cocktails were delicious. And I loved interior + details. Overall great experience!

My husband came here for a drink and little app before a different dinner reservation. Our server was super sweet and informative. We had manhattans and the Bourbon Improved-both of which were great. They have a happy hour so we opted for the small plates as we were going to have a full dinner shortly after. The Brussels were great! The hushpuppies were awesome! They were more of grits/mashed potato consistency inside than a bready usual consistency but they were fantastic!! They had cute decor for Valentine’s Day. Bathrooms were very nice and super clean. Parking was slim but spots were free outside of the restaurant if you were lucky to get one. Very cute vibe, great date spot or fun evening with the girls. Would recommend!

A solid 4 stars. Good food, pleasant atmosphere and service. I wish the menu was slightly more extensive, but beyond that I would definitely dine here again. I think the Joe's chicken bites deserves a shout out only because it was such an interesting take on Buffalo Wings.

Well, my wife and I have been wanting to eat at this place we've heard so much about so last night, on a Monday night in Houston, we ate dinner there. Wow - it was lucky night because we were able to find a parking spot right close to the door. Since it was a Monday night, there were a few diners so we got a table immediately. This restaurant is bright and very welcoming. The ambiance is conducive to having people have a great conversation and share a meal. Our server was a young lady who told us about their menu and helped us decide what was the best choice for us. A pasta dish for my wife and fish for me. They had redfish as catch of the day so I chose that one. So glad we did, the food came out steaming hot so we knew it never had a chance to get cool while sitting out. As a bonus, the chef came to our table to serve it! What a treat! The food is tasty and delicious here. The combination of fresh vegetables and fresh fish brought out the best flavors of that combination. My wife finished her pasta dish - she said that she could have stopped midway thru her meal but she just could not. It just tasted so good. Our nice server offered dessert but there was no room. This is now one of our tried and true places to eat when we're in Houston. We have an apartment close to the place so we can even just walk to dinner. Pretty hard to do in Houston all year round but you never know! Overall, our dining experience at this wonderful restaurant is why we eat out. The quality and taste of the food makes it an easy choice for us. Quality home cooked meal with no fuss and dishes to clean. You can't beat that!

I was hoping to strike gold with a trifecta of dining experiences across the parking lot neighbors (Ten Sushi, Bosscat, and EN), but unfortunately, EN didn't deliver on the food front. I visited during Happy Hour with plans to wind down and read The Last One at the Wedding. My waitress, "Z," even chatted with me about the libraries in the area and book sales, which made her personable and added a nice touch to the quiet and calm Happy Hour. As for the food, it was a mixed bag: * Hush Puppies: The clear standout. Perfectly seasoned, thanks to the sweet and savory sauce that elevated the flavor. * Burger: Disappointing. It was more like a slider, overwhelmed by oversized buns that were at least three times the size of the patty. * Calamari: The weakest link. Bland and greasy, it felt like I was biting into fried oil rather than flavorful seafood. The hush puppies and calamari portions were small, and despite being a notoriously slow eater, I was in and out of the restaurant within 30 minutes. On the brighter side, Z's attentiveness and friendly demeanor made the experience feel more welcoming. The ambiance was another redeeming factor: casual chic, reminiscent of an Italian streetside café, with vintage wicker chairs, cozy booths, and an impressive bar setup. As for logistics, valet parking was available, but I had no trouble finding street parking on a Friday afternoon, which was convenient. If a friend suggested coming back for brunch, I'd consider giving it another shot. However, this Happy Hour experience left much to be desired. That said, the hosts were all welcoming and wished me well on my way out, which I appreciated!

What a fabulous dinner!!! John and I were hungry, but we didn't have a particular taste. We were near Eloise Nichols Grill, so stopped. We each had fish dishes that were perfectly cooked with very different and perfectly prepared sides. Dinner was delicious! Desert was chocolate bread pudding! John ate everything, except the plate.... Our server was exceptional. Nevaeh explained dishes, checked for our satisfaction, and conversed with thoughtfulness. Here's our bread pudding. Yum!

