The staff was chill, the atmosphere was perfect, and the hookah hit smooth the entire time. Hands down one of the best Lounges in Seattle! Great atmosphere! Very friendly staff. Very beautiful layout and design! Went here 2x with my stay in Seattle! Bowls were great everytime! Always gave fire recommendations! Would recommend highly to any hookah enthusiasts.

I recently spent some time at Ember Hookah Lounge, and overall, it was a pretty good experience, though there are a few things worth noting. First off, the atmosphere is really nice. The lounge has a laid-back vibe that makes it a great place to relax or even get some work done. The staff were cool and friendly, always ready to assist and make sure everything was okay, which definitely added to the positive experience. One thing that stood out, though, was the lack of non-alcoholic drink options. While they had a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, the non-alcoholic choices were quite limited. It would have been great to see a more varied menu in this regard, especially for those of us who prefer not to drink alcohol. Another issue was the condition of some of the furniture. There were noticeable burn marks on several pieces, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance. It's a small detail, but it did make the place feel a bit less well-kept than it could be. Despite these minor drawbacks, Ember Hookah Lounge is still a solid choice if you're looking for a cool spot to hang out and maybe get some work done. With a bit more attention to their drink menu and some updates to their furniture, it could be even better.

Grand re-opening happened recently and the service and was great! The hooka was very nice and the flavors were diverse and yummy! Big TVs and lively atmosphere. Definitely give it a try!

The staff is very nice. I don’t do hookah but my friends were very happy with the hookah here. Would recommend if you are looking for a hookah lounge in seattle downtown.

Ember is one of the best Hookah places in the country. Their hospitality and service is incredible and their hookahs are some of the finest and you get a great bang for your buck! I’d recommend any of their paan flavors or combining any regular flavor with a ice hose. The pictures you see are of a special hookah prepared for us by Yusuf which was simply amazing. Charles is great at making unique flavor mixes and Naji plays some of the best music on demand. In totality, this is a great place to smoke your lungs out when you’re in Seattle.

We visited Seattle last week and found this gem. The quality is great and the staff even better. It’s a chill atmosphere too. We loved it so much that we went two days in a row. I’m sitting in a hookah lounge in San Jose right now, wishing I was at Ember. 5 stars.

I'm an ex-smoker and not a fan of Hookah or have any interest in coming here but since my friends want to go here so we stopped in and hung out one evening. This lounge is spacious and very smokey! It had a private room in the back that you can book. Costs over $100 something extra for the private room but it is probably a safe call due to Covid. The staff was friendly. Seem like they need more ventilation. Overall we did end up having a good time here.

This is the best hookah lounge in Washington! Great service, environment, music, and flavors. It's also a family vibe when you enter which makes you feel welcomed every time you visit. You can come during the day if you need to get some work done or night time to hangout with friends and meet new people!

I came here last night with my best friend since she flew in yesterday from va. This spot is a nice kick back to enjoy nice music, vibe out, and smoke some tasteful hookah. I will be coming back, i love that it's really chill and you can enjoy the night with some friends

Great place. Great ambience and they know their shishas - flavorful and very smooth. They also use plastic pipes that felt very clean and hygienic. Service was excellent!

one of rudest hosts I've ever seen in my life, soon as we walked into the Hookah lounge waitresses had an attitude and the overall atmosphere was dead.

I've been coming here faithfully for 4 years. The hookah and the service is unmatched. By far the best place to smoke in Seattle. Feels like home!

Yes, yes, and YES!!!! For anyone who loves hookah, you MUST make some time for Ember Hookah Lounge. Every single hookah lounge in the US needs to be like this place! They literally have it down to a science. I received my order within 5 minutes. No ridiculous wait, no "oh I forgot to put in your order", no "we are short staffed" nonsense. I understand the service/hospitality industry is suffering, but there is a difference when you have a handful of hardworking people who actually care about their jobs. If I was a local, this would definitely be worth a weekly visit.

Can't go wrong with hookah! This place is in a little bit of a sketchy area but the inside is very comfortable and they have pretty good service. I appreciate the fact that they came over to replenish the coal without me having to ask. And I liked that there was really no pressure to leave, sit and hang out as long as ya like! They have a shelf full of games in the back but most of them are missing pieces - I think that'd be my only complaint but we were able to bend the rules and play some 4 die Yahtzee ha!

Flew in town for business and pleasure and found Ember on Yelp. Great recommendation! Shisha was smooth, staff was on point, music was great. Even when it got busier, we were taken care of and staff engaged regularly. Definitely a repeat when I come back into town.

