Came here after hike, great options for drinks and quick bites. Matcha tonic was very refreshing with a unique taste. Their Arugula turkey sandwich was a great combination with the matcha. Salmon bagel was also savory.

The avocado truffle was great. Just wish they had a little bit more seasoning for the avocado. Has a great atmosphere for a coffee shop

Service🤗 Workers were so kind, always checking up and being intentional about perfecting the drinks and food despite the line. Ambiance✨ I would totally come back here to study. I love that theres plenty of seating (inside & out) and outlets available! I always have a hard time finding places with outlets but im so glad i came here.

Drinks not bad here but customer service not to good. Everytime we come in never feel that welcomed. Today we placed an order through website said it would be ready at 9:33 waited almost 30 mins for our drinks. We had checked and asked they said they just got it and would be out soon. After waiting we saw our drinks just sitting there unfished for almost 10 mins when we finally asked after seeing plenty of customers come order and leave. she gave us attitude and said we dont call out names for online orders even though we had already asked that same girl about them. Drink not even filled all the way either very disappointing. Was 10 minutes late to work because of this when i had planned accordingly to order in advance and everything. I understand that they are busy but the attitude was very unnecessary we are always very kind and patient and understanding but today just didnt sit right with me. I work in customer service so i understand but neverrr can i ever understand attitude and excuses like that when we never gave an attitude.

Usually see a line here but the coffee is good. Spanish latte was good. Parking garage is across the street. Would order online next time first.

Clean and nice ambient, not so loud music and not that crowded ( at least when I went) I got a hazelnut latte with whole milk, but I'm sure you can substitute for different dairy.

got the spanish latte. very good, but the small is ridiculously tiny. it’s about half the size of a normal cup of coffee- and for almost 7 bucks, i wouldn’t get it again. at least not the small and size up off possible. the latte was very good and would recommend to get. the service is good.

Enchanted coffee bar is one of those hidden gems you come across once in a lifetime and I'm not just talking about the quality in the coffee or the amazing aesthetic they have going on. I'm referring to the top notch customer service. As soon as I opened the door they greeted me as if I was a longtime friend and had no hesitation in answering all of my questions, concerns and even had a long conversation with me after a long hot summer day. honestly I felt like I was talking to a great group of friends that I haven't seen in awhile. Enchanted coffee bar is a beautiful rather big yet cozy coffee bar. I'm so happy to have be able to share my new passion for like-minded individuals thanks a lot guys for the conversation see quality of service and last but not least the top notch coffee!

Great coffee. I just need more of it! They only have one size. Maybe I'll get two next time. Service is okay. Not super fast even when no one is there. Also, the staff aren't chatty. I almost feel like I'm bothering them. It works for me because I don't want to chat most of the time, but don't expect a warm welcome.

I've been here a few times and while it's pretty good (good enough to keep returning), I will say it's a bit inconsistent. The drinks are pretty good quality, but often too sweet or sometimes watered down. The first time I got the strawberry matcha, I asked if the strawberry matcha was sweet (since I don't like my drinks too sweet) and the cashier said she could add less of the strawberry syrup. It was still too sweet, but I appreciated the effort. The last time I went, I asked for adjustments. Both times the baristas were very sweet and helped me by suggesting a change or by adding something (in this case an extra shot of matcha since it was tasting a little watered down). The adjustments helped, but it was still not quite what I had hoped for. I've also unfortunately seen a mouse on their outdoor seating on one of my stays. I'll still continue to come back here because it's close and a good place to study, but I will say so far it's not my favorite. Maybe next time I'll have to try the coffee which I've heard lots of great things about.

Did a working day at this cafe -- there is plently of seating and people inside! Service is quick and I like that they have a wide variety of food options. This place is a chain and has locations in Brea and Santa Ana Things Ordered: Matcha Latte: 3/5 (not strong matcha taste) New Orleans: 5/5 (!! a good classic cold brew) Lox Bagel: 5/5 (points on presentation and taste)! Big parking lot but could be crowded due to the gym next door!

