This place has become a daily stop for me and my daughter, we absolutely love their smoothies and protein bites. Honestly I can make this at home but why make me want to support them is the level of service here honestly feels like walking into the Four Seasons. Two times my smoothie didn’t taste the way it usually does (since everything is made from scratch), but the owner and manager personally took care of it the next day and genuinely appreciated me coming back. The real kicker? Today I accidentally dropped my smoothie on my clothes, and before I could even react, the staff rushed over with paper towels, apologized for my spill, and made me a new one completely unprompted. That’s the kind of care and hospitality every restaurant should strive for. Hands down, this is the best smoothie place in the city of Boston.

Wow! Fabulous food. And everything is vegan! The best avocado toast I have ever had - they don’t skimp on the avocado like so many places do. And such thick, delicious smoothies. We were blown away by how good the food was. Highly recommended.

My kids love acai, so we decided to try this place on our way to the library. We were pleasantly surprised by the taste of the smoothie bowls, the presentation, and the attentiveness of the staff. It's a place we want to return to.

For a place that specializes in healthy food, this place takes the cake in terms of taste, quality and healthiness. Very big fan of the food items and I think that it gives vegan food justice in showing what it’s true potential can be. Protein bowl 5/5. Very filling. Had no idea a vegan bowl can be this good. Absolutely incredibly amazing food! The ingredients are so nourishing, a great price and so flavorful and delicious. One of the best places I’ve eaten in a long time. Salad also came with delicious side of homemade whole wheat bread.

We had the recovery shake and hangover. Both were really good! The hangover had ginger which had a strong kick to it! I usually struggle with the taste of protein powder but I didn’t notice it at all in the recovery shake! We will be back!

Amazing place! Hard to decide what to order, lots of mouthwatering options that are full of nutritions. The cheesecake smoothie bowl tastes delicious! If you're craving a desert?don't hesitate choosing it. The Tropicana liquid meal (aka thick smoothie) is really good too! Not too sweet nor sour nor butter, just the right balance. And it's super fulfilling! This place is a must try.

I was working next door so I figured I would try it out. I didn't realize that it would cost me hours of work to pay for a smoothie. The owner Ivo was firm in the pricing. I thought about canceling the order, but ultimately decided not to have a drawn out disagreement. Their pricing is extreme, borderline gouging, I would visit any other smoothie place before this one especially since the owner lacked any fairness in pricing. I wont be returning.

Second time going here. Very good smoothie bowl spot in Boston. Would highly recommend. Great after a run. Nice plaza across the street.

Casual smoothie shop nearby school! I got the strawberry banana smoothie with peanut butter. It was great, super fresh, and perfect for the extremely hot weather outside. But, for the price, I don't think I'll be going very often. I'd recommend this if you're in the area and looking for a nice "healthy" way to cool down! Workers are friendly and helpful if you're indecisive on smoothies like me!

I usually do the "create your salad" as a take-out They have never made a mistake and everything is always fresh! The spinach, strawberries, cheese... Their dressing is amazing. I love the walnut basil one. And their bread is very fresh and has a unique taste. Also, every other place always put half an avocado but this place always put a whole one which is why i keep ordering from them I would just suggest trying to flavor the Tofus or add this option at least for tastier salad

Feels like I'm doing the right thing here. Eating healthy! Eat something I don't usually use. It's a little hard to understand those menus but once you know, I think this is a great place to feel healthy!

Really have to say the service, conversation was really great. It's nice to see merchants that work with a purpose and enjoy bringing health to their community. We talk about in the long run it cheaper to be health when alive because unhealthy lifestyle gets really expensive towards the end (medical bills). All food was fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend a try.

I would only come back here for the smoothie bowls, tbh. They're seriously some of the best smoothie bowls I've had in my life - consistency is PERFECT, super filling but not bloating filling like those açai bowls with tons of sugar, good amount of fresh/healthy toppings that don't taste artificial and great size. I recommend eating them right away though not getting to go, but your call. Their menu has a good variety of stuff, but their smoothies are good but I wouldn't come back, and I'm not a juice person so this juice was not it for me. Being super near Northeastern, this area is popping #northeasternalum I love that area. However, the store is pretty small but there is usually good amount of seating (no outdoor seating, though).

