Emirates Airline

I had some concerns on my upcoming flight. I tried to call them with every phone number that’s provided on the ticket I have and it also says they work 24 seven but they constantly hang up on me .when I try to contact them. Some of the employees would pick up asked me what my concern is and while I am talking to them, they hang up and then when I called them back, they’re not even trying to listen they become aggressive. I have never experienced that from any airline customer service.

I recently flew out of New York JFK on Emirates Airlines, and can say that Emirates continue to live up to their name and high standards of service. A big thank you to the crew for their Excellent service and professionalism.

Flew from Dubai to Houston lost my watch. Emirates & Dubai Airport found my watch and sent over to Houston. Picked it up from the airport scratch free & no hassle. Awesome work!

Flying from IAH to Dubai. What an amazing experience! All I can say is they spared NOTHING in the HIGH standards department. I watched EVERY team member serve all passengers with excellence. Their adherence to safety guidelines (Covid) was only matched by their pleasant & highly professional presentations. I look forward to my next flight.

My Project was ended, so i had something to get back home as a good memory. so i had a 55inches 4K TV to get back to home from Houston to Bangalore on 1st July 2018 on EK568 flight. As i was missing one of my check in bag and also TV , which was not delievered at the same time , when i arrived at bangalore airport. I received my TV on 4th July 2018 at BLR airport which was suppose to be delievered on 3rd July 2018 got delayed by a day. And as I open to see the TV which I was eagerly waiting in home but at past it was so disappointing to see the TV screen was damaged. I am very badly disappointed the way Emirates handled the shipping of TV as it’s delayed by a day and with damaged TV. And also the customer service is really very slow and totally disappointing as compared some other airlines. I tried to call emirates customer care many times, but no one is replying correctly. As i really got frustrated calling to customer care. Hence i will think more if i want to recommend anyone to fly through emirates.

I was denied boarding my flight from Dubai to San Francisco when I arrived at the gate 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. I went to the Connections counter but they couldn't help me. I went to the Reservations counter and after an hour of searching, the best they could offer me was a one-way flight for the next day at a cost of $2,400, which was more than my round-trip flight! They also search almost everyone's carry-on baggage after the gate, making some of us wait separately, though we had already gone through security. They took almost 2 months to reply to the complaint I filed on their website, with no apology whatsoever. I will never fly with Emirates again.

I unexpectedly had to take an Emirates flight due to a cancellation. I only fly one airline so imagine my surprise during the check-in process with the different baggage policy. I'm so grateful for him as he was so polite. He explained the difference and helped confirm a seat assignment that was conducive to my disability needs. Customer service is rare these days but I want Emirates to be aware that this young man is outstanding!
