I called the location to see if they do delivery and on the website it says they do i live in enfield connecticut there location is only 13 minutes away from enfield connecticut and they just said we don't do delivery to connecticut clearly knowing that it 13 minutes away from enfield poor customer service

Just order from this place the first time I wanted Hamburger meat on my pizza green peppers and onion my husband got the pizza arrived at home I am eating it and I am like why this pizza smells like fish they never put the Hamburger and they had put anchovies. Never again 12 pieces for 30 dollars insane.!!!!

Come here for lunch or dinner if you're in the area! Our dining room has been restored and is open ; nice and cool and comfy !

These people can’t seem to follow directions and didn’t want to remake or refund food that they did wrong! Customer service trash! My girl damn near caught a allergic reaction eating something I clearly told them not to add never again 👎🏽

Food arrived lukewarm at best. And if you get the Greek salad, know that their feta is more like tofu. Horrible flavor and squeaks like rubber when you chew it. If that’s what they make in house, they should probably start out-sourcing. And don’t bother calling to voice your concern. They’ll tell you “this is how we do it” and hang up. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Never thought anything of them before, the food was okay something to pick up after work. Family members had ordered before I came home from work for me just to find this in my grinder. I've personally worked in multiple different pizza shops in Springfield and I can't even begin to figure out what this is and what I had just pulled out of my mouth...

Found a hair in my salad. I have an iPhone so it says the date and time of when I took the picture I was too tired and didn’t even have the energy to even call and complain but they said they can’t do anything because I should’ve called yesterday like huh? I have proof lol.

If I could do negative stars I would they are rude and the food is nasty. Disgusting I ordered before work and the food was not even consumable old hard dried up meat. I was in a rush to go to work so I put the sandwich aside and said I’ll call later. They didn’t even listen talking about I waited too long didn’t even offer to look at the nasty sandwich with one bite. Do not order from there there are a lot more options at the very least with better customer service

Having the slice app has made us explore and try new places! We hit the jackpot with Empire Pizza! Great pizza and wings!!! TY!!! We will be back again!!!

This nasty place deserves 0 stars . I called to place an order here to get pizza as a last resort and was hung up on multiple times !! Said i didn't want the order anymore cause the girl on the phone was so rude but ended up pulling up anyways to grab it. The girl in the front was disgusting and rude ,called me all type of names and then said "that's why your pizza cold" Then the pregnant manager finds me on Facebook acts nice and asks all these questions I'm telling her what happened . Offers me to come in for food then changes up and says I'm not allowed in there anymore . Ordering that food was only cause my friend meant to go to MJ's . Might i remind you that this place is literally walking distance from my house and the food is so nasty and customer service so bad i never go here . I hope all of them lose their jobs . ALSO the manager admitted in my inbox that the same girl is always nasty and had to put her in her place before !

Ordered lg steak cheese with fry onions....received raw onions steak was Salty as hell.. The bread was like 3days old and all torn up could not pick it up to eat...totally disgusting...put it down in front of my dog and he eats everything...he smelt it looked at me and walked away....$15.00 grinder..Will never order anything from EMPIRE PIZZA ON DICKINSON AVE..THE PLACE IS A SHOTHOLE..

Do not go here! They overcharge for the food and then when you pay with card they charge 1.50 without telling you. Spend over $35 on food for an additional charge to be added. When I called back to ask about the difference in price my receipt was one price and the charge slip was another the girl just replied "we got you " when I told her she needed to let people know about the charge. Disputing this one not because of the price but for the poor customer service!

Literally the most underrated pizza place of all time. Perfectly stretched homemade crust. Absolutely nothing wrong. I ordered a large bacon with extra mushroom and the mushrooms weren't wet and soggy and the bacon was perfectly crispy not fatty not undercooked as well as perfectly stretched crust. I have no affiliation to anyone within empire so I'm actually was surprised to have so many cooked pizzas from them. They are so talented cooking the best pizza in western mass. I love them they're amazing and have succeeded my expectations over and over again. If you haven't had a pizza from there. Do yourself a favor a get one. Just ate the best pizza of my life from there tonight.

Awesome grinders and fast delivery. I've learned to stick with grinders here. Other dishes haven't been fabulous. But their grinders have all been really tasty.