Tried their Coffee Lover for the first time, and I'll for sure be coming back if I'm ever in a mood to treat myself (if I'm supposed to become a millionaire by not getting Starbucks every day, then I'm looking forward to being rich by saving $9 on a smoothie). I liked how the drink stayed true to its description: almond milk, coffee, almond butter, banana, honey, cacao, protein. If you could imagine the taste of coffee, almond butter, and banana right now, then combine those flavors in your head and that is exactly what the drink was like. Not too sweet and surprisingly light despite having both almond butter and protein! If I had known how much I'd like the drink then I would have gotten a larger size. The nice blast of air conditioning was so nice to walk into on a hot and humid Boston summer day. This place is pretty awesome but I wish their menu was a bit more affordable.

I like to look at this place, I guess I put the eyes in Energeyes. I like the Acai from here but I don't love it, which can be said about the majority of Acai in the country honestly (the Brazilians do it right, the Americans not so much), and it could definitely be better. Also, the prices are so annoyingly high that it cost them another star, but I decided to bump them back up from 3 to 4 because they've always been really friendly and some other places in this part of Boston aren't. Plus their rent must be very high being in such a popular college area. But for Acai in Boston, nothing comes close to the authentic Brazilian taste at Oasis Bakery.

I really like this place I've been a dozen or so times. It is perhaps on the more pricey side but I like to think it's because of their ingredients and where they source their products for although I do not know! The pita pocket was very good I still think about it, very fresh. The celery juice was nice and fresh drank it all fast. The avocado toast is simple but fresh and tasty. I've also had açaí bowls and smoothies multiple times they were also good. I would mainly get ones with the protein as it would be post workouts and I still liked them with that added in. The WiFi works well, I've never had any issues and during this pandemic time not many places let you safely eat inside socially distanced but they do which helps needed breaks of always being on the go. Overall try it out you might like it

I wasn't impressed with the matcha green bowl. Very soupy and not much flavor. I'd recommend one with granola and peanut butter to give it more thickness and flavor. For the price I would go back for a bowl. Their salad menu looks decent. I like concept of the restaurant and it was great service. Ordered ahead on the app and it was ready pretty quickly. The restaurant is small inside but there are some seating areas outside

The food was not with tolerating the other customers. There must be a homeless shelter or a methadone clinic near there

WOW WOW WOW! Was so impressed by Energize in Boston! I'm normally super picky about my smoothies etc because they normally don't taste fresh. Their acai bowl was amazing! I got the classic and added peanut butter. I also got the healthy bowl with greens, rice and assorted veggies and nuts... the perfect lunch or dinner! Finished off with two ginger shots! Everything was phenomenal and I'll be back!

Um, super delicious. There were lots of options to choose from; seems like everything is really tasty. They have smoothies, salads, toasts, smoothie bowls, & juices which are primarily all veg*n. There are a variety of things you can add to your bowl if you want. The place has some tables that you can enjoy your selection while checking out the passerbys on Mass Ave. Places like this are super popular right now so hope they stick around. Go check it out, eat/drink something healthy while it tasting damn good.

If you're in the mood for "healthy" eating, go big or go home at Energize. They've got an assortment of juices/smoothies, acai bowls, and salads on the menu, all of which sounded delicious. I tried one of the berry-themed smoothies, and finished the whole thing in record time. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are absolutely massive (hence why "healthy" is in quotes, you're not actually going to save on calories here). Staff is very friendly, and the items are prepared right in front of you, so you can see the standards they have for their ingredients and their cleanliness. Prices were a little higher than I was expecting, but I suppose that's the cost of having fresh ingredients and such gigantic portion sizes. I would definitely treat myself to another smoothie here, especially once the weather warms up again!

Today was my 1st time coming here and I'm impressed! The reviews are right on! I tried a small Longevity Smoothie and it's delish! It has a blend of Cashew milk, blueberries, strawberries, banana, goji berry powder, and raw agave. I will definitely come back and try more!

