Fantastic. Great Staff and Service. This is a "must do" shop inside Disneyland. It's pretty much the first thing you come across in Main Street - but perhaps leave the shopping until exiting. On the other hand, the crowds are smaller in the morning.

I finally found the magnet plushies! Unfortunately people have been gatekeeping them so I had to find it on my own. I wish they had Goofy though.

I had a truly wonderful day at Disneyland today — the magic, the atmosphere, and the cast members made it a memorable experience overall. However, I wanted to share an unfortunate moment that stood out during an otherwise fantastic visit. Around 7 p.m., while inside The Emporium, I witnessed a cast member (her name was Jasmine or Jazmine) somewhat mocking a guest for not knowing the answers to the pin trivia. It was disappointing to see, especially in a place known for kindness, inclusivity, and uplifting guest interactions. The moment felt out of step with the Disney values I’ve always admired. I’m only mentioning this because I care deeply about the Disney experience, and I hope this feedback helps ensure that all guests feel welcomed and respected — even in the small moments.

It is a tourist shop, but it is a conveniently located one with tons of selection that is open a little bit later than the rest of the park. Who doesn't feel happy walking through Main Street USA?

A must-shop location inside Disneyland Park. It's pretty much the first thing you come across as you begin your journey up Main Street U.S.A. Maybe save your shopping until your exiting the park (unless, of course, this is the reason you're in the park, at which point early morning will mean smaller crowds in the shop).

The Baseline: For a theme park shopping experience, quality merchandise must be provided, an immersive environment must be established, and the items need to relevant to the theme. Service: Disney cast members consistently and enthusiastically provide a great customer experience almost every time. The times that I have been here I have asked to find different sizes of clothing, picking up items ordered elsewhere, and checking out via mobile checkout. Selection: The merchandise is constantly updating and rotating. I have always found a new items when I come here (I.e. It is August and that means Halloween is here...). Clothing is your main item to buy here but there is a selection of toys, stuffed characters, magic bands, ears, nick-knacks, etc. to fulfill your Disney desires. Value: Disneyland is not cheap. Price-wise is Disney Pricing. You aren't going to get the must-go sale here and that is fine because you are here at a Disney Park and the Outlet store is up Interstate 5 at the Citadel Outlet area for those.

The Emporium is chaotic, crowded, and somehow still one of my favorite stops at Disneyland. It's almost always packed with people, but that's probably because it has the best park merch all in one place. From Mickey ears to spirit jerseys to last-minute souvenirs you definitely didn't plan to buy, it's got it all. Despite the crowds, the cast members here are consistently magical. They manage to keep things moving, help guests with a smile, and add that extra bit of Disney charm that makes even shopping feel like part of the experience. It's not a peaceful browse, but it's a must every time I visit the park.

What's not to like about the original Emporium store inside Disneyland? It's a great place to see and buy iconic, vintage pieces. Most other stores carry the most current toys, but this place will take you back to the original of originals. Store has a lot to see. I would suggest taking a minute to see the decor in the children's section of store. It's pretty cool but every section of store has a little bit of vintage class to it if you have an eye for it. Store is located on Main Street.

It's the first gift shop on the left side of Main Street as you enter Disneyland. It's a huge shop with cool awesome Disney merchandise that you can mostly find outside at Downtown Disney in the World of Disney store. Their displays have always been pretty cool. A lot of times I come in here to cool off on a hot day. I normally try and resist impulse buying even if it's an exclusive Magic Key holder item.

We stopped in and purchased the Disneyland Spirit Jersey for Kids that our eldest loved and some replacement Mickey Sterling Silver Studs for our 9 month old! She wore it under her Princess Aurora Dress backwards to show Aurora's castle lol! The long sleeves helped keep her warm, since her back was no longer exposed! The front has a glittery D with the year the park opened! The back says "The Most Magical Place on Earth" and has some sweet pastel colors and glitter throughout! I love these sparkling earrings on our baby, hopefully this time I won't loose a stud! I would definitely recommend visiting the largest collection of souvenirs shop on Main Street U.S.A! So many options, especially Disneyland Park clothing! And of course a 10% discount for Disney credit card holders, we used our Disney Rewards Redemption Card as well! We'll be back to explore more, there's always something forgotten at home and our daughter loves pin trading at shops like this one! A bit too crowded for my taste. Since it's located right in Main Street near the entrance, expect to see lots of people here even though lots of the same merchandise can be bought in the other stores. Personally I prefer World of Disney because there is more inventory, walking space, and the merch js out to feel while some merch here is hung behind the staff.