I wish I would have seen the reviews before I went. We ordered their lunch specials, salad and pop. Order went fine. Sent someone to pick up and when returned noted dressing missing as well as pop. Called to let know and this is where I came in contact with the worse customer service imaginable. Instead of apologizing I was told and I quote, it's your fault for not reminding us what items you had and she hung up. It took everything for me not to curse this nasty woman out. She then called the young man who I had pick up the order (he is autistic) and proceeded to chastise him for not reminding her. I took the phone and she hung up on me. I called back and asked for manager she gave me a guy who probably was the Cook. He tried to tell me he gave me ranch dressing I explained I didn't order ranch as allergic to it so wrong person. He did apologize and offered for me to return and pick up dressing and pop, I decided not worth time. But know will never return and told all 110 of my staff members I won't use them ever again and hope they do the same.

The best pizza place in Springfield, MA. The pizza is always nice and hot with the perfect amount of cheese and the best sauce I've had on a pizza. 9.7/10

This place is bad they over charge the hell out of u how do I order 10 piece wings and fried dough and it came out to over 23 bucks smh never ever again will I be ordering from this place the pizza doesn't even come out or cheeses smh worst place u can go to there over charging the heck out of u smh please don't order from this place cuz u will regret it I swear u will be made I always tip the driver smh cuz they never got change when I know they do striaght scam people smh cuz of Covid they rasing the prices smh this place should be shut down the foods trash

Really great grinders! Really fast and pleasant delivery! This was the first time we ordered from there and we will definately be ordering again!

I wish i can put less stars. Customer service is awful. As an owner in the food industry I know better than their awful business practices! Ordered delivery and never received my food or money. Definitely feel quite better training and communication skills.

If I could give a quarter of a star I would. Horrible customer service skills over the phone. Make you wait longer than you need to. Just all-out rude. Won't be ordering from them anymore.

We called for delivery to our hotel. We were a bit nervous that the young lady would get our order correct... But they delivered! I got ziti with broccoli with garlic and oil. The quality is alot. Wife got an eggplant parmesan dinner with ziti... So much that she didn't finish. Thanks to the front desk to recommend Empire.

Decent cheap pizza, generous slices, terrible service. When I walked in and ordered three slices of cheese pizza, I was not warned that they would need to be baked fresh. After waiting 5 minutes, I asked and was advised it would be another 5 minutes. After another 5 minutes, I asked again and the staff screamed (really!) back and forth a bunch about my pizza, and after a couple of minutes my pizza was finally ready. Very sketchy-looking people coming in and out the whole time. Do NOT go here to eat in the restaurant.

Do not order from here. Today is the third time I've placed an order and the amount they charged my card was different the amount they quoted me. After speaking to a few coworkers of mine I found out I was not the only one whose had this problem. Stay away and don't use your card. Thieves, smh.

I ordered 3 grinders and poppers, while I. Was their they messed up the customer order the whole crew verbaky abused him and refused to fix it. When I got home I noticed my order was also wrong so I called and the girl said the order right so I asked why was their salimi she replied the mistake was in the in the kitchen would I like another grinder? I said no and I won't bring my business back after hearing how you and the crew abused the customer before me and messed mine up the very next order. I recommend going if u don't mind the owner to insult you or mess up two orders in a row. Been doing their over the past years and they where awful to the customer and than screwed mine up and just like the customer before me if I brought it back how would I be treated?

Rudest ppl ever. I placed an order online it was wrong and when I called to correct it instead of admitting someone read the receipt wrong (they said I wrote sauce m side ) they blamed me and told me I was wrong. I worked in a delivery food kitchen if you are confused about an order you call the customer. And you never blame the customer. No apology. I told the girl that she basically just called me to blame me for their mistake she yelled no it was your mistake then hung up on me. Aside from that the food is mediocre at best and is always cold. I actually haven't ordered fro them in months over a whole different rude incident. Don't order here if you care about customer service.

Ordered A Burger meal. Came dry and without the side of fries that usually comes with. The ladies at the counter had more focus on swearing to each other than the customer. Saw another post with a roach in a sandwich... Will never go to again.

First and last time I will order from here. (Double cheese burger and cake) The burger was very dry and flavorless with bear any cheese. Definitely not worth 8 bucks. The piece of cake was some freezen thing mostly melted icing. I couldn't understand the delivery guy when he called to let me know was here. Worst food I have eaten in Springfield by far.

The service is terrible. They rushed through our order. We waited 1.5 hrs. When it finally arrived, they messed up our entire order! Only tried to offer a 10% discount off our NEXT order. All of the meat is really dry. it took an additional 2 hrs to get the new order.

I first had their pizza by delivery, when I was at work. I had the steak and cheese grinder and it was really delicious! So much so that I went back and ordered another one. I went to college in Philadelphia, and haven't had a good steak and cheese grinder since then. This was very, very close. I highly recommend it. I've heard complaints about the woman that answers the phone, she is a little gruff, but I think she's a sweetheart.