The coffe here is great! However the other day i ordered an avocado toast and i waited for 20 minutes and it was not busy at all i thought it was going to be quick but i didnt mind the wait however i was disappointed with how the avocado toast looked and tasted for $15 you can probably make a better one at home. Half of the toppings on the toast were not even on the toast i had to put them on there myself ( i did not shake or move the box around before opening it)

Ordered: - Fall in New England (fall version of their New London) (5/5): This seasonal item hit the spot. The pumpkin spice and cream complemented the taste of the coffee perfectly and had us wanting more after we finished it. The coffee also wasn't very acidic at all which is a plus in our book. Overall (5/5): Friendly staff, quick service, was a bit busy on a Sunday afternoon but nice vibes.

Enchanted has a few locations in SoCal and I love their coffee. I usually order the latte, either hot or cold and it has a deep coffee taste and so creamy at the same time. It is way better than the water downed national chains... you know what I'm referring to. The service is always impeccable. The baristas are so nice. Today I also tried the Nutella croissant. Their croissant is on the dryer side, which I don't think is a bad thing. It has these massive air pockets, which is what I like to see in the laminated dough. Parking is easy. The store has a modern minimalist vibe. Please visit and create your own experience.

Visited Enchanted Coffee Bar for the first time. I ordered a regular Iced Matcha with oat milk and cold foam. It was good, I had no complaints. Made with good quality matcha (ceremonial grade) and sweetened to my liking. The service is okay, the workers are nice but seems like they only have 2 workers at a time so be prepared to wait a little while for your order. Especially if you are ordering any food items be cautious of that if you are in a rush. I had to remind the workers about my cream cheese bagel which was a little bit of a an inconvenience. But, they were nice enough to apologize and throw in a free pastry which was very appreciated! I think we waited around 20+ minutes for my bagel and around 10 ish minutes for our 3 drinks. Not too bad for a Sunday with limited staff. Overall, good experience would come back if I'm in the area!

Fall in love with the Fall Menu at the Enchanted Coffee Bar. What a cute little coffee bar! Had the pleasure of visiting this popular place (there is a line!), this morning after a workout inside the same plaza. "Cloudy with a chance of maple", and "Apple cider tonic" were some of their items on the fall menu. My friend and I opted for their mocha lattes. It was good! Definitely will be interested in trying a more unique flavor next time. The place is clean. Staff friendly. And we sat outside, which is pleasant to get to people watch and enjoy conversation. Can't wait to be enchanted by their coffee again soon !

Been to their other locations as well but I've always found myself grabbing the New London Latte for an absolutely great cup of coffee and great spot to work or chill while I'm enjoying it! Definitely love the ambiance here and need to try the other drinks - seen their in house beans for that refined espresso that's prominent in the latte. Can't wait to be back!

My strawberry matcha was very delicious. The perfect balance of matcha and sweetness from the strawberry. The service was ok...we had ordered avocado toasts and they took over 30 mins to make??? Not sure if there was a staffing issues but the wait was crazy lol

Enchanted Coffee Bar is a good coffee shop but not great. It's comfortable to sit around and there is area near the front of the cafe to work solo. Unfortunately, it's not the most optimal place to work as a team, as the tables outside are pretty flimsy and the bar area are solely long tables. Additionally, the drinks are sweeter and pricier compared to other coffee shops in the area (with an additional $1 charge for non-dairy milk). I got a lavender matcha latte with oat milk at less sugar, and while the lavender taste was good, the matcha did not shine and it was still pretty sweet. My friend got the honey oat latte and even for him who has a sweet tooth, the latte was a bit sweet. With so many coffee shops in the area, I'm not sure Enchanted Coffee Bar will be on the top of my cafes to revisit.

I was on my way to visit a friend and stopped by this place on the way. I originally was going to order an iced latte but after reading some reviews I changed course last minute and went with an iced matcha. The guy taking my order had reassured me that it was a popular choice and one of his personal favorites. They asked me if I wanted it sweetened, and after I said no, they assured me I could have it adjusted if I ended up changing my mind. I got my drink and it definitely needed adjusting. The matcha flavor was very minimal. The matcha tasted great but it was a weak drink. It tasted more like milk with a hint of matcha. I decided to ask for sweetener, to make up for the lack of matcha taste. Once they added the sweetener, it was great. I usually opt for no sweetener so having to add it to make the drink passable was a bummer. There are a bunch of other items on the menu so there is definitely other options that may make coming back here worth it. They have plenty of seating and there was a good crowd of friends and people working on laptops when I arrived. Parking was also really easy to find in their lot. They did have music playing but I like that it was not loud. Service was also really great. So even though I wasn't impressed by their matcha, I'd still order something else from the menu to give the place a second chance.

