Very pleasant experience renewing my passport there today. I like that American Services are downstairs . Guards and other staff are very friendly. Everyone working at the windows and at intake, where you pay and interview were all great. Got back home in time to take out our dog. Fast and efficient indeed.

The Chinese girl assistant is extremely rude. First I speak English she is very polite and she said she will be happy to assist me with further questions, after I know I can speak Chinese she became extremely rude and she said she cannot tell me anything.

排队2个多小时，拒签半分钟。签证官黑着脸，心情非常差的样子，一脸的傲慢无礼，满脸带着歧视中国人的样子，只看他的电脑，一句话不问直接拒签。如果签证官只看电脑，不问问题，以后就在网上处理签证申请吧，没必要进行面签了。我们不用折腾到北京大使馆，你们签证官都回家也不用在这上班，浪费美国纳税人的钱。咱们互相都省事，都方便。