Emporium on Main Street for all the new and classic Disneyland merchandise we want and need. We make it a point to stop here before heading home to pick up items for us as souvenirs. Especially merchandise that you can't find on the Disney website. You will definitely find them here at Emporium. On our visit, the first Friday of the New Year, there were plenty of holiday merchandise available and most of them were marked down. They also have new merchandise for the Spring season as well as for Valentine's Day. We picked up some of the classic Disneyland shirts and sweatshirts along with the new Mickey Ears and denim Mickey and Friends baseball cap. During our visit there was no line at the cashier so we were in and out.

I purchased 3 Stitch Halloween sweat shirts a we could keep warm in Disneyland and be matching so easy to find. Unfortunately the sizes were extremely huge. We found out that if you buy on line from Disney.com you cannot return it at this shop.

The Emporium is connected to other stores in Main St. It has an Americana theme to match Main St but theres all types of Disney merchandise like clothing, hats and small items like keychains and pens. Its pretty big but gets super crowded at closing since its the very last store before the Disneyland exit.

This store is huuuuuuge! It might be one of the biggest stores at Disneyland. They have so much! I love it: you can find everything Disney related here. Seriously, everything lol I came in looking for a birthday gift for my cousin's daughter and kept looking for baby yoda / grogu items. It took me awhile to find something that I thought she would like. Sadly, after walking the entire store, I didn't find many baby yoda things. I imagine I'd have to go to Star Wars land for that. But then! Right as I was about to give up... I found this huge section of plushies! They have big and small, and they vary in softness! I found a baby yoda one and that was all she wrote lol I got a baby Groot for myself lol and baby yoda for my cousin's daughter! She loved it and said it was super soft! Yay! :)

So many things to look at here! Lots of merch for sale, from stuffed characters to t shirts, snacks and beyond! When you enter the store, it sucks you right in! I feel welcome in every store at Disneyland. Their customer service is always excellent. You can find some things on sale but majority is a set price and can be pricey. It all adds up at the end of the day LOL

This store usually has a great selection and is definitely worth stopping by. It's well laid out so you can easily walk around even when it's busy which is nice. Just a little disappointed with the merch this year and with the increase in pricing we didn't buy anything.

While pushing my baby in a stroller and waiting in line, an employee by the name of Delila attempted to make small talk and thought it would be a good idea to ask me if I was the grandma. I am in my 30s. I gave birth to said baby less than a year ago. Just what every postpartum mom needs, a stranger to let them know they look old enough to be their young child's grandma. Honestly I was just trying to buy my baby a souvenir and would've preferred to just be left alone. It was a super shitty ending to an otherwise lovely day with my family.

If you are looking for an item to purchase for a souvenir, then this is your destination as it is the largest retail store within the Disneyland park. There are multiple check out points, and even the option to mobile order and pay. I always use the mobile order and pay option to avoid waiting in line as it's easy to show the cast member confirmation I paid at the mobile check out station, and be on my merry way. Prices are the same throughout the parks, and this location has several displays in the front entrances to display the new arrivals. Lastly, I love the old time theming as it really makes it feel unique to Mainstreet USA.

The Emporium is the main gift shop for Disneyland. Practically everything you see in the park you can find here, where it is clothing, pins, toys,hats, you name it. Mobile check out is also available here to make your check out experience more enjoyable. They even sell Magic Band plus here. The big draw during our recent visit was the abundance of Halloween merchandise that just came out. Everything and anything were flying off the shelves! One nice thing about the Emporium is that it connects with other stores on the left side of Main St so that you don't have to go outside when doing your shopping. It does get crowded at the end of the day since people flock to it. If you missed any type of gift in the park, you more than likely will find it in the Emporium. Located on Main St in Disneyland.

So many I wanted to buy here ! If you're an annual pass holder you can get discount and get a good deal. Of course they are highly priced so you better shop wisely.