I came for brunch on a rainy Sunday. We got a good booth table. The server came quickly but kind of hounded us about getting drinks. I was fine with water. I had the superfood bowl and added poached eggs. It was a filling healthy and tasty option. My friend got the chicken and waffles. The chicken were bites and the waffle was pre quartered. She enjoyed it. She also got a side of fruit that reminded me of a cafeteria medley with grapes, pineapple, cantaloupe that wasn't peak ripeness. She left most of it behind. Prices are very reasonable. The venue is open and nicely decorated. Bathroom is clean. There is parking around the whole plaza but May be hard to get an upfront spot. I would return m.

They've probably been "the other brunchy spot" that resides in this development in my Mind for a while, but my visit here did well to change that. My family came for a little weekday brekkie and we found the space to feel cozy and sophisticated. The whole restaurant, inside and out, feel almost bistro-y and cafe like in its personality. Parking can get to be a pain in this lot, but there is a garage nearby. Service was quite personable, the gentlemen working this morning had a very familar demeanor and worked to accommodate or order and 2yo. The rest of the staff was also polite when pitching in help. The food for weekday brunch is simple. My breakfast sandwich had a great runny egg and nice Gruyère. But for us we reallly really loved the tater tots. Extra crispy and nicely salted and garnished. We also got some nice lattes, that weren't outstanding but serviceable. Mostly I liked that the prices and final ticket seemed super reasonably priced. 2 meals, 2 coffees, and and extra side for lil'un came out to $36 before tip; not bad at all.

Really great brunch food with hefty portions. I enjoyed the chicken & waffles and my friend's veggie omelet. The power bowl also looked great. The bright natural lighting and floral decor is so cute for a girls brunch. The staff was nice and friendly and attentive during the ordering process. The only issue was once we got our food they kind of disappeared - no water refills and when we wanted to pay, the wait staff were totally gone even though the restaurant was not busy at all.

This has been a long time fave of mine, but they have good days and bad days. The restaurant is typically chill. Women having lunch dates, families, or after work crowd for hh. The service this particular day was horrible . They were not timely in bringing out our drinks or food. Then did nothing to try and rectify it - I'm a sucker for a free cocktail. I tried the mahi mahi for the first time and it was dry, the sweet potato mash was coo; but this is not a reorder. I did like some of my regular faves like the tuna poke and tuna tartar, but beware sometimes the tuna can be a bit chewy.

It was our first time at Eloise and I was quite impressed with the customer service. We went in on Mother's Day and as expected it was busy. Thankfully for us, we were seated fairly quickly. The ladies at the host/hostess stand were very helpful, personable, and funny. We had a lovely waitress as well and I can't remember her name. Sorry. I asked about ordering something from the dinner menu and again, thankfully I was able to. I ordered the fish sandwich with tots. The sandwich was cooked well, however the sandwich would have been better if they would have went lighter on the sauce and slaw. It was way too much so I recommend asking for light sauce or ordering something else. The tots were great. My lunch partner ordered chicken and waffles and she loved them. I sampled her food and it was good. We had 3 dollar mimosas and yes of course they were great. Eloise has happy hour, as well as different deals during the week/weekend. I would return to try something else or for happy hour. The food did not blow my mind, however the service and experience did. The restaurant has a nice vibe, combination of elegant/chill? I think that works so go with that. Now parking can get tricky, but I'm sure you will find a spot. Check them out!

