Emerald lounge

Popped into Emerald Lounge when I was up in Leeds, my first impressions were damn what a nice lounge. Very large, clean and athletically pleasing with an emerald colour theme all throughout. As with every lounge we tried outside the M25 perimeter it’s pay first then sit down, we ordered one of the house mixes and sat down. Shisha came out in around 10 minutes which was perfectly fine as they just opened the lounge. Smoke was pretty good, full of clouds and punchy citrusy flavour. Smoke lasted around an hour before slowly dying down but flavour was still coming through. Service was great can’t fault that and the overall lounge is spot on. We did go on a quiet time but I can imagine it gets extremely busy during the evenings and game nights. I will be dropping a star as after I finished I realised they ran an offer of any shisha for £10 if purchasing a drink between 2-6pm which we did so that should have happened automatically or like the lounge next door should have been advertised at the point of ordering. Cash and cards accepted with free parking around that whole area. Overall a great experience and worth visiting if in Leeds. For more shisha reviews check out @shisha_spots on Instagram

Hi. I brought my friends from London to this shisha lounge as I had heard a lot of good reviews about the lounge. I got charged 5 pound per person for DJ night where the DJ wasn’t engaging enough in the songs played. Also, we got charged for two shishas where one of my friends don’t smoke. He only wanted to have a drink but we got charged for two shishas as we were three people. House policy according to Emerald is that there is one shisha between two people. Additionally, the shishas were not good. We ordered paan, vanilla and coconut and raspberry plus blueberry for second shisha. We had to ask the people working there to fix the shishas many times and it was difficult to inhale. Overall, wouldn’t recommend the lounge. Management was rude to my friends and it was my first and last experience at Emerald lounge.

Visited for the 1st time, staff very friendly, girls night out fancied dessert which was a huge portion and best chocolate matilda cake I'd ever had. Decor is beautiful as green is my favourite colour very relaxed got busy after 9pm, nice atmosphere. The only issue I had was they have a policy that you have to buy a shisha I think this needs scrapping as some people only want dessert pls look into this, staff let us off this one time and because of this we wont come again but as I said beautiful place.

I had a very disappointing experience at Emerald Lounge in Leeds. The service was extremely poor. In particular, a staff member named Mustafa was very unprofessional and rude. His behaviour was careless and disrespectful, which completely ruined the atmosphere. Instead of making customers feel welcome, he made us feel uncomfortable. For a place that promotes itself as a premium shisha café, the service and attitude were shocking. I would not recommend this place at all.

Ive been coming down to Emeralds lounge for the past few weeks with my partner, we have always got 10/10 service, never any issues with the quality of the shisha's. One of the owners called G, had a good chat with us and told us they will be starting to sell food in the next few weeks. He's always greeted us nicely and has even given us a free milkshake on one occasion.

My experience at this lounge was disappointing. The shisha flavor didn’t last, and the service was poor. What bothered me the most was that the staff were preparing shisha heads at a table where they were sitting inside the lounge, which created constant noise and an annoying atmosphere. The staff were unprofessional, and I didn’t like the overall vibe or the service. Although the place is tidy and the decor is nice, I won’t be coming back.

I visited Emerald Shisha Lounge and parked outside, asking the staff if it was okay to do so. They said it was fine, yet I later received a parking fine from Euro Car Park. Very frustrating when you rely on staff guidance. Be careful when parking here.

Vibe is good but sometimes they raise the issue for reserved tables. Staff shouldn’t let sit us where reserved tables are labelled. But after serving half an hour they’ll come to you if you have to change the tables as its reserved. Even though we acknowledged them we sat down with giving them notice and one of staff told its okay you can sit down.