It's a little crazy for me to be reviewing businesses within Disneyland BUT they are all separate operating structures within and I want to give credit where it's due. We were assisted by Vanesa on October 25th, 2023 and found both a Pride style Disneyland t-shirt, as well as, "Disneyland 100" hoodie in black. Prices seem steep, but for the merchandise offered as well as being one of the retail stores inside the park, I believe it's a fair pricing structure. Hours of business are also very flexible! I would recommend the Emporium even better than the shops within Downtown Disney. Thank you for reading!

Horrible place to work. Management doesn't care about you at all. And one manager in specific targeted me because he didn't like me.

My overall experience with Disney was spectacular, especially since it was my children's first time visiting the parks. We spent a couple of days exploring, and on our last day, we went into the Emporium to pick out souvenirs. My daughter found a Chip and Dale shoulder pal she wanted, priced at $39.99. She used the last of her Christmas Disney budget to purchase it. After we checked out, her dad joined us and wanted to look at lanyards. While we were browsing, my daughter took the shoulder pal out of the bag to remove the tag but got sidetracked and set it down somewhere. Within 10 minutes of purchasing it--and without ever leaving the store--the item was gone. I took her to speak with a cast member, the same one who had helped us check out. The cast member sent someone to check the lost and found, which seemed unnecessary since we hadn't left the store and the tags were still on the item. Unsurprisingly, it wasn't there. A lead cast member was then called over. They also checked the lost and found before advising us to file a claim at City Hall. I repeatedly explained that the item was likely placed back on the shelf since we never left the store, but my concerns were dismissed. Despite showing my receipt--which clearly showed the item had been purchased just 10 minutes prior--nothing was resolved. Following their advice, we filed a claim at City Hall. Later that evening, as suggested, we returned to the Emporium to check the lost and found again. This time, we interacted with two different cast members. One of them retrieved a lead named Matthew, and I have to say--Matthew was fantastic. He listened, acknowledged the situation, and assured my daughter that he trusted us and understood what had happened. His approach showed genuine care and empathy, especially as my kids were watching the entire situation unfold. Matthew went above and beyond by speaking to his manager about the incident. Unfortunately, the manager declined to take action or override the situation. Matthew returned and explained that although he believed us, he couldn't resolve it because overrides required managerial approval. When I asked about checking the store cameras, he admitted he wasn't sure if cameras were in place. I made sure to thank Matthew for his effort and professionalism, as he was the only one who made my daughter feel heard and respected. However, I am here to formally complain about the behavior of the Emporium's manager and the earlier cast members who dismissed us. This ordeal began on Christmas Eve around 4 PM, and when we returned to follow up, it was around 11 PM. The manager's unwillingness to address us directly or speak to my daughter was deeply disrespectful and insulting. It's unacceptable to send a lead to deliver bad news to an emotional 12-year-old instead of coming forward to speak with us directly. This lack of accountability reflected poorly on their character and set a terrible example for my children, who had to witness how dismissive and uncaring people--even at the "Happiest Place on Earth"--can be. Oh, and don't worry--my husband went ahead and repurchased the item to surprise my daughter later at our hotel. While that softened the blow, the Emporium manager working the evening of Christmas Eve 2024 around 11 PM desperately needs coaching on how to handle customers. Listening and showing empathy go a long way, and this situation was handled poorly from start to finish. I am incredibly disappointed in how this was managed. This experience tarnished what was otherwise a magical trip, and I hope Disney takes this feedback seriously to ensure other families don't face similar treatment.

EMPORIUM is my favorite gift store inside Disneyland on Main Street. Definitely always a stop before leaving the theme park. They have all sort of gifts and souvenirs from clothes to candies. I always look for the new holiday items and anniversaries items here. I look forward to coming this store when I go to Disneyland. It's a happy place for me but not my bank account. Lol!

Thanks Disney merchandise closed til Monday of course and I'll be on the road that whole day lol yes I have the receipt and no I cannot go to the park to get this taken off

This is a wonderland of souvenirs from every aspect, theme, desired tchotcke of the entire Disney universe. For me, when I am at the park, I want to take time to do all of the rides, shows, eat the food, and leave the shopping until the way end of the night. This is located at the entrance and allows you to wait until the end to get want you want. But this place is not just great for the variety of items, it is a beautiful building with so much to look at, it is Disney eye candy. The displays in the front are Disney inspiration. Do not forget to take pictures and videos of all of the Disney dioramas from Frozen and princesses to animal scenes. Even the decor on the inside is nostalgic and inspirational. My daughter loved the woman in the hat shop above the cash register with the beautiful dapper clothing and birds. It is an experience in itself appreciating all of the attention to detail.

