First night we arrived, toilet wasn’t working. Called front desk , they sent up a tech. Got it fixed. 2 hours later it stopped working. I found a plunger in a red bucket labeled “tech” by the elevator and ended up doing it myself. So here I am plunging the toilet at 2 am just to using the facility. Ended up using the restrooms on the first floor. Called the next morning before leaving to Disneyland, was told tech would be in to fix it. Arrived back from Disneyland still not fixed, used restroom downstairs again. After the 2nd night we were switched room but had to wait until 10 am to start moving over luggage, elevators didn’t work properly on one side (only the up button was working )Which delayed our trip Disney trip heavily. Also on the day we were transferring over luggage to new room, my wife called and asked for the crib to be transferred to the new room. We have a 6 month old and toddler with us. NO CRIB IN NEW ROOM when we arrived back from Disneyland. Called front desk and they had no solution or response to the mishap and honestly didn’t care. Had to sleep on the floor to prevent daughter from falling off bed.

Stayed here for 9 nights for a family vacation to Disney. Honestly, we weren’t expecting much given the mixed reviews, but I’ve honestly found that most of the hotels around that area are pretty similar, catering to families and not luxury. ||Check-in was smooth. Our room was a 1 bedroom with a “fireworks view”. Room was comfortable, with a pull out couch in the main area, small bar fridge and microwave, and a table with 4 chairs. The bedroom was not massive, but large enough for us. There were also lots of electrical outlets and USB charging ports throughout the room. ||Hotel staff were generally responsive to requests over SMS or through the Hilton app. The breakfast is pretty much the standard Embassy Suites fare, with made to order omelettes, pancakes/french toast, cereal, bacon/sausage, oatmeal and yogurt/fruit. We appreciated that they generally let things run a bit past the 9:30 closing time, and never had an issue getting a table. We also used the laundry facilities a couple times - they are spread out on a few floors and cost about $4 per load (so $8 for a wash and dry). ||Access to Disneyland is fairly convenient. There is an ART bus stop right outside the door of the hotel where bus #4 arrives approximately every 30 minutes. Note that especially when returning from Disneyland, you can also take bus #3 which drops you off on Harbor Blvd about half a block away. ||We also made use of the hotel’s parking. Yes, it’s expensive at $25 per night, and yes some of the spots are a bit narrow. But there are a lot of spots and we never had problems finding a place to park. Even if there aren’t spots right in front, the parking wraps the whole way around the hotel. ||Despite the hotel exceeding expectations, there are still a few things that could be improved. The fixtures in the bathroom could use a revamp, as things like the toilet would sometimes keep running non-stop until you fiddled with the handle. The beds and pillows while not uncomfortable, have seen better days and could probably use replacing in the near future. We also enjoyed the pool area but it would be great if the hotel added some umbrellas for shade. Finally, there were a few mornings where the showers would not get hot enough - I suspect that their boilers are overwhelmed during times when too many people are showering at the same time. ||Overall, a good stay and we will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I’d say 3.5/5 stars: Pros: -Decently priced, nice sized rooms, access to pool, very small gym, and breakfast -Rooms have small fridges, microwaves, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, and TVs. -free nightly snacks -Comfy beds and decently noise-proof walls. Unfortunately we were near the pool and could hear loud folks at night -Not too far from the highway or to Disney -quick response from maintenance Cons: -not the cleanest. The tile near the toilet was dirty and the bedroom drapes were stained -as you’d expect with any free food, it’s not that good. The breakfast has hot and cold options but the hot options are so-so. The nightly snacks of veggies, pita, and chips are a nice touch but those chips/pita had been sitting out for a long while. We did try the “restaurant” food from the hotel and it wasn’t any better. The free or purchased food here is 👎 -our room had so many issues upon check in: non-working A/C, squealing toilet, and the shower faucet was leaking. Maintenance fixed the toilet and replaced the filter on the ac but unfortunately it couldn’t cool anything lower than 73 even with the windows shut. I’d say it’s on par with a lot of places we’ve stayed in the area so I’m not sure what I’d expect but it’s ok. The multiple issues with the room were a bit annoying, especially the ac in the dead of summer

Google
I’ve stayed at this embassy suites multiple times and this last time was horrible. They need to invest less in their renovating of their lobby and more into the rooms. Thru AC never worked. You can tell the restrooms have water damage and mold from leaking water. The cleanliness standard has dropped significantly. Don’t let the new lobby fool you. And non of the ice machines worked. There were 3 and those rooms were hot, humid and nasty. Save your money and go elsewhere where.

We have been staying here since I was about 16-19 so I am a little biased. They have big rooms! Like a little living room with a couch tv and dining room table! They have a microwave and mini fridge! Big bathroom with a tub and shower! Great sized bedroom! Space to walk around. Complimentary breakfast with lots of hot and cold options! Omelette bar! Or fresh cracked eggs! Make your own toast! French toast or pancakes on any given day. Pastries, yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal! Wait until evening they have a managers special happy hour! It’s free basic bar drinks, chips and salsa, pita and hummus, veggies and ranch dip! And special lime salt and spice fresh made potato chips! They are wonderful! They offer other things you can buy but their snacks are awesome to hold you over until you go get a meal or order from their restaurant! I highly recommend their Short rib pappardelle! Good grief it was amazing! We also got a kids chicken breast with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was good. Ask for a hot sauce with it! Delicious. I love the workers and the atmosphere! The convenience. Location. It’s only second to the legit Disney hotels.