DISCLAIMER: As someone with exactly 11.3% French heritage, I kindly ask that this review be read in a British accent for maximum appreciation. Merci. Alright, Eloise and Nippleloas. I don't know who they are--maybe French royalty? Queen Elizabeth? Maybe they're just, like, really fancy people with fancy vibes. I mean, the name alone has me picturing Aberham Linken and the Boston tea party freak-offs. First off, the burger. Hear me out--it's, like, Lizzo-level juicy. My napkin? Absolutely drenched. My soul? Forever changed. I think I might've even cried a little bit. It was that good. Now, the alcohol. So, I ordered this drink called "Christmas Sparkles" or something equally cute and whimsical--I can't totally remember because all I could think was, ooooh shiny. But--it was NOT whimsical. It tasted kind of like if prison wine went to a really posh rehab and came back with a clean-cut-polished-trailer-park kinda vibe. I had one sip and immediately felt like a 17th-century single mother maiden fainting dramatically onto a chaise lounge (in a trailer). I mean, I'm a fragile, delicate, sensitive person (obviously), and this drink straight-up attacked my spirit. Who hurt it? Why is it so strong? What is it running from? Anyway, overall, I give Eloise and Nippleloas, like, 4.3 stars because, honestly, that burger could probably end world hunger. But if you're a delicate flower like me, maybe skip the drinks unless you're ready to confront your own mortality. Cheers! Tips for Improvement: 1) Founding Father Aesthetic: Have the wait staff dress like Founding Fathers Like powdered wigs, trousers, and maybe even those little frilly feather things. Imagine being handed a burger by someone who looks like John Adams. Hot. 2) Community Connection: Incorporate more of a "community" feeling by fostering deep, meaningful conversation. For example, have TVs playing only the presidential debate or a lively discussion on the pros and cons of Roe v. Wade. Nothing brings people closer than fiery political discourse over a mortal, life-sucking, isopropyl Christmas cocktail! 3) Total Blackout Ambiance: Black out all the windows and paint the walls black. You want customers to feel like they've entered a mysterious, emo dimension where burgers orbit the depths of the earth and time doesn't exist. This would pair beautifully with the Founding Father outfits, creating a one-of-a-kind gothic-historical mashup. #spooky! These small changes could take Eloise and Nippleloas from 4.3 stars to an easy 5. Keep slinging those juicy burgers bad boys!!!! I'll be back probably in a powdered wig and parachute pants. We tried the Restaurant Week menu, so got to sample 3 courses for a great price. Our appetizers were the pablano hush puppies and the deviled eggs. The hush puppies were our favorite- crispy outside with a delicious, soft inside. The eggs were also tasty, sprinkled with bacon and green onion. We each had the filet with mushroom sauce, but we shared our sides (mashed potatoes and asparagus). The sides were both delicious. I especially liked the seasoning on the asparagus. The filet wasn't the best cut (a bit of grissle) and I would have liked more mushrooms in the sauce. However, our cocktail (a frozen peach Bellini) and amazing warm chocolate cake with ice cream for dessert, clinched a return visit for sure. In fact, my son is looking forward to popping in during happy hour soon for a $5 burger. Our server was very friendly and it's a cute spot.

This restaurant is so cute but extremely busy. We came on a Sunday around 12:45pm and it was packed. We were lucky to get a table but we sat there waiting for a bit before someone came over to ask us if we wanted something to drink. Then, we waited some more before I got the same person to ask if we could order food. Everyone working there was really scrambling to keep up. I felt bad for them as they seemed kind of overwhelmed. You have to be patient and can't be in a rush to get your food. The food itself was good but not great. We had ordered the salmon without Parmesan cheese but it came with it and the salmon was overcooked but my husband didn't want to send it back since they were so busy. I had ordered the biscuit benedict that had pulled pork on top but the biscuit and pork were a bit dry.

We came on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. The staff was very friendly and the inside was super cute. We ordered the dolce de leche French toast and the salmon rice bowl. Everything was delicious and fairly priced! A great spot to get brunch.

