"Though its Pacific Palisades location feels a little far-flung, this mini-department store justifies the trip: At 2,000 square feet, it’s expansive but manageable, and the racks are filled with everyone from Alexander Wang and Rag & Bone, to Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen. Don’t miss the shoe and bag selection, which includes the greatest hits from Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin, and Lanvin."

Terrible customer service on a Saturday morning. I just moved into the area and was taking my dogs for a walk and spotted the store. The security man was very polite and asked if I wanted to go in and approved me with my dog going in. Unfortunately my dog had an accident and the sales woman was very rude and shouted at me in front of everyone . She handed me the cleaning products to me which I was happy to clean up and watched me in disgust.

The worst customer service on Saturday in pacific palisades we were not asked if we need help I tied on a shirt and dress not one of the saleswoman asked us if we need an other size. . Or an attitude to clean the dresses. Rude , when asked what sizes the idea were. Get over yourself. You had know idea who walks into that store. Classless never again

Used to be a lot better back in the day now the clothes are dated and the same thing year in and year out. Such a shame

This review is for their online store ONLY. Their online boutique has been a fantastic experience for me. I've been dying to find a pair of Isabel Marant sandals that have been sold out everywhere in every store and every online store. The only place I can find them is on ebay (no thank you) On random occasions these sandals have popped up in various sizes on their website and I'll placed an order for them and on both occasions I've done this I've gotten my size wrong (they're a French shoe size..I should have figured) and one of the other times the item was final sale and I wouldn't be able to return it. They didn't have any problems canceling my order and they have always gotten back to me STAT with all my questions before the items have been shipped out. I've never had to wait for their customer service and they've been so patient with me and all my wrong orders :( They also were kind enough to apply a 15% discount that wasn't working when I was purchasing items using their app store. Free shipping and returns. Oh ya, did I mention you get 15% off any item if you place the order through their app? iForward15, it's only if it's your first app order and it will work on sale items, too.

I am interested in what may have motivated EW to open a store at a quiet center with little foot traffic and existing stores with great brand names?? Maybe she wants a buy out?

Yelp
Best high-end designer store in the game, hands down. Inventory, staff and stylists are all amazing.

Maya N.

Yelp
terrible customer service for a luxury boutique the customer service was lacking by the sales person as well as the one site manger. I purchased a designer bag which must have been defective bc the strap broke after wearing it once. I took it back within a week of the purchase date and asked if they can fix it or order me a new one. They kept the bag for 3 wks not once I got follow up call. I had to go in myself to the store and pick up the bag and take it to the Loewe store myself to get it handled. I wouldn't not shop there again !

Jacq M.

Yelp
I've been working with Mario for the years and he's nothing but amazing. He has the best customer service out there and he truly is accommodating, as much as he can. He has stupendous customer service and that's the reason why I always buy from him. They have such a curated selection and the best sales, a better value than a trip to Europe plus the people who work there has such great style and class!

James K.

Yelp
The shop has lost its edge with the same styles year in year out. Staff seem over it in store. There used to carry so many cooler brands and now it's more chic grandma looks. Such a shame as this used to be a great store.

Yelp
I had an adventure today! I was running errands on Good Friday! I have never not been running errands on Good Friday, that I can remember. Just seems to happen that way. This Good Friday was made better when I happened upon this man. I was just returning some stuff through UPS, looking for parking when I looked up and saw this elegant looking man standing at the door of this shop with these amazing windows that immediately made me think of Coco Chanel. I have no idea why but the whole thing was alluring. I asked the man, "are you here guarding the entrance to that shop so people can come in and shop safely?" He answered, with the most beautiful smile you ever saw, "yes ma'am, would you like to come in?" He sounded so warm! When he talked it was like hearing Lou Rawls sing! I had to go into this shop and look around! Once inside I found a wonderland of fashion! You would have to know me pretty well to know how I feel about fashion. I know, I wear dog rescuer clothes and financial advisor clothes, but I dream in 1940's Coco Chanel, Camilla and Johnny Was! I met this lady who worked there who was so confident and knowledgable about what she had there and other designers! Her name is Sydney! I thought she had to own the store! She said no, she just works there and explained to me that it is owned by a real woman named Elyse Walker and that was the name of the shop! I had no idea! I was amazed! It was like a small Saks Fifth Avenue that I could park out front and just easily walk around! And owned by a person instead of a corporation! Saks is always great to us and it was super fun to find a closer option too! I feel in love with this little sweater right inside the door! I guess people were out buying their Easter outfits because the place was packed! The funniest thing is that I saw a homeless woman dressed better than I was and they were still super sweet to me. I like that!