Google
This hotel is convenient for the location. It’s just a 5 minute drive to Disneyland. The manager and the accounting team are rude. They charge me 1 night fee of $249 when I cancelled; even though, it says that there was no cancellation fee within 3 days. I spoke to the manager and he said that was their policy. When I called Hilton Hotels and asked them they said that this hotel unfortunately does not follow their corporate rules. So beware!

Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South 11767 Harbor Boulevard Garden Grove, California is an excellent hotel. Stayed there in August of 2025. Very nice. Evening reception is great. Hotel had a water leak in the lobby which was fixed the next day. Best breakfast buffet.

Absolutely will NEVER stay here again! We’ve never been treated so poorly as a Hilton honors member. The hotel staff is very rude and not friendly at all. First off, we had to request extra towels/pillows 3 times in order to get it, the shower wouldn’t stay hot with horrible water pressure, and it felt constantly muggy. To top things off, we had the fire alarm go off at 445am and we were left with no communicate about what was going on. All guests were standing outside their rooms confused because we didn’t know if we were in serious danger or not. No staff members, fire fighters or police in sight! When we finally found a staff member, Christine, she had no sense of urgency but told us “you’re good, someone was smoking in a room but you’re good” and brushed us off with her air pods in her ear, as the fire alarm continued to go off two more times within 30mins. All guests were frazzled, confused and upset. My family and young child packed our bags to get out of there asap. I requested a refund from the manager Nevine, and she gave no apologies and said “the fire alarm was for our safety” yet they had no protocol, evacuation plan or even overall speaker to reassure their guests of safety. Other guests were requesting a refund and she refused to do so. Called hiltons honors customer service and Mike called manager Nevine directly to walk her through how to process a refund but she still refused and said to open a case with corporate directly. I asked about her lack of presence during the fire alarms and she said she was “out back” with the fire fighters because they were not allowed through the front door.. none of it made sense!! Stay clear and go elsewhere.

Yelp
I didnt stay the night, was here for one of the event at hotel . Parking lot stall is small compared to other Embassy I been too, Surrounding by most of the popular hotel chains , in the likes of Hyatt regency hotel, hampton inn and suites , Resident Inn . Walking distance to Bucca de Bepo restaurant in the shared parking lot as the Embassy hotel & hotels mentioned above. Public bus stop located out front in the parking lot A little further walking distance to Outback Steakhouse and many other shops, target cvs ( resort way/ harbor )

Yelp
Great experience. Clean room. Walking distance to Disneyland and the convention center however there was a shuttle that takes you to Disney from the hotel! Great breakfast in the mornings That is included and a social hour each evening. Fridge and microwave in room, full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap! Bedroom separate from living area. 2 nice sized televisions with a nice station line up. Parking is $25 per day and there is a required deposit of $50 per day! Would recommend and would stay again.

Yelp
I've stayed at this property a few times over the years because of its proximity to Disneyland. As Embassy properties go, the aesthetics of this location seems to be transitioning from the traditional Embassy layout (i.e., open interior with hallways looking out onto the lobby) to something that's hopefully more modern (i.e., parts of the lobby has been upgraded, headboards and room artwork a bit more modern). Speaking of the lobby, I wish they had double doors to shield guests (and front desk staff) from the weather. We were quite cold while waiting in line as guests came and went through front door. It's a nice enough stay: great value especially for families (and deal-seeking SoCal locals like myself) as rooms are often "suites" with a pullout couch in living area and a separate bedroom. The counter space in our most recent room was spacious, and our water pressure even at a high floor was strong. Typical of Embassy properties, this one offered free breakfast buffet to guests, though the selection seemed a bit limited compared to other locations. They did have a made-to-order omelet station which was nice. They also had happy hour with free drinks for guests and some chips, crudite and dip from 5-630 even on the Sunday we were there so that was a plus! Parking is steep at $25 a night. Buyer beware! Molly at the Front Desk was fantastic!

Yelp
Maybe 3.5 stars. They've recently revamped the lobby...hoping they do the rooms soon, also. They are getting worn out....shower dripped all night...carpet not super clean. But good location for Disneyland. Free happy hour each evening and free breakfast. (They do charge for parking, though.) Special shoutout to Molly at the front desk...she was fabulous!!

Yelp
The only thing I disliked about our stay here was the fact only one elevator was working on our side of the hotel. Otherwise, great stay! Friendly staff, a great breakfast buffet in the morning - which made it perfect for before going to the theme parks! We always got back too late for the happy hour, but it would be great for those who didn't stay out as late as us!

Yelp
Great option close to Disneyland. There is a shuttle stop to the park at the hotel. The hotel will be busy, but the hotel does a good job during breakfast and cocktal time.

Yelp
Stayed here For Disneyland sweethearts night 2/6/24. Hotel was your run of the mill embassy suites , with a huge atrium and 14 floors of greatness . We stayed in the King 2 room suite , and it was as spacious as they come !!! I appreciated the managers reception in the hotel lobby , as we got in right before Disneyland opened the park for sweethearts night @ 6, and were able to enjoy a cocktail before baring the rain that Anaheim experienced :(... I appreciated the friendliness of hotel staff, and cleanliness of the room. Got a great deal on the room as I used my Hilton honors points to book the room, making this stay almost free !!!