Sunday brunching! Made reservations ahead of time and got sat right away. Started with a iced vanilla latte (pretty standard) and a iced americano. For food, got the chorizo omelette (the green salsa on top was tasty and lots of veggies, avocado and chorizo inside), the mushroom omelette (good amount of mushroom stuffed inside as well) and the horchata toast (couldn't really taste the horchata or cinnamon in it, but the bread was fluffy and fruits were fresh). Hash browns on the side were crispy and delish! Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor seating as well. Parking - in the plaza or garage (free)

First time at Eloise was a great experience. My man and I came for margarita bingo that the owners created for customers to try out all their restaurants. This was our last stop and we were very impressed. Ambiance was chill and the bartender was great! We have the mid lane margarita, a gin and tonic, an old fashioned and a bottle of the Cabernet. Happy hour is from 3-6 and the deals are worth it! Parmesan risotto was a 10/10! The bottle and board is worth the wine but the board lacks a little luster. We will definitely be back!

After being stood up on my reservation from Bosscat, we looked around and found Eloise. I quickly Yelped and liked the ratings. Let me tell you. It was fantastic. And the price for the quality and quantity of food was amazing. We enjoyed several appetizers. The crab salad stood out. They ran out of the fish on the menu and subbed mine for rainbow trout. It was so good and the sides were delicious. We were so full and then came desserts. The key lime pie was top 10 in my book and the warm chocolate cake was moist, not overly sweet and moist. The daily special was $25 for an appetizer, entree and dessert. Can you believe that?? Put this on your rotation!! Drinks were a little slow to arrive but otherwise, service was solid.

I came here during happy hour and the pricing and portion sizes of the foods are amazing. However, some of the foods lack flavor and definitely could use improvement. Brussels sprouts: these were good! Good flavor and crispness. Calamari: crispy but the batter and the marinara sauce had virtually no flavor. Add some salt and seasonings! A bit surprised because marinara is typically salty. Chicken bites: seasoned well; I think with gochujang but the chicken wasn't crispy. Burger: as meany people had mentioned, the beef patty is way smaller than the bun. For $5, you obviously won't get a huge burger but the ratio is a bit off putting. Had good flavor though! Ganache bread pudding (non happy hour): seriously filling and delicious! The ambiance is really cute and the service was good. I also cannot stress enough how good the happy hour deals are, but some things I mentioned above could definitely use improvement. I'd like to come back to try other dishes.

The vibe and looks are sophisticated. Love the bar area. Great for pics. I had the tacos, very big portions. My friends got the crispy chicken sandwich, biscuit Benedict, and a Texas beef burger. Everyone loved their food and will be coming back when in town. I would recommend to make a reservation.

Yum! Service was great from start to finish with a very knowledgeable and sweet server! The place is just so charming- a bit of upscale comfort. I ordered an old fashioned and was disappointed it was so sweet, but that was my only hiccup here! My Mahi mahi was tender and flaky to perfection and paired perfectly with the most delicious whipped sweet potatoes and grilled veggies. The happy hour looked amazing, so I'm thinking I'll come for that next!

I came to Eloise Nichols for an informal work lunch and couldn't be more pleased with this choice. I enjoyed the Not Jennifer Aniston's Salad and oh boy I will come back for more of it! A bit pricey but they have great portions and tasty food, worth it. Service was good but very slow for a Wednesday lunch so that is why I'm giving 4 stars. Beautiful restaurant and big bar.

12-30-23: brunch time Shrimp and grits is a really good size portion and the price point is on target. Shrimp slightly under cooked, but not to where you couldn't eat them. Could have used a bit of seasoning, just a smidge. I do wish the tails were removed for ease of eating. A little messy if you're using fingers. You get 5 medium sized shrimp which is really nice. Grits are cheesy with butter. More like the texture of polenta than grits, especially for southerners. The eggs are poached. Unfortunately, one of mine was broken when it came out but the yolk was creamy, as expected, and went well with the chorizo and grits. The chorizo is cooked with bell peppers and onions, which was an unexpected chunky surprise. This dish should have had fried okra but I think it was forgotten as there isn't any fried okra in the dish. The only reason I ordered it. Breakfast Stack (hubster ordered) This is his review: It's flavorful and lightly sauced bbq pulled pork with a hint of sweetness. Well seasoned. Would been nice to have a salsa to have along with it. Two layers of tostadas with the pork and light layer of hash brown, repeat once more and cheese. Came with two perfectly, unbroken poached eggs. The service was below okay. Our server didn't bother us and didn't check on us. We had to ask other folks walking by for more waters and coffee as we were completely out for quite a while. Our server didn't make eye contact when he came near or after taking care of other tables.