Yelp
BUYER BEWARE: Do not order from elysewalker.com. I really hope people read this review before doing so. I made the huge mistake of ordering a Givenchy bag through them and it came USED. There were creases to the body, stains, scratches and the price tag wasn't even attached. Even worse, they shipped it with the security tag still attached. I called and their client services manager, Sarah, informed me that I received the FLOOR SAMPLE, which explained its condition. Imagine paying all that money to receive a floor sample! Sarah didn't offer a realistic solution to getting me a bag around the same price point. This was a Christmas gift for my mom, and this bag is now sold out everywhere else. If you're ordering a designer bag, DO NOT BUY from here. Order from reputable stores like Neiman Marcus or Saks. See pics!

Ilan T.

Yelp
Found out recently about this establishment, needed help to find an item and from the first call to all of the locations including the main office I was answered by professionals representatives that was very friendly. Also needed help with returning an item this experience was so nice and pleasant. I for sure going to keep buying from them.

Aly B.

Yelp
Awful experience, so bad that I felt inclined to write a review. Sales associate kept putting other women in front of myself and my friend because she thought they would spend more. Real life "pretty women" moment. Honestly go somewhere else you can do better!

Yulia S.

Yelp
Fist of all, the girls are not very friendly and most have attitude, not sure why. Not a friendly vibe at the store. Never bought anything on sale here before. Purchased few things the other day, asked for exchange policy, the girl said i had 14 days. Just wanted to make sure the top will go with my outfit. It did not. Came to exchange the next day, and was told "look at your receipt, no exchanges on sale items." Would have been nice to tell me that at the time of purchase when i asked. Will be going to Beverly Hills location even though its a bit further fo me. Note to the manager/owner: Please hire new friendly employees or train existing ones on proper customer service.

Andrea R.

Yelp
Whoa! I'm happy Elyse Walker is thousands of miles away from where I live or I'd go bankrupt. The clothes are pretty cute, but they also happen to be pretty expensive. I first fell in love with an adorable leather bomber jacket...for $3400. Yikes. I kissed my jacket good-bye and moved on over to the sales rack where the clothing was a bit more in my price range (kind of). Minutes later I was entering the dressing room holding an adorable skort that would have made my classmates jealous back in '85 and a funky See by Chloe shirt that I knew my husband would wrinkle his nose at disgust at because of the boxy shape. Neither looked very cute on, which was probably a good thing since they were both still expensive even though on sale. So if I lived here I'm not sure if I'd do most of my shopping here, although I'd probably frequent the sale racks, but it is definitely a good spot if you're looking for a cute dress or something for a special occasion. Oh, and the shoes were uhmazing...don't even get me started on those shoes.

Yelp
Buyer beware. I should have done more research before ordering from FWRD by Elyse Walker. I ordered a Chloé bag that came without any tags and without any authenticity certificate. I called them and they said they would see if they could get it. Time goes by, I follow up, they're still waiting. More time goes by, weeks until I'm at the point where the window for returns is nearly closed (I had asked if they would extend the window and it was the same thing, we need to ask a manager to approve, and never heard back.) I returned the bag, not spending over $1k on a bag that I can't be certain is real. The whole thing was really shady.

Marcie M.