This gift shop charged me $478.86 on my credit card today while I am still in possession of it and living in San Diego. How is this possible?

This is the first gift shop that anyone would see when entering the park. Its also the biggest gift shop inside Disneyland (unless I missed another bigger one). It sells almost any other items that you would find at the park (except the special theme items like Starwars theme make your own lightsaber from Tomorrow land). There are so many clothing options here. Say you see someone with an awesome Mickey shirt and you want it than this is the place to get it. Friendly staff. This is a must go to shop if you are in Disneyland.

My favorite shop in Disneyland Park...located on Main Street this shop is very much like World of Disney with lots of cool things and a good variety. It's easily the biggest shop in the park and the location is great because you can hit it just as you're leaving to pick up some last minute souvenirs or treats. But my favorite part? The window displays! They are always the best and currently they have 5 moving displays-The Princess and the Frog, Cinderella, Toy Story, Peter Pan and Aladdin and they are pure Disney magic! Words cannot describe my joy at watching these displays come to life. I almost cried!

By far my favorite gift shop in Disney. It's the biggest and has the most items I believe. I came in looking for a puzzle and was not disappointed. So many to choose from. I found a puzzle from UP that is 1000 pieces and is two sided. I can't wait to finish it. Service was good, but be prepared to wait in line. It's obviously a very busy place.

I'm fairly certain I went through Main Street Emporium nearly a million times while at Disneyland. It's great for cutting out crowds congregating on Main Street while eyeing some fun finds to purchase. I ended up purchasing two dresses I just fell in love with after careful consideration. Spending money at Disney is painful - one dress was $60 and the other $50. Eek! I know. I have an Annual Pass so thankfully at the Emporium you do get a nice little discount of 10% off, woohoo. I also experienced that level of over the top, super friendly Disney service you've come to love and almost expect at the parks. The ladies I talked with and bought from were just so darn friendly! Made the whole shopping experience of dropping over a bill not quite as painful.

Located on Disneyland's Main Street, the Emporium is pretty hard to miss. With plenty of great gift ideas, this store is a nice spot to pick up some last minute souvenirs for family and friends as you're leaving the park. The Emporium is full of apparel, toys, lanyards, pins, housewares, and other fun Disney items. The have all the cool seasonal items here too. I thought the Mickey Mouse plush (in the pumpkin) was so cute! I also like the vintage ambience of this store. The old chandeliers, lovely wooden beams, and beautiful antiques in the window displays makes this store especially fun. You feel like you're stepping back in time when you walk through the Emporium's doors. For unique souvenirs for family and friends and the most adorable toys for the kids, this is a great shop for all last minute purchases!

I love this Disneyland Souvenier Shop! Isn't it so iconic? The first thing you see when you walk into Main St. I've always loved watching the window displays and man have they gotten a lot fancier! If you ever have a mminute, watch them all! I would say this is Disneyland's main shop on Main Street that usually has everything! Everyone is so friendlyy and pleasant and they have the cutest things! Haha I always want them all! In my grown age- I love walking the souvenier shops to take my time seeing everything!

This is your best option to find the most variety of merchandise sold throughout the park in one location that is close to the entrance/exit of Disneyland. Look up while inside to see old Disney charm. Spend a few moments to enjoy the display windows out front. As always, save the shopping until the end of your visit because stores on Main Street (and Downtown Disney) stay open later to accommodate.

Everytime when, I make a trip to Disneyland. This is my favorite place that, I always have to make a stop when it comes to buying Disneyland Souvenirs. Disneyland Emporium, is a very big place for Adults and Kids to shop. The things that, I like to shop for is the Mickey Mouse Watch, T shirts, Sweaters, Cups, Mugs, pins. They also have huge selections of Disney Stuff Animals such as MICKEY AND MINNIE, DONALD DUCK, GOOFY, PLUTO, AND THE REST OF THE DISNEY CHARACTERS.