Yelp
Embassy never disappoints with their one bedroom rooms. Very roomy plus allows for privacy when you have k As for their hot breakfast and hospitality hour, I love it. I always enjoy staying here. My only complaint was they were down one elevator on my side of the tower.

Yelp
This hotel was promising when we walked into a great looking, newly renovated lobby. Then I checked in, took a shower, then I scraped my knee on the corner of their poorly designed bath tub. Ended up with a huge cut after the corner of the tile cut my knee. Guest services at the front desk aren't completely thorough at checkout either. I asked for both my rooms to be charged to one credit card and they assured me that would be the case. Come to find out, both rooms I booked were charged to two different credit cards. I called the front desk today and they could do nothing about it, and would take note on the situation to assure that it doesn't happen again. The rooms aren't that clean, and we arrived to old, heavily used scuffed furniture and uncomfortable beds. The only brightside to this hotel is the location, and the complimentary breakfast service. The kitchen and atrium staff is very kind and professional, but we won't be back. Hilton properties are slipping in terms of quality.

Yelp
Not a 1 star hotel- people just love to complain! Stayed here for the D23 convention and Disneyland parks. Short walk about 15 minutes to Anaheim convention center and decently priced compared to being really close to the convention center. Wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance of the convention center and parks with free breakfast. They are doing construction in the lobby but it wasn't loud or anything because nobody was working on it. Horrible check in process at night after the D23 convention. There was a huge line as everyone else was checking in since check in is 3 or 4 and we were at the convention. There were only 2 workers at the front desk and everyone's card was declining when charged for incidentals that would be refunded after checking out. The computer/register would shut off after the card was declined. Check in took about an hour. The staff also wasn't very friendly and acted like they didn't want to be there. Good breakfast buffet with made to order omelet station, potatoes, sausage, bacon, pancakes or waffles (rotates each day) bread, pastries, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee. The pancakes and waffles are frozen and reheated. Obviously store bought and not made at the hotel but that didn't really matter. The salsa to put on the omelet was better than some Mexican restaurants I've been to. Open 6:30-9:30 everyday including weekends, which is nice to get to Disneyland early. Staff constantly refilling juice and water station and coming around to take away plates and clean tables. Plenty of tables and chairs for breakfast! We had a king bed with soda bed. There is a door separating the two beds which is nice so it's a 2 bedroom room. The bathroom is a good size with lots of counter space. The shower is a little weird with a huge wall ledge at the end of the bathtub. Has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and 2 tvs in the room. They charge about $20 for parking per night in a parking lot that is shared with other hotels and Buca Di Beppo so not gated or anything. Could tell tons of cars didn't pay as they didn't have an Embassy Suites ticket on their dashboard. Would be 5 stars if check in was better, front desk staff were nicer, and parking was free for being in a normal lot.

Yelp
Although there seems to be constructions every time we are staying the last year, we still love this hotel for what we need. The free breakfast is convenient before heading to the Parks. And there is always parking available, even though it gets very packed on the weekends. We have had packages delivered and held while we are away from the hotel, and the staff is always very secure and helpful. We definitely will be back, soon!

Yelp
This is a horrible hotel. The A/C didn't work, and the temp outside was in the nineties, so we were sweating all night in the humid room and got some of the worst sleep possible. The bathtub was clogged with hair, so the filthy water was pooling around our feet. The televisions in our bedroom didn't work, and the refrigerator didn't keep anything cold. Finally, only one of the two elevators to our room was functioning. Basically, they've not spent any money on upkeep at this place, and you can feel it. The only positive is that it's close to Disneyland, but so are the bushes across the street from the park, and I think I would've gotten a better night sleep amongst their branches. Stay here at your own peril.

Yelp
We always stay at this hotel when visiting Disneyland. It's super close by to the parks and has great amenities: 24 hour gym, pool, spacious rooms, connecting rooms, complimentary breakfast and snacks, etc. They also have a small convenience store that has Disney merchandise for a decent price. Breakfast options include: -Omelet bar: there are specialty omelets or you can customize. Options include: ham, cheese, jalapeños, onion, pepper, mushrooms Basic items: scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, seasoned potatoes - They switch between French toast and waffles Other items: yogurt (not sealed), cereal, baked goods (danish, muffins, toast), fruit Drinks: tea, coffee, juice (orange, apple), milk, soda