Yelp
Based on SOOOOO many other reviews of the exact same tone...see Nataly as one of many examples below-I 100% agree: ..."by far the worst customer service ever"!! Upon entering I also got examined up and down by some snotty sales girl in the shoe department! ...hmm...jealousy at it's finest! Why would you treat potential customers like that, when there is so much competition out there! I will take my business to Saks or Neimans where the sales people are crazy nice...makes you want to buy the whole store just for the experience alone! Shoe girl...take some lessons in how to treat customers who have spent thousands and who will now take their business elsewhere! We don't live in a world right now that gives you the right to treat people in any way other than with kindness. It's clear you didn't get the memo. Unacceptable!

Elena K.

Yelp
Worst experience ever! They treat customers as a peace of sh*t. I bought Chloe purse for $ 1300 10 days ago. They were supposed to deliver it in 2 business days but I still didn't get it. Every time I call and email they don't give me real information. They denied my request to send to the shipping address (I work full time), they denied my request to pick up at the UPS office. I forgot to write my apartment number (because I didn't have experience before with not sending to the shipping address) but I gave that information 4 !!! days ago and they keep holding the package without explanation. Supervisor didn't help at all. They just charged my credit card and refused to deliver the package. Seriously there is a lot of good online boutiques around where you can get a great customer service, where representatives respect customers but it's definitely not Forward by Elyse Walker. Shame!

Brian K.

Yelp
Omg the Caucasian lady with the dark black hair , super snobby. I would not drive to this hole in the wall boutique even if it were the last place on earth that sold Gucci. I walked in there dressed business casual (Asian if that helps anyone) and she literally followed me around the store and made sure someone was watching me at all times while I see other people walking the store freely. It was so uncomfortable I'd much rather make the drive to Beverly Hills for my luxury items. Some of the other workers were friendly I won't take that away from them. However I do not like it when a person works in retail and profiles you based on how you look and the prices are even worse for the place it's at. Who are they trying to kid with the knock off channel and Louis Vuitton art work hanging up .

Alisa T.

Yelp
Update: I literally tried giving the store another shot when I was in this town. I will never step foot into the store because of the way the girls at the store act. I walked in and not a single person greeted me and my family. Well maybe that was because I was really just wearing simple clothing and didn't have any designer bags on and didn't look like I was going to be a potential shopper that day for them. I have never in my life experienced such horrible service ever, anywhere in my life. The girls specifically in the shoe department are so snobby and rude and could care less about who walks up to the store. They were talking to each other the whole time completely ignoring us and when we were asking questions to them they were responding back in a very rude way and as if they were better than us. I'm just in disbelief that the store owner doesn't pay much attention to these reviews and trains staff to act decent. Horrible horrible horrible !!!!! Save your nerves and please go to Rodeo Drive. Every time I walk in this store I expect to be greeted normally and humanly. Not once has this happened. I don't understand why the employees act this way? Are they trained to be straight faced and not say hello to whoever walks into the store ? Do I have to have a designer bag in my hand and wear designer shoes and look rich to get approached ???? Seems like it. Sad. Hopefully the owner reads my review and trains her employees better. I expected to be greeted and treated normal just once but that hasn't happened yet.

John R.

Yelp
Worst "boutique" experience. No acknowledgement. Needed sizes for t shirts and shoes... IGNORED. Beware People of Color...apparently we're not welcome. Wtf kind of business is this? Hermès doesn't even act like this. Your staff needs a reality check.... they're there to serve. I wanna buy the whole damn block just to kick the store out. Maybe I will.

Claire S.

Yelp
Staff is incredibly rude and gives you the up-down stare from the moment you walk in. They don't say hi (which is fine, but when you get the up-down stare instead, it's icky). Had a return and before I could even pull out the item I was returning, the woman asked if I had a receipt in the absolute most condescending way, expecting me to not have one, but I did have one.... It was so odd. No reason to shop here if you want to be treated like a normal human. :)

Ana Maria R.

Yelp
Purchased a dress online that was just what I was looking for and on sale! The shipping was super quick. Very happy with my purchase, the quality of merchandise, and the speed of shipping.

Nine S.

