Touched down in Bangkok on a cool (post rain) Thursday evening, dropped our bags at our hotel & headed straight to Banthat Thong Road for our 1st dinner! Reached the bustling Banthat Thong area around 10 plus & was totally overwhelmed with the endless stretch of colourful eatery choices & finally settled on Elvis Suki as our entrourage was craving for seafood ✨🦑🦀🦞🦐😋✨ We got a table immediately (being a weekday) and opted for their recommended Grilled Scallops 🦪, Grilled Seabass 🐟 and Grilled River Prawns 🦐 and of course ice cold Chang beers🍺😋🍺 The small shophouse eatery was quickly filled up with locals (& tourists like us!) having late dinners/ suppers. The 1st dish that came was the Grilled Scallops ...which was da absolute bomb! 💥 The juicy fresh scallops were all perfectly grilled, swimming in coat of dripping butter oil ✨🦪 ✨Sooooo yummy 🤤 Paired with ice cold beer, we ravished the whole plate of the delectable grilled scallops within minutes! Next came the Grilled (giant) River Prawns ✨🦐 🦐 🦐✨The pipping hot grilled river prawns were equally outstanding especially when you dipped it with their special house blend chilli sauce !!! 🌶️ So tender & delicious! 🤤 Our last dish was the Grilled Seabass 🐟 wrapped in fragrant banana leaves & covered in a generous layer of lemongrass / spice mix 🍋 The smell of the unwrapped fish was amazing as you opened up the banana leaf 🍃 The big, fat tender seabass was picked to its bones! ✨😋🐟✨ Our 1st Bangkok dinner choice was a great success & we were sooooooo happy we had it at Elvis Suki ~ ✨💥🙌🏻🦀🦞🦐😋✨ A highly recommended spot for fresh seafood 💥 Ps: Elvis Suki was voted as our group's best & favourite dinner meal for our 2025 Bangkok trip! ✨👑💥✨

Elvis Suki may look simple with just a few tables, but don’t be fooled because the line outside says it all. The place is all about the food with no fuss and no frills. We tried their famous Chinese sukiyaki with beef and wow, it did not disappoint. The beef was super tender and flavorful, and when you dip it in their special sauce that’s where the magic happens. The sauce is slightly sweet, savory, with a nice kick of spice. Just a heads-up though, it leans on the spicy side so go easy if you can’t handle too much heat. We also got the grilled squid, which was okay but honestly the sukiyaki totally stole the show. If you’re only ordering one thing, make it the beef sukiyaki because it’s worth every baht. Overall, Elvis Suki is simple but so worth the wait and for me it’s one of the best sukiyaki experiences I’ve had.

While waiting for our number from Jeh O Chula to be called, we came here to grab a bite. We ended up ordering 9 dishes and they did not disappoint! I especially liked the sea bass $520 and the grilled squid $350. By the time we finished, there was already a long queue outside.

Butter scallops is great. Don’t have to wait long. The butter melts well in the scallops. It was surprising that there’s minced pork in it. Taste a bit sweet but guess it suits the local taste. Scallop is quite fresh. Meat is small but it’s good. Friendly staff and multiple payment methods

One of the more popular dining spots along Banthat Thong Road, this restaurant has been consistently awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand from 2018 to 2024—and it’s easy to see why. We managed to get a table for two immediately even on a Saturday night around 10pm, which was a pleasant surprise. We ordered the seasoned scallops and the baked prawns with glass noodles—both dishes did not disappoint. The scallops, grilled with yellow butter, were fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Each piece came with a small portion of minced meat tucked inside, which was an unexpected but delightful touch that paired well with their tangy house chili. The baked prawns with glass noodles were equally impressive—flavourful with a bold, peppery broth. The noodles were springy and soaked up all the rich, aromatic juices beautifully. Service was warm and attentive, and the total bill for two came to about 672 baht. A satisfying and well-priced meal that’s worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Apparently, a Michelin restaurant. Ordered their signature dishes but nothing to shout about. Was pretty ordinary as per any street food you can find in Thailand. Disappointing as there is no wow factor for a Michelin restaurant Give it a miss if you are in this area. Plenty of food selection

The food quality is good but not the freshest. The prawns in my glass noodles claypot were not very fresh. However, the glass noodles were very tasty and flavourful. The cockles are boiled just nicely. Eaten together with the seafood chilli sauce...nice! The butter scallops were very nicely grilled, too, with intense buttery smell. Nice eat. Service was prompt and friendly, too.

Came here for the Chinese Sukiyaki fried beef which was highly recommend by a friend. Certainly 💯 and it's perfectly infused and rightly sized for an adult. Beef is tender and the cabbages and thin noodles comes together nicely in a bowl. Apparently the scallops was recommended by the staff who said it's most popular and Michelin so we had that but I found that it's too buttery for my liking. The cockleshells were really huge and a bloody sight literally but tastes so good with their sauces. Recommend to anyone who is able to stand the sight and taste. Will not regret. Overall is pretty good and comfortable restaurant.
