My time away in the Emirates was definitely a pleasant and memorable one, to embracing the culture, the food and their way of life was refreshing for me as a foreigner...from Abu dhabi to Dubai I enjoyed my time in these 2 Emirates. The friendly nature of the people was surprisingly welcoming, (more so in Abu Dhabi)...but it's always good to experience things for yourself, when traveling do so with an open mind and a gracious spirit. From visiting the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi to Dune bashing in the desert in Dubai...it was a different kind of holiday for me and one I'll treasure forever.

My first experience on EK504 from Dubai to Mumbai was an excellent one. In economy the legroom and seat were great and in flight entertainment was excellent. The breakfast meal service was also lovely and staff very friendly. Can highly recommend.

Dubai is modern, clean, and full of life. It’s safe, beautifully organized, and offers endless things to do from beaches to malls and desert views. I went to Dubai during summer season It can be pricey and hot in summer, but the lifestyle and energy make it worth it. A city that truly inspires growth and comfort.

I have been a loyal Emirates passenger for many years, but what I experienced today at Entebbe Airport from the so-called “manager” was the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. She was rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and completely unfit to be in any leadership position. It wasn’t just me—multiple passengers were forced to raise their voices because of her attitude. Instead of assisting travelers, she seemed to enjoy frustrating them. This is NOT the Emirates standard we know worldwide. Frankly, she does not deserve the title of manager. If Emirates truly values its customers, they need to take action and replace her with someone who actually understands professionalism, respect, and customer care. I wish instead of hiring people like her, Emirates would put in place managers who are empathetic, understanding, and actually care about passengers’ experiences. Today was a total disgrace, and if Emirates cares about its reputation, they need to seriously review who is representing their brand in Uganda.

Dear Emirates Customer Affairs Team, I would like to take a moment to recognize one of your flight attendants, Karema, who was working on EK 398. She is from Morocco, and her service truly stood out during my journey. From the beginning of the flight, Karema made me feel genuinely welcome with her warm smile and attentive care. She was not only professional but also personal in the way she interacted with passengers—checking in on us regularly making sure we got water, juices and snacks, and going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. What impressed me most was her patience and kindness; it didn’t feel like routine service, but rather like she genuinely cared. In an industry where small details make all the difference, Karema embodied the spirit of Emirates’ world-class hospitality. I sincerely hope she receives recognition for the positive impact she made on my flight experience. Thank you for having such outstanding crew members on board.