Yelp
The most upscale boutique in Pacific Palisades, without question. Posh, beautifully designed and decorated, yet very soothing and inviting. Wide range of styles, designers, shoes, accessories, formal, and casual wear.. I like the huge mirrors, large interior space with the designated shoe and accessory department, formal wear section, and casual wear. Lots to explore, very pricey high end boutique... Friendly service, seems quite busy on weekends, and I enjoy coming in to see the latest designer selections. They carry desired classics: Alexander McQueen scarves, to Stark clutches, Louboutins, YSL, Missoni, Iro, Helmut Lang, Balenciaga classic moto leather jackets, Couture ready to wear, and casual flair designers including Equipment, Rag & Bone, ALC, J brand, Vince, DVF. Great place to go when you don't feel like driving to Beverly Hills or WeHo...

Stephanie H.

Yelp
This review is for their online store. I found two of favorite brands from their online store. I got a pair of shoes at a discount price because they were displayed sample. I received so many compliments on my Derek Lam sandals. I waited almost two years for my second pair to go on sale but I finally caved and bought it here. Their store is very pricey but if you want hard to find items, this is the place.

l m.

Yelp
Before Miss Walker posts her bio about how she "curates" collections, perhaps she should read her Yelp reviews. Good grief, THE rudest & most obnoxious little sales girls I have EVER encountered. The short little blonde who was "closing" the store on Saturday basically told us to get out of her store. While my friend was trying on jeans!!! You can't make this stuff up. And some other girl was storming around in a pair of boots that was so loud it was hilarious. I mean this is supposed to be a "high end" store? I wouldn't waste my time or money. And clearly the owner could care less because look at all these negative reviews. I've never been in a store where anyone behaved so hideously. And I shop in the best stores in Beverly Hills. Never going there again. And btw I went in to see Gucci and the selection was horrible as well. So much for "curating".

Missy J.

Yelp
As other reviewers have noted, Elyse's store gets high marks for carrying cool designers (Rick Owens, McQueen, Givenchy, Balenciaga, the list goes on). Unfortunately the service is appalling. Perhaps Elyse doesn't spend as much time in the store as she used to in the past or perhaps somebody else is in charge now. Either way, the result is that the sales associates are more interested in trying out the clothes themselves than assisting customers to do the same. I have been there several times over the last few months and it's been the same story over and over. I have given up. Maxfield might not be perfect but at least it's more convenient.

danielle w.

Yelp
WOW. I am absolutely speechless after my experience at this store today. I went in with a friend look for a dress for her to wear to my wedding. My friend who is gorgeous and amazing was looking at a Ulla Johnson dress. She was simply thumbing through to see what sizes were available, when this sales girl walked up to us and said:"that is a size 0, we don't have any bigger sizes." I was so shocked I didn't know what to say to her. We didn't ask her for a size nor did we we look lost. She didn't offer to find us a size elsewhere, she didn't offer to look at a different dress, she essentially just walked over to tell my friend "you are not a size 0" and walked away. What kind of sales strategy is that? Are people who are not size 0s not allowed to browse around? How do you even know we were looking for ourselves? I went in today with the plan to spend some serious money and we walked out right after the rude girl felt the need to school us on sizes. To the management of Elyse Walker, train your staff to be kind and respectable to your customers. With all the retail options we have today, personal experience is what will make you stand out. Because guess what, we found the dress and other items at a different store and spent our money elsewhere. Don't subject yourself to snooty, holier than thou attitude. Whatever you find here you can find elsewhere, unless what you are looking for is an attack on your physical appearance.

Nataly A.

Yelp
Worst customer service ever. Upon entering I get examined up and down by some snotty sales girl-no greeting which made me want to turn around and walk out. Not one sales person asked if I needed help. I browsed around the store and left because the vibe was so horrible. I would not know if this store has a well curated selection of designers because it was overshadowed by the snobby staff. Ummm all I have to say is that you are working on a Saturday!

Lisa G.