matcha latte was SO good. stopped by on a whim and it did not disappoint. barista/cashier was very nice and the drink was made pretty fast. looks like a decent study place as well! matcha was actually matcha-y and not milky at all. i'd recommend trying it if you're in the area :)

The drinks have always been good here. I usually get the New London or matcha latte. I saw they had a seasonal menu and decided to try the New England with pumpkin cold cream. If you're a fan of pumpkin, definitely give it a try! The few times I've come to this location it's always been packed. There's a few long tables that people usually have their laptops to work on and rows of benches along the wall. There's also a few tables outside. So if you're in the area to grab a coffee, it's a definite try!

I'm not a fan of coffee but I come here for studying and snacking!! The treats are so yummy, the pistachio matcha croissant tasted so good I thought I had to leave a review asap but I've tried all their bagels and more food items and everything has tasted scrumptious :) The studying ambiance is nice, but it can get crowded but that's okay! I've had a few delicious pastries here like the Nutella toast and Matcha croissant. It stays pretty busy here as lots of people stay to work/study but the drinks are always pretty fast. I love the New London and get it every-time. It's the perfect coffee and cold foam combo! I also request the coffee to be only half sweet since the foam is pretty sweet

I finally got to try this place on a Sunday afternoon. The place was empty but it was very clean and cozy inside. I ordered a strawberry shortcake latte and my fiance got a cold brew. Our drinks were out quick. My drink was perfect not too sweet but still had a strawberry shortcake flavoring without being too over bearing. I would love to come back and try a hot drink.

I recently visited Enchanted Coffee Bar and tried the matcha tonic for the first time, while my sister had the yuju drink. I'm a big fan of citrus, so I wasn't sure about the matcha at first. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The matcha had the perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness--not too sweet, just right. The space was cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax. I'll definitely be back to try more!

I'm glad good coffee shops are opening around here. They even have their own coffee beans - points to them. Also points to them is the number of people inside enjoying their drink. They sure are popular. After we've had their drinks, we understood why they are propular -- and explains the long line to order. STRAWBERRY MATCHA is delicious. LEMONADE is yummy. ICED LATTE is strong. FLAT WHITE is delicious, strong, not too milky at all. The CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE and the EARLY MORNING BUN were toasted before serving to us --- awesome! Parking is a struggle.

Since working in the OC area this is my guilty pleasure. The new London is a tasty and sweet iced coffee. It's a little sweet for my boyfriend so he usually gets his half sweet. Each location is small but very cute inside and they get the drinks out quick!

Was in the Buena Park area and wanted to study/work at a cafe. I went to both Stereoscope and Smoking Tiger, and both places were completely packed. People were literally sharking for a place to sit. I remembered that I had passed by this place before, so I decided to head here and see if there was anywhere to sit, and thank goodness there was! While there is ample seating available, the place is definitely busy as well. There is a mix of people who are there to study, others who are there to catch up/hang out with friends, and those who are just there to grab a coffee to go. I ordered the New London, which is one of their signature drinks. After looking at the menu on my phone, I narrowed down my choice to either the New London or the Spanish latte and then actually asked the worker which one he thought was better and he suggested the New London, so I went with it. The drink was pretty good. A bit expensive, as it was over $6, but I get why they charge more if it's specialty coffee and people might stay for some time to use their space to study/do work. Other things I like about this place as a study/work spot include the fact that there are some seats where outlets are available, which is really hard to find these days. Wifi is also available as well, and I had no issues with the connection. Restroom is clean, too. The only things that I feel are cons about this place is the fact that the seating/tables towards the back of the shop are impractical/uncomfortable and that there is only one tiny menu at the counter, so if you are waiting in line you wouldn't be able to see it until it is your turn to actually order. Best to look up the menu on your phone beforehand if you don't want to feel rushed.

Have been visiting enchanted for some time now. I really do love the drinks here, I've had lots of matchas, and I'm not sure how they make their matchas, but they are always so tasty! Typically after 10-15 mins, matchas will taste watery and diluted because of the melting ice, but the matchas here stay pretty consistently flavorful even after some time. I've also had other teas and coffee lattes and they are as tasty. In terms of food, I did not love the chicken pesto sandwich. Im picky when eating chicken, and as I was eating the sandwhich, I was rather disgusted by the chicken itself (it did not look like actual chicken...). Pastries have been good. Haven't tasted other food yet! But def will not be eating this sandwich. Drinks make up for the food!