I have been coming to Ember Hookah Lounge for 3 + years now. From the very first day I visited to the most recent time I visited, I have received the same quality. There are two locations, one downtown Seattle in the Pioneer Square area and one in North Seattle in the Shoreline area. The owner is kind, helpful, respectful, and considerate. Whenever he visits the lounge he always says "hi" and asks for positive and constructive feedback on how their team is doing and what our experience is like. All of the wonderful people on the team great me by name and always know exactly how to make my flavor mix. They are fun and make this place a safe environment for people to come enjoy being themselves.

This hookah lounge wins on so many levels- and I go to a lot. Most hookah lounges have a generally seedy vibe- this one feels clean, has its own personality, and generally friendly workers. Both times I went, the workers were accommodating to two separate requests I had on separate nights that other lounges might've grudgingly accommodated or denied. Well done, Ember! Need more hookah lounges like these.

The staff here are incredibly rude. I went to this hookah bar with 3 friends one doesn't smoke. The guy then argued with us that we needed to order a second hookah. To avoid conflict with my group I told him to give us more time. He then proceeded to hangout with his friends who were there all night. Not sure if he's the owner or what.. but he never came back to take our second order, and when we tried to pay to leave he still added the charge for the second hookah. Is $30 really worth burning new customers from your business? I'm also reporting the charge as false to my credit card company which is also not a good thing for a business... Learn how to run a business or get employees that aren't pissy little assholes. Not giving them my business again.

Nice friendly lounge, I enjoyed my time here. It was clean, had the flavors we wanted. Wish they also sold flavors too but that's ok. I will definitely be back!

Decided to kill some time after dinner. Couldn't find a cigar lounge So I decided to give this place a try. Im new to the hookah scene so I'm not all that familiar with the different flavors. The server recommended their popular flavor (BMW) blueberry,mint &watermelon) I can't lie, that $hit was pretty good! Matter of fact... The whole vibe inside the lounge was on point. I would definitely recommend this place if hookah and hiphop your thing!!

Checked this hookah lounge out last Saturday while visiting Seattle from LA. It was definitely a vibe and the staff was extremely friendly! The music was amazing and they even took some requests! Will definitely be checking this place out anytime I'm in Seattle!

Visited Seattle and wanted something to do, the place was affordable and the had a good vibe. I would say that the 5 dollar membership fee is a scam especially for visitors BUT hey they have to make their money. Don't let the 5 dollar fee stop you, just know that there is a fee. The hookah was good and the people were helpful.

First time in Seattle, visiting from California and I was looking for some smacking hookah. Ran across ember lounge and Yusuf took care of me and broke down how things work. Informed him I enjoyed mint and he recommended one of the top options. Which was ambrosia, gun and mint. Flavor was amazing, smooth and flavorful! The clouds it produce was thick and aNo smokey as well. Next time I visit work I'll definitely stop by again! Thanks again Yusuf the services you provided was profession and amazing!

Very underwhelming experience. I also wish they would have told us they didn't have fruit heads before ordering. It was too harsh. The staff were really nice that was a plus.

Okay so. Let me start. With the remodel this place is SUPER Clean. I just don't mean for COVID. The lighting the sound system. Everything about this place is so FRESH. I miss the old layout but this remodel is growing in me. + Staff is always friendly and super fast. They solve any and all issues in a quick manner. + The remodel is a huge plus!!. + Rices are very fair and they are open and following covid restrictions to the T. + Staff wears masks and so does customer. Final thoughts I'm so glad I got my hookah home back.

We don't do night life often but wanted to get out and listen to some music. We also didn't want an environment that was overcrowded or too hype. We googled and found this lounge. It's so chill and laid back and the music is super dope. They don't serve food or drinks but you can come in and smoke hookah and kick it with friends just to get out of the house. There are lots of restaurants around and clubs around if you want a different scene. Take a lyft. The "bartender" was super cool. #teamcharles

Probably the best hookah bar in America... I been to so many in US but this place is #1 Hookah is 10/10 Service is 10/10 Ambience 10/10 Price 10/10 Definitely will be coming back whenever I'm in Seattle again .::

This hookah lounge was pretty ok. You have to pay a $5 membership fee on top of the price of the hookah. 1 hookah for 3 people was $30 which is very pricey for Seattle. I'm from LA and $30 is what I would pay for a very upscale experience at a fancy hookah lounge. This was super casual and a little ratchet. They had a belly dancer that night which was a nice bonus but she started 30 minutes late and didn't dance for too long. I still haven't found a nice hookah lounge in Seattle. If anyone knows one please recommend!