Smooth, delicious acai bowls which are a blend of Acai, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Banana, Avocado and Agave, with Strawberries, Banana and Granola on top. There was just the right amount, enough to fill you, and it was not overpoweringly sweet. The consistency is a bit jello like and not watery at all which I really liked. Deliverable by grub hub with great savings, this acai bowl made my day, and I'll be sure to order again and try their other bowls.

I've been dropping by fairly frequently after I started on a heavily modified version of Tom Brady's diet after gyming (I will eat like trash at some point in the day). Coincidentally enough, the TB12 book is also on display here along with other healthy eating books. This place is going to be pricey but that seems to be a trend for any juice bar - this place is no exception. However, the drinks that I have tried here are very good. I recommend Fuel and Post Recovery Shake for post-workout drinks while Coffee Lover is great if you also need to stay awake for the rest of the day. The mint from the Fuel drink does take some getting used to because the drink has mint, which gives a very grassy aftertaste. Regardless, I am definitely coming back here. IG: Mood4foodeatery

Ordered a smoothie from here and didn't think it tasted good at all..tasted "homemade" at best. not enough flavor and wasn't smooth (chunks inside) Pricing is relatively high too. If I'm in the area, might give another item a try but I've had better.

Energize is kind of like that weird personal trainer type with the body of a 20 year old yet the face of a 50 year old, and who you can't help but admire, suspiciously-uniform tan and all. I was amused by the bad Romanian deep house being played and the books lining the benches advertising a sunny lifestyle in--uh--Boston, but in the end I was charmed. It's always hard to justify paying $10+ for an açaí bowl when they can be so easily made at home, but Energize definitely puts in the extra effort to stand out. First of all, their açaí blend is a lot creamier than average. It may not be to everyone's preference, but if you're looking for a meal replacement the bowl was a lot more filling than I expected. All of the ingredients were very fresh and generously topped. I asked for extra granola and coconut flakes and you literally could not see the rest of the bowl since they were piled on so high. For me that's a huge plus. Best of all though, the bowls come out in frozen metal dishes, which means the açaí stayed firm and chilled from the first delicious bite to the last. I would definitely come back to try some of their other options, and while the prices are on the high side the options for healthy dining in this neighborhood are sorely limited. Be warned, though, that the açaí bowls here are so filling that they border on decadent--and that's a good thing.

I have been looking for an Açaí bowl place like Blue Bowl in SoCal and so far I haven't found one yet but this place is close. They also do juices and salads as well. We ordered the açaí for $10 and came with agave and strawberries and bananas with granola. Good and cold but for each other topping it will cost you extra.

Standard green smoothies/bowl place. I've been meaning to go here for so long and my bowl was rather anticlamactic. My review is just based on the Super Bowl I had so it might be skewed - maybe their smoothies/smoothie bowls are amazing! Now the bowl - the ingredients that are in the bowl are great. But it's a little bit confusing that on some bowls the vegetables are specified in the menu as "raw" and others aren't. So naturally I assumed that the ones that don't say "raw" behind them are perhaps lightly steamed. Boy was I wrong, and boy the raw vegetables delivered their crunch! Not a bad thing at all if you love raw kale and broccoli, but for me a whole bowl chock full of tough kale and crunchy broccoli is not exactly yummy. The walnut basil dressing was ok. Mainly a 3 star because there are just so many healthy options these days and nothing on the menu here really stood out as unique. So it's an average spot to grab a healthy snack or meal. BUT so so happy everything they provide for the customers here is compostable or stainless steel!!

I can't speak on behalf of the whole menu, but I will speak on behalf of the dragon bowl...WOW did this "bowl" smoothie thing miss the mark. With all do respect it sort of tastes like saw dust. Maybe not a bad spot but god forbid you dabble with the dragon bowl! I tried my friends power up smoothie and I recommend it!