We made a Sunday brunch reservation for party of 4 and were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and took orders. Ordered shrimp and grits, biscuits gravy, biscuits benedict, and breakfast tacos. Those biscuits gravy were covered with gravy but was too salty. My uncle only ate 1/2 of one biscuits. The rest tasted good. Someone accidentally brought a pineapple mimosa to our table but we told them we didn't order one. Nice decor and they got valet parking; if you want to park yourself, there's a smal lot behind the restaurant.

We took a large group to EN for a late brunch and were able to get a table pretty quick, which was very appreciated. Our servers were attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was subpar. For all 8 of us, the food was either not very good or delivered cold. We had to send burgers back to the kitchen because they were undercooked. My shrimp and grits was okay, but could have used more roux as it was too dry. The hot chicken was way too saucy. Cocktails were also a hit or miss. For being next to some very solid brunch spots, EN needs to step its food game up.

Came here after going to the nail salon upstairs and had such a wonderful time that I forgot to take a picture of all the food we got. I want to give a shout-out to the wait staff; they were so kind, personable, and had excellent levels of timing on "check ins" (we even told them so). We loved their suggestions - the winter seasonal cocktails were great. This place was a great visit visit and will absolutely come back again!

I was really hoping to like this place more than I did. When me and my friend entered the restaurant, no one was standing at the host stand, and there was no sign anywhere, that we could see, that said to seat yourself. So, we just stood there for a while before my friend walked to a back table to get the attention of an employee wrapping silverware. She then told us that we could seat ourselves wherever we'd like. It was a nice day, so we opted for sitting out on the patio. After ordering and beginning to eat our food, we found a short hair at the bottom of our hush puppies. The waitress said there's a salon upstairs, and sometimes hair floats down to the patio. We did notice more hair later, on the table, so I guess that is where it came from. She replaced the hush puppies for us, and it was removed from our bill, which was a nice surprise. The food we ordered was delicious, outside of the deviled eggs. They were so bland. Simple homemade deviled eggs taste far better than these did. The hush puppies, Brussels sprouts, and whipped sweet potatoes were great. The biggest disappointment here was the drinks. I don't remember the initial drink that my friend had, but she didn't care for it. She ordered a lemon drop next, and said that it was just OK. She allowed me to taste it, and I agree. It tasted watered down. I had a blackberry margarita. It tasted sour. More like spoiled. It was not good at all, but I forced myself to drink about half of it. I then ordered the margarita on their classic drink menu. It was not all that great, and also had a sour taste, although not as strong as the first drink. I would go back to try more food items, but I certainly would choose to drink elsewhere.

Erica's gumbo is pretty good! It's a tomato-based sausage gumbo with bell pepper, onions and okra. It's only $10 and comes in a large bowl.

Terrible experience. I arrived for brunch with a friend on Saturday. We ordered drinks and it took like 15 minutes to get our drinks. Then the server took our food order. My eggs benedict were so bland with no seasoning at all. Friend's food was bland too. The server also did not come by to refill our water either.

Cute little brunch spot for a Sunday. Service was great - very attentive. Bloody Mary's and Wild Berry Pritz were good. The Bloody Mary's had the right amount of spice. Biscuits gravy were a little bland but good. Biscuit Benedict was good. Liked the green tomato slice, hash browns were really good, biscuits were good and egg was poached perfectly - the hollandaise was a little bland. Mushroom omelette was really good - great taste and the tots were delish. The hours shown on google are wrong - they open before 10am on Sunday. Would recommend an RSVP, lots of bigger groups come in, and it does get noisy. Would definitely come go back.