we had an awful experience here. i really wanted to like this place because their setup and ambiance is great, but the staff was the opposite. we asked for a split bowl of 2 specific flavors (something we make ourselves often) and when we got it, it was definitely made wrong because it was too minty- we could barely smoke it. the employee who packed the bowl, charles, even came over to try it and agreed it was too minty but just... walked away. eventually we asked if he could repack the bowl, he was rude about it but agreed. 30 minutes passed and we didn't get a new bowl even though we asked again twice. we got fed up and got up to leave, he then asked if we wanted the bowl still or a refund. we opted for the refund. had he just asked us to pay for a bowl refill from the start we would have, not sure why he thought ignoring us was the best course of action. can't recommend and for sure won't return.

Such a lovely place. Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming. They made us our own custom hookah. In particular team naji was very accommodating and lovely. As someone who doesn't do a lot of hookah, this was a great place to do it.

My friend and I were visiting Seattle and stopped by Ember hookah lounge one of the nights. Stuff was amazing! Super friendly, made sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Hookah was great - we ordered 2 flavors but we could easily have only one because it was going for long, we just wanted to try the second one too. Recommend!

Service is fast and friendly. Hookah quality is also good. Will come back. The only issue is the parking. Hard to find on weekends.

Hookah lounge was dope especially once we changed the music selection lol staff was great, friendly, quick, helpful. The only things that makes me not want to give it 5 Stars is they didn't give us or they didn't have double sided hookah hoses I had to pass the same Hose back and forth and the seating was bizarre i sat super far away from my friend wish they had more love seats To sit next to each other.

Absolutely fantastic place, came here from Los Angeles (lots of hookah bars there) and thus place did not dissapoint at. Amazing spot, nice and spacious and the hookahs are quality hookahs as well. Great service and atmosphere. 100% would come back if I was in town again!

I have come in quite a few times with my friends, and gotta say this is the new spot to go smoke hookah in Seattle. Nice clean place, great choice of flavors, hookahs last for a long time. I would highly recommend this place.

Came here with some friends after a nice meal with no recommendation no reviews but, glad to write their first reviews. This place been open for "two months" a d has already exceeded my expectations. We ordered orange mint, gum mint n doubt apple . I recommend this place for real hookah smokers n everyone else to try...

How does this place have this few reviews. In this post Covid era Ember is one of the most lit places. I've smoked in LA, LV and SF for reference. this place was a pleasant surprise and from the limited and kind dead bar and club "hopping" around CapHill and Downtown, Ember was easily the place to be. The staff are friendly and attentive, seating is comfortable both in the chairs and the bar. Music is on point of course. Bathroom was always decent. Hookah itself was good all Khalil Mahmoon with some form of heat management. Currently using disposable hoses so no custom stuff like frozen hoses or bases with anything besides water. Blame Covid, they want to but they can't. Also they're waiting on their liquor license coming in so in the next few months this place will be even more poppin. Hookah plus some red bull for two people is $33 without tips. That's cheap as heck if you've been to hookah bars before. Hit up Yousef for that even more premier service, the man is a real one. His beard game is on point and he's really attentive. Everyone there is! Will come back if I'm back in Seattle. Thanks for making the night life so fun guys. Cheap but quality hookah, coal replacement, good brand name hookahs that are well packed bowls for Al Fahker and attentive staff really what more could you ask for? And the place is Poppin!

I was visiting from Nebraska and was trying to find a good hookah lounge. The customer service was great and my hookahs smoked so good! I wanted to go back again but couldn't since I had to leave earlier in the day. I definitely recommend giving them a try. Even there lounge is really ambient and probably the most well put together/cleanest lounge I've ever been to.

We just tried this place last night and it was a HORRIBLE choice compared to other hookah places in the area mainly because the customer service was absolutely terrible. There was a shaved head cashier who was very RUDE and ready to fight with every single customer who came in. I paid $46 dollars (3X membership+Hookah+$2 card fees!!). There was no music in the beginning so we had to ask them twice to play some music for us. HooKah was 6/10. Outside of the store was filled with homeless people. Again I would be cool with everything and wouldn't leave a negative feedback if the employees were not mean! I will NEVER comeback to this place again!

Nice environment however, just the cleanliness of the tables and section aren't clean. And they seat their customers at these tables before cleaning them. My girlfriend had to clean off the table. But other than that it's okay.