Yelp
Overpriced for items you can find elsewhere for half the price (if you dig a bit). Everyone says the service is great. It should be for the prices they are asking for ordinary clothing that you can find on The REALREAL for 70% off.

Shannon M.

Yelp
At a store like this you never really expect anyone to be "nice" but at least try and be pleasant because its your job when you're in customer service. Not only did this salesgirl have total attitude..she seemed like she'd rather be ANYWHERE than where she was..not to mention she was ditzy.. rude and clueless NOT a winning combination..too bad..get a new job if you're that miserable!

Susan S.

Yelp
Super nice store and staff. Great clothes and fashion. Shoes too.

Pam H.

Yelp
An observation about Elyse Walker: When my adult daughter walks in the place with her high end clothes on, she gets immediate attention. You can see the young sales women check her out before approaching her. I, on the other hand, am ignored most of the time. Is it ageism or am I not looking sharp enough for the ladies when I stroll by in the afternoons and see something in the window I want to further examine? I rarely am approached and even during a purchase, I'm essentially disregarded. The girls keep up their chatter with each other while I'm paying. Elyse has a reputation for this locally. I'd shop there more, as my friends would, if it felt more welcoming and inclusive (there are only so many celebs in PP). I get better service in Malibu, Beverly Hills, and on Montana.

Katie S.

Yelp
This is a difficult review for me to write because Elyse Walker makes brief stints in my life and then leaves without so much as a goodbye. I have great affinity for this store in days past. Although foreign now, Pacific Palisades once was a desolate city where tumbleweeds showed up at the desolate hour of 8pm. Now it's a yuppie hot spot where very chic people live and shop. When I lived there the hottest thing to do was chill at the Mobil station or smoke at the bluffs. Elyse Walker was the first real boutique in this town (I don't know what came first EW or Boca, but it was close). She started with very cute attainable clothes. Now, it is WAY to expensive for the merchandise. It also does not have a lot of sizes in each style, perhaps just one or two. One standout, however, is the accessories and excellent show department. While these are still expensive, she has a lot of styles and sizes. EW is an excellent buyer of foot candy and handbags. You can most def find something to fit your individual taste, whether it fits your budget, well, that is another story.

Joolie T.

Yelp
Pacific Palisades. awesome. Elyse Walker is a HUGE boutique, the owner seeks out quality staples. on display would be two or three pieces from such labels as Miu Miu, YSL, Christian Louboutin, Moschino, etc. and still keeping in mind of many looks and other high-end labels. you can find the latest from Bottega Veneta, here in NAVY instead of the basic black most retailers stock in their stores. variety. i like. the displayed artwork and the shoe collection is what makes me heart this gem the most!

Zuzka V.

Yelp
Excellent, high end merchandise, but a little too much attitude to go with it. Keen sense of style is visible in the selection and displays of the merchandise. The style definitely is close to the edgy, but a strong sense for fashion is undeniably present in the store. Not all the merchandise is in my price range, and when I walk in, the 'once over' by most of the sales people definitely lets me know that I do not necessarily belong. It's a shame, I would love to shop there more often if I felt more comfortable.

Ashley W.

Yelp
I absolutely love her assortment but it is completely overshadowed with how rude her employees are. I have been shopping there since she started and it is ridiculous that her employees think they can speak to people like that. I went in today to buy a pair of shoes and you would have thought that I had asked the woman to build Rome in a day. Retail is a customer service industry. There is no excuse or justification for that. People will only shop from you and tolerate that for so long.

Crystal D.

Yelp
I love to shop with Erin. She is so helpful and friendly. Her, Current Elliott, Saint Laurent and Balenciaga are the reasons I shop at Elyse Walker. It's a beautiful shop spanning most of Antioch. I wish they carried more size 5 shoes, but I can't dock a star for that. Go in. Shop with Erin. Leave with shiney little bag. Be HAPPY!

Ana S.

