I can’t say enough amazing things about this gem! The staff is absolutely fabulous! We got to the resort on Sunday and found them! We ordered the most delicious sundae! We came back every night for more! They had the sweetest girl working there, she was there every night! We will miss the resort but we will miss coming here every night more! Thank you!!!! Oh and the brownies are the bestest!

A decent place to grab some snacks and dessert while at the Hard Rock hotel. Located on the 1st floor it has a few different areas where you can grab donuts, drinks, candies, and an area for mixed drinks and ice cream. Wished there were a few more varieties of ice cream but what was there tasted good. The scoops are absolutely massive, so be prepared for a vast amount of food if you order a two scoop sundae. Quite convenient if you're staying at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Good service and food. The place is really clean. They have plenty of snack and drink options. They even have wine and whiskey if you want it. Sub sandwiches, milkshakes, etc. lots of options. Of course it’s expensive. Everything at Universal is expensive. If you’re looking for some snacks or drinks be sure to check this place out. Most likely they’ll have something that you’ll want. All of that staff we talked to were all very nice and friendly. They were extremely helpful.

Clean establishment! The night-time crew is the best! The staff is very friendly, and the pizza is always fresh and hot! Prices are fair considering your staying at a resort. It's a little busy about an hour after the parks close, but they stay open til midnight. We stay 2 weeks at a time and definitely hit this place at night when we don't want to go far for food! Highly recommend.

Great addition to the hotel. They have every type of ice cream you could want. They some other snacks and drinks like most hotels. They are now serving pizza and hot food as well, which is a welcomed change. The issue is the wait times for the ice cream and the hot food. There has to be a better system…

Lovely place with great service, especially from the amazing Estefania. She’s 100% service-oriented—she truly cares about you as a client and goes above and beyond to take care of you. She’s incredibly sweet, kind, and generous—a true asset to this business. The one downside is that it’s quite pricey, but since it’s a touristy area, I guess that’s to be expected.

Easily the best value dessert Sundaes you can buy! An update, stopped in for breakfast this morning after a horrendous experience in the Kitchen. Girls were so friendly and excellent, a fantastic smoothie. Further update, an excellent option for a take out pizza! See you tomorrow!

Great quick serve option in the Hard Rock. They serve Starbucks and have a Barista on staff to serve all your favorites.

Yelp
If you are stopping in for snacks, bottled drinks, etc expect to pay an outrageous price (think $9 for one cup of easy mac). Unless your budget is unlimited, either pack these snacks or Door Dash your supplies. With that said, Emack & Bolio's is the perfect stop for: (1) breakfast sandwiches (2) paninis/deli sandwiches/pizza (3) ice cream/shakes. The breakfast sandwiches (egg croissants with or without bacon) are hot and ready to go each morning in a warming container. This is super helpful for $7 a pop. Grab one to eat as you take the walking path to the parks. You'll be done just in time for the security checkpoint and have avoided the price and delay of breakfast at The Kitchen or City Walk. Paninis, deli sandwiches and pizza were all very good with Boar's Head meat and price wasn't bad at all. We often took items to the pool and hung out while watching the kids swim. Ice cream and shakes were great; when aren't they?

Yelp
Emack & Bolio's is a Boston ice cream start up from a lawyer-hippy type, their mascot is a red-eyed moose whose name is Stoney. Good fit for The Hard Rock Hotel? Yeah... Their claim to fame is they invented Cookies & Cream ice cream. Can you image that ice cream research? Dude... add some Oreos to that left over Vanilla. Party on man.. Yeah, good times. Well now there is a Marketplace dedicated to your vacation buzz. I find it interesting how the pool is situated close to the marketplace. I see little kids running back and forth with snacks, its a fun family place. Me? I'm here for the freshly brewed Starbucks. Picture it: Its early in the morning and your up. Everyone walked the parks and your body clock should be on vacation. Nope, not mine. I have my laptop and want a cuppa coffee. I'm going to the Emack & Bolio's MARKETPLACE to grab a cuppa joe as well as a small bite to eat. You wanna talk about ice cream? It's here and available. Its hot, you're close to the pool and can grab a cool cone at E&B. Get a Cookies & Creme cone. Judge for yourself if they deserve kudos for their invention.

Yelp
There are times you want to sit down, settle in and enjoy a nice sit down meal for about forty minutes or so as a server takes care of you and some delicious plate of hot, gourmet food is set before you. Then there are other times when you're running around like a maniac before an event and you have to shove some food down your throat before you fall over from hunger. That was pretty much my experience at Emack & Bolio's. This cute little spot is set in the lower level of the Hard Rock Hotel. Its casual setting overs a strong contrast to the other restaurants in and around the hotel. Here, you can just grab a sandwich, chips and drink, munch quickly and head on out - which is exactly what I did the day I visited. I had a turkey sandwich that was serviceable. Not amazing, but good and the bread was soft (which I always appreciate from premade sandwiches). The staff was very friendly and helpful, so kudos for customer service. I *almost* left with just that, but when I scrolled through some Yelp reviews, everyone kept talking about the ice cream so I knew I had to have some! I wound up picking the peanut butter Oreo. I love peanut butter, I love Oreos - so this was going to be magical - and it totally was! Creamy, tasty but not so overly sweet that it made your tongue numb. In every way this was what it promised to be and more! If you're staying in or near Hard Rock, this is a good "quick eats" spot, definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
Yummy ice cream with a load of flavor. Really liked the 8 person sundae option that has 8 scoops of ice cream, whipped cream, hot fudge and cherries. We opted for just two personal one scoop sundae that was piled high with toppings.

Yelp
Emack & Bolio's, aka the ice cream shop in the Hard Rock Hotel, seems to be unknown by most locals unless they've actually stayed at the hotel. I don't get here as much as I would like, but if I'm ever at City Walk with friends and it's time for dessert, this is where we go! They have a wide variety of flavors named after songs by some of the musicians featured in the hotel. Flavors include, "Stairway to Heaven", "Build Me Up Peanut butter Cup" (my favorite), and "Vanilla Ice Ice Baby". They also have yummy low fat yogurts including "Thriller Vanilla" and "Magic Caramel Ride". Don't forget the homemade hot fudge! Given it's location inside a popular hotel, the prices are a little high ($5 for a 1 scoop sundae), but it's definitely worth the occasional trip! Plus, you can walk around the beautiful hotel while you enjoy your treat.

Yelp
My son loves the is ice cream shop and some of the creations. This is also a Starbucks and sundry shop. If your staying at hard rock I'm sure you will check it out.

Yelp
Confession: my husband is the true ice cream fan, so he should really be writing this. But since he doesn't have a Yelp account, here we are. He ordered the java chip (I'm not a fan of coffee flavor) and the coconut/almond (really liked it). Smooth, creamy, and definitely tastes of high-quality ingredients. Also got a chocolate glazed donut. I thought it was too sweet, but husband liked it.

Yelp
Excellent ice cream and helpful service. Very convenient to the pool. You can even come in with bare feet and just your swimsuit.

Yelp
We stopped by during our last stay at the Hard Rock and we loved this place. We knew it from our previous visits to MA and CT and this was the same great ice cream. The manager Lisauary was really friendly and made the whole experience memorable for the whole family.
