The apartment was quite yet in such a vibrant central place! And I love the balcony! We stayed for 6 months. The host was super attendant to our needs for any issue we had during our stay. The apartment suits a toddler and all the accessories and furniture we needed were there

Incredible accommodations in a great location. Many restaurants and cafes around and a few min walk from the beautiful beach of Tel Aviv

The host denied my stay when I told her my friends were coming for a couple of hours. In the policy, it says nothing about having a visitor over. It just says that parties are unacceptable... What an excuse for refusing my stay, I meet customers and friends in hotels all over the world, but this is what happens when you have a "HOST" as a Big Brother!

Our recent experience in this Tel Aviv apartment was very positive. A key aspect that stood out was the large terrace. It provided a generous outdoor space, allowing for a pleasant view of the city during morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, the apartment's interior design was tastefully done. The modern style combined with a cozy feel created a balanced atmosphere that was both inviting and aesthetically pleasing. The location of the apartment was very convenient. It was situated near a variety of restaurants and cafes, making meal choices easy and diverse. Additionally, the close proximity to the beach was a nice advantage, as it was just a quick walk away. The apartment's host Adi was attentive and made our stay very comfortable. She was prompt with responses, helpful with requests, and knowledgeable about the local area. In summary, this Tel Aviv apartment was a good choice for its pleasant environment, convenient location, and attentive host. It provided a comfortable base for exploring the lively city.

We had the most incredible experience - apartment was absolutely perfect! Brand new building, clean, chic and modern decor, extra amenities provided, and location beyond perfect. Close to everything and walking distance to the beach and great restaurants and bars in the center. Adi was wonderful and kind - available anytime and always offering support and help! Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

UPDATED: Adi, once again, is trying to shift the blame for the problems we encountered. We asked to be refunded for 4 nights we didn't remain in the apartment because we didn't know if or when the air conditioning would be fixed. We didn't even ask for compensation for the nights we were constantly inconvenienced. We were only offered a discount for a future stay which is absurd for overseas guests who were on a special family vacation. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! I have never written a review before, good or bad, but I need to share our horrific experience with Emilia TLV. We booked 9 nights but had to leave after 5 because of the horrible living experience. It was one thing after another from the time we arrived — problem with the washing machine, leaking bathroom ceiling that flooded the bathroom and most significantly broken air conditioning in August in Tel Aviv. We had 4 out of 5 nights without air conditioning and we could not sleep at all. Adi left in our apartment a small portable air conditioner which overflowed and ruined all of our clothes and suitcases. Worst of all, Adi kept trying to gaslight us and blame all the problems on us. Once we notified her that we were leaving at great expense to us because we could not spend another day, much less a fast day, in an apartment without air conditioning, Adi acknowledged the poor service but refused to reimburse us for the 4 nights we did not stay. I would not recommend staying at Emilia TLV.

Stayed here in early July. I had booked Renoma and they did not have a room when we arrived at the hotel after a long flight, and wouldn’t help us find another room. The owner at Emilia was very helpful in finding us a great apartment! This a residential building with a number of serviced apartments. Our unit had a great deck and view of Tel-Aviv. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was awesome. The bathroom has a glass wall, which is either cool or not depending on your view. The unit is quite large, especially with the deck and you can’t beat the location. You are close to two major streets with many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. There are also some great restaurants scattered on the residential streets. Plus, the beach is very close.

The place was perfect in every aspect. I fell in love with our room! It was so classy! The manager did everything to make sure we got the best of the trip. She told us where the best places are. Everything was so close!! I will definitely come again! Thank you so much!!
