Empire State Pizza West Greeley

My sister was visiting from Colorado Springs and the wife and I decided to stop by. My wife had tried it before from a catering at work but I had not. The staff were friendly and attentive. We decided on the melting pot pizza with jalapeños added. 15 minutes or so later the pizza arrived and it was huge! The crust was thin (New York style I assume) and with a crispy crust. The toppings were plentiful and delicious. 10 out of 10 I would recommend! 🤌🏽

I've been a huge fan of Empire State Pizza for a while, and I'm absolutely thrilled they've opened a location on the west side of Greeley! What a game-changer for lunch options in this area. Speaking of lunch, their lunch special is an absolute steal and consistently delicious. You two fantastic slices with a drink, and it's the perfect amount for a satisfying midday meal. The crust is always perfect – chewy and crisp in all the right places – and the sauce and toppings are fresh and flavorful. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the new west side location is clean and inviting. If you're looking for authentic, New York-style pizza that truly delivers on taste and value, look no further than Empire State Pizza. So happy to have them in the neighborhood!

Empire State Pizza has always been a favorite for our family and the food has almost always been amazing, but their service options have been very limited as of late. I just received a coupon in the mail for “20% Off Your Entire Purchase” that is supposed to be “Valid With Any Dine In, Carry Out or Delivery Order” through the end of the year. I called to place my delivery order and the employee informed me that they no longer do delivery unless it’s through DoorDash, thus rendering the coupon useless. I looked at DoorDash and they were offering a deal so I thought maybe I’d order through them anyway. It was then that I discovered that Empire State’s 21” pies are not on the DoorDash site. I called the store back and they said that they don’t offer the 21” pies for delivery. Finally, I then went back to the DoorDash app and tried to order an 18” pizza, but when I added it to the cart the item was 15% more than the advertised online menu price. Empire State used to be an absolute go-to for our family, but this experience was really lacking and will keep us from ordering from them in the future. So disappointed.

Excellent pizza - our favorite in Greeley. We love the thin crispy crust. And this location has much better (faster!) service than the Garden City location. Especially recommend coming in for fresh pizza by the slice - it always tastes better than in a cardboard box!

Tonight I ordered wings and this is what I received.,absolutely nasty! No seasoning, no sauce, or flavor whatsoever. Undercooked and soggy. Absolutely nasty! When I called to ask about this I was told they were sauced. Spent over $40 for undercooked, flavorless wings

Had the worst experience with this place. Recently moved here to Greeley and was looking for a local pizza place. Placed the order they said it would be 40 mins. Showed up 45 mins later payed for the order which was a 18" Melting pot 34.00. Counter person said they were running a bit behind and it would be about 8 mins longer. I said ok and sat down. 25 mins later still no pizza , I went to the counter to ask what the status was he went back to check and brought up the pizza. He said it just came out of the oven. Before I left I opened the box to check the pizza it was warm at best and as you can see from the pictures looked nothing like the picture from their website. I went back to the counter and showed him the pizza and told him it was not hot. His words to me in a smug manner was " I didn't make the pizza". Then stood there with attitude and a blank look on his face. I told him you can't do anything about this he said nothing so I replied " Nothing huh and he replied " Nothing" I left really angry. Seeing how this was my first time there i was pretty upset. Needless to say I will not be back. Bad customer service , poor product ( look at picture) Price for what you get is far from worth it. I hope the owners see this and do something about the workers who represent them. Christopher Sanchez

I'm a New Yorker and fussy about pizza. Empire serves authentic New York style pizza with real and fresh ingredients and it's the treat that pizza should be. The side salads are delicious with multiple ingredients and larger ones can be ordered with protein for your meal, if you can withstand the heady pizza aroma and the gasp worthy sight of the larger pies coming from the ovens..If you usually order from the big pizza chains, you owe this to yourself. The Garden City location is big enough for parties and has arcade games and pool tables available. Enjoy!

Just ordered carry out so not a review of the restaurant inside, but more a review of the pizza. Ordered a 14-in pizza and received a 14-in pizza, well done! Both pieces tasted great, Gus The Greek, and the busted chops both good pizzas, will order again.