Yelp
The bad reviews gave me a scare but my friend who has stayed here in the past chose the hotel and so it was done and over--No choice for me....I was quite nervous though. So we checked in with Daniel, a super friendly guy who made sure we were happy with our room choices and we joked a bit with him and he was super funny. So... we rode the elevator up....we (My friend and I) had a 2 queen bed on the 3rd floor (room 319) and our friends had a single bed on the 9th floor. I am scared of heights and made that clear so the lower the floor the better and it was perfect. Got to the room and expected the worst....Thanks to you guys....and the room smelled clean, felt great, no bugs, no dirt--It was fantastic... It was quiet... a few doors shutting loudly but expected due to the layout of the hotel... and you get a huge living room with a TV and then a bedroom with another TV which is in the back away from the hallway so you wouldn't hear that when you went to bed. (and we didn't) It was super quiet, I didn't hear any noise from anyone next door (No paper thin walls) No construction was going on that I could see.... What impressed me the most was that in the morning when everyone was downstairs in the lobby eating and making noise, I could not hear them IN my room and only heard them when I opened the door.... Our friends had an issue where they had to switch rooms from the 9th floor to the 7th floor but that was only due to being given 2 beds and they of course wanted 1 bed. They are more than friends ;) The next day we did Disneyland and then when we came back, we asked for a late check out and this was not an issue and the two women at the front desk were friendly and it was fantastic because we were pooped. Everyone we met was friendly as well. The Breakfast buffet was great, there were plenty of choices for my friends but as someone who is plant based, I decided to keep it simple and do water and fruit---They did have Eggs and Hashbrowns and lots of Juices and coffee--and then stuff for regular folks who don't care about what they are eating :) Oh and when we got there, they had like a happy hour where we could have free wine and beer and they also had a bar where we could order any drink but that was an extra cost. Plenty of room to sit as well, nice comfortable tables. I would go back due to the perfect experience. And I did inspect everything, I looked at every thing when I entered the room, The Fridge, The microwave, the bed, the toilet, the floor, the vents, I mean you guys left some interesting reviews here and I saw NOTHING AMISS. I would tell everyone I know to come here. To the staff at the front desk and the housekeepers who did such a great job, Thanks so much for a great vacation experience!

Yelp
We love staying at the Embassy Suites usually for the indoor pool and the great breakfast and this trip wasn't any different. There wasn't any indoor pool just an outside but we stayed here to be close to Disneyland which it was only a 10 min drive (love that part) The front desk Reps were very nice and accommodating. They are doing some upgrades around the hotel and I look forward to seeing the finish product. We had a corner suite with the fireworks view on the 10th floor. I would suggest you check it out if u are going to D land or have a convention out there.

Yelp
My son stayed at this hotel as part of the 2024 Rose Bowl performing bad trip. On the first day there several small items were stolen from his room. Hotel staff was notified and told they would remedy situation. Two days went by and nothing. I called and spoke with the manager. Was assured situation was an easy fix and to notify my son to stop at front desk for replacement items. After being out all day as part of the trip, son went to front desk and was rudely dismissed by Night Front Desk Manager. I called and was rudely ignored and hung up on. Called corporate Customer Assistance line. Agent attempted to call hotel and phone was not answered. I went to hotel (we were staying nearby). Let manager know that corporate was calling to remedy situation. He refused to answer phone and ignored me. claimed phone was not ringing. Eventually answered and spoke rudely to agent. He hung up phone and refused to talk and walked away from front desk. Extremely poor customer service. Failure to replace items, poor excuse for a manager. What could have been a 5 minute remedy turned into larger frustrating issue.

Yelp
This hotel was under major renovation but failed to disclose that to guests when we booked the rooms. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were functioning. And half of the open court yard area was closed off for renovations. Rooms were dirty. Carpet and floors dirty. Bathtub was clogged and faucet was leaking entire time. I called to request 4 sets of towels and was only given 2 sets. Parking was an extra $25/day on top of the room charges. $6/pp for the shuttle to Disneyland. Hotel is just outside of walking distance to Disneyland. I guess if it was all adults, it would be ok. But walking that distance with little kids would be a struggle. Needless to say, I was not happy with this hotel. Prices were still $250/nt, so it wasn't too cheap either. Stay at another hotel closer and cleaner for the price.

Yelp
I typically love Embassy Suites, but this location needs to TLC. At first glance, it didn't have the Embassy Suites "look", but that just tells me Hilton probably bought another hotel. The breakfast was smaller than the others I have been too. Overall, nothing too much to complain about the lobby or hotel as a whole. My room experience on the other hand is a different story - The man in room adjacent to mine was on the phone extremely loud until 140am. Not everybody sleeps early, but this hotel is next to Disneyland and one has to assume there are a bunch of kids staying here - have some courtesy. The bathroom of my room was not fully cleaned as there was a cap from a toothpaste bottle under the counter when I arrived. However, I had a connecting room with my friend and hers was perfect. The linens in my room were covered in fuzz, not dirty, but definitely needs a lint roller taken to it. The main benefit was there is a shuttle service (not by Hilton or free) out front that goes directly to Disneyland, so if you are staying here for a Disneyland trip you don't have to take a long walk!

Sam M.

Yelp
This is by far the worst Embassy Suites I have stayed at! I travel for work and share both Marriott and Hilton memberships for points. I decided to stay at this Embassy this weekend because I accrued a lot of Hilton Honors last year and enjoyed Embassy Suites across the State, we got here this weekend for cheer comp and quickly realized that there is zero control of most of the guests that have clearly never stayed in a hotel, or one that is considered nice. This one is trash, staff is rude, never stay here....way too many options here in Anaheim, Hilton, Marriott, or others, this one should never be considered. The pulled fire alarm from the trash guests on a Saturday night was a nice touch... garbage
google avatar

Cecille L.