We walked in here after learning that the restaurant in this shopping complex was full and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the experience! The food was delicious and fairly inexpensive, though the atmosphere was very bougie - a win/win if you ask me! We were seated right away and were brought water immediately, all of which I appreciated. The server, however, wasn't very attentive. And twice she gave me what my friend ordered (both her drink and her food). Besides the server, everything was great and I will definitely be back!

This was our first time here and it was a pleasurable experience. From the pressed cold drinks, to the food, to the service staff, this restaurant will leave you filled, in a good way. My wife and I came for breakfast on Labor Day and we had a great time. She had the Eloise Burger and I had the Horchata French Toast. I highly recommend these items. We will definitely be back for a happy hour/dinner.

Lately my husband and I have been ordering from here on DoorDash & have been really impressed with the quality of food, quickness of delivery & great prices! We love the dumplings, the tomato shrimp pasta & the chicken sandwich. Can't wait to try more!

I want to thank Erica Willis the General Manager at Eloise Nichols for hosting our Houston Concierge Association at their wonderful restaurant. Previously I had the pleasure of attending Happy Hour at the restaurant on the occasions when we held our association board meeting but this was the first time meeting Erica. She provided information on the restaurant to our team when asked what was the most popular dish served, she stated the French Dip sandwich. I abruptly stated, "I'll have one of those". Minutes later she brought the dish to my table which was a very pleasant surprise because I was just joking. Erica and her team of servers as well as the bartender, Angel took very good care of us. I will be happy to recommend Eloise Nichols to my hotel guest.

This is really a 2.5 star review. I'm giving the extra half star FOR GREAT SERVICE. THE HOSTESS, a blonde lady was very nice in assisting my party with seating and a manager helped us with our group photos after brunch. Richard our server was VERY helpful. Steak and eggs. Hash browns were disgusting as in no flavor, burnt on the outside, raw on the inside. Steak was like a thick, tough cut of pot roast. Almost broke the knife trying to cut it. Hollendaise sauce, lackluster. Sent the hash back and got the tater tots. Now they were good. Biscuit and gravy, good! Muffins, good! Bscon taco, good! Others at my table got shrimp and grits and jorchata toast and didn't like them. I might try this location again for DINNER.

Great lunchtime service and menu. I had the delicious Not Jennifer Aniston salad. I can't recommend it enough.

This is our go-to lunch place since it's so close from work. It has a very chiq decor inside and has tables outside for nice and cool weather. Our favorite shareable is their Brussel sprouts, so very tasty! We've had Andy as our server a couple of times who's very attentive and helpful with our orders.

The 'Not So Jennifer Allison' salad is my absolute favorite--I could eat it every day! The freshness of the ingredients, combined with the different textures and perfectly paired dressing, is so satisfying. Sometimes I add chicken if I'm extra hungry or need a protein boost. I've never been disappointed and keep coming back for more!

I can't say much about the food because all I got was muffins. We were there at lunch on Sunday. They were pretty good. But this place is SOOOO LOUD!!!! Even my friend who is not bothered much by volume said it was too loud. I would only go back if I could sit outside. It was too hot the day we went. Maybe they should consider some sound dampening measures.

Great lunch options, fun ambiance and always good service from my experience. I've come here several times for work lunches and have always had a good time. We tried several appetizers - hot chicken with pickles, Brussel Sprouts and calamari - all of which were delicious and well sized for a whole table. I had the chicken sandwich as my meal and something about their ranch is excellent. Will definitely be back!

Service (Kennedy) was phenomenal!!!! Everyone else was extremely kind!!! Food is a solid 7.8!!! We plan on going back!!!

It was great food was tasty and we loved the restaurant ambiance we will need to come back and try a few more options on the menu including apps and those mixed drinks

It had been a while since we had been and this visit was exceptional. It's a neighborhood spot for us and the improvements in the food & service from past visits were really noticeable. We shared poblano hush puppies, the chicken sandwich, a vegetarian superfood bowl and key lime pie. Every dish was delicious and the service was very good.