Yelp
I have been going to the store for the last 3 yrs almost and have never really had a "bad" experience. Khloe is my SA which I adore and is always so attentive to me when I go in. Patrick and Chutney are also great to give their advice if I'm trying on something. Yes, it is an expensive store but it has all the latest trends from all the designers. I guess I just love the fact that Khloe knows what I like so she will text me pics of things that I might like which I appreciate very much. I have seen Elyse there a few times but never had a conversation with her. Overall, I love going there but that's cause Khloe never gives an attitude to me even if I don't buy anything (which hardly happens). !!!!

Tara M.

Yelp
As a recent transplant to the Palisades, I was so excited to find this boutique. I shopped here several times and was looking forward to a huge splurge. Never again! My nanny popped in the other day (she's got great taste and knows a good bag when she sees it.) After first ignoring her, the sales person then decided to tell her that "you can't afford this purse." Absolutely appalling. I will never shop here again and you shouldn't either.

julie h.

Yelp
Wow, a lot of really so-so reviews for this great boutique! The complaints about the price tag are a little unfounded; yes, it is expensive to shop there, but if you live on this side of town it is a convenience factor. You don't have to drive to Beverly Hills to get a amazing selection of clothing, handbags & shoes. They specialize in current season designer goods, so yes it is going to be pricey! The salesgirls are little fashionistas themselves, so it really comes in handy when you want to put together the perfect look. When I was last there for their amazing shoe sale, Lauren and another sales girl bent over backwards helping me find my sizes, and pulled nearly a dozen shoes for me. They even suggested other items to help maximize my discount. I would shop here exclusively if my husband would allow it :)

Orit S.

Yelp
I love shopping in luxury stores and boutiques, and most of the time i have a good experience. But OMG, my on line experience with Forward has been the best so far. Exchange for my right size with shoes, and sending me the right size has been so easy, so pleasant and so fast. The expensive designers shoes are so beautiful, and the customer service care has been so helpful, so knowledgable, so kind, caring and wonderful. I will strongly recommend this seller , and will continue shopping with Forward regularly. Thank you for the outstanding experience i had with you.

Daniel B.

Yelp
Hands down the worst online shopping experience I have ever endured. When I placed my order I got an email from their risk "management" department asking for a photo of my card as well as a picture of a government issued id. I thought that was weird, but I sent them the pictures anyway. Later they got back to me saying they refuse to ship my package to the shipping address I specified (why even ask for a shipping address of you refuse to ship anywhere but the billing address?), and that I would have to get it shipped to my billing address. I told them I wouldn't be home to receive the package, but they don't care; I guess that is a risk they are willing to take. I called UPS asking if I can pick up the package at one of their locations, they told me the sender specifically restricted in-store pickup, so I contacted forward customer service (who are actually quite nice) asking if they can lift the restriction. They forwarded my request to risk management, which was denied. They have a great selection but horrible customer service. 2/10 would probably not shop here again

Joelle C.

Yelp
Elyse Walker is a personal shopping experience to say the least. Of course, if you want to shop independently undisturbed, by all means, but these women want to make your day better, and your wardrobe even better. It's a chipper milieu from first foot in, and tempting enough to leave wearing Pradas on your foot out. Everyone is sweet and are more than happy to answer any and all questions. Is this too much? No. My color? Maybe try the red. How can I not have these? I do NOT know. \Yes, Elyse Walker may be bad news for your wallet, but it's good for your soul! What helpful and stylish ladies! It's a boost to your day. Shout out to Wendy, who always has an ear out no matter how long I've been gone! Thanks!

Debra G.

Yelp
I visited the store the other day and could not believe how wonderful everything was. The Nancy Gonzolaz bags were just amazing. There was so much to choose from I could not believe it. The shoe department was also wonderful. I highly recommend visiting this establishment if you want a fantastic shopping experience. Elyse Walker carries everything that Beverly Hills carries without the hassle.

Beth A.

Yelp
The only reason I am writing this review is because I think the company aka owners should know......I have been to this store in the palisades about 4 times and every time I am in there the girls are All short and rude...I do not understand this mentality......All of the stores in Beverly Hills, Gucci, Dior, Prada ect treat you kindly as if they want to help you however this store personnel are just rude and really can't be bothered to help you.....very disappointed and I won't be purchasing anything more from this store!