Yelp
The location, front desk, room and housekeeping were all perfect. What made me minus a star was the 'free' breakfast. I never take advantage of it but I really needed coffee. The coffee machine in the room was working but I don't trust previous guests. Anyways, I guess you get what you pay for (or don't pay for). My daughter grabbed some bacon, scrambled eggs and potatoes for the room. We ended up bringing it back downstairs to throw in the trash and return the plate. The coffee was nice and strong though. Thumbs up for that!

Yelp
This location needs TLC, It's always on "renovation". They don't advertise this on their website. Only 1 elevator works. The manager and their accounting person is rude. They charged me an extra $254.00 I have emailed and called them multiple times. Even Hilton Corporate said that they are hard to work with.

Yelp
We stayed at Embassy Suites this past week for 3 nights. We paid extra for a "fireworks view" only for there to be no fireworks happening during our stay. (Let down for sure.) The hotel is undergoing renovations so there is construction, some debris, and blockages for certain areas. The rooms nice especially if you have a family with you. We weren't in the room much. The cleaning of the rooms leaves a LOT to be desired. We let the rooms be cleaned each day and I felt that aside from the trash being emptied and beds made the room was untouched. I saw tags and dirty towels pushed under the sink (not by us) that stayed there the entire trip. If I saw them I would presume the cleaning staff would too. The only perk to staying was the free breakfast that was included and a nightly drink (if you were at the hotel). The breakfast place gets extremely busy in the am. This is where we realized that this hotel must be the go to place for school groups or other convention groups as there was at least 2 different middle schools and an adult group there. Luckily we were high enough (12th floor) so we didn't have to hear the kids at night but I feel for regular guests that were lower in the hotel. The drive to Disney wasn't bad (15 mins), walking would have taken 1.5 hours. I am not sure if I would stay again. Maybe once all the renovations are done and all the amenities are back working. (No pool, no hot tub, etc) Also hotel parking is shared with the other 2 hotels so good luck finding a spot on the weekend. Especially with large buses parking too.

Yelp
We stayed here for the NAMM Convention 2023. It's was nice. I loved that it was close to everything. They gave 15-20% off to badge holders which was cool. The free breakfast was nice and they offered snacks and complimentary happy hour; we enjoyed also. The customer service was very inviting. I had to print out some badges for the show and was happily assisted. Upon checkout, I noticed I was over charged and the issue was promptly corrected. We look forward to booking our stay here again next year!

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of Embassy Suites. I try to stay in their facilities as much as possible. There are a few reasons: a) The rooms are very large b) The evening reception c) The breakfast d) The price is similar to other hotels in the same class. Service is always good and the hotels are clean. The Anaheim South location was very good! If you want a bigger room with breakfast, a gym, pool and an evening reception, stay at the Embassy Suites. Great service and a excellent facility!

Yelp
We stayed at the Embassy Suite for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. My son and his family stayed a few doors done as well. We love the complimentary breakfast every morning and also the complimentary drinks at happy hour every evening. Our room was very spacious, we loved all the counter space as well. The carpet in my bedroom needed to be shampooed. This is a pet friendly hotel as well. The staff was very friendly however I did need an extra blanket on night and my husband had to go down to get it because they didn't have sufficient staff our first night. Overall I would recommend Embassy Suite to any and everyone.

Yelp
Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South is located about 1 mile from Disneyland. There are a lot of Hilton hotel options in Anaheim and I occasionally book different hotels base on pricing or availability. My partner and I ended up staying at the Embassy suites by Hilton Anaheim South for a short 3 day visit in Anaheim. We had arrived around 4:00 P.M on a Wednesday. Check-in at the front desk was easy. Our vehicle information needed to be provided to the front in order to get a tag to place at our dashboard for on-site parking. Parking costs $20.00 a night. There are a lot of outside parking spots available at Embassy Suites, which is nice. I actually really like the ambiance and décor of this hotel. The center of the hotel has a glass atrium. There is a beautiful koi pond and table seating available to sit at. There is a breakfast buffet between 6:30 A.M - 9:30 A.M which include a wide range of eggs, bacon, muffins, bread, eggs, pancakes, and much more. The Embassy Suites also has a omelet station in the morning, which lets you choose from [2] different options. A complimentary happy hour is offered between 5:00 P.M - 6:30 P.M where a open salad bar is available. Also drinks are provided during the happy hour, all inclusive. There is a business center, workout facility, pool and spa. If you need some items such as snacks or other beverages, along with Disney merchandise, there is a small convenience store located next to the front desk. The hotel has 14 different floors. Our hotel room was at the top, 14th floor. It had a great view that overlooked the city. It was quite stunning during the evening hours. The room was clean and well stocked. The toilet didn't work when we first entered the hotel room, but we quickly called down to the front desk. The front desk had maintenance to our room in approximately 15 minutes to fix it. There was cleaning service available, which seemed like only one day it was offered. The room layout was perfect with the main entry having a pull-out bed, and a table to use as office space to work at. There was another desk in the bedroom area. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice and quiet. The elevators were fully operational. The guest service was amazing, no issues with calling in extra items such as towels or soaps. Our stay at this hotel was pleasant.