Came here after going to the golds gym in La Mirada. I honestly wished my iced lavender matcha latte had more matcha flavor in it but overall it was okay! It's a nice refreshing drink after a workout

Love love love this place! I haven't had anything else besides their duo latte because I'm hooked on it! I can't find another place that serves espresso and milk tea together so every time I can pass by this place, I'm there! I've been here a bunch of times but my last coffee run everyone there was so nice! The barista was even concerned I couldn't hold them all but i promised him I was good! lol. Parking is a shared lot with a gym so parking can be slim up close but just park a tad further cuz trust me, it's worth it.

Delicious grilled cheese and wonderful coffee. Order ahead if you want it fast if not it does take a couple of minutes to receive but there is always enough seating inside.

My husband and I were in the area and wanted to try a coffee place out and we decided on Enchanted. I didn't know what to order, so I asked the barista what their most popular drink was and they said the New London, which was their New Orleans drink but with cream on top. I must say...ever since I tried the New London I've been going to Enchanted every week just to get my fix haha. It's so good and I love how it's not that sweet. It's very refreshing. My kids enjoyed the muffins that they had there as well. Whenever I'd go after work, the place would be fairly empty. Lots of places to sit. Parking can be tough though since it's next to a gym.

A very cute cafe! I came here on a Sunday afternoon and the cafe was quite busy! The staff were kind and attentive. I ordered a New London and it was delicious! The layer of cream on top made the drink very creamy and had a great mouthfeel. My drink was ready within a minute of ordering which was great despite the amount of customers in the cafe! I would recommending stoping by for a coffee, but if you are looking for a place to relax and spend a while, there is very limited seating.

Service can be so-so. The iced triple black is what keeps me coming back. I've had a lot of specialty lattes but this one is easily top 3 for me. The flavors of the chai, mocha and espresso all work so well. Typically I'm a vanilla latte gal but this mocha is to die for.

Tried a pastry for the 1st time here; especially after coming here for the 4th time of trying their drinks and the Matcha Pistachio Croissant is as delicious as it looks! Not too sweet, perfectly flaky like a croissant should be, and the pistachio topping gives it such a nice yummy crunch! Tried their NEW London and that was delicious my 1st time trying this place. So, I came back here again to try their Strawberry Matcha Latte w/ Oatmilk and this has now been my favorite drink to get here. I like how the Strawberry flavor is subtle and not overpoweringly sweet. It's a smooth balanced flavored Matcha latte that keeps me coming back for more; especially when I'm craving a Matcha Latte. Service is average and chill; nothing over the top. The cool unique light fixtures give this place an elevated artistic vibe! And such a cute relaxing corner they provide for an ADA customer. Overall, Enchanted offers delicious variety of coffees, teas, & pastries that will make you want to come back for more! Whenever I'm in the area and I'm craving a Strawberry Matcha Latte, I always have to stop by here to fill that craving.

Most importantly, the coffee will not disappoint! With extraordinary flavors and homemade syrups, Enchanted knows how to conjure the perfect mix for their customers. We ordered their New London, one of their signature drinks! Not to be confused with a London Fog--the New London is a coffee based drink made from Enchanted's special cold brew "the New Orleans." The uniqueness of this drink is in the creamy foam layered on top. There's this sweetness it adds to their drink and when stirred, it blends with the coffee's bitterness very well! This drink was a debate to get. We thought it would be a simple cold brew, but when given a rapid sample, we immediately knew what we wanted. The foam had this unique nuttiness and blended perfectly with the coffee! Luckily this drink is a signature, so go on and try it! We also had their signature Honey Oat Latte, also a part of their signature drinks. This was a perfect blend of honey and oat. One did not overdo the other. A perfectly well balanced drink for the honey oat latte lovers! This spot is perfect for breakfast as well. They have avocado toast and plenty of pastries to choose from. They get their doughnuts from Caffeinated Kitchen , one of our favorite doughnuts so far. And their pastries are from Nonna's Mercato. Please read our review on Nonna's! The place is nice. Simple spot for a study date or a simple meet up with a friend. The service was nice too. I got the hibiscus lemonade and it was good but two of my family members didn't like it. One felt it tasted like medicine and another just felt she tried better drinks with hibiscus in it. For me, I was fine with it, but I do have to say that after finishing the drink, my perimeter of my tongue wasn't feeling so well. Like sometimes when you eat too much pineapples or honeydew and gives you a weird feeling? Something similar. It felt like awkward and like maybe my tongue was shriveling up. I had this feeling still the next day. Maybe it's the combo of hibiscus and lemonade or the lemonade portion. I'm not a coffee person, but probably this place is more for coffee lovers and not non-coffee people despite there are some options haha.

