In addition the delivery team is incredibly well prepared and able to overcome any challenges my unusual location presents. I called Elsas after looking for this Macleary Moss Living Room Set by Ashley and the phone service was quick and all pieced arrived nice and early on my delivery date..Ramon and Jesse cleaned as they went and even helped place the furniture...im super geeked....

A wonderful experience! I wanted to work with a local company to purchase a new mattress, and Elsa’s was the best! We walked in and were greeted warmly by Al! Holy cow, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the build and material of the mattress choices. He was zero pressure and just the best kind of salesperson you could ask for! They really took care of us, and the value was off the charts. Sorry Al, we already took the plastic off because it’s the perfect mattress and we love it!

Elsa's is quickly becoming my go to for all things home decor. Just purchased an area rug. They have a huge selection. I like that Elsa's will price match against other furniture places so you know the value is high. Best of all, they can special order just about anything. Great customer service as well.

Patrick was so nice and helped me get a bed for a good price! Would totally recommend! He was so nice!!! He also gave me a bed protector for free!

Cannot recommend more highly. Family-owned plus a great staff. I walked in and was helped immediately (unlike other places that same day). Ordering was easy, communication smooth, delivery on time, and they even set up the bed frame! Really nice people every step of the way, and a better price too!

Please DO SOMETHING with your dilapidated property on E Lake St in Mpls. It has been a neighborhood EYE SORE for far too long.

Picked up a chest of drawers this week. Ordering in store and loading went smoother than imagined. Everyone there was super helpful and nice, I'm definitely recommending to others.

This is a fabulous place to shop for all your furniture needs. We had a great experience and absolutely love the selection that Al helped us pick out. The delivery was great too, very friendly and professional. They worked so hard to make sure everything was in the correct place. I highly recommend Elsa's and we will definitely return for any future needs.

I returned to the store last weekend after being really impressed with my mattress shopping experience last year. I came in with a list of items I wanted to check out. The salesperson showed me the items but then showed me comparable models that he had in stock. He saved me about $1000 that I had planned to spend and got me higher quality pieces that still fit the space I needed. The whole process of shopping and purchasing is so pleasant. The staff is attentive but never pushy, always offering their best price, which is often a HUGE steal. Not only that, but the "vibes" in the store are so positive. You can tell the staff has been working together a long time based on their interactions together, camaraderie, and overall cheerful tone. They were efficient, helpful, and very willing to help support you in your budget. I don't know why anyone would choose NOT to shop here. Highly recommend 15/10 stars

I have a sleep disorder so sleep is precious. They know their stuff and can really help you find an affordable solution that will help you sleep like a lamb! Hahha did I sound like a commercial? Thats just me being happy and well rested

All I can say is WOW! What a fantastic experience from start to finish. My boyfriend was in the hospital and went through a tough surgery and to help him recover at home comfortably I was searching for an adjustable bed. Thank Goodness Elsa's showed up on my google search, I handled the transaction from start to finish over the phone (due to the short time constraints) and managed to even pick out a beautiful bed to match my existing furniture. They were so helpful, professional and courteous starting from the sales people to the delivery team that came out! Delivery was exactly on time and everything was perfect, very nice people and fun to deal with. You guys blew me away and your prices are great, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Elsa's...trust me, I am a picky consumer and I couldn't find a thing to complain about if I tried...lol Thank You again, I love my purchase!

I had an awesome experience shopping at this established . The people were very pleasant and I received assistance from start to finish . When I didn't see something I was interested in, they took their time to show me items in the catalog . I highly recommend this place if you are looking for new furniture .

They honestly have the best deals ever! I am so glad that I stopped by. We have been literally looking for couches that are affordable and nice for almost 2 years now. We heard about this great place from our sister and had to see for ourselves. We did not feel like we were being rushed into just anything. We told the gentleman that assisted us what we wanted and he nailed it! Our couch is so beautiful and soft and it was delivered as well. I honestly didn't think we would ever get a couch but we lucked out! Please for your own peace of mind just stop by and see what they have I promise you will not be disappointed. They also have a location in Minneapolis that is just as good. 5 star experience!!

I stopped in to get a basic bed frame, and they had just what I needed at a great price. I was surprised at the variety of cool furniture they had. They also have a huge selection of very inexpensive wall art, so I also picked up a framed object d' art while I was there. The salespeople (I'm assuming the owners) were incredibly nice. Even carried my purchase out to my car for me.

We just bought a couch and are so pleased. The salesman (Apparently the owner?) was not pushy just very helpful. Everbody in the store was so courteous. The couch was delivered on July 21, on time and it was about 100° but the delivery guys were super nice and efficient. The price was great! I give them 5 stars and will shop there again!
