A beautiful lodge in a quiet, riverfront location. Our room overlooked the river and we woke up to absolutely stunning views. The whole property had a really comfortable, local feel. Emily's restaurant was delicious, and had a great local wine list. The pizza restaurant is also great! We watched the rugby team and it seemed like the whole hotel was there watching with us. Met the owners and they were super friendly and accomodating!

What a beautiful setting! Minutes from the beaches, but still far enough to feel like a different world. The views from the deck is to die for and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Amazing place. Entire property is beautiful with extreme attention to detail. Rooms were very well curated and comfortable with fireplace to sit next to and enjoy. Can't recommend enough !

This place is an absolute paradise! Our rooms were lovely. The view was better. The food was fantastic. My only regret is not staying longer!

The hotel, the restaurant and the service are all excellent. Our room had a luxury 1920s feel with great views across the river. As well as the main restaurant there is Simon’s pizza restaurant, both very good. A very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel, amazing location and very kind and helpful staff. However, dietary requirements were not fully understood by all staff, so make sure allergies are clear and then they can be accommodating.

Wonderful restaurant to visit, pizzas were really good! Nice and cozy inside by the fire for a winter retreat but also stunning views outside on the deck if you make it in time for sunset 👌🏼. Service was also great 👌🏼

My wife and I and an amazing stay. Every single staff member goes out of their way to ensure that you have a memorable experience. Highly recommended for couples or family getaway.