This place was overwhelming, but I think it's because I went during New Years eve weekend. There were so many people there! Asides from that, the staff there was really nice and I happened to find the CUTEST winnie the pooh bear there!! I looked at it, and went back many times. So I finally decided to take it home with me. My niece and nephew each got a toy too and they love it!

The Emporium is a must-stop whenever you're in Disneyland. It's on the corner of Main Street, closer to the Park entrance, and it's one of the bigger stores in the park. While there are a few smaller stores I always love to stop at (Pooh Corner, the Star Trader, etc.), I always go to the Emporium. There's a good chance that, whatever I'm looking for, I can find at this store, since the selection is all-encompassing. This store is located on the corner of Main Street, but it connects to some of the other smaller stores, like The Penny Arcade, if you keep walking down Main Street. Here are some highlights from the Emporium: Kitchen/home décor: I always look for bowls, cups, mugs, placemats and other cute designs. It's always neat to check out the seasonal selection as well. Jewelry: I tend to look more at the bracelets and earrings, but I always enjoy a spin around the jewelry section. Middle area: I feel like the center kiosk has all the newer items or seasonal items. For example, during graduation season, this is where the graduation hats, picture frames, shirts and merchandise are. During Christmas, this is where the holiday-themed hats, t-shirts, etc. are. I always look at this middle area to see what newer items may be available. Office: Since I love notebooks, stationery and pens, I always check out this section (it's in a smaller corner of the store) to see what's available - namely, if there are new pens or cute notepads. One of the best things I found from this section were the Mickey food-themed post-its and magnets. Snacks: While I always look at The Penny Arcade (or Pooh Corner) for a greater variety of snacks, I always check out the Emporium's selection just to see what's available there. Mostly, it's the same generic selection (hard candies, lollipops, etc.) but it never hurts to look!

This review is solely for Selena. She was one of the kindest cast members I have ever met. I'm disappointed that she doesn't work here anymore, but the last time I came here she was so knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for. Thank you for everything, Selena!

For my 200th reivew, I got to write a review that's special to me. Of course it's Disneyland related. This freakin store is like....heaven. Or hell...depends on your mood and what time of day it is!! LOL I suggest going early in the day...less screaming little kids and dangerous ankle-ramming stroller moms. They sell anything and all things Disney. It's DISNEY PARKS OFFICIAL too might I add. Even while I was an Annual Passholder, I can't help but to stop in here every so often to see what new merchandise they have. And there's usually ALWAYS something that I want from this place. Start saving money for this store because hellooooo.....who wouldn't have a little piece of Disneyland souvenirs to take back home with ya!?! =) Buying something from here makes both young and old come out with a satisfactory smile. My girlfriend and I went into the Emporium to buy pins and a hoodie, on May 2nd around 9:00pm. The store was clean and the layout was simple to understand. Our cashier, Jessica, was extremely charming and went out of her way to give us a most magical checkout ever!

You could literally spend hours in here.... as I did. Mostly trying to make a decision between which ears I wanted, what coffee cup would be the best for work, and how many key chains I needed. The staff if friendly (duh!) and its always organized and clean. -check out the D&B Disney purses! -key chains gallore -all kinda of treats shaped like Mickey! They even wrapped my mug up night and tight so as to not break it on the trip home!

This is were I give Disneyland the majority of my money. My last chance to buy pins, lanyards, gifts for family and toys for the kids. This is the store where I trade money for receipts. My wallet gains about a pound of paper. Be prepared to battle the crazy crowds as you leave the park and try to get your souvenirs. Try to shop before the park is about to close. The eye of the storm is usually between 7:00 and 8:00 PM.

First major store for Disney merchandise you'll encounter as you enter Disneyland and your last chance to buy a souvenir before you leave. Not as specialized as some other stores in the park, but as solid of a basic mix as you will find. No way around it, however, it's ridiculously expensive. And it can be crowded as folks are exiting the park after fireworks... Here's a thought for those of you driving in on I-10 from the east: Why not stop at the Disney Outlet Store at Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon? Pick up your Disney Princess outfit for half price before you arrive at the park. Have your souvenir Disney plush animal ready to go at the hotel the first morning. We found $2 Sofia the First tiaras (14.95 list price) at the outlet and our young princesses were completely happy and none the wiser. How does our story end? Predictably, we ended up blowing everything we saved at the Disney Outlet at the Main Street Emporium anyway. What can you do? It's Disneyland!