Screw this Manuel H. guy, this is Springfield - their are shady people everywhere! I started ordering from these guys three years ago when I first moved into the city, and it became pretty much the only place I order from - unless I want Chinese or something. I've ordered wings, grinders & pizza, and other than wishing the price was a little more competitive (pretty much everyone in Springfield charges the same for pizza & stuff apparently), I can't complain!

We've ordered from here a couple of times in the last week, and my kids love the grinders and pizza. If they're happy with the food, so am I. Friendly phone service and fast delivery.

Place has okay pizza but it the entire environment is unreal. The staff is inattentive and answer the phones before taking an order in person l. I don't think I've been to a restaurant where I've heard more swearing in the front of the house than this place.

I wish they had a negative 10 stars button on here for this place. It's absolutely terrible, customer service is rude AND DOES NOT EVEN know their own menu. Ordered once before this and my food never came. If you can't deal with a busy restaurant, then you should not work in one. Will never order from here again

Love this place for delivery. They're quick and the pizza is of much better quality in comparison to the other local places.

UPDATE: They messed up my order and it took them half an hour to remedy it (just a missing can of pepsi and a bag of chips, I might add). I don't understand why I keep ordering from here. They become progressively worse as time goes by (and yes, they're still a 5 minute walk/1.5 minute drive from my apartment).

Usually good and tasty. We order all the time from work. Getting worse and worse though. No matter if the order is taken correctly there is ALWAYS something wrong. Today I got the wrong bread and the salad which is supposed to come with fresh mozzarella came with a handful of cheap bagged mozzarella thrown on top which melted because of the warm chicken into a congealed mess. BLEH! If you are out of the ingredient then tell the customer. I called to let them know that the salad did not come as advertised and that I could not eat most of what I ordered because of dietary restrictions. I didn't ask for a new one and I wasn't rude but after being incredibly defensive and condescending the women hung up on me. OVER IT. Won't be getting Empire anymore.

Great place, delicious food. Only reason why I'm giving a 3 star is because we never received our soda we paid for even after paying 5 bucks for tip the delivery guy never came back to deliver it as he said he was. So just be careful might not always get everything you bought.

Large pizza for 10 dollars was great price. The pizza was fresh and hot!! the best pizza i had in a long time.

I am on duty and I tried to order some food for myself and my coworker on 08.05.2017 at 02:40 and not only the person on the phone was extremely rude, and gave me all these fast excuses in these words: "We are not taking orders anymore, we're pretty busy and our driver isn't able to get home on time". I asked why would the Empire Pizza brochures say the restaurant closes at 03:00 am, when you clearly don't. I suggest you people try to take better care of your customers and have more manners. I'll make sure I'll recommend alternative restaurants to our guests at my workplace.

Our first time trying this place and we were highly satisfied. We ordered wings and two different grinders. The order was hot, there was enough blue cheese for our wings, ( most places skimp on the condiments), and the fries were crispy, not soggy from the take out container. We will definitely order there again.

Good place to order, terrible place to dine in. People that arrive there act very suspicious also panhandling. One of the employees don't dress professionally. Last time I was eating wings and pizza with someone.There was one of the female customers that came over there barefooted,dangling her sweaty stilettos from her hand, with a rude behavior. I had to endure the awkward and unpleasant view of an employee dressed in a miniskirt , with flip flops sitting on the lap which appeared to be her boyfriend, who was intending to be intimidating to the public, there was no conflict involved. The pizza is good, wings are ok the grinders are large in quantity but not the same with quality. Sure it's not a bad place to order but I just don't like to dine in a restaurant where your body is reacting to fight or flight response, it's an extremely discomforting feeling when you're eating and makes it impossible to enjoy your meal.

Not impressed @ all our 1st & last time ordering from this place...We called for delivery n we specifically asked for plates,cups n napkins. We let them know that we were @ a motel n they put it on our receipt that they would send them along with our order mind you we ordered pizza,wings,cheesy bread n a 2 liter of soda,Thank God we didn't order pasta...when delivery arrived she was like shit no plates etc it was other employees fault she said she might be able to come bk but,only if she was coming bk in this area...We took our food & I called to speak with the manager mind you I got the run around I spoke to 2 different employees who basically told me they weren't coming bk for plates,napkins etc n that they were to busy for that...They told me I was being rude n they were running there mouths n refusing me to speak w manager n I could hear the coward in the bk ground refusing to speak w me...The 2nd person said I was being rude n hung up on me...So I guess if you want to eat n drink like a cave person order from them...