One of the best coffees I have ever had in my life. I got the honey oat latte added cinnamon, and it was amazing. The coffee shop and the workers are nice. Finding parking is a struggle at times during the day.

10/10 coffee & tea here! love love this place - i visited with my friends as one of them recommended this place! their strawberry matcha latte was a solid 10/10. it had a very good matcha flavor and a hint of strawberry essence which i don't mind at all. it's refreshing and is very well paired with oat milk. new london drink is also a very great latte. it's light but the cream top really makes it creamy and smooth. they are very welcoming and friendly, and i would love to come back to try more items here. so so good. drinks - 9.5/10 customer service - 9/10

My mom and I were going through the area and decided to get some coffee at Enchanted Coffee Bar. It was relatively packed, so the noise levels were a little high, but there was amicable music and such. It looks like a nice place to study. There are lots of outlets in the cafe as well. When we arrived, there were 2 people in front of us. Now, I'm not necessarily the type to be super nitpicky about a place's service or how they treat me, but when I got to the front, the cashier just left and did not say anything at all to me. She didn't acknowledge me or say that she'd be back, she just left. I understand that it was busy and such, but there were 4 people behind the counter, and none of them greet my mother and me at all, which I found really disappointing. We entered the coffee shop around 2:55PM & left at 3:15. Again, I know 20 minutes isn't super long, but it really felt like they were deliberately lagging on our orders or something. We waited about 6 minutes for our order to be taken, then waited another 5-7 for our drink to come out. I know it sounds silly, but they put out everyone's orders super quickly, including the people who came after us, but then started doing general clean-up and emptying coffee grounds from the latte machine, and THEN someone gave us our beverages. I would understand if we had a big order, or if they needed to do it after the people in front of us, but the part that bothered me was that the guests behind us got their orders first. I don't like to write these kinds of reviews, and their drinks were really good! I just felt unwelcome and the experienced jolted me a bit, especially since everyone in the reviews was talking about how welcoming and nice the staff is. I'm open to trying this place again, but the experience just made me disappointed.

One of my favorite coffee shops ever. The new London with almond milk is bomb! They also tend to have seasonal drinks which is always a treat. Today I tried the pumpkin spice new London and that was also great. Their coffee is so good, I occasionally get their beans as well. The service is good, the workers are always really nice and good at giving drink suggestions. They have mastered the art of coffee and their cold foam is always the best. Lots of parking, lots of seating-indoor & some outdoor.

My husband and I have been here twice so far, and we had a great experience both times. The last time we were here, my husband ordered the iced mint matcha latte, while I ordered the hot lavender matcha latte with a lox bagel on the side. Everything we ordered was delicious, and we'd definitely try it again another time. The cashiers are always polite and helpful, and they have our orders ready pretty quickly. The store is small and cozy with modern vibes, chill music, and a calm atmosphere where people can study if they choose to. We are looking forward to coming back again soon!

I did place a recent order here, and my order was made wrong. I didn't notice until I had drove off, which I'm upset about. The place was clean, food was alright. Prices are reasonable. Just wish they would pay more attention to the orders you know?

I first came here 3 years ago because of a friend, a matcha addict, who said this was her all-time favorite matcha. My personal opinion, after years of trying many places and finally refining my taste: I love it! I order my matcha here with oat milk and find it to be perfectly sweetened. The inside decor is cute with seats available for studying, doing work, or simply talking with a friend + there is a large parking lot in front. I enjoy getting pastries here as well!

The customer service is always so warm and welcoming, and you can taste the quality of the beverages! The space is a bit small but a great spot if you're looking for a quick grab and catch up with a friend :)