Nice atmosphere! Great bloody Mary's! The biscuits with sausage gravy need a little improvement on the gravy, it was thin and needs more substance. I tried the 2 breakfast tacos. You get a choice of 2 out 3 options with corn or flour tortillas served with hash potatoes or tater tots. Breakfast stack was very good with pulled pork and egg your style.

Eloise is super cute. I really loved the ambience and decor and we got there around 5pm but surprisingly it wasn't too busy. We caught happy hour so the drinks were decently priced but I opted for a mocktail (they had a dry January menu). I got salmon for my meal and it was just alright. We did have a little incident where the bartender splashed water on us from the bar and it got in our food and drinks but the manager rectified it.

Eloise Nichols hosted the Houston Concierge Association. We discovered it is the Happy Home of the $5. Happy Hour Hamburger. This little gem is great for a casual night out. Eloise Nichols is tucked away on Midlane with easy parking. They have an amazing Happy Hour with a great $5.00 Hamburger! What?! Yes, you heard me correctly. I know this because EN hosted the Houston Concierge Association and divulged their secrets as we indulged in their heavenly chocolate desserts. OH MY! EN is comfort food, cocktails, and dessert. Did I mention homemade Chicken and Dumplings? Go and enjoy!

LOVE. The environment of this restaurant is on point! So so cute. It is really nice and elegant so I was expecting it to be expensive, but the prices were very reasonable. The coffee I had was amazing! I ordered a cappuccino and was very happy. I got the mushroom omelette and it was good, I probably wouldn't order it again just because it's not my favorite order in general, but I wanted to try it! I think I would've enjoyed it more with more salsa so I should've asked for more. But the HASHBROWNS. My oh my! Ladies and gentlemen, get the hashbrowns. They're perfect taste and texture! Crispy, yet soft. Delicious! We had a sweet server, she gave the best service ever!! We had such a lovely dining experience here. My friend that introduced me to this place that lives in town goes every single week!! It's that good. She lives nearby and they give certain apartment complexes close by a discount which is so nice! Definitely worth checking out. I will be returning and next time.. I'm getting mimosas! ;)

Good prices delicious brunch and good service. Had a party of 14 people and the manager was awesome to work with and they created a personalize menu for us

Our out of town friends that are vegan wanted a quick bite and they stopped here. The soup they ordered was too spicy but they remade it even after it was half eaten. This is a cool place, we also went here for chess event and my husband was happy he got to play.

upon walking into the restaurant, i stopped to admire and appreciate the aesthetic of this restaurant; so charming. little did i know it was happy hour here (3-6p), and "wine down wednesdays" where you can get 1/2 off a bottle of wine. great! the restaurant wasn't too busy and the staff was nice and accommodating. i truly enjoyed the joes hot chicken, it is spicy so brace yourself, but also so delish. pairs very well with the pickles it's served with. out of the tuna tartare and the jumbo lump crab +roasted corn, i went with the waiters suggestion and got the jumbo lump crab +roasted corn but it wasn't what i expected at all. this dish was very fishy tasting but good thing i got plenty of lime and the dish also lacked in taste so i had to add a little salt and black pepper. was very pleased to get the chips that come with the tuna tartare also over the potato chips that naturally come with this dish; it's a much better pair. the penne pasta with shrimp was okay. the shrimp was cooked to perfection and had great flavor however the penne pasta dish itself was thick and overly cheesy. i hadn't even finished half of the dish and i find it got cold really fast. by the end of the meal i wish i would've went with my first choice, the cast iron chicken. the best thing about this restaurant for me was the cheesecake! i'm talking about melt in your mouth goodness. i almost wanted to ask for the recipe. not sure what exactly the cream is made of but pairs perfectly with the cheesecake and berry... loved it!