Yelp
What a terrible hotel. As of July 2024, it's under construction and it's extremely disappointing that the Hilton website did not indicate that anywhere when I booked this hotel If I had known , I would not of stayed here. The biggest issue is the AC in the room will not cool down below 75 degrees. A helpful maintenance person did stop by to change the air filter that helped for about 2 hours. The front desk offered to change rooms and when we checked that other room , the AC also did not work. We checked in very late so we just tried to make the best of it, they gave us two fans and that is helping, They obviously realize the AC systems do not work in most rooms as they were quick to offer them as they had them on hand. It's disappointing the management for this hotel will ignore the issue. Seriously, when has anyone needed fans when checking into a hotel room??? The bath tub also was not draining and we needed to have that looked at while we stepped out for a few hours luckily, that was resolved. Overall, the rooms need a renovation make over, they are dingy and look rough and AC does not cool below 75 degrees. I spoke to other guests and they all have had similar experiences with the AC in their room too. In this area , there are several options and it's in your best interest to skip this location. Do Not Stay Here!

Yelp
There's the good and the bad . The good is that we were very close to Disney park . Check in was very smooth . Room was very spacious and big but the bed was very uncomfortable kept waking up every hour pillows sunk in the bed was very hard to sleep on . Breakfast was part of the deal . I was impressed on how good their breakfast was . Seems they working on some remodeling . Definitely they need to change the pillows .

Yelp
We stayed in Embassy Suites for about a week while we were in California. During the week we went to other places besides Disney since we went there the previous week, so I can't really tell you how far it was from Disney park. The hotel itself is pretty nice. We stayed there because my family was staying there also. We had a suite which was a bedroom and like a little couch living room area with a pull out couch to sleep on. It was perfect size for my husband and my daughter. It was nice because the hotel did give breakfast so we didn't have to go out and look for food. Every morning they would have eggs, pancakes or French toast, sausages, bacon, fruits, cereal, oatmeal, and toasts. It was enough for me and I enjoyed eating their breakfast. My mom got a little tired of eating the same things but it was okay for me. The reason I gave them a lower rating is because of the pool. My daughter and husband went to the pool one day and they said it was super chlorinated. And the next day when we were in the elevator someone was saying the pool was so bad. They went swimming in it on that day and it changed the color of her swim suit. It was pretty bad, you could smell the chlorine in the pool. The location was a little hidden on the maps. Since we didn't know the area so well we had to map it out every time we wanted to go back. The maps app always took us to a different parking lot. A helpful hint is if you want to map it just type in Buca di Peppo and it will lead you to the write parking lot for the hotel.

Yelp
I wish I could give this establishment zero stars. Our trip was ruined as I woke up itching to notice bites all over my body. It started with a couple on my leg, then both legs, and now my abdomen as well. They are "unable" to give a refund, we did receive a new room, but I am not comfortable at all. I go on yelp and find a review from AN HOUR AGO with someone having the same problem. BED BUG BITES. The front desk hardly seemed to care and just asked if I wanted to call 911. My family and I always bring our own sheets to hotels and spray everything down with lysol and for this to happen is just sickening. Wasted time, money, and gas. Do not stay at the Embassy in Anaheim. I would rather sleep in my car.

Yelp
Had another pleasant stay here at Embassy Suite Anaheim (walking distance to Disneyland Parks). Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening reception is included. Parking is $20 per day which is average in this area. Definitely a good place to stay when you're in the area or planning to visit Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm.

Yelp
One of my two reservations was canceled without me being notified. Manager could not explain why. Was able to get another room but for double the price. The family gathers each Thanksgiving at this hotel. He could have given a better price since this was no fault of mine. I had a print out of my reservation and confirmation email that was clearly for Embassy Suites showing the charges. With customer service like this we will not be returning next year. Felt like this was a bait and switch.

Yelp
We would not stay here again. The first room assigned to us had a very loud compressor in the air conditioner, which was making a squealing sound so they had to assign us another room. The second room we ended up with had a smelly bathroom... The only saving grace is the made to order omelettes in the free breakfast here. However, and this is true of all Embassy suites, if you plan to have anyone sleeping in the front room on the fold out couch, it will be quite noisy for them, as sound echoes through the atrium from downstairs. In this respect, you're better off, staying in a hotel without an atrium set up like Embassy suites has.

Yelp
I waited till the end of my stay To review this hotel, in hopes that my state would be better than my checking experience. I chose this hotel because I've stayed at Embassy suites before in different cities, and my stay was very pleasant. That being said, I will never stay at this location again! The website pictures were very inviting, but don't be deceived. This hotel is under construction. When we got here, the entire lobby is blocked off. So no waterfall, no inviting entryway, but rest assured there is plenty of saws and jackhammers and hammering going on. The main lobby is completely shut down. They had a makeshift check-in desk at a separate entrance. Which probably would've been fine, except for there was an air conditioning leak, and the air conditioning in the entire lobby and restaurant area was not working. The ceiling above the makeshift check-in desk, was falling apart and water leaking from the ceiling. They had trash cans set up in front of the desk to catch these things. The entire time I was checking in I was worried that something was gonna fall on my head! The man behind the counter asked me multiple times if I was going to visit the park. I answered no four times. He clearly was not listening to any Answers to the questions He asked. Here's the bullet points of the hotel. Under construction, noisy, none of the advertised restaurants are open, except for the breakfast in the morning, Toilet was running all night, No water or any accommodations offered at check-in, early morning, construction. The sawing and hammering started at 7:15 AM on Saturday!!! Oh And it cost $25 to park each night! The parking lot is open for three different hotels and the restaurant. There is no security guard or gate. What am I paying $25 a night for? There is not even a valet! Makes no sense! Overall, the room was fine. Space was nice. And my husband insisted that I add this to the review, they have excellent coffee. The breakfast was good. Maybe this hotel is good when it's not under construction or having air-conditioning issues, but my stay was not enjoyable. I hope yours is better.

