An absolute disaster. Senior management is clueless and unfortunately more concerned about themselves then the actual purpose they supposedly serve.

I have been on this “waiting list for over 3 years. I have 4 kids. 2 with disability’s. I work full time and apparently I meet the criteria for assistance but no program have become available. This system is a joke Y’all please pray for us.💜🙏

this is the worst I mean worst agency to help homeless no contact number you utilize the email from and get a response "our records indicate you met with one of our staff 12/2023 there is no housing that can assist you at this time" I requested the documents that were presented or signed from the 12/2023 meeting and have yet to get anymore responses from them. they stated that they do not provide housing placement they simply enter info Inti the computer for others to access. they can place perfectly able bodied men in housing but can't help a 53 year old female with cancer and uncontrollable asthma. they need to be stripped of all grants

People were beyond kind especially being that most ppl coming are needing help. I felt no judgment, or looks which means a lot cause most the time it's fingers crossed that it wont be harder than u know it should be, cause most don't know it takes all the strength U have cause u know u have no other choice