My favorite store on my main street! I've been keeping my eye out for a lanyard for weeks and weeks now. I finally found a keeper this past tuesday... love the nerd related products they now have!! I suggest buying a giant cone of ice cream from the shop nearby and walking around main street. Most of the stores are linked together - they have open doors so that they're all connected. Prepare to drop some serious $$ in the emporium.

The Emporium is the first shop you see when entering DL and usually the last place you stop to buy last minute "gifties." I usually paroose the pins, grab a small figurine and try a find something for everyone. It's not my favorite shop, but being so close to the entrance gives it two stars right there.

One of the 1st large stores you encounter when walking into the park and one of the 1st memories from when I was little. You literally can find anything you need in this store. Look around at the exterior windows to find names of Disney's partners & family/friends who he decided to immortalize on Main St. windows. I wish they had more merch for cars, but as that is not a big demand field, it's easy to see why they don't have much. I love the pins/magnets available...cheap gifts to give to family overseas.

This has to be my favorite shop on Main Street! I could wander through this store for an hour with all of its nooks and crannies of Disney goodness. While they don't have all the specialty items that you'll find around the park, you can find a huge selection of goodies to take home, from cook ware to 'designer' wear. It also helps that it's one of the first/last things you see as you come in/leave for the day. There's always an extra dollar to squeeze out, right??

My favorite shop in the enitre place. You cruise through once to check out the layout and find what you need. Then you come back later with a bit more understanding of exactly the kind(s) of souvenirs you want to go home with. A shirt? Check! A shotglass? Check! A plushie princess? Check! A Jack Skellington hoodie? Check! A winestopper? Check! Earrings? Check! Lip balm? Mints? Toothbrush? Slippers? Hairbrush? Antenna ball? Purses? Wallets? Watches? Uh, check, check, and CHECK! SAAAAAAHWEET!

This used to be THE Disney souvenir spot to shop before the World of Disney opened in the Downtown Disney District area. (2001) It's great for tourist, like mice in a maze, high on the Disney rush, being lead by the Mouse himself... It's a Mickey Marketing Mecca! It's hard not to get caught up in that Disney-esque vibe, especially if you are visiting from out of town. Since I moved to the area and purchased a Disney AP, I am no longer bound by the overwhelming power of Disney merchandise. (Plus, I'm broke most of the time... 'Thanks to my Disney AP.) It's usually packed butt to gut, be careful not to get derailed by one of the many in-tranced, Disney fanatics zipping around... 'Rug rats, pre-adolescents, teens, middled aged, and older people... 'Everyone just loses their mind for Disney mugs, hats, dolls, dress up... I wonder if Disney bottled air and sold it as "actually used" in Pixar's, "Up" or how about sand from "Pirates of the Caribbean," they could probably sell that too... If you like to watch people, crazy people... It's a site to see, especially after the rest of the park shuts down. 'Like mice being funneled down Main St. and into the open store fronts... 'Wanting a piece of that Disney cheddar. 8P "I just have to buy those Mickey Mouse shaped, shortbread cookies!" 'Of course you do, they taste exactly like rodent. 8/ I've been known to pick something up two or three times before I finally convince myself one way or another... 'Most of the time my choice is, "another." If I do like something, I might snap a photo of it... 'This way it collects less dust, takes up very little space - about 3 megs, and no monthly installments. I was very impressed with their selection of Disney branded merchandise and character merchandise...except for one fairly absent character: Winnie the Pooh! Where were the cutesy things with Pooh? Not one hat...not one shirt. Oh, but they had a butt-mug--Pooh Bear's butt made into a mug. Not what I want to drink out of Disney, thank you very much. But I ended up spending a good half-hour in here and bought a Disneyland cap to keep the sun from cooking my brain while standing in lines.

Disney Emporium is part of the original shopping design. I love how nostalgic the building makes me feel. They offer practically everything that is sold throughout the park. Plus! It also has a candy shop located towards the end. Mmmmm! This place is a mad house at the very end of the night during closing time, only because they stay open one hour past park closure. Awesome tip, I didn't know about this till recently. A huge Disney perk, is if you purchase items within the park and you don't want to carry it around, they offer you storage during the day while you are at the park. I don't know where this is located? But it does exist, my friend did it.