Yelp
I booked 2 nights for my daughter's second birthday. The representative told me if I paid more we could see the fireworks.. no fireworks were shown due to weather, however that should've been stated when trying to up sale me.. the representative Joanna and supervisor Tony was very bland and majorly lacked empathy. Tony is not a good representation of Embassy and should do an emotional intelligence training. Not to mention loud construction is going on inside the hotel making it hard to get any work done and/or enjoy vacation. This experience has made my stay very unpleasant and doesn't feel like a vacation at all.

Yelp
If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. They don't deserve even a star! We chose to stay at this hotel for the past 8 years we've been booking with this hotel because the service, hospitality at the time was great until today's experience. Upon checking in with an African American male at the front desk whose name is "six" was already a bad start of our stay. He had such a big frown on his face didn't smile wasn't friendly and nothing but bad energy. And not to mention he's the "manager" of the hotel. Anyway, we checked in got into our room and I tried connecting to the WiFi and I couldn't validate my information. So I called front desk and "six" answered the phone. I explained to him that my information is not registered in the system. He immediately said it's your last name and room # and I said yes, I am entering my last and my room # but it's saying it's not in the system. So then he tells me, you're entering "fang" as your last name right and I said no, because my last name is not Fang. And he insist it is and that he checked in someone male with that last name. So.. I keep telling him no, I checked in then I tell him maybe you entered the Hilton account # wrong or maybe missed a number and he said no, I entered it as what you showed me we can verify that together (with an attitude) and I tell him you don't have to give me an attitude and he was just very unpleasant to deal with so I asked for a manager and he said he's the only manager on duty. Then I asked for a supervisor again he said he's the only manager. Even after all the frustration and agitation he put me through he wouldn't stop instead he tried to turn the whole situation around and said I'm the one who's giving him and attitude and he's just trying to help me out yada yada.. long story short.. he indeed missed a number when he entered my Hilton account #. I was very frustrated and angry at this guy with the whole experience with him that I wanted to check out and check in elsewhere or just drive back home. I only live about an hour away. Therefore, I called Hilton customer service and complained and because I booked through a third party they weren't able to assist with the situation. That being said, embassy suite Anaheim south you just lost a loyal customer due to the lack of delivering great customer service from your employee whom claims he's the manager. Obviously, he doesn't have any qualifications to manage because he has no customer service skills and no empathy. Front desk representatives are the first face customers see and it is very important to deliver the best service and experience customers go through upon checking in and with their entire stay. Those who are considering of booking a stay with this hotel, please save your self from the headache and frustration they may put you through and book elsewhere who will treat you respect and make you feel welcome.

Yelp
One thing about this place is that it is not a Disneyland hotel anymore. Meaning, it doesn't scream Disneyland hotel. There is only two things that are Disneyland and that is a Disneyland statue of Mickey and a map of the park, then there is a long poster and that is it. I have come here for my entire life and every year they used to have a lion that would roar every hour. It felt magical and it felt like a Disneyland hotel. Now since it's been bought out. It is only executive suites only and it's ugly and plain.

Yelp
Horrible room condition and support from staff and management. Pillows were flat. Absolutely no fluff. We requested new pillows and were told by the manager that we would receive foam pillows which we never did. The excuse was that they were all out. They told us this after 2 nights. We requested trash bags for our trash can as the cleaners never dumped our trash for 2 days. We were told that they haven't used trash bags since Covid started. So basically all leaky trash goes straight into an unlined trash can creating a health hazard. The old looking hand towel in the picture we received from house keeping. This towel was different then the rest of our towels. It looks like an old towel the cleaners used to clean with. Stained and beaten up with holes. This towel was hung for us to use as a hand/ face towel. All of this was reported to management multiple times and absolutely nothing was done.

Yelp
With all the Yelp ratings so low due to bed bugs and other things I'm so surprised that their rates are so high in November & December. Their atrium will be blocked off and the lobby will be under renovations until 1/30/24 as well as no omelette bar. And the walk to Disneyland is over 20 mins and it's hilarious how they think they don't have a 2.9 rating. They are only at 30% capacity. I'm so tired of seeing how all these hotels price gouge us just because they're near Disneyland when the quality is subpar. There's a lot more hotels out there Embassy Suites so you might want to adjust your prices to $99 a night & fix all the problems you're having. I have always loved ES but they need to step it up!