N M.

Yelp
It's so unfair to rate Elyse Walker so low just because the merchandise is expensive. This isn't Forever 21, it's a high-end boutique with helpful stylists that take great care in making sure their customers and personal clients look great. My mom and I used to shop here a lot, but I haven't been since moving to New York a couple years ago. But a few weeks ago, my mom and I popped our heads in and she ended up treating me to a new work/general wardrobe. Since my mom has been a longtime client, she knows the staff and owner super well. However, you can walk in here your first time and still be treated well. Yes, there's like one or two sales associates I'm not too crazy about, but the overall vibe here is great. Wendy helped style me and was just an absolute dream. She not only listened to what I needed, but she went above and beyond and suggested certain pieces that I normally would not have considered at all. She's not only a great stylist, but a great person... just an absolute sweetheart! So please, I ask you to stop giving this place low stars because the prices are high. My recommendation to you is to stop in during their incredible sales (their shoe sale is to die for) and invest in a quality item that won't necessarily break the bank.

Yelp
Being a Customer Service Manager I have had the worst shopping experience ever! I am so appalled. I am a frequent online user and have never encountered such a bad shopping experience. When a company chooses to sell high end products a customer "assumes" the service would be the same. My delivery was stuck in customs, and I requested the parcel to be sent back to the sender. After speaking to Customs and the Courier service I contacted the company with the instructions of what was required on their end. I sent a follow-up email with no response! I then used their chat services and was served by an agent who was so patronizing with her/his responses and refused to investigate the issue to assist. I do not have the goods or my refund of $1500 and it has been over 3 weeks and still do not have a resolution! Will never buy from here again nor will I be recommending you to anyone!

Yelp
AMAZING! Definitely a one stop shop for any occasion! Elyse Walker is a great boutique that carries an incredible selection of all the best designers!

Yelp
My favorite store in LA. They have all the best designers from Balenciaga to Givenchy. Easy to shop for an entire look from the motorcycle jacket, jeans and tee to the studded boots and backpack or the perfect red carpet dress. My type of shopping! Love their online store as well. Offers some additional options and suggests the styling pieces to make it an easy purchase in the go. I am a fan

Yelp
My husband went in last week to buy me a birthday gift, a lovely blouse. When we discussed his shopping experience, I realized we both have experienced same thing - walk in, sales people standing around chatting to each other and/or looking at their phones. After a few minutes of being ignored, we walk up and ask for help. From that point sales person usually helpful but I have had to ask for a second sales person to help me when first one disappeared in back and I could see her back there on her phone. Come on, Elyse Walker, don't you have managers who actually care how their employees treat customers ?

Yelp
This review is actually for the online store. I have been a long time fan and loyal customer (I often have multiple deliveries in a week). I am extremely busy and love that in one place, I can find unique, stylish, fashion forward clothing, delivered the next day to LA. Unfortunately, however, I've now had the experience of missing 1 attempted delivery and the package I REALLY needed was sent elsewhere for "pickup". The customer service staff are the nicest, but said that I have to go pick up the package and they have no assurance that this will not continue to occur on future deliveries. They said that it is "up to the driver's discretion" as to whether or not they want to attempt a 2nd delivery. I order EVERYTHING online and have never heard of this. This takes all the convenience out of online shopping.

Yelp
Dear Elyse Walker, *No, I am not a celebrity. *No, I am not wearing designer clothing...I don't do that when I go jogging with my toddler and stop for coffee in the village. *Yes, I have money to spend on the lovely items in your store. *Yes, you were snobby, unhelpful, and quite frankly, rather dumb. See you again never! XO

Yelp
The most snobby and rude employees I have ever met in my life. Their customer service is horrible! One employee straight up told me that she wouldn't help she has "more important customers to help" simply because they were spending more money. I will never step foot in that store again.
