*****2025 Update**** The first time I ate here back in 2024 it was incredible. When I revisited in March of 2025 it was barely tolerable. I'm not sure what happened in the meantime, or if it was just an off night, but I was really disappointed (brought a buddy to show the place off!). Server was distracted and got our order wrong. Food was marginal at best. The attention to detail so evident from my first experience here (original review below) was sadly missing. So I've adjusted my ratings to be in between my initial star-struck wonder and my most recent disappointment. Hopefully my next visit will restore my confidence - and the higher rating! ****** 2024 Original Review***** Amazing flavors, incredibly solicitous and helpful staff in a carefully decorated restaurant. I started with the spring rolls. These were very fresh, crispy inside without the rice paper wrapper being crunchy as well. Filled with shrimp, a bit of sliced pork, rice noodles and lettuce. Served with a giant dish of sweet peanut sauce. Sadly, the *only* bad thing I can say about this place is they don't have chili oil or even a sriracha option, just a generic chili sauce that is underwhelming. However the garlic slices soaked in vinegar are a new treat and wonderful if you don't need to kiss anyone later. The grilled pork banh mi was incredible. The French baguette was perfect - crunchy and flaky on the outside and fluffy and tender on the inside. They seem to have basted the top lightly in something that makes your fingers sticky, perhaps butter and herbs? Hard to tell. Filled with pickled veggies and generous helpings of grilled pork. The overall effect was fantastic. Finished up with a ca phe sua da, the traditional Vietnamese French roast coffee with sweetened condensed milk. This was easily the best one I've ever had. It was incredibly rich - not just sweet from the sweetened condensed milk but the quality of the coffee was obviously top-notch. I never want a ca phe sua da to end, but I sipped this one as long as I could, it was so incredible. If you're in Manila and looking for good Vietnamese, come here. I trust their pho and other offerings are just as flavorful.

Recently opened Vietnamese restaurant in Blue Bay Walk. The interior looks really nice. The service was also good. Hope I can say the same about the food. I don't think it's authentic Vietnamese cooking. The Bun Bo Hue noodles were soggy and the meat a little tough, the broth lacks taste. The Grilled Pork Bánh Mì's meat was also a bit tough. The deep fry roll was just OK, nothing special. The price for me is a bit on the high side based on the quality and size of the dishes they serve.

Generally good food, nice ambiance and attentive service. Try the Red Tilapia fish that is only served during dinner. But tell them to remove the fish scales as they are soooo big and not appealing nor appetizing to eat. They actually look those babies’ fingernails. The fresh spring rolls and pomelo salad are delicious. Kang Kong is just so-so. Their halo2 desert is yummy but needs to use finely crushed ice 🧊. Portioning is also small for the price.

Their Pho Bo was tasty and refreshing. The Banh Mi was also good, but their baguette wasn't crispy enough as compared to other Banh Mi that I've eaten in other Vietnamese restaurants. Spring rolls were okay, and nothing special about it. Overall I think the place is overrated, given that the food doesn't merit their price tag.

Very tasty food. We had the Vietnamese lumpia, shaken beef, mixed sticky rice. All good. Everyone in our group was happy with their order. Nice function room upstairs. Friendly staff.

Currently only accepts cash payments (not sure about GCash). Not that accessible for those using wheelchairs but the staff will assist you. The staff also said they would allow you bring in your pet dog as long as they're wearing their diapers. If you're looking for Asian cuisine that's rice-based, this is not the Vietnamese restaurant for you. Their rice combos are only served during lunch hours and they have some 'exotic' dishes such as frog on the menu. Enjoyed the banh mi but still not the same as the banh mi sandwiches I would always have on the streets of Saigon. However, ask about the 2 banh mi combo with free Vietnamese milk coffee - it was actually my favourite item on their menu. The quality of their coffee was just right and well balanced. I'd go back just for the coffee. We enjoyed the Vietnamese dishes we ordered but I think they need to expand their range of Vietnamese dishes that serve meals with rice - for Filipino diners. Very photogenic restaurant that just needs to expand their repertoire of Vietnamese dishes.

If you're in the Philippines and potentially craving Vietnamese food, this spot is the one! Walked in with a warm welcome. The aroma from the broth was amazing! Brisket slices and noodes were cooked to perfection! Would definitely come back to try the other dishes!

My experience at Em Ha Noi was pleasant, with a nice, authentic ambience that made for a relaxing meal. I ordered the Pho Ga, and the broth had a rich, authentic flavor, which I really enjoyed. However, the portion of chicken meat was a bit underwhelming. While the atmosphere was great, the service could use some improvement. The waitstaff seemed distracted, chatting among themselves instead of being more attentive to customers. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement in the service.