Yelp
I booked this room for a family vacation. My arrival was on a Tuesday and we returned to the room late at night because we had went to the park. Everyone needed to take a shower and noticed that the bathtub had some disgusting brown residue on the tub. When I ran the water it was not draining the water so all the water was overflowing. I called the front desk and they wanted me to wait until the next morning. I told them no we need a new room. The man that came and gave us the new room key was not very friendly don't even tell us where the room was at or what floor. The next day in our new room I noticed an underwear underneath where the stool is. I immediately went downstairs and told the front desk and all she said was you can email your concerns to the corporate office. I emailed these people like 6 days ago and have not heard back. In addition the elevators weren't working. There was a sign that one of them didn't work but the other one was also not working. I stood there for about five minutes until I realized the elevator was still on the very top floor not moving. I'm very dissatisfied with this hotel. They're spending so much time on remodeling the gift shop when they need to focus on the cleanliness and service for their customers. The fact that no one has even reached out to me about my email just comes to show that they don't care about their customers!

Yelp
**2.5 stars** This place is sub par for the Embassy Suites brand. When we checked in, we were immediately told there would be no house keeping and that if we needed anything we needed to come to the front desk. Unlike other Hilton branded hotels, that state that housekeeping is available upon request. The room was pretty run down and could use a modernization. And the AC was extremely loud. The bedding and towels were pretty dingy and could use replacement. Typically embassy Suites offers a decent cook to order breakfast, however here it was also subpar, so much so we decided to get breakfast elsewhere after the first night. If you're just looking for a place to crash this place will do, but if you're expecting Embassy suites/Hilton standards, you will be disappointed.

Yelp
Friday March 10 at 1 pm. We hold Diamond status with Hilton and have had minor issues from time to time. We stopped at this location because my husband had an emergency meeting and we were on the road so we asked if we could use their business center for the virtual call (45 minutes to 1 hour max but it was only 30 minutes). The employee went to get the manager and the manager said no. My husband took the meeting in the open space with loud classic rock music playing in the background because it was raining outside and again, it was an emergency call. We had previously called the members line to ask and they said there shouldn't be an issue at all and to just show our status and identity but the manager kept saying it's for paying guests only. Look I totally understand the "guests only" part but Marriott would never refuse the business center to its loyal customers for an emergency use. We hold Titanium Elite with Marriott and man their treatments are so much different. We used to be very loyal to the Hilton brand but it's customer service has decreased. What's the point in spending money on a business that only treats you with respect when you are paying for it? Why not treat your loyal customers the same even if they are not staying with you on that particular day. When you travel as much as we do, you tend to stick with brands that accommodate to your needs, especially during an emergency. The fact that the manager asked me how long would he be on the call in an open space almost felt a bit discriminatory simply because she would have never known we weren't guests had I not said anything. If we had been caucasian on a virtual call it wouldn't have raised questions but God forbid 2 educated and successful mexicans do business out in the open... let's hurry them out right? Anyways, point is, if you are looking for a location that accommodates and treats everyone equally this is not your spot. The hotel looks old and rundown anyways and although the other staff seems friendly the manager on duty could use some major customer service training.

Yelp
We stayed for a couple of nice. We found it a s good hotel for the price. We were informed that we have to request the room cleaning or towels. Otherwise, they wouldn't do it. They have a free breakfast, but we didn't have it. The parking is extra. The room was spacious and clean

Yelp
The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast there is so yummy! My daughter left a Disney bag in the room w two stuffies she bought at DL and as soon as we got home we realized this was missing and called the hotel. I left a VM on the housekeeping line and received a callback within an hour that the bag was found in the room. Alan Cardenas was amazing with coordinating how to get our left items back to us all the way in NorCal. We checked out on 9/17 and we had the missing items back in our hands via FedEx by 9/19. Amazing hotel and especially customer service.

Yelp
I knew this hotel was under construction and the pool was closed but after reading many reviews I was assured that the pool was available at the neighbor hotel. When we tried to use it we were told that wasn't an option and we were our of luck. I called Hilton customer service and their only resolution was to have us leave and go somewhere else and they would no charge us for the night. No discount offered for the miss information. Then when I asked to talk to a higher supervisor I was hung up on per Hilton customer service!!! I will never stay here again.

Yelp
HORRIBLE‼BED BUGS‼‼‼my sister and her boyfriend woke up with MULTIPLE BED BUG BITES, we went to the front office and they got us another room and said this never happened before, i'm extremely disappointed that we couldn't get a reimbursement. These pictures show what they can look like so be careful and take precaution. Also, the first room we got was disgusting and it had a smell, stains on the desks AND chairs, a hair in the bathroom that wasn't ours, and last but not least BED BUGS, this ruined our trip.

Yelp
We booked this hotel because this was close to Disneyland but service wasn't that good as we expected, Never come back this hotel. The microwave is not working refrigerator is also not working I had to trash my items because their refrigerator not working.

Yelp
Place was clean and are now offering a hot breakfast although we chose to sleep in the whole time and not come down for breakfast. My son and I joined the evening reception for some chips, salsa and fresh veggies with ranch or hummus. I remember that It used to be more selections for the evening reception (over 15 yrs ago). We had to change rooms because the thermostat was broken and I can't change the temperature. I wanted it cooler and it was defaulting to 73F

Yelp
Not my favorite Embassy Suites location. I've stayed at plenty. I get it that it's in Disneyland area so very crowded but man, the 2 elevators they have for whole facility seems puzzling. Went down to get a coffee at 9:51am on a Sunday and they had already closed up the breakfast area...weird I won't be back I'm afraid