Açaí bowls are the biggest craze lately. This is a pretty new establishment, the bowl was smaller than I anticipated (fit basically in the palm of my head) but was surprisingly filling. Overall, I thought it was really sweet (a bit too sweet) and really expensive ($15), which is why I took a star off. There are other options which are a few dollars cheaper that I have yet to try but overall I think this is a decent spot since there's no other restaurant in the area that sells açaí!

Eats: Acai bowl sub peanut butter for bee pollen. Energize was a delish little spot to enjoy an acai bowl. I was biking along the Charles and took Mass Ave about a mile down to get to it. Bike parking out front as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Solid selection of smoothies, bowls, juices, shots, and salads. The consistency of the base was thick and flavorful. Will be back.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Coming from California, I have had better acai bowls. However, I love how this place is so close to NEU. The staff here are friendly and the place overall has good vibes. The green matcha smoothie bowl I ordered was decent. Their salad and grain bowls look intriguing, I will definitely stop by again to try those out.

I don't usually have time to write reviews, but for these guys, I will. It's BEYOND amazing. I am genuinely full after eating only half of the "Nourishment" bowl and you can tell they take time to always order the fresh stuff. Soooo good. Thank you!

I love their new Shake. Dragon Fruit, Mango, Pineapple, Banana , date paste and cashew butter. So yummy. I also love their salads and smoothie bowls. Great sizes and creative combinations. My favourite salad is Super bowl while my favourite smoothie bowl is the Acai. Energize amazes me how it never stops to innovate and improve the overall value of their customers. I got the Super Açaí bowl. After adding peanut butter it was around $17. Way too expensive. And it didn't deliver on taste at all. Couldn't taste the Açaí, and the toppings were not what I was expecting. From the description it sounds like some of the ingredients might be toppings but they're actually mixed in with the base.

This is my favorite place for a smoothie bowl or any juice! I prefer the green tea matcha bowl and the green love juice. The green love juice has cayenne pepper which I love. The acai bowl is also amazing. The service here is great as well. Staff is very nice and welcoming. I used to travel all the way to Brighton location until the mass ave location opened up. The salads are also great!

Really refreshing salad! Mine was vegan and so delicious!! The dressing was the perfect amount and it was very filling! Their tap water was a little questionable because it was cloudy. Their drinks were a bit pricy for the size, so I ended up not getting one. My friend got the coffee smoothie and liked it, but again too pricy.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this as one of the better juiceries/health food plces I've been to. Here's a full breakdown: Cons: A little pricey considering most meals are grab-and-go (at least $7.50 for a juice, $8.50 for a smoothie, and $10+ for an acai bowl) Pros: You can tell each order is freshly made, and what I've gotten has always been delicious. The staff is always incredibly welcoming. Tips: You can customize orders! I like to add ginger to whatever I'm ordering for a sore throat cure.

I liked this place. They serve really nutrient meals and smoothies. I got power up smoothie that costed $11 which is quite expensive, but I think it's worth trying. This place is really good if you want nutritious meals or drinks. I will try more of their menu items, but the smoothie only sometimes because of the cost. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Not only is the food fresh, the store went the extra mile to ensure my problem was solved. I rarely write reviews but I'd like to put in some words when places did something great. I placed my order thru - for the sake of privacy I'll call it "D$$rdash"- who screwed up the transaction so basically no delivery person was ever assigned and they still marked it as Picked Up, Delivered. I waited an hour, I called Energize, the guy answered the phone said the food was ready a while back and no one ever came, he'd call the company and ask about it. Separately I contacted the faulty delivery company (and they themselves couldn't reach the delivery person - duh was one even assigned?). Later, Energize's employee actually gave me a follow-up call to let me know he also called them to report and refund me. Great CS Energize! I reordered thru a different company. And yes the food is excellent! (& came on time)

This place has one of the best Açaí bowls. Although everything is pretty expensive, it positively impacts your health, so it's worth it. I got the Super Açaí bowl, Cleansing greens juice & Stomach Pain shot. The bowl was really good and everything was real and fresh, cleansing greens juice was refreshing and fresh as well & the stomach pain shot was super strong so i suggest you not drink it after you eat but maybe in the morning or when you have stomach pain, but it improved my digestion. Workers there are really nice though. It's on Mass Ave. so parking is really tough, but I usually find a spot, so it's worth it. I ordered the cashew cheesecake smoothie bowl and it was delicious. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick smoothie spot.

