It's nice, with a book store inside, clean and serves vegan options. My experience wasn't good because I ordered a dish with rice, beans, chickpea burger, fries and salad. The beans and the chickpea were very dry and hard, the salad wasn't good as well. Maybe I should have chosen another dish. But gramado and Canela aren't vegan or vegetarian friendly , then it's a oasis in that state.

Wow, the food was absolutely incredible! Every single dish was bursting with flavor. Seriously, I cleaned my plate and wanted more. Best meal I've had in ages, hands down. I'll definitely be back for more!

I was very disappointed after a recommendation from the hotel owner. The pizza had no flavor. Our water was never delivered. We were charged 20 for a lime Caipirinha then 30 for a Lemon Caipirinha. I can definitely recommend avoiding this place..

When I lived in the town I used to come here once at week. They have a very nice atmosphere, board games and books for selling. A good offer of beers and menu. They used to have a delicious shrimp spring roll. But I stopped coming after one day when they served me a Irish coffee drink without whiskey, and another day when they served me a expire beer.

Beautiful place, fast and good service, delicious food... what else? Great surprise after watching the launching of the Christmas dream in front of Catedral de Pedra in Canela. I recommend!

Lousy service, slow kitchen, subpar food quality. Really disappointed by this place, I have found memories of past visits where there food was top notch and service was memorable. The restaurant sits right in front of the Stone Church and has a great view, and unfortunately with that what seems to be now a tourist trap. We all ordered different soups on a cold and rainy day, on a busy early afternoon for lunch. We thought the soups would be rather fast since they are likely just sitting there in a big pot in the back. To our surprise many tables nearby that came in after and ordered more elaborate dishes where all receiving their food earlier than us. Finally we received our soups which were 2 nice and hot, 1 Luke warm and one cold. We weren’t the ones having issues as other tables were complaining their food was cold or they got the wrong dish. The ambience and views are nice, the staff is either overwhelmed or poorly trained. On our way out we lined up to pay at the cashier and they were just clueless, again maybe 7 people went ahead of us because they would just randomly pick people that were already lined up. Literally could have walked off without paying and they wouldn’t know. I would skip this joint, this is an u fortunate tourist trap.

I found a piece of chewed gum on my plate. I walked to the kitchen sick to my stomach and they said sorry. They were apologetic and gave us the meal for free but the kitchen has some serious issues. NOT SAFE FOR VEGANS.

Unequivocally one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. And I've traveled all over the world including Italy a couple of times. The pasta and risotto were perfection. I was so happy here. I'm sure we will be back next time we are in Canela. Recommended by a Brazilian doctor who lives in Dallas. Beer was great too. I didn't have room for desert but the strudel looks good.