This is my 3rd time there and everything is just amazing from start to finish,I had the super açaí- nutrition packed ,healthy,filling delicious,words cannot describe it :)it is a must for all that search top performance,high level energy and no 2 pm feeling - the staff is very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing -Kudos ,I am so glad there is such a place in an ocean of fast food and burgers... once you try their products you will change ,this not just food for the body it's also for your mind The second time I had the Matcha bowl -full of super ingredients (foods) it powers you up and give you as the commercial says -wings; for sure I ll be back for more ;I know if the price I pay is for my health benefits,their products are priceless!!! This is our new go-to spot for a healthy meal. The salads are sooooo yummy and the açaí bowl is a definite fave! Their portions are also so generous. Love this new spot in front of the Christian Science Center. Check it out!!

I ordered a pickup for a salad bowl called "Nourishment" and it was truly yummy. Great mix, fresh ingredients, tasty overall and very healthy. The salad ingredients were high quality and it seemed more than its worth. I can't wait to try all the other salad mixes and their smoothie bowls!

I am so happy Energize opened a location near Symphony Hall. I work right across the street and a health-conscious restaurant was much needed in the area. My whole office is already crazy about their salads which we have for lunch literally every day Monday through Friday. My favorite is the Nourishment. Hands down... the best salad I have ever had.( Pro tip: mix balsamic dressing with walnut basil with extra cayenne. It is so good. Don't forget to add the bread).

OMG I love this place!! For the past three months or more I have visited here almost daily! Their delicious and completely organic smoothies have become my go to lunch and each one always leaves me so satisfied and recharged for the rest of the day. While the Power-Up liquid meal pictured here has been a favorite, I do like all other items and I have tried most of their smoothies and juices. They also have amazing looking salads and açaí bowls but I have tried those yet, as the liquid meals have been keeping me so happy and very well-fed!! Yes, the prices they charge may seem high, however, I do feel they are fair based on the amazing quality, overall deliciousness and organic ingredients. I am so grateful for this place and it's become such a wonderful part of my life that even on days when I am not that close, I make an extra trip to stop by!!

I go for the salad bowls, which are huge and a great variety of ingredients. The quality is worth the cost. The staff is very friendly and happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. I enjoy the smoothies here from time to time, and it really is the quality of the ingredients that makes this place stand out from its competitors.

Hands down the best juices and smoothies I've had! Incredibly fresh, healthy, and clean tasting AND soooo good. The staff is very helpful in answering any questions and helping you find exactly what you are looking for. I've had the Healthy Heaven (several times) and Green love and both have been well worth the money. The cost is a bit steep (and somewhat limiting) but if you go, you'll see they have an impressive set-up and you can really tell the ingredients are fresh. They seem to have the perfect ratios bc these are truly the best smoothies/juices I've ever had - taste, texture, and ingredients.

This place became one of my frequent lunch spots when I worked in the Symphony area and one of the saddest farewells when I switched jobs out of the city. The smoothies and acai bowls are incredible. It's such a relief to have fresh, high-quality food in a place where all the other restaurants are filled with greasy fast food. To add to its already incredible value, the app is great and allows you to order ahead of time - an awesome bonus when you're working in a fast-paced environment and need to get a quick, healthy lunch! It's a little pricey, but not too bad considering the prices of food in this area. Definitely worth it for the quality and the kind service. The counter staff knew my name, my order, and would frequently go out of their way to make my day brighter. I highly recommend a stop in here if you're in the area!

OMG, energize makes one of my favorite AÇAÍ BOWLS. My partner and I are from NYC and have tons of places where we've enjoyed delicious bowls. However, we have never had almond butter mixed with the açaí. This was a game changer. The flavors were vibrant and the amount of sweetness in the bowl was just right! We will definitely be missing these bowls and will come back when we visit Boston again!
